Several former military and intelligence professionals have contacted me and voiced similar doubts about the pat story being circulated regarding National Guard Airman Jack Texeira and the allegations that he removed TOP SECRET documents from a SCIF, photographed them and then posted them to a gamer chat. They all agree, something is not right. The media account does not make sense.
The biggest oddity are the two two separate documents from the CIA’s Operations Center. Neither are complete and both deal only with the Ukrainian/Russian war. To reiterate a point from my previous article, that CIA Operations Center produces two daily reports — one in the morning and one in the afternoon. It is not a “Community” product, i.e., it is not distributed to the other intelligence agencies. It is an internal CIA document (of course, it is available to the Director of National Intelligence).
Texeira’s alleged possession of two separate reports is doubly odd because he did not copy the full reports. The one dated 1 March 2023 only shows 3 of 8 pages. If he was taking the documents to impress the youngsters on the gamer chat, why did he not take the whole enchilada? And why did he only publish the portions of the intel report that dealt exclusively with Ukraine and Russia?
There has been some media reports that he also posted a State Department EXDIS cable. I have not seen it and cannot confirm that it exists. If it does, that would be another huge red flag. EXDIS is bureaucratic speak for EXCLUSIVE DISSEMINATION. It has a cousin, NODIS — i.e., NO DISTRIBUTION. The U.S. military does not have access to such cables.
There was a time when State EXDIS was available to U.S. military commands on a restricted basis. That was pre-Chelsea Manning. After Manning’s leaks in 2010, that access was cut off. I know this first hand because I was part of a team scripting military exercises for all U.S. regional commands (i.e., EUCOM, NORTHCOM, AFRICOM, PACOM, CENTCOM and SOUTHCOM) during the course of a year. I was the State Department Subject Matter Expert. That means I had the job of creating cable traffic from the Secretary of State or U.S. Embassies that the U.S. military might see during a terrorist crisis. Prior to the Manning/Wikileaks leak, I had full access to State Department messages, including EXDIS. After Manning, that access was terminated. Not just for me but for all the uniformed personnel I worked with. All held TS SCI clearances. There has been no change in that policy, which means there is no way that Jack Texeira would have had any access to copy and take a State Department EXDIS message.
Another curiosity with the story, apart from Jack’s youth and the claim that he held TS SCI clearances and had access to CIA internal reports, is the schedule of his Massachusetts Air National Guard unit. That outfit had not been called up and assigned a 24 x 7 mission. Instead, the Air National Guard unit meets one weekend a month. In other words, Jack had to work his magic over a two or three day period surrounded by peers and those in command of the unit. You do not just show up and pursue your own interests. There are drills and assigned work, which is supervised by Non-Commissioned Officers (i.e., Sergeants) and Officers.
The documents I have seen posted on Twitter and Telegram, were dated 28 February, 1 March and 2 March, i.e., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. According to the MI-6 funded Bellingcat, those documents were published on 4 March, a Saturday. Let’s assume that Texeira’s National Guard unit assembled for drill on March 4. We’re asked to believe that Jack Texeira showed up for monthly Air National Guard duty on Saturday, quickly scoured the high side computer for sensitive documents, printed them off, smuggled them out of the SCIF, returned home sometime after 5 pm (normal end of duty day), photographed the documents and quickly uploaded them to the Discord server. If that is what happened, it smacks of urgency. Most young airmen, after a long day at work, want to go out and party rather than stay at home photographing documents.
I remain skeptical of the narrative and hope by raising these questions that some genuine journalists will explore the oddities and try to get to the ground truth.

If an E-3 reservist had access to such documents, a senior commissioned officer allowed this leak. If he is tech admin, why are weekend non-college graduates managing such systems? Age and college education have nothing to do with competency or reliability. I had both a TS clearance and access and a TK clearance and access and spent over 3 years in a military SCIF and although I was a college graduate and older when I enlisted, the people whose intelligence I questioned the most were the civilian, Ivy League educated analysts whose family connections got them positions with our intelligence agencies.
This is supposed to be the charging document. They have to keep the two agencies making allegations anonymous? Paragraphs 26 and 27 don’t prove that JT actually accessed files or did a search, even if it might end up being true that his work computer was used.

