My friend, Andrei Martyanov, published a short piece on Antony Blinken’s latest public demonstration of schizophrenia and I want to elaborate on Andrei’s astonishment at Blinken’s total detachment from reality. There may be a medical explanation. According to the Mayo Clinic, schizophrenia is:
a serious mental disorder in which people interpret reality abnormally. Schizophrenia may result in some combination of hallucinations, delusions, and extremely disordered thinking and behavior that impairs daily functioning, and can be disabling.
Keep that definition in mind as you watch Fareed Zakaria interview Blinken. It is truly jaw dropping:
Blinken’s calm, earnest demeanor masks the deranged substance of his remarks. Let me highlight some of the crazy train moments from this sit-down with Fareed.
Well, first read put this in perspective in terms of what Russia sought to achieve, what Putin sought to achieve. They’ve already failed. They’ve already lost.
But I’m convinced that with the equipment and support they’ve received now from more than 50 countries with the training that their forces have gotten, and many of the forces who’ve gotten that training have not yet been fully into this fight.
And we made sure going back to Labor Day before the war, Christmas before the war, that they started to get in their hands, the equipment they would need if the Russians went forward, javelin, stingers, they had that on hand. They were able to repel the attack against Kiev.
Blinken is either suffering from a debilitating case of schizophrenia or he is a liar. There is no middle ground. He claims that Russia has “already lost.” Yet Putin and his Generals have not received that memo and continue to bombard Ukrainian military targets throughout Ukraine with hypersonic missiles and glide bombs at will. Ukraine has no answer and Western-supplied air defense systems have failed to put even a dent in the Russian effort.
Russian military ground forces continue to decimate attacking Ukrainian forces and have launched their own counter-offensive operations, which are pushing Ukrainian troops back.
Ignore for the moment Ukraine’s failure to punch through the first of Russia’s three defensive bands in the south and just focus on the fact that the United States cannot produce and deliver in a timely manner the weapons Ukraine supposedly needs to prevail over Russia. A prime example is the Stinger missile.
To replenish its own stocks, the U.S. Army placed an order for 1700 new Stinger launcher units back in May 2022. However, the Pentagon reported that it would take as long as 30 months (or two and a half years) for the completed MANPADS to start rolling off the assembly line.
The reason behind this lengthy timeframe is quite straightforward—several components for these MANPADS are no longer in production, necessitating the exploration of new methods and possibly novel technological improvements to resume production and increase its rates in the nearest time.
As an example, American engineers have encountered difficulties in manufacturing the homing heads for these MANPADS, so this component will potentially require conducting research and developing replacement modules.
Similar shortcomings in being able to supply Javelins, M77 artillery and 155 mm artillery shells. Is Blinken not talking to President Sleepy Joe Biden? Two weeks ago Biden let slip that the U.S. did not have enough 155 mm conventional shells for Ukraine, which is why he opted to approve sending cluster munitions:
“This is a war relating to munitions. And they’re running out of that ammunition, and we’re low on it,” Biden told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria. “And so, what I finally did, I took the recommendation of the Defense Department to – not permanently – but to allow for this transition period while we get more 155 weapons, these shells, for the Ukrainians.”
It is alarming that America’s top diplomat is so divorced from reality. His denial of what is happening on the ground in Ukraine makes it highly unlikely that he could even contemplate a feasible negotiation with Russia to put a stop to the slaughter of Ukrainian troops. Blinken and his ilk have deluded themselves into believing that repeating nonsense about the illusionary “success” of Ukraine in its fight with Russia validates the anti-Russia policy of Joe Biden. Reality destroys schizophrenic fantasies. The day is coming when Blinken will no longer be able to make such silly pronouncements because the reality of Russia’s victory will not be hidden.
Blinky also said that Russia had lost 50% of the territory it had occupied, which your friend Martyanov (who keeps insulting correspondents like Pegov and Sladkov who routinely risk their lives at the front and who got a private session with Putin at the Kremlin) focuses on, but which you chose not to mention. However, Blinky at no time says that this territory was taken back from Russia in Ukranazistan’s Olde Greate Springe Counteroffensive. Measured from what Russia occupied in end March 2022 to today, Ukranazistan has most certainly recovered, one way or the other, 50% of the territory Russia then occupied. Most was given away by Putin without a shot in April 2022 when he was taken for a ride yet again by the Ukranazis and their western owners and withdrew from all the territory north of Kiev, the very same areas the nazis are now using to attack and murder Russian civilians in Belgorod. The rest had to be abandoned in September 2022 when because Putin held off mobilisation Russia had to abandon Izyum, Kupyanksk, Krasni Liman and Yampol; and in November because there were still not enough troops to hold on to Kherson so Surovikin had to give that up too.
As for Blinky, he isn’t delusional. He’s merely doing his job of obscuring reality and reassuring Bidet voters that throwing money and arms down the Ukranazi black hole is not a losing gambit after all.
“As for Blinky, he isn’t delusional. He’s merely doing his job of obscuring reality and reassuring Bidet voters that throwing money”
Exactly; he is doing his job. What he’s doing is telling the media and the talking heads what they can say. He is defining limits of discourse and no media will be able to step outside the window he establishes.
Just doing his job, the Eichmann defense.
Applying the principle of Occam’s razor which recommends searching for explanations constructed with the smallest possible set of data points, Blinken is simply an undignified liar.
Possibly more accurate – a bender of the truth until he breaks.
I hope you are correct and I hope he breaks soon.
Honestly Bill, it takes a saint’s patience to put up with you! And you still wonder why Martyanov has no patience? You want to conduct the war like Prigozhin and Russia’s foreign policy like Strelkov! First of all the 50% is just ukie propaganda but you mean why did Russia have 40K men in Kiev until today? Do you think they didn’t fulfill the role well? They very likely trapped more than twice AFU forces as Russian forces ate the south and east! And after the peace talks failed why will the forces stayed in Kiev? Because you did want? And sorry for the grain deal.
Russell Bentley says:
[Source: https://t.me/TXDPR/8349 ]
These are the same war correspondents Martyanov, who doesn’t have the intestinal fortitude to even set foot in the same hemisphere as the SMO, smears as “grifters” and “lowlifes”. Is Martyanov eaten up with jealousy at the attention that they get with their reports, including a private session with Putin at the Kremlin? Looks like it to me!
Andrei takes a long arm approach to these guys simply because they comment almost daily and have no military expertise whatsoever and comment especially on a very fluid situation on the front line and give their own very limited or surface level interpretation of where the RUMOD had gone wrong. If it goes good they talk about it with commentary and what they think is happening, if it goes bad its the same and its almost an hourly updates. This is also to those on youtube with no scrutinised credentials at all. Due to the nature of many of us not having that knowledge we see these people and listen to them and they have a huge following with their limited expertise they bombard the public with bullock manure almost hourly.
Then people run with that hence why Andrei and others shake their heads at that. Even if these guys get to meet Putin or go to the front line what does it matter if your good intentions if you still don’t have the knowledge. Putij will meet with them for the audience to set at least the basics straight.
I hope this helps
Excellent reply.
We keep coming back to the same thing. Russell Bentley and Khodakovsky know Donbass. Russia’s geostrategic reality is much bigger with much bigger fish.
And I wasn’t talking about the reporters I don’t even know but Bill has to admit that most of them have agendas, they are Ukrainians! With a lot of bad blood because Russia didn’t intervene in 2015. I also think that the coup should never have been allowed but it was Yanukovych who should have repressed the coup as Lukashenko did in Belarus. And Russia’s goals in Ukraine may not coincide with what everyone would like. I’m saying that at the end of the day Bill looks like Bliken, who has yet to speak one truth throughout this conflict! Which is also a propaganda conflict!
Martyanov also thinks the US’s biggest problem is Ivy League colleges when the US has thousands of colleges besides the Ivy League! And many capable people as all countries. The problem of muzzling the media is much more serious because it indicates that the US is no longer a democracy!
But let’s face it, what Bill demands is a war of aggression for territory! Russia will not do it. Russia used art.51 of the UN Charter to enter Ukraine. Russia never had any interest in taking over all of Ukraine as Bliken says! Not even big cities like Kiev or Kharkov. And the opening maneuver is just that, the opening maneuver. Which in Russian military doctrine always means several fronts and feints. Which are never a final state of the art or territorial. Much less that Russia occupied the territories around Kiev or even in Karkhov or the bridgehead on the western side of Kherson. Russia used these territories for a greater purpose and until today it has not been expelled from any territory! Even in Kharkov it was already withdrawing and nobody knows if it was just to shorten lines. No army in the world takes Kiev or surrounds Kiev with 40,000 men! It’s physically impossible! By the way, what Bill demands from Russia from the beginning demanded at least 2 million Russians in Ukraine, as we have already discussed.
And Russia entered with 100,000 direct fighters, with the clear objective of pressuring Kiev to negotiate and take and occupy the territories it annexed. Who are the only territories you can associate to art.51! But wars are dynamic and theaters of operation and objectives can change. Which is what happened in Ukraine when the negotiations failed and that possibility ceased to be even a possibility! And the proof is Russia’s new mobilization. That it was known that the West would boycott the peace talks, Russia never entered Ukraine with only 100,000 men on a front of more than 1000 kms. But probably with another strategy. As today in the south, if Ukraine continues to attack the Black Sea Fleet or Crimea from Odessa, Ukraine risks landlock! But for now Russian missiles in Odessa signify only an intermediate stage of the war. It is not yet clear that Russia intends to take Odessa. A new Govt in Kiev solves many of the problems without new conquests of Ukrainian territory.
And Russia’s new mobilization continues to say that Russia does not want to take Ukraine or even cross the Dnieper. And for the sadness of many, I have serious doubts from the beginning that Russia is interested in taking over the Novarussia that many dream of. And Bill can criticize and disagree with Russia’s political goals in Ukraine, even when he knows zero of Moscow’s geopolitical reality. What is not intellectually honest is criticizing Russia for failing to set goals it never announced. Which is just what Bliken does because he’s a big liar who’s getting a huge beating in Ukraine! The US and an NATO with over 30 countries! And never to be forced to admit the coup and that it was NATO that invaded Ukraine! Because 80% of Ukrainians never wanted to join NATO, contrary to what the western media says every day.
