I helped the Judge in March of 2017 when he came under attack (and was briefly suspended by Fox News) for repeating information I provided about Britain’s GCHQ spying on Donald Trump and his team. The Deep State hacks came after both of us with a fury. We are still standing. We had a good discussion about current events surrounding the Nordstream terrorist attack.
Curious – do you have a link or video referencing your March 2017 conversation regarding Britain’s GCHQ spying on Donald Trump and his team? That was very early days in the whole “Russia-gate” fraud, so kudos – you were definitely one of the very earliest ones to mention it.
I am just curious to know – how what was just becoming known then, compares to the information that is out now, 6 years (!) later
Didn’t the judge have a personal sexual scandal involving propositioning some other employees at Fox?
Yeah, funny how those pop up when someone becomes an obstacle to the narrative.
Remember Dominique Strauss-Kahn?
Hey troll,
Didn’t the Deep State get some women to make up bullshit charges against Brett Kavanaugh to try and derail his USSC nomination?
Didn’t the Deep State get some women to make up bullshit rape allegations against Julian Assange, only to drop them later?
Non-trolls,
Ignore this troll. Don’t let it distract us from sharing information, opinions, and critiques.
I happen to concur with almost everything posted generally, but there really was something to this. The judge’s valid insights into the proxy war that is opposite the interests of almost all Americans notwithstanding, seems to stretch the point. Tucker Carlson would surely be removed for such prrsonal offenses, but continues on. To deny or obfuscate, tends to validate critiques that we’re ready to deny the truth in favor of our own partisanship. That harms our credibility. I’m quite willing to have us move on from what happened on the Fox elevators, but that had nothing to do with needed skepticism of the warmongers and neocons, which I’m happy to see Mr. Napolitano support.
Unlikely any charges against Kavanaugh were bogus. He was an admitted underage drunk all the way through high school and most of college. Trump and the Republicans got the FBI to not investigate most of the charges against Kavanaugh. He should have been disqualified just for years of breaking the law drinking underage. Why have a top lawyer who admits they didn’t follow the law?
How does that even remotely affect the information in the video?
Just watching this, the bit with”: “upwards of thousand pound of explosives”, did some calculations a few hours ago: https://twitter.com/pkm_inc/status/1633940267714633728
To expand on it: The energy equivalent is 1.4 and 2.8 tonnes of TNT. If we presume the perfect transfer of energy (non realistic case) it would take at least that amount of TNT. Divide that with 1.4 and you get 1 and 2 tones (2200 and 4400 pounds) of C4 required in an ideal case.
Indeed. I also note the lack of mention of monitoring of explosives due to terrorism concerns.
The tracing of the “6 guys and a boat” per Mercouris is curiously lacking on where the explosives came from, how this big pile of explosives evaded terrorism monitors or even how anyone can get 1000 pounds or more of C4…
What I have trouble understanding is this: if you were going to sabotage Nordstream, wouldn’t you have ‘plausible deniability’ set up well in advance? Wouldn’t you have someone/thing else as a patsy? Why is this completely goofy Gilligan’s Island level of stupid & *unbelievable* nonsense coming out and why now?
Larry – you’re the expert, any comments?
Not Larry, but heres my guess:
1) The US did it mostly secretly and is in charge of the story to tell
2) The story they had was that Russia was the culprit of the attack, as they originally signaled
3) There have been several countries that stood up claiming that its NOT Russia, discrediting this story.
4) Biden and Olaf Scholz discussed using the story that was listed in 2 in their release.
5) They are concerned that this would lead to an all out war between Russia and NATO.
6) Then they realized they dont have any more stories to release!
7) To relax, they watched an episode of Gilligan’s Island, and EUREKA!!
Other than point 7, those are my guess on one reason why it ended like this.
One possibility is also, we will hear more and more strange stories to dilute the impact of Sy Hersh’s story, and let the matter be forgotten with time.
But but but … if Sy Hersh’s story is correct (and he starts with an impressive track record), it’s the scoop of the century: “US commits act of major sabotage against its own ally.” It might just be enough to break NATO, certainly to break German subservience.
I’m inclined to believe the USA done it (motive, means, opportunity) – surely they had a solid alibi?!?! Nobody (whose brain has not turned into applesauce) believes “Russia did it.” Or are they really *that* stupid (“we won’t get found out” and/or arrogant (“it doesn’t matter if we get found out”)? While I don’t have a high opinion of current American leadership (putting it very gently), still it troubles me to think they *are* that stupid. Or do they think the vassals will accept any behaviour coming from the imperial capital??
We certainly do live in ‘interesting times.’
No, personally I do not think it will break NATO, or German subservience, at least not yet.