April 6 was a Thursday. Does the ANG drill on Thursdays? Do they issue laptops with TS access to very junior enlisted men to take home with them? That doesn’t sound possible. What about the rest of the unit? As the article makes clear, many of these docs were way out of the ballpark for anyone in an ANG intelligence wing to look at as far as I know. The G-men must be interviewing everyone in the unit right? Nobody in his chain of command right up to the WIng Commander thinks any of this is strange? The over dramatic SWAT team takedown was probably intended to intimidate that whole unit into silence. My opinion is that someone set this kid up and fed him these docs, but the role of his handler and how this was set up is a complete mystery at this time. If we don’t start seeing some demands from Republicans in Congress, who should know that this story does not make sense, then we will know the whole Deep State wants to Oswald this kid.

The “Donbass Devushka” collective was an early sharer of the Pentagon leaks documents
A 37-year-old former US Navy officer is the face of the pro-Russian online collective ‘Donbass Devushka’, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) has reported. The newspaper has backed up claims made by the pro-Ukrainian online movement NAFO, following their investigation into the collective.
‘Donbass Devushka’ (“Donbass Girl”) is reportedly a group of 15 individuals headed by Sarah Bils, a former US enlisted aviation electronics technician. The WSJ interviewed Bils about the key role the collective played in disseminating classified US materials exposing US spying and positions on Ukraine – commonly known as the Pentagon leaks.
Following an online probe that involved US-government funded Bellingcat, US Airman First Class Jack Teixeira was charged with improperly sharing the Pentagon leaks. While the Donbass Devushka accounts were apparently among the first to share some of the documents, Bils claims she has not broken any US laws and that another group administrator posted the files.
“I obviously know the gravity of top-secret classified materials. We didn’t leak them,” she told the WSJ.
Bils served at the US naval air station on Whidbey Island until last November and was promoted to the E-7 rank in late 2022, the report said. She was discharged with honor and with the lower rank of E-5, though the reason for her demotion was not clear. She claimed in the interview that she left for medical reasons after suffering from PTSD. Her rank gave her access to some classified information.
A local news report from September 2021 mentions a Sarah Bils, 36, being involved in a high-speed collision on Whidbey Island, in which two local residents in another car were injured.
Bils has claimed to have Russian and Jewish heritage and even spoke with a Russian accent in podcasts she hosted. Her identity as “a regular Yankee girl, living in Oak Harbor” was reported in a Twitter thread on Sunday by Pekka Kallioniemi, who is a fellow at the University of Tampere in Finland. He credited NAFO, a pro-Kiev online movement known for the use of Shiba Inu dog images and trolling tactics, for outing her.
Kallioniemi branded Bils a “grifter” and alleged that she was running propaganda for donations. She denied to the WSJ that she had sent money to the Russian military, which would have violated US sanctions. The “small” amount of money she had raised went to funding the collective’s operations and to charities in Serbia, Pakistan, Somalia, Syria and the Palestinian territories, she claimed.
As I recall, that arrest was for an NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer). They are not referred to as officers..they are part of the enlisted ranks…
I postulate that possibly Teixiera quickly pulled them willy-nilly from a burn-bag. Explains the random documents, and their condition. As an E-3, he may have been assigned trash duty. There’s no “cleaning crew” in a SCI F except lower enlisted.

How is it that Supreme Court Chief Justice took the liberty to not read a question from Senator Paul, during ImpeachmentGate, that mentioned name Eric C.?

Those type of documents in print form are not disposed in garbage. They are shredded and disposed extremely carefully. There is protocol on disposing each level of documents.

The U.S. committed an act of war when they blew up the Nord Stream pipeline and then tried to blame it on Russia. I know there are other issues but lest I start drinking and doing drugs to distort reality, I’m trying to be vigilant in my retirement.
And now they claim someone who Larry and many other experts say shouldn’t have had access to these documents actually did have access. Is anyone really surprised?

There are two separate documents relating to casualties. One with a casualty ratio of approx 7-1 in Russia’s favour. That was targeted at Russian/pro Russians. I suspect the Donbass Devushka telegram channel was given a tip about the documents at 4chan. DD has a large following and they would soon circulate. I think once that was in circulation, another document showing 2-1 casualty ratio in Ukraine’s favour was put out.
The documents were supposedly used to win an augment over which side was winning in Ukraine. Nobody would use a document show 2-1 casualties in Russia’s favour to win the augment that Russia is winning.
Bellingcat was called in to provide a story to the public and their part covers the area between the leaving most likely DNI and 4chan.
If I were to go way out left field and pick something with very low probability and zero evidence.
It would be that if he did it, he was used or set up by people who wanted this information out.