Andrei Martyanov is an ex military officer in his 60s, who lives in the USA, he is not a reporter who travels to war zones. He joined the military as a young man while the reporters you salute were out partying during their student days as young men, so less of the silly stuff about intestinal fortitude please. Andrei is a very successful author, known professionally both in Russia and abroad, he has no reason at all to be ‘jealous” of any other professional, it’s only girlies with an itch think or say those things.
Looks like your outrage is getting the better of you, take a copium pill and chill.
I agree. And most likely the reporter that Martyanov recommends, Marat Khairullin is the most serious reporter and the best update. But the translation sucks! The problem with social media is that all wars are much more monotonous than people think. 90% of the hype is junk propaganda and daily updates are not to inform but to generate income. And who insists that Russia should have already crushed Ukraine would isolated Russia faster than all the sanctions in the world. But that doesn’t mean they’re on the wrong side of history.
With all due respect to his contributions, Martyanov is far too annoying with his constant belittling habits to be tolerable to my simple upbringing. I used to think it had something to do with the gruffness in his English accent but then heard him in Russian, with the same gruff delivery. I’m sure his insights into the military arts are interesting but due to his delivery, I’ll not be partaking of them.
That’s a fair point.
Interpretation of personality. I think it is great.
Correct.
As much as I respect and admire “The Salty Bear,” and his military knowledge ( and buy all his books) I also need a break from the repetitive insults and derogatory comments about folks who have not graduated from upper military collages for Russian General Staff Officers.
I am personally on record, that “a mighty river is composed of small rain drops.” Ask a Russian General !
touchy, touchy, touchy!
Fair points, Biswapriya. It looks to me like Putin tried rollling up to the outskirts of Kiev to see if the Ukies would quickly fold. They didn’t. Then they negotiated in Istanbul and almost cut a deal until Ukraine decided they wanted to do it the hard way. The Kharkov retreat was a shocker and a fuck up. Since then it’s been the meat grinder. At some point the mobilized Russian troops will be put to use.
Mixture of Maskirovka and battle field shaping? You cannot easily judge Russian intent and Mil. Doctrine from a NATO perspective, they do it differently over there, in addition, its not unreasonable to suggest that they do it better than we do, and have done for 70 years, judging solely on performance.
Impossible to tell if they’d do it better, as the US hasn’t been head to head with a peer competitor in 80 years.
One could argue in moot court that without Russia’s nuclear backup, it’d be a far tougher row to hoe for Russia with an unrestrained conventional NATO response but that deterrent is why Ukraine’s their whipping boy proxy to begin with.
Bis’ is right I think. He is correct that Ukraine was able to take back a chunk of mostly unoccupied territory in the “Kharkov” offensive. Mostly unoccupied because a.) the Russians had minimal military presence b.) it’s mostly fields . Not exactly “50%”, of course. Correct figure is much smaller. So Blinky is spinning the story to maintain the narrative that the Ukies are winning. This is typical of this White House. No delusion here — just lies.
https://julianmacfarlane.substack.com/p/blinken-winkin-and-nod#details
The fault, of course, lies with Biden. The buck stops with him. About 10 million of them.
https://julianmacfarlane.substack.com/p/bidens-war-wwiii
I live in Japan. The Japanese were “winning” until the Emperor surrendered. That will be the case with the West.
Just because those so-called war correspondents Pegov and Sladkov got to meet Putin it doesn’t mean that they know everything about the military.
It’s one thing to report the war from the ground, but it requires a great deal of knowledge about military strategy and military tech to provide analyses and forecasts.
That’s why Martyanov is in a different league compared to those ‘analysts’ that you mentioned.
with all due respect and after listening to martyanov for well over a year, one of his main points, perpetually reiterated in sometimes almost comical fashion (“and I`m on record for this”) is that nobody in the west has the faintest inkling about russian tactics and/or strategy except martyanov, and that anybody without the respective academic titles is a priori precluded from having any idea whatsoever about the ukraine conflict: that much at least all of us listening to martyanov have learned. whether this is in actual fact the case is, of course, another question altogether.
Andrei does bring up a lot of good points in his argument of Western incompetence. Yo may not agree with all he says but lets us a agree he is largely correct in that the West does not understand Russians (just like they don’t understand many other parts of the world). Start by retaining Andrei as Pentagon consultant.
Not true. He does not claim to be the oracle of all things strategic to tactical or technological, nor does he immediately discount anyone not a member of the genuinely educated club, nor does he shy from criticism of the impressively credentialed when they step in it…and he admits that he too makes mistakes and also states openly when he is outside his expertise. Even with folks that he respects greatly, he doesn’t agree with 100%. If you want to criticise him, go speak to him on his blog, he’s a big boy too.
You are a fool when you argue with fools. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
50% of what ?
I mean Ukraine is bigger than Afghanistan and whole areas of land are empty – nothing there – taking huge tracts of land with nowhere to hide tanks or troops or artillery is a strange gain
Russians cede territory to create free-fire zones and minefields to harvest tanks and AFVs
When did trench warfare bigger about territory ? Go look at Fort Douamont or the ossuary with bones of 160,000 men
La Voie Sacree with its 90,000 men and 50,000 tonnes of munitions fed every week into Verdun……….
Russia controls an area the size of the U.K. and almost the size of Germany
Makes no difference to the point that Blinky was perfectly correct in the claim that Ukranazistan has recovered 50% of the territory Russia took between February to March 2022.
Russia didn’t have the forces to hold that land. An oversight in retrospect, but there you have it.
If the war so far could be replayed, no doubt both sides would make changes.
For example, who can deny that the March Istanbul deal was the last chance saloon for Ukraine?
use the right verb. “recover” is a transitive verb that suggests agency. properly the situation is described as “re-occupied land vacated by Russia.”
None of that makes a difference to the fact that Russia has taken vast amounts of 404 territory since Feb 2022, killed vast amounts of Nazis, destroyed vast amounts of Nazi armaments and destroyed the economies of the Nazi overlords.
Be happy, take some copium and chill.
Nonsence. 50% of zero is zero. There was NO RF occupation, adminsitration, defensive lines built, and troop reinforcement, contested defense conducted, or referendum to be accepted into the RF by the population in the teritories that RF and Donbass forces passed thru in the initial movements of the SMO in Feb and Mar 2022.
Sorry think you’ve been hacked, friend. Possibly by porcine Vickey and bathhouse Sully? Might run some good security software to clean up the infestation of neoconus nonsensus.
Also, a couple of books by your favoruite author would be beneficial to read:
https://www.amazon.com/Losing-Military-Supremacy-American-Strategic/dp/0998694754/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=andrei+martyanov&sr=8-2

Nonsense. You are simply echoing and giving credence to Blinken’s false claim that Russia’s aim was to take over Ukrainian territory. Russia’s goal from the start was de-Militarization and de-Nazification of the Ukraine politico-military complex. It is obvious in hindsight that Russia never had the troops or a strategy to seize territory. Obviously they hoped that their blitzkreig on several fronts by a mere 140,000 troops in February 2022 would convince Ukraine of the need to engage in negotiations. Once the West, through Boris Johnson, sabotaged these talks and convinced Ukraine to choose the military option, Russia was forced to change tactics. To this day Russia has never expressed any interest in Ukraine territory beyond the four oblasts that voted in a referendum to become part of the federation. Any claim to the contrary is simply a repeat of the false assumptions and narratives by Blinken and his neocon colleagues. No wonder they are blind to the war of attrition that Russia has engaged which is in the process of the decimating the 3rd iteration of the Ukrainian army and draining the US and its allies of their military stocks down to ammunition.
Since you appeared to be an expert/specialist on so many things, is there a reason why you didn’t volunteer your expertise to the Russian General Staff?
They definitely can do with an Armchair General like yourself.
To imagine that war correspondents, ok, they met with Putin, will know more than the Russian GS means that it is not only Antony Blinken who is delusional.
Don’t you get bored/tired from all your negativism? It irritates!
“is there a reason why you didn’t volunteer your expertise to the Russian General Staff?
That lies outside protocol.
The protocol is that you are invited to join, although if memory serves a young man from Leningrad tried to apply and was remembered for his chutzpah in a friendly way as he sought to apply in 1970 when the K.G.B. was in process of “perestroika” a rebalancing which included but was not limited to inviting some former hooliganski.
The applicants name was and remains Gospodin Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin who was remembered and invited to join in 1971 if memory serves.
people like you are called Disillusioned for a certain reason, what you fail to consider is the fact that there are others on this planet, what do you think??? for Russia to go ahead quickly and lose 100-200 K soldiers just to tickle the pride of some like you? If you are so patriotic and love your country, why didn’t you volunteer??? Let me answer you. because you will be rejected due to the extremist connotations of your thinking, those like you are predisposed to commit War Crimes, Russia cannot afford to lose friends and for this reason it carries on the war as it does and not even Putin can afford to bring home 100-200 k dead for a pyrrhic victory. But I can’t ask you to understand because you are such an Arm Chair General with distinction in battle. The two of them are not and will not trust Martianov’s caliber because they do not understand the war at the level of the General Staff, the two of them can possibly understand a tactical move but have no idea about the operational level… I am so tired of people like you who think they are great strategists but if they were in charge they would only give Russia a pyrrhic victory if not a defeat.
Attention spans are short. People get invested in a particular topic. Politics and running a nation requires keeping secrets and also rallying people within your country and outside to your countries benefit on topics which they have no understanding or likely to have an understanding.
It’s job of the people at the helm to gently prod people to support a particular position over a series of steps to mould their view. This is the responsible way.
The other way is the way Blinken et al use is completely lie. Give public what they want, be led by the publics expectations and then top lie upon lie till nobody knows what they are talking about. But the public is now so keyed up that they believe what you want even without any suggestion on your part.
Unfortunately then part of the public becomes part of the decision making clique and then nobody knows what is fact what is myth. Ultimately this will damage the nation. This is what has happened to the West.
Some have suggested that all this really is part of PR framing for off ramp. As in: “Well, Ukraine regained 50% of the “seized” territory & Russia’s goals of subjugating & occupation of ALL of Ukraine failed. We have won, so, therefore, negotiations are now possible “… type of preparation for public consumption. I’m inclined this way, as I don’t believe they are “delusional” at all. They are liars, deceivers & pure evil intent & actions, hiding behind a facade of being “delusional”. They know exactly what they’re saying & doing. They’re “crazy makers”… not crazies themselves. They’re simply through & through… evil, but don’t want you to call that out. There’s no “accountability” for being “delusional”…that’s working well for these evil shits.
