Let me cut to the chase. It appears that one of the objectives for Biden’s policy towards NATO is to get all NATO members in a position where they have to buy western weapons–i.e., good news for General Dynamics, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, et. al. Provoking the war with Russia and then pressing NATO members with Soviet/Russia tanks, weapons, vehicles, etc. to empty their warehouses and send that “old” stuff to NATO. Now, everyone will resupply by buying weapons produced primarily by U.S. based corporations.
I am not the only one who thinks this. Mexican President Obrador has chimed in:
“How is this so? On the one hand, NATO denies Ukraine membership in the alliance. And on the other hand, they offer her weapons and impose sanctions against Russia. This war serves the interests of the military industry”
https://t.me/azmilitary11/20907
That is not all. A couple of NATO Generals confirmed that the goal for NATO is to “shift to western systems.” Here is the press conference today of the NATO Military Committee Conference 2022.
Go to the 23:58 mark in the video. One of the generals says, “We are now in a phase when more western systems are being handed over to Ukraine.” He goes on to explain that as NATO supplies weapons, such as HIMMARS, the Ukrainians need to be trained to operate the new systems and to maintain them. He admits that the Soviet type weapon systems that were in the arsenals of some NATO members are now gone. NATO is shifting to western systems.
The war in Ukraine is not about pushing the Russians out and security the Donbas and Crimea for Ukraine. It is a war to create the conditions that will keep the U.S. and British defense industries in business for years to come. A cynical, blood thirsty policy founded on corruption. That is what NATO has become.
Estonia Defense Forces Lieutenant General Martin Herem made some news when he announced a major shift in NATO’s strategy. Go to the 9:47 mark. Herem says, “We must move from Tripwire to Forward Defense.”
What is “tripwire?”
A pillar of American grand strategy since 1945 has been the deployment of forces — sometimes smaller and sometimes larger — abroad. A key logic underpinning smaller deployments is that they serve as tripwires: Attacking them is assumed to inevitably trigger broader intervention, deterring aggression.
https://tnsr.org/2021/06/the-truth-about-tripwires-why-small-force-deployments-do-not-deter-aggression/
Forward Defense is a more aggressive and bellicose strategy.
A U.S. strategic concept which calls for containing or repulsing military aggression as close to the original line of contact as possible so as to defend the entire territory of a nation or alliance. The forward defense concept provides the rationale for the stationing of U.S. armed forces in Europe, Korea, and other overseas locations
https://www.oxfordreference.com/view/10.1093/acref/9780199891580.001.0001/acref-9780199891580-e-3149
Whether NATO can carry this out is a different matter. In theory it means that U.S. and NATO forces will be moved closer to Russia’s border and equipped and armed to fight at the drop of a hat. The shift from “tripwire” to “forward defense” means that the prospects for war with Russia increase rather than diminish. With tripwire there is time between first contact and possible nuclear escalation to deescalate the conflict. If you are a Russian military planner you now have to assume that any U.S. or NATO troops on your border are no longer operating from a defensive posture. They are armed with weapons that can be used to launch a first strike. Do you think that makes the world safer?
I am skeptical that NATO can pull this off because it is more focused on promoting a “woke” agenda rather than military excellence. Go to the 12:18 mark in the video and listen to General Herem wax eloquent about promoting “Diversity in the Armed Forces”. I guess the lilly white Europeans are going to have to import some black Africans, Latinos and Asians in order to have some real diversity. A few swarthy Italians just does not meet that goal.
Of course it also means NATO is going to cater to transgender and the LGBQT communities. Doesn’t equality mean equal numbers.
Speaking of numbers. The U.S. Army is in trouble. The new soldiers are dumber, fatter and less qualified. Not my opinion. It is according to the Army Times:
The Army’s second-in-command for all things training said Thursday that the service saw a 10% drop in aptitude test scores during the pandemic, and that dipped further to 13% this year. Other Army data showed that up to 70% of potential recruits interested in Army service are disqualified in the first 48 hours due to obesity, low test scores or drug use.
Previously, that disqualification rate was between 30-40%.
The challenges are big — more of the recruits can’t meet weight standards or academic standards, more are using illegal drugs or military-banned substances such as cannabis, and few know much about the Army. And what they do know isn’t flattering.
The Army will not meet its end strength goal for this fiscal year, which ends this month.
https://www.armytimes.com/news/2022/09/15/test-scores-drop-disqualification-rates-rise-at-army-recruiting-shops/?SToverlay=2002c2d9-c344-4bbb-8610-e5794efcfa7d
I am sure this terrifies the Russians. What is more dangerous than a bunch of weapon toting fat men and women addicted to drugs? I am certain that Russian military planners are struggling to figure out how to deal with a NATO army that caters to the unintelligent, the obese, the sexually confused who are hooked on drugs. I bet those subjects were not covered in Russia’s War College.
When I was in Fort Benning in 1980 I can not remember any one who was obese . There was drugs , and many of the men I trained with were not very disciplined people. I think the decline in our armed services began long before the woke crap we are seeing now. I can’t imagine what it is like in FT Benning today. 🤔
LOL. I was at Ft Benning returning from overseas early 70’s. Had month left. The 67th was pretty much no BS. I agree about what the place looks like now. I heard they were trying to change the name.
Fort Rainbow?
Fort Ben & Jerry’s?
Fort George Floyd.
Fort Hooker. In honor of the Vice President.
I think its a big problem when your an empire (not a “democracy”) and you spend a trillion dollars a year on “defense” and have 800 military bases outside of US territory . Astronomical military spending and strategic overreach is going to be the end of the USA. My own little brother who is just a kid from a rust belt working class family went to school on the GI bill and wound up working in the defense industry as a paper pusher and he’s a millionaire now. He retired at 57. He spent his whole career working on the massive F35 program. How much of that staggering amount of spending is merely waste ?No one knows. It’s impossible to know. They tried for 20 years to audit the defense dept. and failed entirely and gave up trying. Im not even talking about graft or criminal fraud, forget that. Just the “legit” part is a money singularity that eats planets and couldn’t be reigned in now even if anyone wanted to reign it in. Almost no American knows why and what the mission and objectives of US military power are. They think they know, or say they know when it’s all just hot air and patriotic talk on TV and no skin off their own backs. Widespread alienation will pretty quickly turn into demoralization if mobilization is ever needed. No wonder NATO is using the peoples and resources of failing and failed states to fight its wars. If large formations from the NATO core were subjected to the hell that Ukrainians are suffering now, the war would have been over in a month
One of the best posts I’ve ever seen here or elsewhere.
In the 1990s, the small manufacturing company I worked at was politely asked by the DOD/USN to bid on a big machine. To a demanding high spec. commercial customer a similar machine might sell for $2 million. We really didn‘t want the job so bid $8 million.
We won the contract – after a incredible number of changes and rebuilds the final contract price at delivery was …..$20 million
10 times the normal commercial cost.
I don’t think you are entirely correct. There are quite a few Americans who know that our military is bloated and that there is a huge amount of waste going around, not to mention corruption. The problem is that every time you open your mouth to point that out, you are told that you are not a patriot. It is an easy strategy to shut you up and squash any dissent. Additional problem – most people who want to cut the military budget – want to immediately spend that borrowed/imaginary money on something else like free college or free healthcare. This does not help them win any supporters from the conservative crowd. On the topic of “conservative” – it is funny how fiscal conservatives have no problems with $trillion budgets and widespread waste and corruption? This is what the world has become – one complex multi-sided mess where consistence cannot be maintained…
” The problem is that every time you open your mouth to point that out, you are told that you are not a patriot. It is an easy strategy to shut you up and squash any dissent. ”
No part of your problem is that you want/hope to be a patriot of constructs based on pretences that we are all in this together – “virtual weness” where co-operation is based on coercion in various forms – affording others opportunities to transcend constructs based on pretences that we are all in this together through co-operation/actual weness, as functions of your being, ehanced by your “propaganda” and self delusions.
“… you are told that you are not a patriot.”
The answer to that accusation is YES. Patriotism is loyalty to the patria or fatherland, or motherland (Rodina to the Russians), or if you are androgynous gender confused, homeland. We have neither fatherland, motherland, nor homeland anymore. I have no loyalty to a corrupt open-borders crony cartel corporate trade zone. Glory to the trade zone, Comrade-consumer!
I will not lift a finger to defend the oligarchy who owns and runs it because they have made it crystal clear that my people are targeted for gradual destruction and replacement. The live and let live of traditional American federalism is over. The Christian European America that used to be, was a net force for good in the world. The deChristianized multicultural ruling class we endure now is an abomination that brings suffering and death to the world for fun and profit. The tragedy that Russians endured during the 1990’s (average age of death for men dropped to 55) before Putin’s coalition of nationalists put a stop to it is just getting started in the tattered remains of Western Civilization.
Exactly, well said. I see people online and in real life all the time who assume money spent is a perfect metric for military capability. That’s how bureaucrats and politicians typically think. But it’s very poor reasoning, if people stopped to do that more often.
Mid 70s USMC. Obesity was dealt with. There was a serious PT program that worked or you were out. It very much mostly worked well. Drugs got you disciplined but repeat offences got you out. No second chances now. Formerly you could screw up and come back from that. We used to assume that good people can make mistakes, now we only tolerate people who never make mistakes. That’s a recipe for something.
So about ten years ago I was working with young Navy people. The obese were usually a bit older. One morning I casually mentioned that the fat bodies were out in a field doing their extra PT. The young sailors were aghast at my 70s terminology. I had never seen anybody that obese in my time in and found that far more offensive than any twist of language. Shame, applied reasonably, is a powerful motivator. And the things that they are now unashamed of, make me want to vomit.
Pink parachutes.
