I think we can conclude that many of the good people of Maui who survived the fiery inferno are a tad miffed with creepy Joe Biden.
Since I first posted about the wild fire that incinerated Lahaina I have received several emails from survivors who want their voice heard. So here goes:
I went to an emergency shelter (War Memorial Gymnasium) with my friend on Thursday to donate stuff, and it was chaotic.
My buddy and I signed up to volunteer for the Red Cross last week Thursday, and the next online class orientation is this coming Friday. That’s obviously not soon enough, so we are volunteering through more direct means at the nearest shelter.
I also want to point out that the response from the Red Cross and FEMA has been almost unnoticeable from the start of these fires. Everything from emergency services, medical aid, sheltering, and just basic stuff like feeding the people out in Lahaina and getting them things like propane to cook food, and larger things like getting at least one Starlink out to Lahaina so the people there can use internet to notify their families and friends, it’s all been done by local Hawaiians.
I don’t think I sent this one yet.
It asks why the warning siren was not sounded, I nor anyone I know received a text from the government warning about any of the fires, and I think the one in Lahaina started on Monday morning.

The disaster on Maui was made possible by a combination of woke environmental policies (don’t disturb nature) and the hiring of ideologically pure people with zero talent for managing a crisis. This combination for human screw-ups led to the deaths of maybe 1,000 Hawaiians. It is questionable whether the town could have been saved. But the loss of human life because of the order to shelter in place and the intervention of the police that prevented people from fleeing the raging fire is not the fault of Mother Nature.
During the fire I experienced, the local police loaded a vehicle with donated goods and sold it in the townships. I reported it but there was no investigation. Then the politicians refused to account for the financial donations and promises they received. I include promises because some big companies saw it as a marketing opportunity, publicly offering help but never sending it. There were many great helpers. They just weren’t the Government.
6 years later, I’m still wearing the same pair of donated takkies. Apparently, one of the guys from Jackass was on holiday, and was so impressed at the tattoo parlour turning itself into a charity shop, that he took his shoes off and donated them. The tattooist was, “Hey, Mike. See if these fit.” The most expensive pair I’ve had. Pity about the hole by my big left toe but they’ve still got life in them.
In Victoria, Australia several years ago there were destructive bush fires with loss of life and huge property damage. The weak Prime Minister, Morrison, went on a holiday to (ironically) Hawaii.
Two billion was set aside for victims and when asked two years later where is the money, the scum admitted it was an an interest bearing account.
The Red Cross took millions in donation s and did not disburse it.
Similar happened two years ago in NSW, except the emergency was caused by (unnatural) flooding. The army were present but did little more than photo ops.
With all of these disasters, Hurricane Katrina included, the message is clear – we are on our own!

At first, I never watched ‘ Maui Resident on the Lahaina Disaster ‘. Now, I have. Stirs a lot of emotions in me. Seen a lot of documentaries. I get choked up every time.
It’s good to see Maui /Hawaiian citizens flipping the degenerate criminal Biden and his entourage.
However, I note that in the 2020 ‘election’, Hawaii voted Biden in with 64% of the vote. In 2022, 72% of Maui voters gave Democrats their vote.
Biden effectively laughed in their faces and treated them with contempt later in that day. But why wouldn’t he? Despite being victims of the Democrat crime machine, these people seem to vote Democrats into power at all levels, time after time.
Sadly, the lesson there is they got what they voted for. That should be the message going out. The lack of sirens, shutting off the water, shelter in place, police keeping people from evacuating are symptoms of the bigger disease – the system people voted in place.
This is what you get when you vote for these guys. We’ll see and hear a lot of complaining and finger pointing, and nobody will point out it’s their own damn fault for voting this trash into office. It’s so sad that people perished when simple measures could have saved them.
The lesson for the rest of us is to be vigilant, and place no trust in “officials” to guard our safety. Especially if in a Democrat jurisdiction, but COVID showed us red states aren’t immune.
And in 2024, 80% of Hawaii’s votes will go D … even if the D voters don’t show or have gone dead or missing.
It’s not important who votes, it’s important who is counting them.
BTW, on the subject of aid, there’s a famous clip of former Presidents Bush (#2) and Clinton soliciting aid for Haiti’s earthquake victims, with the Shrub uttering words to the effect of, “We know you want to help by sending water and blankets … just send cash.” That sums up Big Charity in our times.

I was in Lahaina about a month before this occurred. Been to Hawaii many times. I wish these people all the best. Having said that, I guarantee that these people almost to the person voted for Joe Biden. If he were running for office tomorrow he would get 90%+ of their vote. This is not lost on these politicians.