Yes, that fits, thank you.
Hmm. Blinken’s schizophrenia would seem to be contagious.
It’s not about land, Bill: it’s about deNazification, and the death toll is proof of that.
Don’t you ever get tired, because everyone else is tired of your shit. You make Blinken look not-so-bad.
“…recovered, one way or the other, 50% of the territory Russia then occupied”
At a cost of 2 1/2 Armies…
We destroyed the village in order to save it. That sums it all up.
You are a typical key board warrior with little understanding of what Russia is doing militarily. Your approach would have caused the deaths of tens of thousands of Russian soldiers. Unlike you, Andrei has written books on the West’s loss of military supremacy. They are brilliant. I think you’re jealous.
Andrei blocked him on his blog. You are Putin-level soft for not blocking him yet. 🙂
You have a lot of venom for the actions and decisions of the side that is clearly winning. And as for Martyanov’s “intestinal fortitude” – are you over there right now? If not, maybe you should cool it on the stone throwing since you’re living in a glass house yourself.
And yes, Blinken, and all his ilk, are delusional and downright insane. How do I know this? Because they continue to do the same thing over and over again hoping for a different result. I have met a fair number of Federal employees – State Dept types, Consulate staff, LEO’s and I have yet to meet one that is capable of acknowledging the reality on the ground where they are stationed and act in accordance with that reality.
Russia grows diplomats, look at Lavrov, he came thought the posts, ranks and countries. Look at Nuland and Blinken, etc., they are not diplomats but operatives with an agenda. Listen to the Nuland’s ” f*ck the EU” speech just for the lingo of how she “wheels and deals”, “Atta boy” Bursting with pride at a ” hulk of metal at the bottom on the sea” etc . The level of a high school’s locker room. Gutter dwellers with severe psychological issues , idea fix, etc. That’s who they are – why should we be surprised at anything Blinken says?
The Big Picture will one day hit you square in the face.
SMO…think of it as a massive Jigsaw Puzzle.
Not all pieces are interlocked at once or in one location.
The real world does not happen on the preordained news cycle.
If that don’t work for you watch two Olympic Fencers lunging and…retreating…then rushing forward and stabbing their opponents heart, with the long blade.
War is not TV entertainment learn to think like a Russian General. CNN, MSNBC & FOX etc are for Western Vegetables.
I believe your description of what happened in March of 2022 is incorrect. You make some assumptions and describe a series of events without providing any serious thought analysis. Russians were not in the adventure of capturing Kiev or any land. Blinken, in the other hand, plays his cards trying to confuse the general public trying to sell this war to American taxpayers. The true is, Russia had to deal with the events as they were unfolding, but I think you believe the western propaganda as well. Ah, and Martyanov is a fine analyst, not everybody has to be on the front to give a good analysis of the situation.
It’s weird, I watch film from 1945 of the U.S. Army and Navy in the Battle of Okinawa on YouTube and the level and bombardment of firepower is insane. The battles there are constant thundering with massive cannons and artillery and the land is turned into a moonscape. And this is all from U.S. armaments hauled thousands of miles over the Pacific Ocean by ship.
I have yet to see even one scene from this Ukraine conflict that is 1/1,000,000 as powerful as an average hour of WWII. Most of the Ukraine conflict seems to be pinprick strikes with little more than small toy-like drones with small explosive charges.
Is this just modern warfare? It’s smaller scale skirmishing in comparison to full-scale warfare?? It’s like going from the 4th of July fireworks finale on the Washington, D.C. mall to firecrackers and sparklers.
Those “concessions” by Russia are simply part of its strategy to keep the SMO as “low-grade” and thus as “manageable” for Russia as possible.
Russia doesn’t want a full-scale conflict with NATO — it doesn’t want the SMO to go “beyond” fighting a few Ukrainian conscripts with a few occasional small-scale firefights/gains/losses here and there. Nothing that would go beyond Russia’s ability to easily fix and/or cover up. A “low-intensity” conflict so to speak, even if a somewhat “extended” one for Russia (and others) as well.
Likewise all those bombings and shelling of Russian territories are simply part of those “concessions” Russia is willing to make. Of course, as the Russian government (just like NATO) also has a propaganda and military image campaign to run, it cannot divulge any of this to the public as well.
*Granted — there are times occasionally when Ukrainian forces *do* push forward a little too much and too strongly for the Russian government’s liking! In which case, then Russia does respond in like kind — aka all those “retaliatory strikes” you hear about! Hitting those actual “juicy” targets — infrastructure, ammo depots, etc — that the folks here like to occasionally gloat about and around…
You can tell when the federal govt and corporate press are not lying.
Their lips don’t move. It’s the $3 mafia… just like Operation Torch in Brazil … the US is all kick backs and bribes now.
You can add in the corps who no longer have to GAAP their balance sheets…. you watch PE ratios zoom past the standard 7.5….to 400…….
… but don’t worry… your investments are safe in the equity and banking markets.

America, this is the quality you’ve got 🙁
Blinken delivers 5 lies in the first minute of the interview. He’s only being interviewed regard military matters but he then adds the caveat “I’m not a military expert.” He then stammers when asked again whether the USA will supply Ukraine the F16s.
Regards European countries handling the humanitarian end, that’s true. 13.8 million Ukrainian refugees in Poland now. The next bunch of politicians in Poland, Romania, Moldova etc will be yelling about immigrants.
That rise of the right, on migration and economic issues, is happening across Europe. Belgium was in the news yesterday, the leading party being conservatives wanting to split the country into two countries. I wrote about Germany and Austria yesterday. ‘German State Propaganda Against the Rise of the Right-Wing?’ –
https://mikehampton.substack.com/p/german-propaganda-right-wing-ibiza-affair
I’ll be silent for a while. Working on something. Wishing you all a good week.
Belgium should split……..it is a messed up country created to keep France from the border of the Low Countries
Corruption in Belgium makes US look positively clean……..and then there is NATO…….
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willy_Claes
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/André_Cools
and the Freemasonry……….
Belgium is a complete mess with Brussels overwhelmed by crime gangs both within EU Commission and outside in the immigrant quarters with their fragmented police forces……
Without NATO and EU funds flow Belgium would have disintegrated like Yugoslavia
I look forward to the day when Vlaams Belung mandates Vlaams as the official language in Belgium. Which side will Nato support then?
Peter VE ….
So, Belgium’s about to split some say. I second your thought. Will Brussels go to war with one to support the other? We need a change of venue and a change of pace, just to keep things interesting.
And why did the Czechs not go to war with the Slovaks in ’92 but supported Ukraine’s war in ’14 over the Donbass, not to mention NATO’s ’99 war over Kosovo’s US-granted right to secession and a dozen or so other mysteries?
These inconsistencies are extremely annoying to my rational side.
After that argument, Kennedy will have to make you the US ambassador to New Belgium 🙂
“Corruption in Belgium makes US look positively clean”
Corruption in the US makes Somalia look positively clean.
I wonder if there is a third possibility: the US government is well aware of the state of play but is so invested in the narrative that an impending catastrophic loss needs to be sold as a victory. The Russian objective, after all, was never “to erase Ukraine”. The US can say, “we have preserved something of Ukraine, therefore we have won”. Sure, the rest of the world won’t be fooled, but they are not the audience (which is probably simply the folk on the Hill). All that the rhetoric needs to achieve is cover for extrication. Perhaps that is also the reason for the repeated reference to “other countries”. The vassals are going to have to wear this one from here on out.
Apparently there is a deep seated belief that the war can be won by burying Ukraine in bull shit. If BS were weapons, NATO would be unbeatable. The MSM, having given up on journalism, is now in agri-business, being the chief manure spreaders.
They subscribe to the theory that BS baffles brains. We’ll see. As to Blinken’s delusions, let us not forget that cocaine has been found in the WH. Maybe Zelenskyy isn’t the only one with a substance abuse problem.
You know……
He sings the Blues in a “Homie band,”….with a slow mow, husky Negro accent.
“Well slap my thighs and roll my eyes.”
Blinky is the main man. So much for Democrats treating Americans with respect, dignity and equality.
The lot of them are criminally insane. The White House is a mad house.
The “White House” is a crack house (follow the powder)😜
If any politician treated Americans with dignity they wouldn’t have let jobs and industry flow out. Illegal immigrants come in and have the pharma and disease management industry make slaves out of the people.
And I’m not American.
Why, yes, he is!
‘Narrative uber alles!’ They believe their own bs, and seemingly can’t imagine, or won’t imagine anything else. Even if some may know deep down, or it is so obvious, they get paid, promoted, rewarded for keeping to the narrative. However, there are cracks widening…
Too bad reality continues and ‘the ‘Narrative’ can never affect reality. Makes the crash worse since the vast majority aren’t prepared as the west is the most propagandized population ever.
Interesting that the Thursday meeting of VVP with the RF Security Council and the VVP -Lukashenko talks today seemingly got zero coverage in Sproutsville, Lundone and Potomakberg, but the delusional ravings of ole-blinkey get prime disinforamatsiya treatment.
Odds are he’s not playing with a full deck.

For everyone else, reality bites. For these people, it doesn’t come in contact with their daily lives. How would they justify the real world with what they claim is going on inside their eyes?
“Theres something happening here, what it is ain’t exactly clear” (Steve Stills) When that record came out we were in disbelief that two Kennedy’s were buried because of…. what we now know is money grubbing by control freaks.
Trump promised to fully open JFK’s assassination but didn’t. Just one example of Trump’s perpetual inconsistency. Judge Napolitano once mentioned that he spoke to Trump during his presidency about it, and Trump replied, “If you’ve seen what’s there, you wouldn’t open them either.” And promised to tell Napolitano more, when there were no “15 people listening on the line,” but never happened. So, how much worse could be there than we already suspect?
Trump is a small businessman who ran a simple family enterprise and subcontracted everything else. That is why he had no ability to select personnel.
He is/was unable to filter out Council on Foreign Relations personnel choices or to find a good Sec of State and frankly was outflanked everywhere but where he went overboard for Israel
He was on every magazine cover in Europe as a hate figure whereas Biden is never highlighted which shows just how controlled Europe is by the Shadow Government in U.S.