The US and EU rich nations will force the poorer EU nations and the baltics to provide foot soldiers for the meatgrinder. It will do eastern europe good to remove their militaristic hyper gung ho attitude toward russia when their troops got pounded into dust in meeting with russian artilery
it is when the last of poor people in europe are dead or mutilated , then it is the turn for the anglo slave nations like UK/AUS/NZ/CAN to provide foot soldiers
the last line of defense will be the fat / unfit / woke / LGBTQ / Drug Addict soldiers from CONUS
Dear Mr Johnson, it is not only the rank and file the military has problems with, they can’t fill their officer schools https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2022/08/26/exclusive-qualified-air-force-academy-applicants-drop-46-amid-recruiting-crisis/
And to toot my own horn, I said “mission accomplished” months ago when Germany first said they would ramp up military spending after Russia’s “unprovoked” (sarcasm) invasion .
However, I think the Russian war is just another prong of the “Great” Reset, aka the Great Culling.
BINGO re ur last statement. We’re dealing with Madmen who couldn’t care less how many lives are lost just that they’re lost to meet the DAVOS Population Control quotas! I do think that Russia put a crimp in their plans, however, which is why they’re spending so much propagandizing trying to destroy Russia! I don’t think that’s going to happen because I consider Russia an instrument of God in this case, just like many other instruments in the Bible to do His Will which I don’t believe is the killing of the innocent at the whim of Globalists for power’s sake!
I tend to agree that the W.E.F. is not “running” Vladimir Putin.
I also am inclined to agree with you that Russia may well be what stands between “us” and a Schwabian Technocratic World-wide Dictatorship.
As for “God” that is a term that covers a slew of things. Still as one of my friends reminds me, “History is a trickster”.
I really *want* to believe you’re wrong about that, and that Russia and Putin are legit fighting the globalists, but:
If the US can get away with pushing a NATO/Russia war to sell weapons (after destroying German manufacturing), and Russia does *not* respond by bombing those five GPS coordinates they previously warned us about, then I’d have to agree: Putin’s a WEF stooge, and the whole war is staged. Just the idea of this is nauseating, and I *really* want you to be wrong about this.
To believe Putin is a WEF stooge is to believe that Russia is simply not strong enough to beat NATO. If Russia is capable of beating NATO, as I assume many here believe then there is no reason to suspect that Putin is a WEF stooge but rather the opposite, that Russia, and let me add China, have flipped the west on its head for their own goals… If you were capable of beating NATO as, again, is the overwhelming consensus on boards and blogs I find the most educated sensible people on, then there can be little justification for suggesting that Russia would stop at Ukraine rather than assuming the alpha role themselves… Now you could still argue the whole thing is theater for the purpose of subduing the masses as the masses are processed out of existence, but they had ample opportunity to destroy everyone during covid and largely failed…
additionally on that topic, Russia and China not using the pfizer (mrna) vax and instead using their own implies there is no such grand conspiracy where all of the world’s bad guys work together in perfect harmony to genocide the population of poor people the world over… The obvious choice again would be one clotshot to rule them all.
the whole thing to me was debunked by March or April. Not buying the grand globalist conspiracy… instead its a western attempt to control the entire world… makes much more sense. Only counterargument I know of is ‘theater’ and frankly seems rather dumb to put it nicely. It was the knee jerk reaction to those who were so brow beaten by covid authoritarianism to feel helpless. But just because it coincided with the narrative shift does not itself imply anything, and we need to realize the world is more complicated than everyone bowing down to say klaus or the rothschilds
I concur, the SMO in Ukraine is going in strange directions. For instance, why have the Russians not yet destroyed the six or seven bridges over the Dnieper, to cut the Donbas off from the supplies coming from the West? Why commit so few troops to the Operation? After all, it is the Donbas militias that are doing most of the heavy lifting, and I am sure that Russia could spare 100,000 troops without too much trouble. Finally, why did they allow the Ukrainians to shell the Zaporizhya NPP without retaliation? TBH there is something fishy with this whole affair.
Why are you complaining Russia’s actions are fishy? If NATO is low-balling the operation, why would the Russians have to “aggressively outbid” anyone for that matter?
Think of it this way — the Russians aren’t really surrendering and will put the minimum effort necessary to ensure their “victory” (whatever that really even means!). If NATO decides to low-ball everything, well I’m sure the Russians can enjoy playing that game too — while watching the EU freeze itself over its shortages of gas and oil…
Or else do you think NATO is somehow magically “high-balling” it by throwing some HIMARS over to Ukraine here and there?? Just asking……
I agree with your take on Russian offensive. I too believe that the Russians are taking it easy slowly and methodically emptying the military coffers of the west and their economies at the same time. Why rush when the Great General Winter is around the corner to remind all those Brave Europeans and their leaders he is the fiercest foe of them all. By the way Putin is playing the great geopolotical game of jacking up the oil/gas prices and at the same time discounting for friendly states who are making a killing reselling the very same goods at market prices pocketing the difference (Nice business model ever invented by man). Chinese and Indians are in it as well low and behold Saudis too. They may pretend to want the war to end but do they want their racket to stop?
sure something might be fishy, but I can answer all your questions, trivially.
If you paid attention one of the obj declared by Russia is “demilitarization”, which means the elimination of ucr rats; that, in conjunction with the fact that Russia wants to continue the operation as a SMO (more on this later) means that it needs in some fashion to attract troops towards the East/South since the limited number of allied forces are not in a position to go hunt them down. That is why not all bridges have been destroyed. Also, in general, Russia is attempting to minimize damages to civilian structures. Note however that it will when needed (check those dams in the south).
Few troops ? it’s what Russia wants, keep it within a legal framework distinct from that of “war”. I do not pretend to know why but I do think Russia understands perfectly well it is fighting an existential threat against the US, hence it will not employ/waste its troops in UCR beyond the minimum required (in its view) for the given objectives as it wants to be ready for total war. Hence, it’s holding troops and its most advanced equipment in reserve, ready for the real thing.
Zaporizhya retaliation ? Again, not pretending I know, however to me it is perfectly logical and critically important that Russia never allows that failed state to dictate its actions. The moment Russia “reacts” to their provocations, they are faaked. The entire SMO after all is a calculated retaliation to years of crimes committed by those despicable bastards as well as NATO provocations. So, don’t worry, Russia does not forget, well I hope so. Retaliation will come in a time and in a form of their choosing.
“… I do think Russia understands perfectly well it is fighting an existential threat against the US, hence it will not employ/waste its troops in UCR beyond the minimum required (in its view) for the given objectives as it wants to be ready for total war. Hence, it’s holding troops and its most advanced equipment in reserve, ready for the real thing.”
Indeed.
I seem to remember the lads at Leavenworth expounding on that principle…
…’Economy of Force’ I think they called it?
ok… I agree… *so*far* it can all be explained without Russia/Putin being globalist stooges. I still think they are legit and fighting globalism, but I’m less sure of this each day.
Russias has always said that it *knows* it cannot withstand a full NATO attack. Russia is outnumbered and out gunned everywhere *except* nuclear weapons. (and maybe some slick jamming tech) It has said repeatedly that a full NATO attack would *necessitate* a nuclear response to avoid NATO carving Russia up (as NATO documents reveal is their intention).
Ergo, if NATO engages Russia, they must respond with nukes, or the whole thing is staged, and they’re WEF stooges.
I don’t believe this, but many do, and I’ve lost certainty.
The ‘fishiness’ becomes clearer, repsinec, if you view the whole of the Ukrainian op as a bait – the slowness of its progress, the ‘tactical’ withdrawal from the Kharkov oblast (didn’t the Russian command know about the Ukrainians beefing the front up?), the failure to destroy any of the bridges over Dniepr (thus preventing manpower and the military hardware to move east) ……, all this and more of the same is but to lure NATO in.
That’s what Putin must want, winning in Ukraine will do absolutely nothing to remove or even dent the US key objective to contain Russia, destroy her economy, balkanise the country, it’s only a head on confrontation with NATO, read the US Forces, that could compel the US Governing Elites to give up on the Wolfowitz doctrine that says the US should never ever allow another challenger to the US hegemony akin to the USSR to emerge (google for it), anything short of engaging the US Forces will be a continuation of the main aim set up by the doctrine.
It’s a high risk strategy for Putin, but anything else can only lead to a slow but eventual strangulation of Russia.
Russians, contrary to media narrative, are using kid gloves because a) It’s hard to find an ethnic Russian who does not have a relative in Ukraine, and b) their international standing would suffer. [ among those who are not plugged into western media]. That said, recent video showed ca 8,500 Chechen on the tarmac on their way to the front, Wagner is recruiting in penal colonies [ pardon in 6 month or burial in home town’s Valley of Heroes ] districts like St. Petersburg voluntary battalions with offers of 300,000 or now 500,000 rubles sign-up bonus plus pref placement in kindergarten. That should add up to something.
there’s no “reply” button on your reply to my post, so I will respond here.
Your reply is based upon a huge assumption, which you seem to give for granted, that Russia cannot withstand a full NATO attack. I have lots of doubts about this.
First of all, NATO is nothing but the US. Now have you by any chance noted the performance of the US military in all conflicts since WWII ? pathetic at best.
I believe in the total opposite assumption. Russia’s conventional forces are so massively superior than the US that the US would be forced to use nukes.
Food for thoughts.
Not *my* assumtion. It is the written *assertion* of the Russian foreign minister. I have my doubts too, but it has been made repeatedly by other Russian officials as well.
I agree, however… if Russia begins to actually *lose*, and no massive superiority is demonstrated, and no nuclear defense… What shall we conclude?
Could you supply a few links to back up this assertion?
I have never read or heard the Russian leadership say they believe they would lose to NATO. The only thing I have read about the use of nuclear weapons is that they will only be deployed in the event if Russia is about to be eliminated as a state.
If you have other information, please provide links.
You are forgetting Russia’s hypersonic missiles. They are devastating and the US/NATO has no defense against them. I am not aware of any Russian military or senior political person who has publicly stated that Russia cannot defeat a full-on NATO attack. Please provide link(s). In fact, I have read statements by Putin, Lavrov and Medvedev stating quite the opposite. Just recently Putin said, “Let them try.”
Please do NOT spread lies and FUD nonsense here , there is no ‘assertion’ relating to what you said from Russian Foreign Ministry.
I read your comments and many if not all are full of half truth and straight lies.