His apprehension reeked from the outset. This young man was probably just the unlucky winner of the draw from the hat of whom to pin this on. He probably met some of the key desired demographics or other traits desired in the person who would be apprehended and accused of this. Does he fit the patriot, “right wing”, terrorist type image that is being promulgated in mainstream brainwashing narratives? Maybe. In any case, he fit the bill for whatever was wanted. My guess is this was not willingly leaked directly by CIA, probably a high level, but was a forced leak via coersion and/or blackmail. The question then is, who is doing that coersion or blackmail? Who wanted this info leaked? Who would want that… Any guesses?
The only reference to an EXDIS document I recall is a tweet by Michael Tracey:

The document he shows appears to be an example document from the Department of State illustrating the proper display of the EXDIS flagging, not one of the leaked documents.
You should probably contact Tracey and ask him where he has seen these EXDIS documents, assuming he actually has and is not merely reporting what someone told him.

That is not what has been reported elsewhere. What was reported is that his title is “Cyber Transport Systems Journeyman”, which as I described in an earlier MoA thread is very different. In other words, he was described as being this:

“It’s not yet known how Teixeira, who held the title cyber defense operations journeyman, allegedly got the documents and shared them in an online group.”
In short, it appears the FBI wants to “upgrade” his skills to a higher level computer security specialist in order to make it more plausible that he was the leaker, rather than being a “hardware monkey” who would mostly have been swapping out hardware like network routers, printers, PCs and the like.
Also note that the charging document contains this interesting bit:
“According to a U.S. Government Agency, which has access to logs of certain documents TEIXEIRA accessed, TEIXEIRA accessed the Government Document in February 2023, approximately one day before User 1 reposted the information on the Internet. User 1 told the FBI that the information he reposted was originally posted on Server 1 by the individual using the Subject Username.”
This would indicate that Teixera, if he in fact did this, would have done so knowing – if he were indeed a 1D7X1 Cyber Defense Operations Journeyman – that his access was being monitored and that access to these documents was logged and monitored, whereas a “hardware monkey’ might not know that – and might not have that capability at all.
Then the charging documents says this:
“In addition, according to a second U.S. Government Agency, which can monitor certain searches conducted on its classified networks, on April 6, 2023, TEIXEIRA used his government computer to search classified intelligence reporting for the word “leak.” The first public reporting regarding the Government Information appeared on or around April 6, 2023. Accordingly, there is reason to believe that TEIXEIRA was searching for classified reporting regarding the U.S. Intelligence Community’s assessment of the identity of the individual who transmitted classified national defense information, to include the Government Document. ”
This appears to have been added solely to bolster the notion that Teixera was the leaker. It would seem to be beyond stupid for Teixeira, knowing that he was being monitored and that his access to classified documents was logged, to have conducted such an obvious search – if indeed he had advanced government cyber defense training.

Forgive me for adding a couple more of comments from another “arm-chair analyst” here.
First, from the minute these docs started getting out, ALL Russian analysts with no exception were saying it is a clear disinformation campaign to confuse Russians about UA counter-offensive while ALL US analysts, including you, Larry, claimed the documents were genuine.
Second, a question: how come the CNN copter was in the air watching and recording JT reading a book (at 3 am? – maybe he is indeed such an unusually avid reader, though 🙂 Obviously, he did not even notice the very quiet copter above his head, hmm )?
Third, when the CIA or military sets you up for an operation that could get you life in a secure cell, WHAT do they have on you to agree to such an attractive arrangement? And why not just kill him “attempting to …” during the arrest so he could not be questioned later?

Why is a wide varity of info contained in the leaks? I would presume the stuff would be compartamentalized; that means stuff from different sources would not be all in one place. So, somebody besides Tex’ must of pulled it together for him to leak out as some nice neat package. Yeah, the leak looks fishy.
As to fishy thngs (ok, a little off topic) what about that flare up in the Sudan? Seems like, considering Wagner forces are in the Sudan, seems like the Ukraine thing is spilling over into Africa ????

Putting on my tinfoil hat two things come to mind: Firstly, I have yet to meet a person under the age of 40 with the name “Jack” in my life. Secondly, the portrait picture looks like a CGI creation to me. The other kid that’s interviewed by the WP is clearly reading off a script. “He liked to shoot guns and race cars, etc” – being presented as the evil white man the liberals love to hate. This whole affair stinks to high heaven, but the sheep will all believe it.
In other words this “kid” might not even exist. He’ll probably hang himself in a federal jail cell when the cameras coincidentally go out of order before he ever sees a court room.