It is hard to see how US can avoid existential warfare since it refuses to pull in its horns and stirs conflict
trump can be described as: “a small man, super-huge ego and a tiny member (ask Stormy Daniels :))
buffalo springfield`s “for what it`s worth”, written by stephen stills, was released in late december 1966. the track was subsequently included on the buffalo springfield debut album in march 1967. robert f. kennedy however was purportedly murdered by sirhan sirhan on june 8th, 1968, i.e. some one-and-a-half years later.
the lyrics of “for what it`s worth” for their part were a comment on the so-called “sunset strip riots” of november 1966 in los angeles: there is no reference in the song to either of the deaths of the kennedy brothers, nor for that matter to the overall political situation in the US at the time. rather, the song`s ire is aimed at the los angeles police department. it remains a widely-held misunderstanding that “for what it`s worth” was somehow an anti-war statement which even the song`s author has clarified it wasn`t.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunset_Strip_curfew_riots
Thanks for the clarification. I remember the song quite well from early 1967. A lot of Top 40 AM radio stations wouldn’t play the song, because at the time, it was “controversial.”
In my top 10 classics. Was in Nicholas Cage’s ‘ Lord of War’.
It’s a theater of the absurd. As Larry and many others have pointed out this show will come to an end and the final act is coming relatively soon. It’s no longer necessary to place much emphasis on what is being said by the belligerents. When you look at the actions alone, the trend is clear; it is escalation. Maybe this is an inflection point before Afghanistan style collapse and withdrawal of the western support from 404 takes place. That, however is a low probability. Given the past trends and what is on the chessboard, it looks like the Baltic states will be thrown next into the fray. And yes there is a large amount of variables to consider like economics, industrial output, public sentiment etc. Nevertheless given the past trends, it looks like it will happen, and the leaders of those countries will be happy to oblige their benefactors. Their constituents will be opposed, but won’t have much choice. Remember, Mr. Z run for office on a peace platform but there was never any intent to deliver. It looks very much like an introduction of a poison pill between Europe and RU. Europe as a whole will be sacrificed. Coincidentally it looks like RU has seen this a while back and that’s why their pivot is to Asia, Africa, Latin America.
As always, thanks for your analysis and the platform Larry.
The Baltics are Georgia – in the Caucasus, not in the US – sized dwarfs, granted they hate Russia way more than Georgians but they’d really have to be suicidal to enter the fray. The total population of the three is about that of Denmark. It will be Poland or nothing.
I would assume that Russian cluster munitions deployed in quantity are right around the corner and if they’re not, Ru has calculated that they’re not needed. I suspect though, they’ll be forthcoming anyway, just for parity’s sake.
But that 50% loss is quite troubling. Troubling in that how the hell did he manage to come up with it? Seems he’s on a trip to outdo UA’s claims in shooting down 110% of Ru’s missiles.
Zakaria is such a tool. Blinken? Well, Larry summed it up. Nothing to add.
Cluster munitions will come in very handy if the Ukies fancy sending mass waves of infantry across the dried mudflats to the ZNNP.
And then there are all those videos you see of infantry running back after their vehicles have been blown up.
I think the Russians can make much better use of these weapons than Ukraine can, and that the Ukies will rue the day they started using them.
Zakaria has risen to the top in a profession where the vast majority can’t make ends meet and he has remained there for decades. He knows what’s his job.
He isn’t going to give up millions of Dollars in yearly earnings just to have the satisfaction of being truthful.
He’s saying Ukraine hasn’t committed their full force yet. We’ll see, these people look too calm, they believe project Ukraine will continue.
A television host discusses the stock market in the same soulless manner they mention people getting evicted from homes. Blinken isn’t the Secretary of State. He’s just a newscaster for the Empire. He’s getting paid to do this job.
Martyanov is correct about Blinken’s detachment from reality: The best analog to Blinken and Biden is Ribbentrop as Hitler’s toady, telling him things that obviously aren’t true knowing what The Boss or Der Fuhrer wants to hear. None of us are really qualified to make neurological or psychological diagnoses, but based on widely known information and Pentagon briefs sent to DOS, a full psychological battery assessment tests are in order for Blinken, like Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. This is beyond funny now! The responsible approach is to acknowledge Ukraine’s counteroffensive has failed and that a military solution to secure a diplomatic stance or position favorable to Ukraine is no longer viable. To preserve as much territorial integrity of Ukraine, and secure its existence and to save lives, the only approach from here is negotiations on unfavorable terms.
Afghanistan a beating too many ……maybe not. It’s all about the money.
Another possibility is this is what those at the top are being told since those telling them know what they want to hear. Can’t really blame Blinken for not knowing since the only way he has of knowing is from the “experts.”
Gen. Milley does know for sure, and he is still publicly positive about the situation as in, “All they have to do is clear away some mines. They have what they need to break through.”
There is no statecraft in America. Diplomatic appointments are given out as fancy thank you cards to political supporters, well placed friends, corporate favors, etc. Blinken is only the most vocal lout in our mediocre diplomatic corps. He is like all the others, he got that plum job because he is a known and trusted political quantity. Clearly he has no grasp of history, which is not required for the State Department. Indeed he is oblivious to his own astonishing ignorance, and has no reason to care about that because they are all rich, ignorant gulpins. Furthermore, he is extremely confident and well versed in the only skill really required for diplomatic appointments—gaslighting.
Some of them get away with it thanks to a veneer of intelligence but it is really only luck that is extended to them thanks to educations at fancy colleges and universities, which of course is where most of these bonds are formed. Nuland was moneyed owing to her father, and she attended a fancy college, and learned to speak fluent Russian. That veneer would advertise someone intelligent, cultured, professional, etc., but Vicky is none of those things. Her reason for studying Russian was the ultimate goal of vengeance upon the Russian people for her own ancient family woes, but the only way she could do that was by worming her way up the ranks of the State Department on the pretext of diplomacy, and managed to hide her coarse, uncultured, uncouth, slovenly persona in check. She is nothing if not laser focused on her goal with all the stealth that required. All airs and (fake) graces until she reached her goal of igniting a war, then dropped the mask and revealed the seething hatred which could only be sated with conflict and bloodshed upon her ancient family foe. And her colleagues are just the same. They are all guttersnipes with expensive clothes, cars, clubs, etc. but they are really just self impressed thugs under the tax funded attire.
Blinkin is an ignorant gulpin after her own heart, and does not belong anywhere near diplomacy, it is too important for such a fop. He has all the outward appearances of intelligence but is in fact vapid, ill read, poorly spoken, and quite stupid, even with all his fancy but unimpressive credentials. And it shows as soon as he opens his yap.
“No amount of varnish can ever hide the grain of the wood, for the more varnish you put on the more the wood will express itself. “

There are two shysters in this video–a genuine ignoramus and uncultured hack Zakaria and, of course, Tony Blinken. Not only they have zero math skills, both of these “professionals” sit and humiliate their country in a front of the whole world.”
No truer words ever spoken!!!
Our media will not report that a Russian offensive began four days ago in the North and is going well.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXhg9DfTIVg
Offensive? Success? Balderdash, the Russians are merely retreating backwards in reverse to the west. Must have gotten their compasses from Christmas crackers.
Not schizoid. Just a pathological liar.
A trait by which we select our managerial (& political) class, for some reason.
6 generations of Americans have been marinated in propaganda/advertising, which is transparently replete with lies, and everybody knows and accepts it. This simulacrum has gradually displaced our sense of reality with the conviction that you can get something for less than the cost.
Yes. Blinken is a cultural Marxist aka. A Talmudist. You know, truth is what they say it is. US government, NATO, and EU are run by these quizzlings. Thierry Messian of the Voltaire network refers to people like Blinken as Straussians.
( I like numbers 🙂
Number wise the UKR army started with 700K active military, and 1,000K (1M in reserve), which give about 1.7M soldiers available.
After 1.5 years of fighting la creme of the 2022 soldiers is gone, minced by the Russian artillery. Some 350-400K are fertilizer, while around 800K are WIA, MIA, prisoners, or abducted by aliens. That together with the 400K fertilizer, gives 1.2M casualties.
Out of initial 1.7M, Russians have to mince just another 500K.
They do it 700 per day (KIA) ( https://t.me/fred33flint/1401 ) and together with WIA, MIA, deserters, and prisoners we get about 2,000-2,500 per day. 500K / 2K = 250 days, which is say one year.
So, we’ll see the light next year about this time.
Lots of them are in London or in Germany. I see Ukrainian men with wife and child and translator in tow everywhere
I know of no time in the past when a nation like U.K. would be waging war by proxy yet harbour draft dodgers from their ally’s army !
If we take only the countries with over 1M UKR refugees, Russia, Germany, Poland, Canada, we have 4-5M. However my guesstimates is that the total refugees numbers are into 10M , and increasing.
Another tough winter with the destruction of 700 Kwh Ukrainian transformers (the workhorse on their electrical grid), will change the idea of living in Ukraine to the rest of mobile people.
So, the things are moving according to plan, and NATO is winning. (ask Blinken)
I don’t think it’ll go on that long. The manpower pool will more likely run out by end winter. Remember that those doing the actual recruiting of cannon fodder and pushing from behind to get them to kamikaze attack are not going to volunteer to die themselves when the cannon fodder run out.
Masno from Telegram was in Ukranazistan for three months. He claimed that Ukrainians want to fight Russia and will keep fighting as long as given weapons. But he also claims Kiev looks deserted, its infamous traffic jams disappeared, its roads empty. “Where is everyone?” he asked.
Uh…dead or fled.
By late 2024 Stingers might be headed for Ukraine and by 2025 US 155mm ammunition production will be more than 3 times what Ukraine is using currently (way less than Russians). But before they deploy 100 F16s with maintenance and rearming equipment and crews, they will need to send 1000’s of construction troops and engineers with equipment to construct runways and hangers. Also Ukraine needs to demand EU countries forcefully send back the millions of Ukrainians for their Army. Blinken is amazing 👏
Blinken’s mental illness has been known for years. Watch part of his Senate confirmation hearing as psychopathic Senator Lindsay Graham gives him an intelligence test.

That phrase is not an old Russian proverb; it is an antisemitic rhyme that’s origin appears to be from a post on a white supremacist/antisemitic website in 2018.
You only posted your comment to discredit Mr. Johnson and those who read this website.
Thanks for flagging. I’ll delete.
And Victoria “Fuck the EU” Nuland is on deck to become Blinken’s Deputy Secretary of State.