I apologize. I just spent the last two hours attempting to locate that information. It was from a few months ago, I believe, but I have yet to locate the source(s). Google is completely useless on this subject, and it appears to have scrolled off my feeds history. I am still looking. What I am looking for is a russian offical in a public statement making general statements. In it he specifically mentions general differences between Russia and combined NATO as pertains to active duty personel, tanks, aircraft, etc. making it clear that all of NATO combined have superior numbers almost everywhere *except* tactical nuclear weapons, the the russian advantage was nearly a multiple.
I’m at a loss how to procede, but something will come to me. 🙂
Exactly! None of these self-inflicted wounds by the West are by accident. This is what they needed for their “Great Reset” and Agenda 2030. The 69 million dollar question is: Is Putin in on it or not?
Do you believe that “the Russian war” was instigated by Putin at the behest of the W.E.F.?
Hello Larry. I suppose that today that farewell conference of former President Eisenhower in January 1961 has more significance, where he warned the American citizenry about what he called the military-industrial complex and the danger that this meant for democracy, I think it was a great error of the system American political is freedom with its members can lobby with the industries with the consequences that this brings. Greetings.
Oh my! this is complete madness. How are we going to stop these rabid imbecils?
Anybody with enough sense to pass the test to join the military should know better not to join. Let the stupid ones die for the elite’s woke fantasies. Why die for a country that hates everything you stand for that’s right?
Spot on. Thank you
Rachel Levine for Chief-of-staff.
I have only recently discovered Larry’s sites. I’m impressed. As I state in my own article here:https://julianmacfarlane.substack.com/p/lies-damned-lies-the-media-and-kharkov . In this article, which is focused on the RF’s non-defeat in Kharkov, I compare the analyses of SouthFront, MoA, and especially Scott Ritter. I like Ritter but he is…um….a MARINE. Which means Hooyah, hooyah — he was indoctrinated with MC ideas – specifically as to tactics and strategy. He lacks the open-ended analytical capabilities of a good intelligence analyst like Johnson. Ritter’s heart is in the right place but his brain is not. As Larry writes in this Johnson, proxy wars, arming the Ukraine and Taiwan and so on are great for the arms business, but only if they give the stuff away. Certainly, the EU will no longer be able to afford to buy. But giving it away, diverts resources from other areas — health, energy development, education, infrastructure and basic industry. The American arms industry is also dependent for some thing from foreign suppliers. There is talk of grounding F35s because they use Chinese materials! Right now, the US finances all this by sucking capital out of the EU and Japan. But what do they do when it’s gone! ? What do they do when dollar hegemony is gone and debts come due?
Remember the old punchline, “I don’t have to outrun the bear… I just have to outrun you.” ?
The leadership of the US probably figure they can inflict all sorts of pain on the rest of the world and be the last man … errrr last person standing based solely on its economic power vis à vis the rest of the world. They don’t understand how decay might start well below a hard surface and give it no support or nourishment to hold up.
I’m sure that is exactly what they think. After all, that’s what happened after WW2 – all their competitors or potential competitors were left in ruins and they cleaned up. I’ve long thought the US wanted a re-run of WW2 to solve their economic problems.
How long can the US and the UK survive, funneling money to their defense industries and diverting resources from the rest of th economy and its material and social infrastructure? It’s national harakiri. https://julianmacfarlane.substack.com/p/lies-damned-lies-the-media-and-kharkov In the Pacific War, the Japanese lost the war when they lost their carriers. They had a huge battlefield and were constructing the world’s most advanced battleships– of course obsolete in concept since the age of battleships was over. The Yamato and Musashi were like US carriers today. Good for showing the flag in the absence of real opposition. Japan also had a lot of bases in the Pacific. And lots of troops, willing to fight to the death. But the war was lost early on. And after that the only war that the Japanese won was in their minds — the Propaganda War – which like the MSM’s media war targets only those inclined to belief in Americanism in the first place. This war is in your mind too. The Japanese people were told that they were winning — with do or die tactics – suicide tactics, on the ground, at sea and in the air. The Ukrainians are told the same thing. And they too practice suicide tactics. The US is, of course, also committing national suicide, diverting resources to the benefit of a tiny cabal of rich people who make money from the defense industries, simultaneously depriving their country of the things that it really needs to survive. Bye, bye,
American pie.
“What is more dangerous than a bunch of weapon toting fat men and women addicted to drugs? ”
How about military trainers and faculty at West Point who teach the future officers and NCOs how to use civilian humans as battlefield equipment and how everything is fair in (intergender) love and any war (declared or undeclared) including making the so called love right during a hot war? I can visualise Russian General Staff getting all disoriented about how to deal with such a military. In that moment of disorientation, NATO would simply declare victory on CNN. “We haven’t won the war until CNN says so”.
Ditto, Brilliant. Has anyone seen statements like “Russia has already lost”. “Even if it manage to have some tactical success on the ground, Russia has failed to reach its strategic objectives”. etc. in sum, we can be assured that Ukraine will be a decisive winner according to the media.
And this has been decided from the beginning, as in “Why Vladimir Putin has already lost this war”, Guardian, March 1, 2022.

As the media goes so goes the world – all very-important-people Everywhere are “zionist” for the money, any ‘ist’ or ‘ism’ will do, call it what you will, create division, suck in innocent youth or closed brain-dead oldies(who’s life never can renew anyway) and make a killing – Not in the game? You’re a loser.
Always wondered why a smart financial site had to support Ukraine(self proclaimed Israel in Europe) – Want exposure? Be one of them, or, pretend…woohoo.
☕️🍩 Forward defence?
Read on the web yesterday that there are 22 different ways to lure a Russian Bear out of a pen, and no way of getting it back in!
America’s game plan is old and worn out, everyone knows it. The EU Industrial aristocracy could be playing dumb until the crash. German CEO’s will demand made in Deutschland powered by cheap & reliable Nordstream 2+3 no transit fees to the uppity neighbours.
Let’s be honest they all despise each other equally and everyone hates Britain the most.
Germany may just go “off the reservation,” and join the new Eurasian economic and commercial “jobs and profits club.”
Kiss German butt EU : you know the drill.
Just sayin.
They better start the begging then, because I can’t see why Russia would accept this change of heart… and besides if Germany fled the compound does anyone really doubt USA has some nice Russian weapons somewhere to level the Germans country and get the sides at war..? And how would they plan on evicting the occupying American forces anyway? Its very hard for any country who drank the american kool aid to not suffer the decline as we are seeing now.
Quoting (roughly) master-machiavellian Kissinger:- “To be America’s enemy is dangerous; to be its ally is fatal”.
He, if anyone, knew what he was talking about.
(Just as Machiavelli did).
NATO is adopting a passive-aggressive posture virtually certain to lead to a war it’s not prepared to fight. I remember 1991 and being so optimistic we could get along with Russia and Eastern Europe, finally out of the USSR. Instead we spent 31 years manufacturing a new conflict with Russia by admitting countries into NATO, violating promises made, most of which offer little but tripwire opportunities for an apocalyptic war, and almost nothing in terms of benefit to the US or our national security. Now we’re stuck with a supposed expert class which thinks escalation is always good, forward-deployed armies right on Russia’s border increase security, and negotiations mean you get punked by Hitler. Chamberlain and Hitler are virtually their only historical references. God help us.
Hell with 1991! every tom dick and harry out there didn’t think the world would be going down this path in 2018… now I’ve always suspected it would because of fossil fuel decline, but in the minds of most that made me a crazy so I don’t think very many people I know have ever listened to me lol… Heck you average libtard still thinks ww3 and fossil fuel decline are fake news. They don’t see it and its already in front of them

“and few know much about the Army. And what they do know isn’t flattering.”
Sounds like their interview technique needs a little work.
> I guess the lilly white Europeans are going to have to import some black Africans, Latinos and Asians in order to have some real diversity. A few swarthy Italians just does not meet that goal.
The irony is that when this is all over, Europoors will have to migrate to Asia or Africa to maintain their standard of living.
> Of course it also means NATO is going to cater to transgender and the LGBQT communities. Doesn’t equality mean equal numbers.
That has been put into motion a long time ago. For example witness what these degenerates are doing to the romance languages: https://twitter.com/Openly/status/1547494369128861696. This little turd isn’t even speaking Portuguese correctly.
I refuse to call these people white anymore. In our history, all it took was a few generations of separation to form a new American identity. Today, these peoples’ very minds have been colonized by Western NGOs.
Thus we see the birth of a new people: the woke-whites. https://i.redd.it/zqv29vk07r771.jpg

Finally, it all condenses to a few questions:
– Can Russia defend a nuclear attack on its territory?
– Does Russia see the NATO as you see them: Weak and irrational?
– When the NATO wants to avoid Russia taking over the whole Europe, as it did after 1945, why does it weaken the European economy, risking supply lines be broken, and driving people to poverty?
Heavy questions, I know. I don’t want my children to end in a nuclear war. I remember the song from Sting: Russians.
Off topic but worth close listening to especially the last question and answer. Putin‘s presser after the SCO meetings ( English subtitles)

NATO is a joke. There is NO NATO “Army”. It is a conglomerate of individual States agreeing to help a Member State if it is invaded. Can you imagine NATO going to Ukraine (or anywhere else for that matter) and the British Army or the French Generals or the Turks especially, being told what to do and where to go and how to fight the Russians by German or Italian military staff. It’s never going to happen. Hilarious.
Already happened. Several times.
In short, for those who don’t have time to read it, the commander in chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Valeryi Zaluzhny, along with the deputy chairman of the Ukrainian national security, defense and intelligence just dissed the entire counter offensive, and say they don’t have the manpower and strategic advantage to achieve the goals. Displaying disagreement with the actions ordered by Volodymyr Zelenskyy — Zaluzhny calls for the creation of 20 brigades with strike capability of weapon systems that can hit 2000KM deep into Russia and attacking the Russian federation “taking the war to their population” and taking Crimea in 2023

Is Raytheon, etal, in the process of putting more solar panels and windmills near their facility? My question becomes, how are these weapons manufactured and transported, in a ‘green’ environment?
