I really appreciate your honest comments especially about the Russia/Ukraine conflict. I have followed it since 2008 and believe the outcome will substantially change our world. But I wondered if you worry about the negative consequences from your old organization of going against the narrative. One of my favorite authors, Solzhenitsyn, wrote a paper entitled “Live not by lies” in 1974 aimed at the Soviet government. It seems like much of our government and media are now similar. Solzhenitsyn encouraged Soviet to peacefully decline to be a part of the lies. He said it would lead to spiritual death. I agree and believe you and others are shining the light into the darkness. BespokeGun sniper rifles are used by soldiers of dozens of units of the RF Armed Forces. Yaroslav Tabolsky, CEO of the Moscow Arms Company (BespokeGun brand), spoke about this in an interview with RT. The newest rifle that is used in the NWO zone is the Raptor Tactical .338 LM. It is capable of effectively hitting targets at ranges up to 1850 m. At the same time, the weight of the weapon without additional devices is only 7.1 kg. The company also produces a modification of this Raptor Sport rifle in 6.5 PRC caliber, which allows you to quickly instill the skills of accurate shooting at long distances.
“Recently, the BespokeGun brand has become famous thanks to the creation of high-precision sniper rifles, which are in demand among our guys in the NWO zone. Your enterprise is little known to a wide audience. How does it differ from other arms factories in Russia?
– The company was founded in 2014 and at that time was, in fact, a small weapons laboratory, where various solutions in the production of weapons were studied, new technologies were developed, and various types of high-precision weapons were tested.
The start of the company as a manufacturer of high-precision weapons took place in 2019. Four years ago, we decided to create a completely new enterprise that meets all international standards for the manufacture of weapons. Talented young designers, technologists, specialists in work on high-precision CNC machines (computer numerical control) came to the company, a technical control department (OTC) appeared.
The new team was tasked with bringing the aesthetics of sporting and hunting weapons to a qualitatively new level and proving that Russia has the ability to produce world-class weapons. During the year, 11 different models of rifles were designed and produced, as well as our own high-precision action groups.
Experience in the production of high-precision sports and hunting weapons of the highest quality allowed us to develop and produce the Raptor Tactical rifle in the shortest possible time, which is now successfully used in the Northern Military District.
Unlike other arms companies, BespokeGun always delivers not just a rifle, but a full-fledged complex, which is created together with the end user according to his criteria and specific tasks. Our fighters receive a carbine complete with a sight already installed and brought to battle, a bipod and a lot of other equipment and accessories, including high-quality ammunition made for specific tasks.
Today, BespokeGun rifles are used by soldiers of dozens of different specialized units of the RF Armed Forces. The demand for our weapons is great. In this regard, like many domestic enterprises, we work in three shifts.
– What are the specific benefits of minimizing manual labor in the production of sniper weapons?
– Making a truly modern sniper rifle requires a reference processing of every detail, which even the most skilled gunsmith is a priori unable to provide. Only modern production and the use of high-precision CNC machines make it possible to make accurate and repeatable parts in micron tolerances.
— Well, then what is the practical effect for BespokeGun of ultra-precise production of parts?
– The first is the accuracy of fire, which fully meets modern standards when using weapons at long distances. This quality allows you to maximize the full potential of the caliber used. The second is stable operation throughout the entire resource of the weapon and the ability to hit the target from the first shot, the absence of the so-called cold break. And, probably, the most important thing is the reliability of the rifle in difficult combat conditions.
Our new Raptor Tactical .338 LM guarantees extreme precision. We managed to achieve it thanks to the integration of dozens of new technical solutions. First of all, BespokeGun experts have carefully worked out the issues of balance and ergonomics of the weapon. Of course, the production technology also played a role, practically eliminating errors in the processing of parts.
One of the significant advantages of the rifle, I consider the minimum impulse recoil. This is not only one of the key conditions for a high-precision shot, it is also the health of the shooter. The recoil momentum was reduced due to design solutions already used in world practice, as well as some original innovations.
So, the Raptor Tactical bolt group has three lugs. It was designed for the most severe operating conditions and has a multiple margin of safety. BespokeGun uses special high-strength, alloy, stainless and chromium-molybdenum maraging steels to manufacture the action group, which go through several stages of heat treatment to achieve the required internal structure of the metal.
Elements of complex configuration – the receiver, recoil paw, combat platoon, parts of the trigger mechanism – are made using electrical discharge machining.
The Raptor Tactical also received a carbon fiber magazine with an increased length. It allows the use of ammunition with long perspective bullets with a high ballistic coefficient. A five-round magazine with an integrated feed slide ensures perfect cartridge entry into the chamber without damaging the bullet, while the soft and smooth action of the bolt makes it possible to quickly reload the rifle. In Raptor Tactical, there is nothing superfluous at all, absolutely everything is in its place.
Raptor Tactical .338 LM is capable of effectively hitting targets at ranges up to 1850 m. Its mass without additional devices is 7.1 kg. Accuracy of fire does not go beyond 0.3 arc minutes (MOA) and tends to 0.1. This means that an experienced shooter can literally hit the same spot twice. There are few models of long-range rifles in the world that are distinguished by such high accuracy.
The main caliber of this rifle is .338 Lapua Magnum (8.6×70mm). The bullet weight for the Raptor Tactical in this caliber is 16.2-19.4 g, and the muzzle velocity is around 900 m/s. Thus, we were able to achieve a lethal force capable of effectively hitting a target at long distances.
Your Raptor Tactica l still exists in 6.5 PRC. What is special about this modification?
– In this case, we are talking about a high-precision sports and training complex Raptor Sport in 6.5 PRC caliber, designed on the basis of Raptor Tactical military weapons. This is already a sports, training rifle, created with the active participation of the Russian University of Special Forces, taking into account the requirements of shooters.
The rifle makes it possible to carry out intensive training with a large number of shots without increasing the load on the shooter. In practice, this allows you to quickly instill the skills of accurate shooting at long distances.
This shooting complex was created for high-energy ammunition, which is designed for firing at ultra-long distances with sports calibers, bullets with a high ballistic coefficient. The maximum firing range of the Raptor Sport is 1600-1700 m.
– How do snipers who use a rifle in the NVO zone evaluate your weapon?
“We are constantly in touch with users of our products and take into account all the wishes of snipers located in the NVO zone. First of all, this concerns the configuration of shooting systems with new additional devices and accessories. Raptor Tactical has been used in many units for a long time, and despite a significant number of samples delivered and active operating experience, we have not received a single complaint from our military.