That Blinken and the gang of schizophrenics can’t contemplate negotiations with Russia is perfectly apt given that Russians consider Americans as “not agreement capable”. Hence, there will be no negotiations, no deal on anything for very long time between the two parties as Russia (and increasingly the rest of the world) has zero trust in Americans while Americans can’t intellectually grasp the concept of negotiations.
Larry , said the US sent three armored divisions to Europe may be Poland, Larry is the only person I have herd that from, Larry are you still on board with that?
More from Blinken:
Ukraine has recaptured 50% of the territory that Russia seized, Blinken says
https://www.reuters.com/world/blinken-says-ukraine-has-taken-back-50-territory-that-russia-seized-2023-07-23/
Taking back the rest will take a little longer. China sees these concrete gains and is put on notice about our resolve to preserve the “rules based international order”.
“Since our mind is strengthened by communication with strong and clear minds, it is impossible to imagine how much it loses, how it is vulgarized in everyday contact and communication with base and flawed minds. This is the most fatal infection”.
Michel de Montaigne
Lies are essentially necessary in the US, why lies are important: because they are the trenches of defense, in order to function. If the Truth were told, the USA would collapse. Long ago, these Lies chased away reality like a scarecrow, and that unreal world was accepted by the West. So we have two worlds Unreal and Real established by Russia and China and that is salvation.
Hi Larry,
Sorry to have be contrary to your views, for once.
Describing Anthony Blinken as actually schizophrenic is medically meaningless – see also the American Psychiatric Association’s “Goldwater Rule.” Worse, it is insulting to *actual* schizophrenics everywhere to compare them to the creature masquerading as US Secretary of State. 🙂
Blinken is not sick, just godawful. If he is, in fact, deluded it may be a consequence of Joseph Goebbel’s infamous line: “If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it, and you will even come to believe it yourself.”
Best wishes.
Agree 100%. Blinken is just a vapid political animal who touts pseudo impressive credentials like a new designer handbag. He is not paid to think, he is paid to obey which he does because he knows there is always some swollen paycheck that follows. He is not inherently intelligent, not even clever like his boss Vicky. Now she is clever.
Neither they nor their self impressed co workers are schizophrenic, which is a dreadful illness. But they do have malevolent personality disorders which involves ruthless power abuses, pride, deceit, greed, vengeance, etc. Where have we all heard about those flags before. The State Department is where diplomacy goes to croak.
Blinken (and his friends) is a psychopath. It is a psychiatric condition exhibiting a form of delusion.
Psychiatric conditions are categorised into Clusters A, B and C.
Cluster A is your schizophrenia etc. These people have severely disordered thinking and have no idea their thinking is disordered and are low functioning.
Cluster C are your neurotics, phobics etc. They have disordered thinking but are aware that their thinking is wrong at least to some extent. They are usually high functioning
Cluster B contains your psychopaths, narcissists, borderlines and others.
These people are somewhat borderline between Clusters A & C.
They are deluded about many things, see nothing wrong with their thinking like Cluster A but are high functioning like Cluster C.
Blinken and his friends think they know all they need to know to be in control but are unable to see the consequences of their decisions. Delusional.
Blinken and his friends are all mentally ill.
Blinken and all his hoodlum friends are Cluster B. They know very well that provoking violence is wrong, but like their ilk in the narcotics cartels, the money, power, and vengeance is just too good to pass up. Our leaders have more in common with narcotics king pins who they know what they are doing is wrong but they don’t care, andfor the same reasons.
Russia’s goal with the SMO was not and never has been to wipe Ukraine off the map. The goals of the special operation are to ensure the protection of people from genocide by the Ukrainian neo-Nazi regime, to demilitarize and denazify the territory of Ukraine, in fact to achieve its neutral status, which should be spelled out in the Constitution, the Secretary of the Security Council listed.
Patrushev recalled that Russia had to launch a special military operation because “the spread of neo-Nazism in Ukraine, the functioning on its territory of biological laboratories involved in the US military biological program, as well as the plans announced by the Kyiv authorities to create nuclear weapons and join NATO created significant threats security not only of Russia
It all reminds me of an old Soviet joke, “the leader felt better and better until he died.”
Fareed Zakaria + CNN + Blinken. !!!!!!!!!
You expect rationality ?
It is in English parlance known as a “reverse ferret”…………they are tiptoeing away from the edge backwards so you do not notice ………it will be in so many arenas………Ben Wallace started it ……..”We are not Amazon….” then resignation as Cabinet Minister……..and MP………
Just like Covid Mouthpieces melted away so will the Zelensky Cheerleaders…………by this time next year Americans will have forgotten about Ukraine…..and Europe……..and be focused on whatever Biden orchestrates for their amusement……..
Blinken and other bullshit-talking high ranking western officials lie because they say let the business rollin…America’s so called Rules based World Order has transformed into numerous independent mafia groupings each operating within their own respective territories. Private interest schemes always lead to Al Capone endings.
What was he going to say after the greatest humiliation in US history? That it’s all liars and assholes in the White House?
One point Andrei Martyanov always makes is that these American foreign policy people – Blinken, Sullivan, Nuland – don’t know shit about military affairs. And the generals are all ass kissers. So we’re hosed.
They know zilch about foreign affairs
US gives State Dept to Wall Street attorneys or East European Jewish academics
It is truly bizarre to have no quality as USSR did with Gromyko who built the culture that formed Lavrov
America had excellent diplomats once upon a time. Those were the days when America still used and needed diplomacy. Now it has no use for diplomats. They are imperial viceroys and bullies.
This should surprise no one. Blinken and others up high in this administration are not too tightly wrapped. (think Kamala Harris, etc.) The real issue for the free world is a completely compromised press/ media that is not reporting truths and obvious malfeasance. The 4th rail of government has run off the tracks.
You forgot the bit where he claimed Ukraine had taken back 50% of what Russia had seized- which relies on pretending the initial push to Kiev to secure a negotiated peace, was territory (right across the west) actually taken, when it never was. It was territory the Russians flagged as at threat if the Ukrainians were to persist in their armed resistance to the basic objectives of the SMO. And that threat remains, which is why NATO is looking at putting the nutty Poles into the line of fire, now. Let’s give western Ukraine to Poland as an incentive to fight this war of ours! (and it gets long term responsibility for it off our back)!
Putin’s primary concern has always been east of the river- the resource rich bit, and also the site of persecution of Russian leaning citizens. Ukraine’s spring (sic) offensive has made no significant inroads here at all. It is a failure- if ordinary words retain any natural meaning at all. The real question now is what are the implications of Poland coming in? Will Putin allow a NATO border along the Dnipro? Will that be the final settlement with the price to Ukraine for its Nazi style persecution of Russians being no independent Ukraine left at all?
“I divide my officers into four groups. There are clever, diligent, stupid, and lazy officers. Usually two characteristics are combined. Some are clever and diligent — their place is the General Staff. The next lot are stupid and lazy — they make up 90% of every army and are suited to routine duties. Anyone who is both clever and lazy is qualified for the highest leadership duties, because he possesses the intellectual clarity and the composure necessary for difficult decisions. One must beware of anyone who is stupid and diligent — he must not be entrusted with any responsibility because he will always cause only mischief.”
General Kurt von Hammerstein-Equord, quoted in “The Silences of Hammerstein”
I would like to leave a statement here. I saved that video because happy Ukrainian soldiers are hard to find. I am not interested in German weaponry, it has inflicted enough, and way to much pain on the world. So I do not care if Rheinmetall or Thyssen-Krupp goes broke.
I think the times of small European countries and its influence on global affairs are over, and gone for good. Let the superpowers sort out their affairs on their own. Europe should immediatelly declare its neutrality in the conflict between the giants Russia and well not so much left-giant USA, the coming giant China, India, Brasilia and well new blocks are in build-up globally, so the time of European world leadership are long since over, and to get involved into the giant’s affairs just let little Europe being squashed like insects. This is not a good policy, but getting involved into the giant’s affair will only led to destruction of economy, society and state of western Europe.
To see what happens with Ukrainian population breaks my heart. And I do not talk politics here, for Germany was taken over as much as Ukraine by foreign agents fully under control of megalomanic greedy grocers of the west. That is not good policy, that is just making blood money with the suffering of others but these immense profits were build up on mountain sized piles of millions of corpses.
This is doing the work of the devil. This can not prevail, or the west will be completely lost, and the suffering of the population will be abominable. The time to stop this madness is long since overdue, the next phase will be chaos. Anyone who supports this policy by talking propaganda fictions completely detached from reality is the true enemy of the population of Europe, guilty of participation in a genocidal war of agression and if working in or for in a governmental institution guilty of committing high treason againts the interests of his own country and Europe in a whole. He or she should face serious prosecution by the authorities if not his own, or western judificial law inforcement agencies, falls under the law of wartime conditions and is to be delivered to the victorious war party to face punishment there.
Thank you for your attention.
Larry’s nuanced patriotic insight sure stimulates the best of the best, around.
Comments here are of the highest order.
On this basis, there may be hope for Humanity.
“There may be a medical explanation. According to the Mayo Clinic, schizophrenia is:
a serious mental disorder in which people interpret reality abnormally. Schizophrenia may result in some combination of hallucinations, delusions, and extremely disordered thinking and behavior that impairs daily functioning, and can be disabling.”
“The United States of America” has always required a focus on symptoms to facilitate their attempts of limiting change within linear paradigms of acceptable tolerances, with increasing failure rates whose trajectories and velocities expand as a function of their purpose.
This is a component of why in the vicinity of striptease “US analysts” are prone to describe the attributes of the stripper and ponder Cui Bono ? and then seek to create narratives in order to fashion comfort blankets for their audience.
Ergo “US analysts” tend to focus on appearances rather than causes as a function of their purposes.
“US strategists” are also limited in some varying degree to linear methods as a function of their purpose, and hence lateral methods are precluded to them and hence they require iterations of narratives in order to fashion comfort blankets and voyeuristic stimulation for their audience.
The purpose of the strategists of the opponents of “The United States of America” are to co-operate in transcending “The United States of America”.
Based upon analyses since at least 1916, these strategists have understood that fortunately “The United States of America” remains agreement incapable as a function of their purpose and facilitation, and if this was not the case, it would not serve the purposes of those seeking to co-operate to transcend “The United States of America” to reach an agreement with “The United States of America”, since doing so would sustain “The United States of America” thereby precluding the purposes of those seeking to transcend “The United States of America”.