There are three important civilizational verbs in any known human language on this planet:
on English: WILL, CAN and MUST.
The way and the quantity of particular use of them, defines yourself, humans around you, and the kind of society you are living in.
Just imagine the difference of asking:
-WILL you help me
-CAN you help me or
-you MUST help me
The more you hear the third way of asking, the more you feel and know that you live in totalitarian society.
As a proud descendant of Confederate soldiers, I am actually quite pleased that the “military” plans to remove the name of Confederate generals from various bases and installations. I don’t want those brave and honorable Southern patriots associated in any way with the corrupt circus of fat losers that is the “world’s finest military.”
Thanks for all you do, Larry!
You’re all looking at it the wrong way
The plan is the destruction of America
Weakening it’s military and people and then kicking off a world war sure to result in the destruction of the west
Yep, it looks like nuclear war is coming to the USA after the Russian Bear takes all the Donbas.
This is probably something you (and Andrei, and The Saker, and Pepe Escobar, etc.) should give a careful look at: Convicts in Russia are being released into Wagner mercenary company:
https://anti-empire.com/wagner-penal-battalion-the-first-step-to-firesale-privatization-of-russias-military-power/
Ignore things the site owner writes that are irrational and wrong (he has a blind spot when it comes to you and Andrei, as in his mind he’s “thoroughly discredited” both of you), but he’s raising what I think is a critical development here.
I ignore him because it is a little bit of truth mixed with lies. I don’t have the energy to waste on his nonsense.
Western leaders seems to understand the situation as one where Russia is an isolated entity.
This is very 1990s thinking. In fact, Russia has the explicit backing of China and de facto support of BRICS, as well as BRICS-aligned nations.
They seriously think that they can park deadly weapons on Russia’s western borders, with no consequences.
It really is quite remarkable.
Any move by the West against Russia in 2022 invites serious consequences, that they just don’t seem to have considered.
Somebody or some thing, needed a regiment factory, which would supply “IT”(?) with terror and reprisal operation cadre.
On that concept it is fairly apprarent why the ukronazi military lacks the manuever warfare tactical skills to match or better the Russian alliances superiority on the battlefield. Manning defensive works is not fighting the Russian alliance on equal terms either, it seems it is neccessary in order to make uo for the lack of suitably trained and experienced effective infantry combat soldiers.
Indeed the ukies have many effective soldiers who fight like no tommorrow manning their static defensive belts, but as far as an Army in the collective sense it was never trained and irganized and armed as a standard nation state army in the west and east typically is.
Somebody in a position holding a lot of power over such things decided they would take the nation state of Ukraine, orchastrate a regime change color revolution, the kind which is supported by a stand-off power, not neccessarily a recognized nation state, but some entity with powers not beholden to the norms of international standards a state of sovereign people and legitimate recognized government would have, not beholden to anything but itself and its interests, and who can say what that is other than what IT is certainly operates along the fringes of the shadows. The primary purepose of the coup in Ukraine in 2014 was for acquisition in entirety, of a legitimate nation state, cote out its shell leaving the appearence of that once legitimate sovereign nation state, staff it, or more precisely offer an organization of truly corrupt Ukrainian oligarchs the mission to run this cored out shell of Ukraine, among a raft of now far more easily accomplished organized crime racketeering and trafficking in everything, using the cover of a recognized nation state to do a lot of things they aint supposed to be doing, creating what is a central hub of trafficking conduits, trafficking in everything from children to laundering trillions stolen, filthy lucre, originating thru the corrupt politicos of other nation states. In order to fully accomplish this and fully take sdvantage of this unique set up, to assure its underlying criminal organization maintains the kind of corrupt power any self respecting criminal gang nedds in order to remain a viable criminal enterprize, IT needs an army sized division of its operation dedicated to leg breaking extirtion and reprisal, best dressed up in all the trappings and pomp of a normal military all nation states have.
Ukraine was somebody’s or some thing’s little private regiment and battalions of armed badged leg breakers/enforcers, factory. A literal factory run by stafed by criminal cadre filling the spots normally in a regular actual military organization go to genuine soldiers of virtue integrity and oath of fealty to their fellow countrymen and homeland.
Yeah, the ukronazi’s certainly have that last item down pretty good with their overt Kracken and Right Sector Battalions neo-nazi/SS supremacy.
But that regiment factory thing. Mighty handy thing to have at hand to do a whole raft if things you could not do any other way. And build it up to “A Million Man Army” as somebody is quoted as bragging on, well the world suddenly becomes your oyster and pretty much anything goes ling as you are careful and employ your regimental terror and reprisal srmy wisely.
Just imagine all the things a ruthless cunning un-emphathetic organization bent on limitless power and wealth could get done. You could threaten, extort, rin protection rackets, on corporations, large and small NGO’s, entire nation states even, with your regiments. You could alter the balance of power of the whole planet with this army. You could cobertly send thousands and thousands of its cadre, dresed as civilians, get them in-under of myriad of plausible deniability’s, and because your cadre looks and dresses and acts like any regular white Christian western peoples, its a cinch once they are past the cross border element of infiltration operations, with properly trained and ideologically schooled cadre.
Point here is contrast for another point and thats this “Million Man Army” is not capable of real actual effective conventional nattlefield operations on that so called peer to peer level. But what it is hood for is insurgency warfare, LIC, and interdiction/deep penatration operations, and with this exact particular militarised instrument of evil power run highly effective terrir and reprisal operations and set up cells any place desired where white western appearing operators fit in. Like say across rural America, set up sleeoer cells, or “Rural Acclimation Cells” of ukronazi gangstalkers, running surveillance and intelligence, influence rackets, you could entirely alter the serene peaceful rural cultures across America, the perfect tool to secure “The Unsecured Spaces” stated in various globalist rules based order objectives.
But what if suddenly, your nice handy lucrative extortion terrir and reprisal army was faced with a truely martial armed to the fucking terth and totally committed to exterminating not just your winderful regiment factory but your entire operation in the shape of Ukraine? A very Martial, largest of all nation states with a deeply traditions based Warrior caste, extensively self armed with limitless resources and industrial capacity, in the shape of a reborn self sustaining incredibly intrinsic wealthy and properous happy Russian Federation lead by truley martialy trained and deeply religious Warriors in their own right who hold within their hearts their motherlands continued existance first and foremost and do so adhering to all the great Warrior Virtues topped with just superb diplomatic and true politically correct men and woman equally devoted to their country people and way of life?
What would you then have if this shadow organization long operating along the fringes of the shadows which itself appears to have preyed at one point on that Martial Orthodox Christian nation state just when it was at its weakest most bulnerable state, oh about the time frame if 1989 to mid 1990’s, you went in and made deals with budding oligarchs who where divvying up the spoils of the collapse of an equally corrupt ruling Siviet and its Nomenklatura class, what if a certain individual at the right place at the right time at the perfect juncture of events, became leader and saviour of the Time Honored Traditions of his and his felllw compatriots broke and raped and now pillaged motherland, what if by dint of pure perserverence and devotion to forevermore sdhering to the codes and principles, the very underpinnings of what it is to be Caucasion Christian Men of the western Eurasian Hemisphere?
What if this resurected State where to clearly see and understand this truly corrupt criminal organization hiding inside the cored out shell of a once soveriegn nation state, had at its head something so evil so depraved of virtue and legitimacy something may be diabolical about it, something “…been around a long long time. Toot Toot… Toot. Toot.”
I’d bet dollars to donuts your regiment factory is wholly unsuited, in fact incompitantly irganized and run, to fight what is to very high tech expertly trained cutting edge 3G Warfare army committed to exterminating what you call an army and everything behind it along with it. You would criticaly have no choices in the matter if you want to survive this truly deserved armegeddon coming down in your arse. You got to call in to globo=peedo central and scream for help because that gotterangdum is cross bordered the living shit out of you and nothing you got is gonna stop this comeuppance. You need help. You need more men. You need advanced weapons. You need everything, because in reality while that regiment factory sure looked suave and de-bone-ya in all its latest mall ninja tacticool, but its dying in droves fighting in a conflaguration its got no business in. Leg breakers and company enforcers, terror and reprisal operators, do not an army make.
What if this unstoppable juggernaut set up along a 1200 mile line of battle and pureposefully orchastrated attrition war whence it had obtained suitable territory from which to operate and support its battle line?
Well, the simple answer is you call for everything you got, run an imaginary false narrative war thru your yellow media complex, ramp your money printer go brrrrr to Warp 10 Scotty! The main thing is time, time is the one resource you no linger have, after having all the time in the world, now there’s no time left to you, rxcept the artificial time of escalation, careful, precise, strategic ramping up, employing tit for tat tactics, you understand there is a glimmer, just a tiny hint of survival, if your real cunning if you utiliaze everything you got, if your most evil depraved masterminds go to it, you might win. But you got nothing to lose at this point.
Desperate ruthless people do desperate ruthless things, existential things, when they are facing their extinction. And desperate ruthless entities who have long been accustomed to ruling the roost are particularly nasty things capable of unspeakable inhuman things.
The goal of NATO is the keep the Russians out, the Americans in and Germany down.
Which of these three goals will fail first?
Russia’s military advances are on display in Ukraine (you can’t stop the Kinzhal).
Americans are not able to police their own cities, much less defend eastern Europe.
Germany is about to go medieval, maybe that will help create a populist movement.
Larry, imho your analyses based on your long experience in Intel would carry more weight if you would drop the “woke” agenda nonsense. NATO is focused on expanding its forces, budgets and defense industry production. You get that very correct. The diversity PR and programs are a way to get Dems, Liberals (European & US) and minorities to buy into its Warmongering. And it works.
Military excellence is not inconsistent with gays or women fighting or serving in the military. That’s been known since Sparta & the Vikings. And Empires have used minority conscripts and mercenaries to fight all their wars.
In the last decades we have learned that women can torture and press the buttons to unleash killing drone strikes, as well as any man. Maybe better. In fact, the modern weaponry and warfare that Andrei Martyanov promotes all the time may favor the patience and focus of a woman over the brawn of men. (Moreover, no matter how many homophobic & transphobic remarks Andrei intersperses into his postings, he is never going to transform himself into a Macho Chechnyan infantry soldier, any more than Hitler was able to remake himself as Nordic, or Charlie the Tuna was able to find a way to get himself to taste good.)