Consequently the possible schizophrenic presentations of “The United States of America”, including but not limited to trying force their opponents to the negotiating table, in significant measure is a symptom of their realisation that they are accelerating towards the “Oh fuck” moment, many voyeurs designate it as “The cum shot, but that is a premature ejaculation due to penile malfunction” of What’s it all about Alfie ?
This process is described more politely in Mr. Don Mclean’s song American Pie
So, bye-bye, Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee, but the levee was dry
And them good ol’ boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye
Singin’, “This’ll be the day that I die
This’ll be the day that I die”
released in 1971 as was the alchemy of turning gold into paper, which some strategists
understood was an inflection point facilitating opportunities of transcendence, as were the announcement of “full spectrum dominance” and “the end of history” in due course which apparently is not yet due, rendering the impatient waiting for Godot.
However to maintain “positive thinking” perhaps another rendition of there’s no business, like show business by Ethel Merman and so let’s get on with the show will “lighten the load” and some can create fantasies of “We can feel your pain”.

In illustration of “American analysts and their methods”.
Look on the bright side, like others he has good teeth and likely spends the appropriate time gazing at a mirror, or two, or three, but not sight of “the other”.
Anybody who watched Antony Blinken’s latest public demonstration of “a serious mental disorder in which people interpret reality abnormally” didn’t listen to Caroline Kennedy (formerly US Ambassador to Japan during Obama’s presidency, and now currently US Ambassador to Australia under “Sleepy Old” Joe Biden’s presidency) give her little speech at the christening of the USS Canbarra as “preserving the stability and prosperity of a rules-based order.”
We kind of expect this kind of behavior from people like Blinken, but from the daughter of JFK?
First of all, haven’t we heard enough of this whole “rules-based order” crap enough already? Whose rules? Whose order? So now we are launching battleships (that look like Poodles), in the service of a hegemon? Kind of breaks your heart.
Secondly, if her father, JFK, had heard his own daughter speak in the service of this kind of democracy he would have dis-owned her.
This is almost as bad as JFK’s father, Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr., being a NAZI sympathizer while US Ambassador to Great Britian during World War II. Nothing like another traitor and a defeatist representing the United States to the whole world.
And now we have another Kennedy heading towards what was formerly called the “highest office in the land” again. Isn’t one Kennedy enough?
We really need to put an end to these professional political family dynasties. One family member, one term in public office, period. When do we say enough to all these Kennedys, and Bushes, and Clintons, and Obamas, and McCains, and Pelosis, and Schumers, and Gabby Giffords, etc?
but from the daughter of JFK?
Her married name is Schlossberg……..
jew…
Actually, she is going by Caroline Kennedy. She dropped the Schlossberg. She’s not married anymore. Separated to be exact. If divorced, then she is keeping it a secret. Like her mother Caroline likes to keep things private.
Amazing that people still have difficulty dealing with the Ignoble Liars, the kindergarten of Prof. Leo Strauss at Chicago Univ. Why is it Russia, and especially Putin, clearly reference the Empire of Lies, and US citizens run in circles like dogs chasing their tails?
The”crazies in the basement” are the US Straussians. Thierry Meyssan names names at :
Russia declares war on the Straussians

The Russian Federation was a co-operative from inception and remains so.
Some were aware of Mr. Strauss and his associates, and Mr. Dontsev and his associates well before 1969.
One of analyses of some was that :
At least they had some notion of deception since they called themselves Neo cons instead of old cons, rendered possible in the “Golden Homeland” of “The United States of America” where in their fears could be assuaged and identities adjusted on the boat over.
That was also and remains a practice in facilitating and sustaining “The State of Israel”, including but not restricted to the zionists persuading “The United States of America” from 1945 onwards to limit Jewish immigration of “survivors” and their redirection to Palestine, perceived as killing at least two birds with one stone given prevailing levels of “Anti-Semitism” in ” The United States of America”, allowing in large part American citizens of Jewish descent to restrict their support to financing the efforts in facilitating “The State of Israel”, a strategy of limited half-life given the target audience who eventually came to the conclusion that “We’re paying for this, so we should have a say in how this happens”.
So following Jewish community practice in much of the old countries, American citizens of Jewish descent created many factions in competition facilitating to some degree the ongoing transcendence of “The State of Israel” despite the best efforts of Benny and the Jets.
Hi Larry,
If you have the time what would be your take on the below :
The”crazies in the basement” are the US Straussians. Thierry Meyssan names names at :
Russia declares war on the Straussians
https://www.voltairenet.org/article215855.html
“The day is coming when Blinken will no longer be able to make such silly pronouncements because the reality of Russia’s victory will not be hidden.”
It can’t happen soon enough.
There is a logic in Tony’s madness, let me explain it for you.
Russia wowed to demilitarize the Banderistan , and yet they only managed to demilitarize NATO so far, so : it’s a fail ! Take that Putin !
Ha Blinken , I’ll miss him when he won’t be secretary of state anymore. He should run a comic duo on TV with Pompeo just for lulz 🙂 Why not on CNN ?
Actually I thought Blinken did a great job! It’s called spin. Putting a happy face on an otherwise dismal situation. You don’t really think he’s going to go on national TV and tell the truth?
There was an interesting point bushed upon in the interview, which is, how will the war play out during the US election cycle next year? Assuming this thing lasts that long, it’s plausible that Russia will just let Ukraine continue to throw away their army battering Russian lines. Then next spring, one could imagine a huge Ruussian assault and a collapse of the Ukrainian army.
And let’s not miss how Zakaria, one of the laziest, most privileged “journalist” on the planet, just plays along with the lies without having done any background research at all. This was theater for the deluded Democrat masses.
The US “pragmatic” approach to a huge problem is baloney.
Anyone who actually reads the Straussian links above, will see this did not start with Maidan.
The link is from Leo Strauss to Hitler’s Nazi Crown Jurist Carl Schmitt, the other side of the neo-con coin, who legalized Crisis Management, as in the original and later failed Reichstagsrand called 9/11. Ashcroft a noted Carl Schmitt clone, Wolfowitz, Blinken, Perle, all Strauss clones.
All of this has been thoroughly documented since 2003, and still US citizens chase their tails looking for baloney, instead of reading and actually thinking for 5 minutes.
Blinken, Sullivan, Nuland, Biden, i.e., the entirety of the Globalist West Warmongering Rot wanting to control the world, are Criminally Insane, and for which need to be prosecuted for their crimes against humanity!
The Anglosphere does not, and never has, understood Europe east of the Rhein. Nor does it understand the rest of the world, either.
For us, we have the misfortune of being governed by unhinged lunatics, morons, and unrepentant fiends. Whose domestic policies are just as destructive to us, as their foreign policy is to other countries. Everybody I know is bracing themselves for economic collapse and for war with Russia and China. They’re also starting to pay more attention to the Texas Nationalist Movement, and to the idea of secession. They and myself included, think that the U.S. is headed for a breakup, and for some kind of civil war, in various regions. A few of us even see the possibility of famine in the U.S.
Blinken has got his reply from chat-gpt.. He asked chat-gpt to put an optimistic note about Ukraine future and the US
policy on weapons . He also asked chat-gpt to demean Russia.
Result : a mechanical flow of sentences that sound neat and artificial.
Pathetic Blinken…
Good piece. It appears that President Biden and his cadre of advisors and sycophants he has surrounded himself with, believe it is circa Sept. 3, 1945, a day after the official end of WWII, from which the US emerged as the world’s leading economic/military power. It appears current UK PM Rishi Sunak and ruling elite he represents are under similar illusions, believing it is circa 1922, the height of the British Empire.
Reality check- Despite ‘investing’ $ trillions of taxpayer money in the military, the Pentagon has not won a war since 1945. US taxpayers have spent more than $21 trillion on post-911 militarization [See- https://watson.brown.edu/costsofwar/%5D, the result- strategic debacles in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Yemen and now Ukraine. Should Biden be foolish enough to instigate a conflict in the Taiwan Strait, we will face an alliance of China-Russia-DPRK, all armed with hypersonic missiles and nuclear warheads. Like many of his predecessors, Sec of State Anthony Blinken is suffering from hubris, [(n), defined as having excessive pride or self-confidence] and unaware of the fate of post-1945 US military adventures. Unfortunately, decades of foreign policy blunders has progressively undermined our national and economic security. Listening to Blinken’s recent interview on CNN does not inspire confidence in out ‘leadership’.
It appears current UK PM Rishi Sunak and ruling elite he represents are under similar illusions,
I doubt that Rishi Sunak knows anything about Britain in 1922 since his family entered UK in 1966……….
Sunak is a “pleaser” desperate to ingratiate himself with Biden. After all he held a Green Card, has an apartment in Santa Monica, worked in his own hedge fund funded by wife’s daddy…………
Sunak is out of a job by end-2024 and hopes for US payback for his ingratiating subservience – he wants a lovely job in New York or California and to exit UK
Blinken is rude and treats Russia,
schoolmasterly, it is not diplomacy, but the death of diplomacy, Biden
is as rude, as even all the other female politicians in the US, from Hillary.
Ukraine is a rookie state, Franken-stein’s monster from hell, we do not need a new Israeli state in Europe, whom no one can trust,
a fascist take-over, and terroristic
character, that’s the mad rookie’s
way to behave, like Finland.
Russia is Europe’s gendarme, and a conservative and victorian state, and we need Russia for the balance as much as 1945.
Then peace for 50 years, most people got a good life, that period, their golden years. Now Europe will be destroyed again, for decades, caused by the rookie, the tool, Ukraine, US,Nato, EU. Most Europe-ans know this, but dare not to speak up, but there’s none popular movement in Europe for Ukraine, no meetings, demonstrations as for
Vietnam, or against the Iraq war, so
the shit comes from above as usual.
Larry, while I am still learning about the financial control, the English Crown had, until recently, on the financial health and politics of the USA, I once asked you if the CIA runs MI6 or was it the other way around, you indicated l, the CIA rules and I should watch the Movie “Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy” and I watched it again. Today, I watched a video of a recent interview with Seymour Hersh. At time marker 4:00 he says the following: … the classic thing for the Head of the CIA is does he work for the Crown or the Constitution and most CIA Directors work for the Crown …
This statement that the CIA works for the Crown, dovetails well with everything I read about the CIA’s origin and Allen Dulles as the longest serving director and his brother as Secretary of State during his tenure. He headed operation Paperclip.