Western Europe at this point has plenty of minority citizens available to serve in its militaries if that is an issue. You only have to watch the European football (soccer to you) leagues and sports competitions to see how, if given the chance, minorities can qualify and excel by whatever merit is needed.
Reading many of your commenters here, and watching a number of your appearances on various podcasts, it is obvious that the “woke” and anti-gay memes animate hosts and audiences. I suppose as a means to get them to listen to you by building up in-group solidarity and bonding, that works. Not sure it convinces them, however, to accept your more unpalatable points (such as the need for a nationalized defense industry).
However, from my perspective there are a lot of people that need to hear your analyses grounded in experience, as opposed to needing to hear your social biases or views. Many a time I have been stopped from forwarding your posts, as readers who might otherwise be receptive to your insights will be immediately turned off by what they consider reactionary social views.
It could be that all we are doing is entertaining each other or commiserating together here on the internet. In that case I suppose you are free to mix your views however you see fit. I’d like to hope that we are doing something more, as otherwise we are doomed.
Whenever you put a priority on what people look like or what their sexual preference is you are going astray as a military institution. It is destructive and promotes division. Remember, when you join the military you wear a UNIFORM. Get it? Uniformity not individuality. The woke agenda is real and it is bullshit.
its not just military… you don’t get the best out of the people you have in anything if you move from meritocracy to filling quotas based on looks
You have to have a meritocracy free from nepotism and political/social networking for it to actually serve as a meritocracy.
I am aware that soldiers wear UNIFORMS, although they are hardly uniform.
https://people.com/thmb/VqGuV8ADQ-qbAzjLLG6AI_jp1pI=/650×0/filters:no_upscale():max_bytes(150000):strip_icc():focal(979×473:981×475)/king-charles-prince-edward-prince-andrew-princess-anne-queen-elizabeth-091622-1-7d26e823f01b4d11b49078435145059b.jpg
Rank & hierarchy have always been made clear by uniforms, distinguished most by what insignias, awards and badges are placed on the uniform.
It wasn’t that long ago – in my lifetime – that blacks & other minorities were discriminated against & side-tracked away from the officer ranks, women were restricted to narrow “female” roles, and gays were kicked out of the service if they dared not hide in the closet. What you call “wokeness” started as a reaction to very real discrimination & segregation that existed in the US since the First American Revolution.
Yes, “identity politics” and “diversity” have been used to advance other cynical ends, as I have indicated already. However, “anti-wokeness” is just another “identity politics” in America’s ongoing culture wars and it is also bullshit.
While “merit” sounds great, we should all know by now how such standards have been gamed for decades in all American institutions. I grew up in the DC suburbs. You would just have to study my classmates to see how nepotism and networking pervaded the US military. (John McCain has to be a textbook example.) Appointments to the military academies were more due to political connections than merit. Although there are reflective and critical Colonels in the US military, to become a General means striving and playing politics.
Every institutional or legal effort to counter discrimination in the workplace has been met with the charge that standards were being lowered and/or white males were being discriminated against.
For the time being I am in Norway doing research. Here the Chief of Staff is the highest ranking officer besides the King. The current Chief, Eirik Kristoffersen, has poster Nordic looks and is the first Chief to ride in a Pride Parade. However, the latter is not the reason he was named “Forsvarssjefen.”
In 2001 he was sent to Afghanistan as part of the CIA’s Operation Anaconda. He then spent 14 years in Norway’s secret Special Ops force rising to Deputy Commander, before moving to Norwegian Joint Headquarters. He has a long-time close relationship to JSOC and he has spent time being programmed by the USMC Command and Staff College and the United States Army War College. His declared first priority is for Norway to demonstrate completely loyalty to the United States as NATO’s de facto leader and high command. This policy priority is shared by the nation’s political leadership, Social Democratic and Conservative. His remarks so far this year to the Norwegian public on the Ukrainian War could have been scripted – probably was – by the US State Department or CIA. His “wokeness” is just a shield to deflect criticism from his Defense Strategies.
Major General and Chief of the Norwegian Air Force is a women, Tonje Skinnarland, a tough one at that. She has regularly misled the public about the status of Norway’s F-35s and she insists they are combat ready. Just to make sure there was no turning back, Norway retired its F-16s. Only three weeks before the US Department of Defense’s DOT&E produced a blistering report of the problems with the F-35 and the distance from combat ready certification, Major General Skinnarland assured the public that the F-35s were ready to meet Norwegian defense needs. The DOT&E release caused a brief uproar by some of the opposition parties in the Norwegian Parliament, but the main parties refused to discuss the report in public. Instead, they buried the issue and the fact they had been misled. The Air Force Chief’s veracity is difficult to attack, as she is the highest ranking woman in the Norwegian military. “Wokeness” just serves her as a protective shield from criticism.
President Biden yesterday made official that American troops would defend Taiwan from China. Biden didn’t make this decision to enhance his reputation for “Wokeness.” The problem with the US military is not “Wokeness,” but its leadership and US foreign and defense policies. You argue the latter cases as well as anyone. I still do not understand why you blend the two critiques. It weakens the power of your message.
Let’s start with you laying out your qualifications to make the assertions you do. Okay?
Bruce, Thank you for taking the time to introduce yourself. Much appreciated. As I suspected, you have no experience with military or intelligence matters. That’s okay, it does not make you a person with bad motives. But it means there are important aspects of those systems that you do not understand intuitively. I have a right to question credentials when unknown folks offer up comments. Your comeback about “uniforms”, for example, was ignorant. But you are excused because your education on this comes from movies, tv and reading. Military discipline exists to create a loyalty to the unit and lack of regard for the individual. That is shifting now in the United States and Europe and it is dangerous and counter productive. Uniforms originated so that commanders could readily identify their troops and recognize the enemy. That purpose is still very relevant.
[This is a technical comment.] I tried to reply to your reply to me. It seems possible, as others have done it. But I get a message that a “duplicate” comment was detected. It was hardly a duplicate. I don’t know whether you saw the comment for consideration or not.
If not, rather frustrating that one cannot reply.
I will go out on a limb and guess that you have never served in a combat arms of the US Military. In the USMC , that is infantry, armor and artillery. If you had then you would know that women are a net drain on these forces. It appears that much of the fighting in Ukraine is not being performed by faceless nerds controlling drones but by men slogging it out on the forward edge of the battle area. Homosexuals are a different story. Prior to recent years, you would have never known there were gays in the ranks and there were no problems. I have no idea how they are accepted now. “Woke” is real and it’s a real problem. Young men are the backbone of any combat force and women do nothing but degrade that force.
AMEN!!! The clowns pushing this nonsense have never been in a bar fight much less combat.
I hope you realize that a US-Russia or US-China war is not going to be anything like a bar fight, or what you seem to be implying here is modern combat.
Kadyrov’s Chechens may make impressive videos in Ukraine, but the US will not be fighting Kadyrov’s infantry.
I am not sure what your point is. Try to be clear and less opaque.
I’m a little confused by the mix messages here. Colonel MacGregor already in 2012 argued for the abolishment of the USMC, that it didn’t meet the needs of modern warfare.
https://www.military.com/daily-news/2020/11/12/new-dod-adviser-has-made-controversial-proposal-get-rid-of-marine-corps.html
While the USMC has certainly been deployed many times since WW2, its record of winning wars is slight. Personally, I would want to see an end to the US fighting wars such as the ones where infantry have a significant role. The US and the world would be much safer. And if US/NATO go to war against Russia or China, then that war is not going to be similar to what we are witnessing in Ukraine, which from the US perspective is currently a proxy and economic war. Isn’t that Andrei Martyanov’s point?
Today I heard a podcast produced by a Professor at the Norwegian Defense University in collaboration with some of his fellow professors and NRK, the state broadcaster. It was called, “What would happen if Russia attacked Norway?” I hope the Professors were engaged in psy-ops, as the narrative was complete fantasy. I hope they make an English version. I would love to hear either Larry or Andrei Martyanov critique.
While I have not served in the military, my father fought from North Africa to Germany, my step father was a Navy Officer in the Pacific, and my 92 yo mother’s current boy friend is one of the last navigators alive that flew the B-29s against the Germans. I grew up hearing their war experiences, as well as those of my peers who served in Vietnam and Norwegians in Afghanistan. Lately I have been forced to take a crash course in military planning & strategy. (My studies in game theory are probably more relevant than basic training in the USMC. Please provide the war games which demonstrate your type of war actually happening in a US-Russia confrontation.)
While the role of women in infantry roles certainly can be discussed, women have served in combat forces in a number of militaries throughout history without degrading those forces.
Mr Larry, congratulations for your discovery of hot water. I am very happy for you.
All US wars are primarily for the US MIC. What do you think we were doing in Afghanistan for 20 years ? Do you think we were even attempting to WIN a war ?
The MIC needs wars, needs enemies. When it comes to wars the US does not even remotely care about winning.
The other marginal reason we get into wars is obviously the cancer state.
New NATO startegy is to LGBT-parade Russia into submission. As usual, first tests are run on Serbia, but the one that happened yesterday did not go as planned. Maybe Larry could do an article about that shitshow.
https://t.me/zoka200/2157
Medium to longer term consequences?
With the US in an ever spiraling un-repayable debt situation and now printing money that will only increase the trajectory of inflation, spending ever more on weapons that will be destroyed does NOT build national wealth, strengthen a nation, reduce your debt or control inflation…………..or build any form of social unity at home!
Wealth accumulation thru military expenditures only occurs when the military captures an adversaries land-property-people-accumulated wealth. The US is not doing this and is unlikely to succeed in the presence of nuclear armed nations.
For the money pumped into the UKRAINE so far, the USA should OWN the place outright – instead it is burning expensive military hardware and finite resources on a distant battlefield. Why?
At this point in the evolutionary phase of US hegemony over a large part of the world – the US dollars must be kept dominant and it is envisioned, by some, that the ‘hail-mary’ of giving suicidal Ukrainians never-ending weapons so that the USA can subjugate and take control of Russia’s resources to stop its’ own impending demise and remain the King of a ‘uni-polar world order’.
It is a zero-sum-game. The US has/is committing everything to a ‘win’. The longer this goes on, the more the US throws money & resources at building military hardware, the faster these wasted resources will cause unrest and pain in the homeland.
You can only pretend things are great for so long.
Endlessly diverting resources from productive activities in the homeland to weapons (that will be destroyed on far off battlefields) will create unrest that can only be controlled by an outright authoritarian state. Sound familiar?
Who owns land in the Ukraine? maybe American companies….and they would loose it.
Monsanto (gates), Cargill, and a few more own thirty percent (the lesser figure that I’ve seen) of that rich Ukranian soil. Zelensky sold it to them. Those grain shipments out of Ukraine to feed the world recently? It was to line the pockets of those corporations. Sold to the highest bidder. They planned to do Ukraine like they tried to do India. The Indian farmers fought back and won but you know it is never over unless it’s really over. BTW, Russia is the world’s largest exporter of organic products. GMO is not allowed.
It’s war as an opportunity for war profiteering – on a national scale. https://stolzuntermenschen.substack.com/p/war-is-a-scam
Yes, the US profits from this extremely. The idiot Putin played in the neocon hands beautifully.
The incompetent Russian leadership even allowed for 300 billion dollars of their money to be frozen and later confiscated. In effect, Russia will be paying for all the support Ukraine is now receiving. Russia is paying for replenishing of US stocks with new weaponry and the old stock is used to kill Russians.
Putin, the 64dimensional chess player.
Well Troll, you should be more cautious about instantly indulging in your wet dreams. Start by reading past the headlines. The assets may be currently frozen, but, apparently, they are not “seized” and not going to being used to fund the anti-Russia war effort.
“At a news conference in Germany this month, Treasury Secretary Janet L. Yellen appeared to close the door on the United States’ ability to participate in any effort to seize and redistribute those assets. Ms. Yellen, a former central banker who initially had reservations about immobilizing the assets, said that while the concept was being studied, she believed that seizing the funds would violate U.S. law.” NY Times
https://www.nytimes.com/2022/05/31/us/politics/russia-sanctions-central-bank-assets.html
For once I agree w/ Yellen. Under what law can the US just steal foreign private assets? No trial? No recourse? Despite your fantasies of being part of something akin to Black Beard’s crew, the US is supposed to be the leader of the free world and piracy is not a consistent value.
Usually I don’t bother answering to people that start the sentence by calling other people names.
In your case I’ll make an exception. Since you used to comment on Colonel Lang’s blog I guess at least at one point in time you had some sense.
I did not claim the assets were seized but frozen and LATER confiscated. So, you should read past the headlines.
If you think that Russia will ever get to those funds then you are living in fantasy land.
US will conjure up whatever law is needed. Maybe it will declare Russia a state sponsor of terrorism or find some other way but it will not let Russia reclaim those funds.
Once again, stealing Russian assets is against international law and the Constitution. In order to seize and spend the assets there would have to be some shift in the status of US/Russian relations; something akin to a declaration of war (declaring Russia a state sponsor of terrorism is close to declaring war). There are numerous international relations beyond Russia that would have to be addressed that would be against the US action. US assets can also be frozen and stolen once that becomes the precedent.
Of course, if you are the kind of meathead that believes the new Col. Lang’s (or whatever is going on with that character) mindless quoting of what the ISW cabal spouts and monthly predictions that Russia is on the verge of military collapse any day now – or that TTG’s incoherent hate filled ramblings are worth the time to press ‘enter’ on the URL bar, then you also probably think an all-out US/NATO war with Russia is a good idea. I think it is a very bad idea and so do all sane people.
I never claimed that stealing those assets was legal, rather that for the Russians to allow those assets to be seized was incompetence of the highest level.
Who is going to steal US assets and live to tell about it ?
Again with the name calling. That’s the only “argument” you have.
Think what you will of Turcopolier, but at least there, ad hominem attacks and childish name calling are not allowed.
Eric
How many civilians were killed in a 2016-24.02.2022 period in Donbass ? Please official OSCE/UN data.
You pretend to worry about civilians yet the amount of civilian suffering and destruction that is happening as a result of the invasion is much greater.
So many civilians killed, wounded, traumatised, displaced because Putin thought the invasion is the best course of action.
It was on his watch that Ukraine was hijacked by the US and extreme right. He failed to protect the separatists in Donbass in 2014 when Ukraine had almost no army at all.
I’m not saying Russia’s grievances are without merit, I’m saying the corruption and incompetence of that country is too great to counteract US aggressive politics.
Sir thank you for your comment. Ok even if the US confiscates $300 B of the Russian assets, do you realize that US and the West will be paying through their noses for the oil and gas at some point the $300 B will look like pittance. Oh by the way they also export Titanium and alluminium which our Industry needs to build these fancy weapons. So who is the loser in the end, if Putin continues with his war. He has the weapons and men how about the Ukranians? Right now we are even subsidizing their pension payroll how long the US citizens will follow this game when they cant feed their own families?
wizz, the barbarian king (queen?) plundering and rampaging across the planet. If wizz can take it, it’s your fault for being careless. Might makes right. Beautiful, sociopathic Mad Max world you live in, wizz.
btw, where was Col Lang’s and TTG’s DOL oohrah esprit when the Donbass was being shelled for 8 years with women and children being killed by the thousands, by Ukrainians? Where was it with regards to dozens of other conflicts occurring at the same time? The current Azerbaijan dictatorship attacking the struggling democracy of Armenian? Yeah, exactly – crickets. No orders out of Fort Bragg. So nothing to say. Screw those guys. They are phony info ops and not very good at their trade based on their “forum”. I don’t care what they did when they were younger. They’ve sold out now when their country really needs them. Stereotypical, brainwashed, merely following orders soldiers; regardless of the impact on the Constitution and people they swore to protect. Sad. Pathetic, actually.
They – and you, apparently – on the side of the Green New Deal, dick choppers and what the young folk now call “globohomo”, which is short for globalism, the gay agenda, non-meat/non-fossil fuel, great reset and all the rest of the jazz that is wanting to fight Russia. The possibility of nuclear escalation isn’t even a concern. Col Lang gripes about the Globa/Marxists here at home, while promoting their cause in UKR. Only a real dummy doesn’t see the contradiction.
Exactly, $300 billion is nothing in the big scheme of things. Only a Lang/TTG cult drone wouldn’t understand that.
MR
The losers are the common people. Ukrainian civilians’ (both proRussian and antiRussian) lives are being destroyed. Russian citizens as well are paying for this war. Many other countries around the world are hurting because of this war as well.
Common people have to suffer and die in wars caused or started by the likes of Putin, Bush, Obama and many others.
However, my comment was not about this. It was about how Putin has made a grave error invading Ukraine. He has a bad team. His intelligence miscalculated gravely about the Ukrainian response and resistance capability, his economic team let 300 billion dollars get taken, his military officers are stuck in Ukraine and even started to lose ground in a spectacular fashion.
wizz,
You are privileged to be inside Russian Generals’ meetings? You can mind read Putin? How would you know these things you claim to be facts, other than Turcopolier repeating talking points from the ISW?
Were the common people of Eastern UKR not losers for the eight years that Ukraine shelled them? Where the people of all of UKR not losers to poverty, oligarchs and corruption that plague their country? Why were so many UKR young people migrating to Europe even before the SMO? Because UKR was such a great place?
The readership here is very smart and informed. Your nonsense isn’t fooling anyone. Save it for Turcopolier. Maybe TTG or even Col Lang will give you a pat on the head.
Off today’s topic, but because you gave me so much grief over 911
https://principia-scientific.com/cia-agent-confesses-on-deathbed-we-blew-up-wtc-7-on-9-11/
79-year-old retired CIA agent, Malcom Howard, has made a series of astonishing claims since being released from hospital in New Jersey on Friday and told he has weeks to live. Mr. Howard claims he was involved in the “controlled demolition” of World Trade Center 7, the third building that was destroyed on 9/11.
Mr. Howard, who worked for the CIA for 36 years as an operative, claims he was tapped by senior CIA agents to work on the project due to his engineering background, and early career in the demolition business.
Trained as a civil engineer, Mr. Howard became an explosives expert after being headhunted by the CIA in early 1980s. Mr. Howard says has extensive experience in planting explosives in items as small as cigarette lighters and as large as “80 floor buildings.”
The 79-year-old New Jersey native says he worked on the CIA operation they dubbed “New Century” between May 1997 and September 2001, during a time he says the CIA “was still taking orders from the top.” Mr. Howard says he was part of a cell of 4 operatives tasked with ensuring the demolition was successful.
Mr. Howard says the World Trade Center 7 operation is unique among his demolitions, as it is the only demolition that “we had to pretend wasn’t a demolition job”. He claims he had no problem going through with the deception at the time, because “when you are a patriot, you don’t question the motivation of the CIA or the White House. You assume the bigger purpose is for a greater good. They pick good, loyal people like me, and it breaks my heart to hear the shit talk.”
It’s an old man spouting nonsense to make himself appear more important than he ever really was and/or to leave some kind of trouble behind for the government; like an act of revenge. Kind of like “The Irishman” saying on his deathbed that he killed Hoffa and a couple of top mafia figures. None of it ever happened. People put too much faith in deathbed confessions.
Jimmy,
I’m not a big SNOPES fan, but they can provide compelling facts sometimes – apparently your CIA dude deathbed confession story is fake.
https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/cia-agent-confesses-wtc7/
If you have evidence to the contrary beyond an internet story, I’d love to see it.
http://thesaker.is/why-is-germany-committing-suicide-the-same-reasons-why-the-eu-uk-is-being-deindustrialized/
I note at least one other reference to this theme in the comments.