It’s interesting to point, after graduating in 1926, he took a job at Sullivan & Cromwell, the New York firm where his brother, John Foster Dulles, was a partner. He became a director of the Council on Foreign Relations in 1927. I sincerely believe, CIA employees do their job well. However, I seriously wonder if the heads of the CIA are America Firsters, when one looks at the failures, among which are, protecting JFK, the collapse of the Soviet Union and letting 911 happen, to name a few.
Is Seymore’ statement correct?
https://youtu.be/I8sQvp2yXtM
Clearly Seymour Hersh has you bamboozled !
the classic thing for the Head of the CIA is does he work for the Crown or the Constitution and most CIA Directors work for the Crown …
It means does the Head of the CIA work to uphold the Constitution of the United States or is he simply the functionary appointed by the President of the United States to serve HIM ?
It has nothing to do with United Kingdom whatsoever.
It is an expression in political theory. Since US created ONLY ONE ELECTED member of the Executive……..a strange structure…….the US Constitution is unlike any parliamentary system. In UK “The Crown in Parliament” makes Laws with the power of the Government deriving from The Crown and the symbol being The Mace on the table before The Speaker in The House of Commons…………..
What US has is a form of Dictatorship where a President can appoint his own Cabinet and no member of that cabinet can oppose him – that is unlike the British system
Paul… evidently when Seymore talks about the Crown, he is talking about an issue of which you have not reached any depth of understanding.
Until very recently, the US was a financial colony of the City of London. If you notice carefully, Crown Intelligence, was behind the Russia collusion of 2016 and the dossier, behind the escalation in the Ukraine and the baiting of Russia into attacking NATO.
It would be useless for me to keep on providing you with data points, while you have still to develop your baseline on the subject. Let me leave you with this, the Crown wants their old American colony back with the proposed Reset, before their fiat currency based system collapses soon.
As usual the American blind-spot is deafening :
Dr. Henry Kissinger, was appointed an Honorary Knight Commander in the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George (KCMG), and TWICE publicly said he always served the British Crown, in FOUR US Administrations.
When Sir Henry went to China early on, he did not serve a US Admin as Pepe Escobar recently pointed out. He is there this week, not as a US Admin person.
What the British Monarchy’s policy is is not clear.
Remember Pompeo – CIA chief – well he regularly visited the London Henry Jackson Society for orders, taking tea at the In and Out Club, verily the most ancient.

Bonbon… we can get into the Orders running things for the Empire, but that would explode the brains of too many keyboarders.
Fareed is not much for tough questions so Blinken runs the BS.
I have not seen much that causes US voters to question his narrative. As long as US soldiers are not dying on a regular basis
the media can follow along. I am certain the US government is talking to industry in a much bigger way than Martyanov thinks and imagines. You can make a lot of defense workers for $100k per year and they don’t know how to read a,math textbook.
I doubt if Putin is smug about American capabilities.
Note Martyanov mocking white house air defense as Moscow gets struck by drones.
It isn’t schizophrenia, its sociopathy. Blinken answers to his real boss, the Bilderberg globalist mafia. Just look at the “attendees” of any Bilderberg meeting – both on the publicly shown “invitee” list AND the bosses who show up but are not on the public list… Soros, Schwab, Harari, Gates, Fink, other bankers and Euro “royalty”, the heads of the CIA, MI6, FBI, many high-up Western politicians, even some Western military leaders, etc.
The BB globalist mafia bosses are the ones paying for this. And so that’s who Blinken answers to. The same ones who pushed to blow up Nordstream, who push perversions throughout almost all Western countries, who push mass illegal immigration into Western countries, who persecute both Christians and Muslims, and on and on.
For any evil plaguing the West, just follow the money chain up to the top, even through all the front groups they set up, and you will end up at a Bilderberger who is either directing it, funding it, or both.
Pathological lying is defined by some experts as lying five or more times daily, every day, for longer than six months.
Tony should have kept practicing at being a bad musician instead of fiddling with peoples lives.
What do you think of this explanation for Biden and Blinken evidence free declaration “The war is over, Russia lost.” Technically, if the war is over, it removes the legal obstacle that prohibits countries engaged in war from becoming NATO members. If the “war is over,” Ukraine is now eligible to join NATO
“BAGHDAD BOB” has lost his place in history.
Now, it belongs to “WASHINGTON BLINKEN”.
The guy is just delusional!
Someone, please give him back his pills!!! 🤣
Possible explanation for Biden and Blinken’s evidence-free declaration that “Russia lost. The war is over,” If Ukraine is no longer at war, Ukraine is now technically eligible to join NATO.
Larry, when president Biden is declaring Russia has lost… it isn’t just delusional.
Rather, it goes to a basic assumption of the administration… the United States has escalation dominance… the “Ace” in their back pocket is that they believe “Ukraine as a bloody stump,” no agreements, no end, somehow hurts Russia more than the U. S.
I think that assumption and actions based on that assumption is a wrong assessment or calculation… that could fundamentally hurt the United States People.
President Obama declared one reason he wasn’t sending lethal weapons to Ukraine was that Russia had escalation dominance in Ukraine due to proximity and the existential nature that Russia considered Ukraine militarism backed by Nato.
The backers of this war want to prove… or, maybe I should say, rely on if necessary (and it looks to be necessary) and prove Obama was wrong and it’s the U. S. that has escalation dominance… why? Because we are the hegemon, that’s why… or something to that affect.
This is all wrong and dangerous… but that’s the notion Biden and the others are working off of… we can leave a bloody stump and Russia suffers.. no concern for Ukrainians in that calculation… just misery.
So, Blinken is working off a false assumption… I subscribe to Obama’s statement, “Russia has escalation dominance”… and we ignore that reality at our own peril.
I hope that’s not where we’re heading… a Peace Conference is the best outcome, the sooner the better.
It’s not just delusional lying, it’s a basic false misunderstanding of the dynamics of the war… which might be even more dangerous than mere delusion.
Power has a strongly distorting effect on perception of reality. When a undesirable reality asserts itself power gives you tools to deny this reality for a time and to a certain extent. The wise use this time to set the stage and adjust to the impending alterations but the intentionally stupid believe so strongly in their system of power that this grants them the ability to reshape material reality to suit desired ends.
” A big enough ship makes the weather” well it does until it eventually encounters the storm it cannot plow through and then things get ugly. The crew and the ship itself they are not prepared ar built to withstand being moved about by forces outside of their control and everything begins to fall apart. Panic then sets in leading to disasterouse decision making..
Sorry Larry, but for me this time you are very wrong. Mr Blinken isn’t schizophrenic (nor is Mr Moore of MI6), both are just little men. For the very first time since this war began those who govern western states seem to understand that they do not have the strength to win and that the cards to play are dramatically running out. The Ukrainian counter-offensive appears to have failed dramatically while the nightmare that the Brics countries introduce their own currency based on gold seems to materialize. The latest escalation (as revealed by President Putin) would be the direct involvement of Poland and the Baltics in the conflict but, apart from the enormous gamble, this choice seems to have already been read and covered by the Russians who, to the already important deployment of vehicles and troops in Belarus and in the Kaliningrad exclave, have finally added Wagner mercenaries who could help in taking the Suwalki corridor which would put NATO completely against the wall. Mr Blinken’s statements therefore seem more the move of a desperate man than a madman: they are the evident attempt to convince in advance, against all evidence, his own public opinion that he is the winning side to create the internal conditions for an agreement. There is a major problem with all of this: the main element is missing, namely the will of the Russians, who have the real winning hand, to accept a compromise because without a clear win they would only risk to postpone the confrontation. But to accept the consequences of a capitulation is a difficult task unsuited to little men
The Russian news channel Vesti has released rare video footage showing the combat work of the T-90M “Breakthrough” tank

It’s Russian MoD video:

If anyone is interested, they post similar stuff all time (site is in Russian, but one does not need to speak the language in order to click on videos 🙂 ):

Blinken’s goal is to keep the narrative flowing with the help of Western state-controlled media until the elections. They hope Russia will keep going methodically, without haste, because they don’t want to treat their man as cannon fodder.
They also need Ukraine to stop committing suicide for a while, because a surrender before the elections would be catastrophic for Biden.
Their plan is very likely to succeed. Americans believed that a cloth mask was enough to stop a virus, americans believe that gays just wanted to marry, americans believe there’s such a thing as a trans-woman. They should have no problem believing Ukraine is winning for the next 16 months.
That’s nothing. Muricans still believe that slaveowners invented freedom and equality. Belief in Ukrainian victory can go on for at least a century after its deletion from the map.
The July 17-18 EU-CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) summit where the “Malvinas Islands” was referred to instead of the “Falkland Islands”—as demanded by the British—a passing gesture has reportedly caused a “frantic” reaction within the U.K.
Sign of the times!
Sign of an impeding rematch. Exocet was not that bad last time, but they need to get some serious stuff from Russia for the next episode.
There is, here, at least one big elephant in the room.
Anthony Blinken is a Jew who is not a Christian. He is what Augustine called a carnal or unbelieving Jew, and such like, by their nature, are prone to delusion and to grand or world-inverting lies. It is such traits, stemming from a Providential blindness, that have made those folk a by-word among the nations, as Scripture says. It is such traits, too, that generate a totally understandable and justified anti-Semitism.
The carnal Jew does not, of course, hold a monopoly on lying; but they have long held a disproportionately large corner of that market. One cannot understand history in any deeper way — including the current conflict in Ukraine –without duly acknowledging the aforesaid truths.
Looks more like a case of sociopathy than hallucinatory delusions. Sociopaths are excellent dissemblers.
BTW, I like to say that the difference between sociopathy and psychopathy is that the crimes of the sociopath are more socially acceptable then those of the psychopath.
Not schizophrenic. Pathological, narcissistic liars. The best liars believe their own lies. Therein is their weakness.
They created a narrative based on a wrong premise. Now every thing that happens, they distort to fit that mistaken premise.
They assumed Russia intended to take over Ukraine. Everything they have told themselves since then is based on that wrong premise.
They did not consider any other possibilities. Including the possibility that the move on Kiev could be a feint to buy time to set the game board. Or a threat to bring Ukraine quickly to a serious negotiation without the USUK pulling strings. With backup plans depending on how events unfolded.
Now they are lost & trapped in, & deluded by, their own lies. They cannot even begin to conceive of the reality of the situation; it simply does not compute. They’ll follow their lies to the grave, wondering where it went wrong.