The content has been covered somewhat in other web sites, but the Saker by including it is showing an increased appreciation of Globalism as a factor in these events. So essentially the US is preparing to send in its carpetbaggers again to divide up the EU. The downside of this is the suggestion that NATO is irrelevant and is part of the process against Russia until the collapse of the EU makes NATO irrelevant. Also keep in mind that this collapse will be economic, financial and militarily and will probably affect the UK severely as well. And the question may well be at the end, what does the East do with the hole that used to be Europe? And of course, the deindustrialization of the US will follow, IS following. It is hard to trade with a hole.
FWIW,
L.
The Globalists don’t do trade; rather, they do a bang up job of rapine and plunder. Mutually advantageous commerce is such an old-fashioned notion. Multi-polarity is an attempt to, insofar as feasible, restore the possibility of mutually advantageous trade, and presents a mortal threat to the Globalists’ ability to preserve the neoliberal order and its Siamese twin, neocolonialism.
Funny thing though, even the “citizens” of the Globalists’ power bases are seen as mere serfs working on their latifundias. The self-serving greed, formerly implicit in the neoliberal construct, is increasingly becoming explicit, accompanied by a brutal domination of all phases of the lives of these “citizens”. To Them, cattle we are, and cattle we shall remain, entirely subject to Their perceived advantages and their irrational whims. Not much of a life, eh?
I wouldn’t be so quick to cheer over the low recruitment numbers, since the military may just decide that tactical nukes can replace any type of warfare that requires manpower. Or, it might do what colleges and universities all over the country are doing — just lower the standards so all those fat, dumb people can find a home.
I give up. Where does NATO get these troops? They are in demographic collapse, and the young men they have will NOT join the military. You institute a draft and even the sheeplike Europeans revolt. As to the SubSaharan Africans fighting? Dude. They are there to sit in shanty towns, get the government grift, and rape anyone they can. The US? AS Larry astutely points out, 70% of the US population is useless. AS a matter of fact, I see us having to cut down the number of our oversea Empire bases due to basic manpower. What would happen if the rich have a war, and no one came?
The world is neither black nor White. Yes, kids are not suitable for war any more, but weapons are much more powerful. And don’t forget: our society is heavily dependent on supply chains. The war from 1618 to 1648 in Europe did not end with a victory, but ended because of the total devastation of the country: No food, no fight.
“What is more dangerous than a bunch of weapon toting fat men and women addicted to drugs?
It’s hard to imagine what is more dangerous, but cash less bail may be. After these idiot soldiers go ‘full metal jacket’ on a few of their DI’s, Miley will get the message.
Due to recruiting and retention issues, the USMC says it is looking to expand targeting recruiting ages from the mid to late 20’s. Traditionally, the Corps has recruited straight out of high school. Additionally, they are saying that in order to attract older recruits they are going to bring them in at something higher than the E1 (buck private); not clear if the higher grade/higher pay would apply during boot or upon completion and a few other details. That, to my mind, should wreak havoc on the whole NCO structure and effectiveness. The Corps has always been all about tradition and there are good reasons why. A departure from core traditions seems like a risky act of desperation that will damage the world’s most effective fighting force at a time when it is needed at least as much as ever before.
In my lifetime, it’s always been “Forward Defense”… or the many names they’ve called it in the past. Maritime Freedom of Navigation exercises are examples, and I was involved in many. How many other places and methods? I don’t have enough fingers and toes to count! It’s always the same playbook: instigate, instigate… then whack them when the designated opponent does something to counter the instigation. Our foreign policy now resemples the psychotic mind of a JAP. One of these days, soon, this playbook will bite us.
When not if, shit hits the fan i know with whom i`ll pledge my alliance with. And it is not the West. I have visited Ukraine and Russia. They are same people to me. I`m from Slovenia, former Yugoslavia. We had our share of war back in early to late nineties, but today we are all cooperating very well. Disintegration of Yugoslavia was as much as important event and to me, geopolitical catastrophe of the century. Yes Putin stated that about USSR, but it can also be aplied to Ex-Yugoslavia.
Thank you Larry Johnson for this site and very valuable content you share with us.

There’s opinion that Putin is in league with Davos and them that disagree. I have been quite suspicious of the former but have come to lean to the latter. Hope has something to do with this too.
Speculation analyzes military ability up to and including nuclear war. What is missing is space. We, or at least I, have no idea what those capabilities are. Because it gets no press, it must exist and who has advantage isn’t but an uneducated guess. Russia is fighting with one arm behind its back, so to speak, but try fighting blind and disoriented. Think maybe Russia considered this arena before they bit off that big chunk? By demonstrating that they can out missile us at the get go they took some starch out of the strategic planners portfolios. If I was them, I’d be looking mighty hard over my shoulder and up at the sky.
The greatest danger facing NATO is that Europeans take it seriously.
The Americans, Russians and the Chinese do not.
Ask your average Patriot folk if they have concerns about Article 3 this weekend and most will ask if there is a coupon and does it come with grits? The rest are wondering what Nancy Pelosi is doing in the Caribbean visiting Armenia?
The two flunkies with the scrambled egg on their sleeves in the conference video delivered their address like two lost, separated Zebras at the watering hole. One with a bad leg the other with failing eyesight but both can hear the approach of big game.
I have no doubt both are good men, they both know Article 5 word for word. However when push comes to shove, the top table knows what is on the menu and what is off.
When the time comes, the question of grits for breakfast will get more consideration than a side of Article 5.
US citizens are going to be in shock if there is some sort of battle and the US gets whipped.
How does the world organize to stop NATO?
Well since you ask.
The GRU has long been pushing the idea of the “Nato Euro Sock”.
Sold as a fair and equal competition open to all of the member Countries.
It would be won by General Dynamics who then sub it out to both Raytheon and Lockheed Martin. The factory should be built in France with the help of Halliburton. Final assembly of the toe area would be in the Marshall Islands.
The spec’s are out of this World, being effective from North Finland to the South of prospective member Egypt. It must also be usable in traditional wooden ceremonial footwear.
Way, way better than anything that can be made in China!
However due to delay and cost overruns, the size of NATO manpower will need to be reduced by 75% and limited to a foot size of circus folk.
I forgot to mention defense contractors (war contractors) and the US government dropped over a billion dollars into these wonk tanks like the RAND Corp. All they do is plan for war and weapon system sales.
It really is the United States of Lockheed Martin. How has this been allowed to happen?
Think of the colossal profits being made here when you factor in the billions worth of military junk the US handed off to the Taliban in Afghanistan.
https://www.theamericanconservative.com/swamp-report-top-50-u-s-think-tanks-receive-over-1b-from-gov-defense-contractors/
The elephant in the room is the financial system could not function, without those trillions of dollars of public debt. The secret sauce of capitalism is public debt backing private wealth. The wars are just a way to make it go away, so more can be borrowed.
It first occurred to me, in the 92 elections, when Bush had been making a big issue of the debt, but Perot commented that while everyone plays the markets, the really rich have their real money in bonds.
No doubt a great number of large contracts will be signed, MIC stocks will rise but what are the delivery timelines? Last I looked, the US had one plant capable of making M1A1 tanks and is currently producing 4(ish) per month, sometimes as many as 13. This factory does double duty and makes other armored equipment to keep the lights on.
So my question is how does building material work in a mostly deindustrializated country with rising energy prices and the same for inputs? Many of the inputs require Russian or Chinese trade. We could rebuild industrial capacity via rearming Europe, but this isn’t 1941 and it’s going to take more than 3 years … if we can manage it at all given our general issues accomplishing most anything tangible. It will take trillions of dollars between reindustrializing and then footing the bill to rearm Europe because they don’t look like they’ll be able to afford much of anything.
But more than anything, what’s the timeline for this rearming Europe and how many years will it sit with the bogeyman on the doorstep mostly undefended because it sent all its gear to Ukraine? 5 years, 10 years? Who gets first deliveries, germany or Poland? No matter, MIC stocks will be juicy and that’s the real game, not actually producing armaments.
“The goal is to use Afghanistan to wash money out of the tax bases of the US and Europe through Afghanistan and back into the hands of a transnational security elite. The goal is an endless war, not a successful war” — Julian Assange, 2011
OK, I clicked through for the sauce

Going to need a fluent Russian speaker to verify the subtitles, but if true then Wagner PMC certainly appears to be recruiting Russian convicts offering a pardon for six months of service (middle of second video).
Even with lend/lease for remilitarizing the depleted, de-energized, de-industrialized UK/EU/Baltics, as capital flees and the Euro crashes, what sources of revenue and credit will they find? Even the IMF can’t save the EU when the Euro crashes, which the Fed will surely accomplish with multiple rate hikes to save the US commercial banks.
And as the US economy contracts and a prolonged recession grows, the public appetite for funding foreign countries, arms, and interventions will disappear. And our hapless Unexecutive branch and Congress can’t hide from “it’s the economy, stupid”.
“The war in Ukraine is not about pushing the Russians out and security the Donbas and Crimea for Ukraine. It is a war to create the conditions that will keep the U.S. and British defense industries in business for years to come. A cynical, blood thirsty policy founded on corruption.”
These are not mutually exclusive. TPTB can want to beat Russia back AND make killing doing it.
As far as recruits, After the Democrat’s steal Congress this fall they can legalize 3-4 million thin Hispanics who are willing sign up for .gov service. There was even an article recently in National Interest saying that we should use impoverished foreigners to fill current recruiting shortfalls. Those should be useful to go house by house too and take our Second Amendment rights away having no fidelity to the US Constitution. Dark times ahead.
In short they’re screwing, themselves because they have no military worth a damn, NATO- giving it shitty old US weapons (I had to use them too in Afghanistan, my Major “Kill the enemy and take his weapon.”) Will Russia focus on us? I hope not, there is a bible verse that they send an EMP to us. A scholar deciphered it, but had the timeline wrong.
Larry, old Nimitz sailor here, VA-35 aboard Nimitz, circa 76-81. The guys that DIDN’T rescue the hostages. Tripwires I understand. That’s what carriers were even 45 years ago. But it was understood, whack a carrier, it’s game on. Then. Not so sure now. Biden sailing Nimitz-class carriers through the strait of Taiwan seems VERY foolhardy. We could get a lot of boys and girls killed and for what? Are we going to trade nukes over a sunken carrier? I hope not. I suspect we won’t fry the West Coast of the U.S. over 6000 dead and 40 billion worth of airplanes and carrier sunk to the bottom. Just like we don’t dare commit troops to the meat grinder of Ukraine. I think the U.S “leadership” is flat out of credibility. And you say, Larry?
I agree with you.
By The way, Larry, I’ve been reading you for years, just now gotten through the Word Press meat grinder, heh. I spent 30 years around the DC region as a communications spook doing my thing from embassies, White House communications, to NSA to Quantico and a million lobbies, crooked lawyers and other Deep State artifacts. I probably crossed your path. I too am descended from early American stock, although my Dad’s people crossed the American Rubicon through Jamestown Company in the 1600s. Hillbillies. Gunfighters, Indian killers, horse thieves, bootleggers. And other stuff. Explains my personality. Definitely Rebels. Never meant for my people to fight your people. We’re on the same side now, though. I thought it was Stars and Stripes. Turns out it was no such thing. But honored to read you, Martyanov, Saker and a dozen others. You guys caught on long before I. If you’re ever in New England I got a 4 pound lobstah and a Sam Adams on the table.
The article is spot on. The goal is to generate for the majority stockholders of the IMC, Blackrock and Vanguard, more wealth transfer from we the tax payers. However, a question begs to be answered. Is this the standardization of weapons and training for a planned war?
Larry, first time on your site. Nice work! Some comments/observations for your consideration, respectfully submitted. Sorry this is a bit long….
Ukraine, the Soros/WEF Deep State… and What Would a Nuclear War Look Like? Jeff Thomas wrote 9/19 that there are many studies, but the most illustrative one I’m familiar with was produced by Princeton.
https://sgs.princeton.edu/the-lab/plan-a
Jeff Thomas writes “ It begins with a random single release in Eastern Europe and demonstrates the sizes and numbers of nuclear warheads, along with the release patterns. It shows the trajectories and, in addition, shows diameters representing the degree of devastation by each missile. The smaller nukes would cover all of Europe, leaving very little intact. Then the larger transatlantic nukes would take over – the state-of-the-art Sarmat missiles. Sarmat has the capacity to elude anti-missile defense systems. It travels at five times the speed of sound, weighs more than 200 tonnes and each one has multiple breakaway warheads. The West has nothing like it. (But we DO have gay helicopter crews and reduced pushup requirements down to TEN only required in the military!) So, what would the outcome be?Well, each major US city would be targeted with multiple ICBMs, each big enough to destroy it. Most of the US would be carpeted with other ICBMs. The US would be destroyed within a few hours. An estimated 90 million people would be killed initially…. (link has more if interested)
Why the war in Ukraine? Thomas writes: “For eight years, NATO has backed puppet rulers in Ukraine, funded attacks on Donbass, repeatedly violated the Minsk Treaties, outlawed the speaking of Russian in the Luhansk and Donetsk Republics, and has destroyed democratic opposition and free media in Ukraine, leaving it a one-party government, essentially owned and financed by the US and administrated by US operatives… For eight years, Russia had been goaded again and again by the West, yet they did not take the bait. Then, in February of 2022, at the annual Munich Security Conference, the President of Ukraine announced his intent to make Ukraine a nuclear country. Five days later, Russia invaded Ukraine. Immediately, the US propaganda arm went into operation, and for months, even as Ukraine was consistently losing the war, at every turn, the Western media renewed its claims that the war was turning; that Russia was faltering, and the heroes of Ukraine were beating back the Great Bear… it’s now becoming increasingly evident that the West have been misrepresenting the progress of the war; that the trained Azov forces are spent and replacements cannot be trained fast enough to go against the experienced Russian forces, the US is going to have to come up with another plan… and it will need to be something dramatic.
This was corroborated by Gonzalo Lira last Friday, who LIVES right now in Kharkiv, who said in an interview with NaturalNews – listen here https://www.brighteon.com/fe11c716-1d5d-466f-a86f-7b9475e2618e that the NATO “advance” in his area that the fake news crowed about gained them basically a bunch of cow pastures, about 1% of total land mass – at a cost of perhaps 13,000 casualties, which Ukraine can ill afford. Basically, as Rand Paul said, NATO will fight Russia down to the last Ukrainian. They are just cannon fodder, for a regime that was installed by George Soros, Obama, Kissinger, Clintons etc. in the 2014 Maidan violent revolution, WHICH OVERTHREW A DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED PRESIDENT in 2014. Says New American: they overthrew the “democratically elected leader Viktor Yanukovych from power in what many in the press framed at the time as a “right-wing coup.” This characterization was due to shock troops being drawn from the neo-Nazi Svoboda Party (as most of you know, those Nazis are big time Zelensky supporters now). None other than Joe Biden was dispatched by the Obama administration to help set up the new regime. As Ukraine was turned into a money-laundering hub and beachhead for NATO, neo-Nazi brigades, with financial support from the West, shelled culturally Russian neighborhoods in eastern Ukraine as a form of ethnic cleansing. According to a January 27, 2022 report by the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, approximately 14,200 people have died since 2014. Most of the casualties occurred in the predominantly ethnically Russian Donetsk and Luhansk regions, also known as Donbas.”
Yeah, gay dancer turned (yes, Zelensky did a gay dance routine see here https://odysee.com/@Informationskriget:1/zelensky-gay-dance:4) puppet leader has KILLED that many.
Russell Bentley, a Texan living in Donetsk with his Ukrainian wife, reported by Mark Crispin Miller, wrote 9/20, corroborating Lira on his take on the ”Russian retreat” triumphantly alleged by all the media throughout the West: “the propaganda story of a full-scale flight—like every other story that “our free press” tells—“is 100% bullshit,” as Russell puts it, the situation over there is grave, as it portends a catastrophic prolongation of the war, and further suffering among Donetsk’s civilians in particular, as the Nazis will use them as human shields against the Russians, if the latter don’t turn things around.” The Deep State, as Sen Rand Paul wrote, will fight Russia down to the last Ukrainian. They don’t care about Ukraine or it’s people – only what political hay they can make out of it to push their world domination. Is “Nazi” (National SOCIALIST) name calling? Read their own words themselves: those troops are Nazis—as they themselves have often openly declared. “The historic mission of our nation in this critical moment is to lead the White Races of the world in a final crusade for their survival. A crusade against the Semite-led Untermenschen,” wrote Andriy Biletsky, commander of an Azov Battalion, in 2014, as reported by the Telegraph in August of that year. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/ukraine/11025137/Ukraine-crisis-the-neo-Nazi-brigade-fighting-pro-Russian-separatists.html. Russel details how our parents, who fought the Nazis, have been transformed by the fasco-Marxist Deep State and its media into supporting Nazis slaughtering people in eastern Ukraine, including 13 dead, including 2 children, yesterday:
Russians in full flight” is 100% bullshit. But it’s a very serious situation here now. After the debacle in Kharkov, there is a real danger that the ukrops will try to advance into Donetsk, which if they get a foothold in the city, we and Russia itself are fucked. Things will reveal themselves in the next few days. If Russia doesn’t step up its game BIG TIME, the costs of the war for Russia in treasure and blood can increase exponentially. So if they’re going to do it, they need to do it now. as in this week, or suffer the consequences.
Of course, if they DO get serious, they can take as much of Ukraine as they want pretty quickly. At the beginning of the month, Russia had 400 military jets and 300 helicopters along Ukraine’s border, with 30,000 troops earmarked for Kherson in the south, and another 30,000 for Kharkov in the north. Somehow, those troops have yet to materialize. There Is a new unit, the 15,000 man 3rd Corps, that was tasked with reinforcing the Donetsk Front and perhaps later to deal with Mari’inka and the main nazi stronghold in Avdeevka. As we were on our way to Moscow last week, in the LPR and DPR, we saw a lot of 3rd Corps vehicles with a distinctive symbol, an inverted pyramid with a circle in the middle. Six days later, upon our return, the only place we see and 3rd Corps are in videos heading towards Kharkov, which leaves Donetsk and Makeevka seriously undermanned and exposed. IMO, this is a dangerously stupid move – There are still between 20,000 and 40,000 hard and experienced ukrop soldiers literally on the edge of the city, less than 20 Km from the city center, where they have been for the last 8 years. If they make it even 10 Km, 6 miles, into the city, they will have tens of thousands of Donetsk civilians to use as human shields (as they did in Mariupol) which will negate Russia’s main military advantages of air, missile and artillery power. Our local guys are defending the city, and in many cases are much more experienced and motivated than the regular Russian troops, but while the Russians get all the cool toys, our guys remain seriously under-equipped. So, it is a very tense time in Donetsk right now. If Russia starts to use its air power much more extensively, if those other 60,000 troops somehow magically appear, there is no real problem. Russia has 4 absolutely vital objectives 1) to break the ukrops on the Donbass Front, encircle them in a pincer movement from north, south and west, and then crush them on the anvil of Donetsk defenses. But of course the anvil must be harder and heavier than the hammer, which it would be if our guys had 3 Corp backing them up. 2) Russia MUST make the ZNPP nuclear power plant secure from ukrop attack and shelling. As long as ukrops are in range, it is literally a ticking time bomb. These first two objectives should have already been achieved months ago. 3) once the first two tasks are completed, advance on Odessa from air, land and sea, and finally, 4) take Kiev from the north. Once Donbass and the ZNPP are secured, and Odessa and Kiev are liberated, the Ukrainian Army will surrender, and fighting from the east to Kiev will not be required. If I was a Russian General, that’s what I’d do.
Russell Bentley on this very dangerous moment in Ukraine, with further evidence that those ARE Nazis slaughtering civilians in the East—and a video revealing WHY so many in the West SUPPORT them
What’s happening there is far more horrible than you’ve been told; and that millions of staunch “anti-fascists” in the West have been APPLAUDING it has more to do with COVID than you think
Dear Sir,
Western Europe is becoming USA’s Strategic Depth.
That is all.
The money is to pay our whore Flag Officers and Industrial Contractor class.