Most frightening to me is how it reminds me of my parents. It did not end well.
What would Putin do with Ukraine after eight years of intense agitprop encouraged by the colonial American masters of hatred towards Russia and things Russian, Ukraine has lost over half of its population, the oligarchs covered ratio of the GDP is high, many young are dead or left, but most importantly, the country has always been split between the pro-Russian east and south, and the pro-Western Bandera loving west and north, if you look at the election results since 1992 it’s a see-saw between the two, unmanageable even for Putin.
What Putin wants and will very likely get is what he has plus few more bits including Odessa and Kharkov, both Russian speaking cities, it’s the east and south that has most of the natural resources (PB drilled there before the SMO), also the chernozem the most fertile soil in Europe.
What Ukraine gets is harder to fathom, a membership of NATO it will not be however, unless Putin drops dead before the talking begins.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is not schizophrenic. He’s Jewish. Anyone else afraid to call this salient point out? So are many other Neocons who all have a historical vehement hatred of Russia.
The correct definition is psychopathic.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is the head sales manager for the United States of Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, General Dynamic, Northrup Grumman and Boeing.
Supporting my previous post on the U.S. State Department’s weapon salesman Antony Blinken.
How CIA-linked companies make money on military aid to Ukraine

Dropping weapons into Ukraine is priority, so it doesn’t matter how well trained, equipped or supplied the proxies are in Kiev.
WSJ: Western Officials Knew Ukraine Didn’t Have Enough Weapons and Training for Counteroffensive

The United States of Lockheed Martin’s goal now is to drop junk F16s into Ukraine to make room for increased F35 production.
Ukraine isn’t a country. It is a corporation incorporated under Barack Obama with an Executive order. Only private corporations, in this case U.S. Inc can sign executive orders. Ukraine is a money laundering operation and one of the biggest kinds in existence.
Gangsters run Ukraine because only the gangsters know how to turn a real profit when they see lucrative potential:
DoD IG: American Weapons in Ukraine Funneled to Arms Traffickers, Criminals
https://libertarianinstitute.org/news/dod-ig-american-weapons-in-ukraine-funneled-to-arms-traffickers-criminals/
The US policy planners who are mostly the criminally insane know that these weapons will turn up all over the globe justifying further US military presence to “fight terrorism.”
The Pentagon with the war contractors behind them understand one thing and one thing alone: Carnage is profitable. They are not in existence to negotiate with Russia. If anyone attempts meaningful negotiations they will be immediately sabotaged or terminated by the CIA.
He should change his name to Anthony Bonkas
He and the other neocons around Biden all live in a schizophrenic parallel universe.
Blinken as well as all Biden’s staff is a lost case. These people are out of reality since the beginning, that is, since 2014 when they designed and provided the resources to the coup in UKR. The west intelligence departments are formed by incompetent and arrogant people, thinking that they still are “best of the best” in the world. LOL
So, now we need to distinguish, as clearly as we can, between psychological/psychiatric problems, on the one hand, and spiritual/moral problems, on the other hand. The phenomenological and causal intersects between the more strictly “psychological’ and the more strictly spiritual/moral are deep. These days, folk often lazily and corruptly mis-classify the moral as psychological from sheer cowardice, which undermines both truth and moral accountability. But if we love our neighbor as we should, we must be clear and honest about the nature of his problem.
We moderns tend to use words like “narcissist”, “sociopath”, and “psychopath” as verbal cudgels against people we don’t like, and against political opponents in particular. (We also often use these words from vanity, like sophomoric teenagers, to sound smart, without even knowing their denotative, clinical meanings.) But both sides do it, so the epithets have traction only within our own political circle or bubble. Instead, we should just strive for truth and accuracy.
Clearly, we live in a secular “psychological” age where behaviors we deem problematic are typically framed as psychological maladies; and we are prone to wrongly lump problems that are actually and more purely moral in with the psychological group.
Moral problems center around the ruling mental faculty, the will. Problems become more psychological or psychiatric when, for example, physical causes – chemical ones, for example – abrogate or interfere with the normal function and operation of the will in its freedom (under God’s ultimate sovereignty). This abrogation can render certain behaviors less voluntary and therefore less moral and less culpable. (Aristotle and Aquinas have given us definitive discussions of culpability in the Nicomachean Ethics and Summa Theologica respectively. Aristotle gave us one of the first treatises on the nature of the mind and its operations, De Anima.)
Secular moderns, to their detriment, do not think in terms of fallen human nature and sin. (Christian religionists, on the other hand, have sometimes attributed too much behavior to sin.) We need to find the right or accurate balance in our assessments of behavior, rendering onto sin what is sin’s, and onto bona fide mental illness what is mental illness’s.
Years ago, libertarian Thomas Szasz, in his book The Myth of Mental Illness, questioned the State’s role in assessing the behavior problems of individuals, and especially, in the involuntary commitment of patients to mental institutions. He was responding to a common, evil tactic of totalitarian communist regimes to have their political opponents labelled as insane and then locked away.
Finally, it should be noted that our guide to what moral problems actually are (the Bible, God’s written Word) is far older and far more tried and true and infinitely more authoritative than our psychological/psychiatric textbooks and studies.
Anthony Blinken is a Jew who is not a Christian. As such, as Scripture teaches, he is stiff-necked and blind to the truth and to the Good in ways, even, that unrepentant Gentiles are not. He is in fact hostile to the Truth and determined to oppose it.
So, the Bible teaches that there really is a Jewish Problem, a problem with unrepentant Jews that others would do well to note. And THIS (PROVIDENTIAL) MORAL PROBLEM OF THE CARNAL JEW HAS ENORMOUS POLITICAL IMPLICATIONS. Martin Luther was alluding to this fundamental problem in his work On the Jews and Their Lies.
“Thomas Szasz, in his book The Myth of Mental Illness, questioned the State’s role in assessing the behavior problems of individuals, and especially, in the involuntary commitment of patients to mental institutions.”
To some degree this subject matter has been developed and integrated in notions of transcendence by some, including but not limited to, Mr. Gabor Mate and Mr. Daniel Mate’s The Myth of Normal published by Avery division of Random House in 2022.
This is also applicable to all binary methods upon which the coercive self-misrepresented social relations designated “The United States of America” hopes to limit change within paradigms of acceptable tolerances.
All binaries depend on aggregations and norms which in the case above are presented as normal and the other.
Lateral change is a constant and hence norms do not exist except as the constructs of some requiring imposition on the other, thereby affording motivations and opportunities of transcendence by the other simultaneously with reduced opportunities of hopes to limit change within linear paradigms of acceptable tolerances.
The process above illustrates the trajectories and velocities of the transcendence of “The Soviet Union” by The Russian Federation not restricted to “regimes to have their political opponents labelled as insane and then locked away.”
Within “The United States of America” as a function of interacting ideological constructs such as “democracy” and “freedom” deemed necessary for “sustainability”, the process above presents in different forms and intensities, whilst attempted obfuscation through aggregated binaries precludes “The United States of America”‘s hopes “to limit change within linear paradigms of acceptable tolerances.” through being a component of the facilitation of increasing the scope, “sought remedies” and alienation, which are incorporated into the binary “madness”/normal which is in increasing degrees a conflation.
The ideological construct of “Gross Domestic Product” is a further example of this process, and Gosplan a practitioner of obfuscation.
Clear and succinct expression is all the more important when dealing in complex ideas and phenomena. Otherwise, one may be suspected either of mindless babbling or of mere posturing, or of a combination of the two.
Arguing against the Heraclitean notion of the ultimacy of metaphysical change and fluidity, Plato introduced the concept of Forms. Centuries later, Giovanni (Bonaventure) would set Platonic Forms in a correct, Christian paradigm, when he argued for exemplarism.
In plain English, norms, to be coherent and meaningful, must be rooted in the objective nature or identity of things. Norms are not therefore infinitely fluid or relative.
Put in Aristotelian terms: A thing A is A, and no thing A can be both A and non-A at the same time and in the same respect.
“Clear and succinct expression is all the more important when dealing in complex ideas and phenomena. Otherwise, one may be suspected either of mindless babbling or of mere posturing, or of a combination of the two.”
Words and their aggregations are catalysts of connotations, and framing including register, functions of facility and purpose.
You appear to be of the view that my purpose is to not be “suspected either of mindless babbling or of mere posturing, or of a combination of the two”.
You also appear to be of the view that my purpose is to address a wide audience, many of whom have been socialised to hold that some things are not for them as they are too difficult, and if they try some things they will be punished in some form or other through inchoate threats of uncertainty.
“Norms are not therefore infinitely fluid or relative.”
You may not be aware of trajectories of thermodynamics in the last 120 years or so, including but not limited to Mr. Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle , and hence your oxymoron re norms quoted above in attempted denial of:
“Lateral change is a constant and hence norms do not exist except as the constructs of some requiring imposition on the other” (Statistics is one of many examples).
“thereby affording motivations and opportunities of transcendence by the other simultaneously with reduced opportunities of hopes to limit change within linear paradigms of acceptable tolerances.”
All phenomena are subject to lateral change and hence in some aspect all “authorities and their norms” such as Aristotle, Heraclitus, Plato, Tsun Tsu, are in lateral process of transcendence at varying velocities.
“no thing A can be both A and non-A at the same time”
This is rendered a false hypothesis by the study of half lives.
This is also a basis of the ongoing transcendence of “The United States of America” whose purpose of attempting to limiting change to “norms” of linear paradigms (all paradigms being linear i.e. restricted to quantitative change not facilitating qualitative change) of acceptable tolerances facilitates their complicity in their own transcendence since lateral (qualitative) change is a constant whose variable include but are not limited to trajectories and velocities.
” through being a component of the facilitation of increasing the scope, “sought remedies” and alienation, which are incorporated into the
binary “madness”/normal which is in increasing degrees a conflation.”
The catalyst of science is doubt/uncertainty whilst the catalyst of belief is the wish to attain certainty, sometimes described as the ultimate backstop facilitated by use of the ultimate.(Gods and evangelists).
Hence as in all communication utility is a function of facility, and doubt a catalyst to explore/test hypotheses.
“Put in Aristotelian terms: A thing A is A, and no thing A can be both A and non-A at the same time and in the same respect.”
Please continue with your beliefs as doing so you will become complicit in your own transcendence as an accelerator.
Thank you for your service in co-operation.