In fact, I believe that it may have set them on the right direction. But I believe NATO members realized the risk they have by believing in their great brother. However, they have been too late to see it. They are currently incapable to challenge their great brother. Instead, they will need time to build up and be strong enough to be able to stand up against their big brother. This is similar to China who had to act and grow in silence, until they are strong enough to be heard. Hopefully, Europe is on a similar path instead of being a master of slavery (in terms of how to be a slave). If they really attempt to raise a voice against NATO/US now, they will probably be destroyed… militarily, by some terrorist group, funded by we know who, and then the government will be replaced by whom Biden crew would be proud to stand beside as they bring peace and DEMOCRACY to the country.
Likely US tried to pin all crimes on Russia, but Germany may have shown evidence that says otherwise. Germany sees the foolishness and tells US that they want de-escalation, thus they had to come up with some other story to contain it within Ukraine and Russia, despite the fact that Ukraine is not capable of doing so.
The fact that no investigator came up with any information about the culprit except for US who claims they are not involved in the investigation tells a lot. It is very likely that there is already official evidence of the culprit, which US cannot even deny. Thus after the meeting with Germany, US had to release some story before anyone starts to dig deep enough to show the actual evidence.
As for US, they believe it was a perfect crime. Too bad, it was not as perfect as they think.
As you may recall, Sweden did their own investigation of the bombing, but decided not to release their results. In short, it is rather obvious that they found clear evidence that Uncle Joe did the deed, which for obvious reasons (like their desire to join NATO) they could not divulge.
Judge should stick to the law US style and forget war he doesn’t know difference between F16 and SU30.
Steve,
That is the dumbest comment I have ever read.
What is the relevance even if there were any truth to what you say?
Please do yourself a service and stop showing everyone just how stupid are?
I have never heard the Judge pretend to know about those things.
What the Judge does so well is host people who do know about those things like Col Dougl Macgregor and when the Judge does offer an opinion it is usually based on the more informed expert statements from people like Col Macgregor
and here is the latest discussion in which you can hear the Judge talking with Col Macgregor and asking his expert opinions
Russia Strikes Kyiv, Odesa & Kharkiv – Col Doug Macgregor
refer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6RBmMO5EKCg&ab_channel=JudgeNapolitano-JudgingFreedom
I also enjoy the way that Judge Napolitano, as judges are wont to do, asks telling questions to clarify the issues – something you rarely hear from interviewers – but then again most are neither journalists or judges.
Immature statement. While he is not a military specialist but that shouldn’t in any way prevent from him from spreading knowledge and truth about current events to his audience.
Thanks Larry and Judge Napolitano for your truth-telling discussion.
Larry I note your remark at the end of your discussion with the Judge,“There’s really no incentive in the system right now to tell the truth”.
Ain’t that the truth.
How did it ever happen that people, businesses and government organizations have to be incentivized to “tell the truth”? What has become of us?
I thought there was a understanding that truth is the most essential of all things. Without truth there is no justice or equity and there can be no honest communication of understanding between people.
Truth is essential to underpinning honest commerce, without which there can be no prosperity.
Telling the truth is its own priceless reward.
Surely the most powerful incentive to tell and reveal the truth is knowing that without truth there can only be deception, darkness and every type of crime that a totally corrupted dishonest system incentivizes.
Of course the current dishonest criminal system disincentivizes and sanctions telling truth with the ill-earned rewards of debased fiat currency untruthfully presented as the medium of honest exchange which is conjured out of nothing, backed by nothing but lies and deceptions and issued free to the criminals who control its issuance (truthfully known as dishonest bankers); and then all the funny fiat currency, which is issued as ‘debt’, is entered on the balance sheets as debts owed by the people which are to be paid back through a criminal tax system. All the while the rigged game, otherwise honestly referred to as ‘Debt Slavery’, ensures that the debt always keeps outpacing the ability of the people to pay it back as the Ponzi debt scam keeps piling up and accruing more compounding interest that ultimately goes into the accounts of the banker issuers of the dishonest ever-devaluing currency that is passed off as honest money.
Truth is that today those who tell the biggest lies and orchestrate the most dishonest theatre, which is passed off as banking, finance and government, get incentivized to do so with the biggest share of the dishonest currency otherwise referred to as the US dollar. The bigger the liar, the bigger the US dollar rewards they receive, or dishonestly claim they ‘earn’ through honest work.
Christ was crucified because he exposed the liars and thieves – the money changers (bankers) who dishonestly extorted money from the people.
I thought that telling the truth has its own reward that comes from the incentive of knowing you have done everything you can to reveal the truth, knowing that without truth we have what we have got right now – a truly dishonest corrupt crony capitalist hell that is incentivized to wage wars all around the world to oppress and murder anyone and everyone who dares to tell the truth and reveal the despicable devilish machinations of the genocidal warmongering Neocon Nazis who own and operate our governments in the Anglo-American-EU-NATO crime syndicate, which in a more honest world should be renamed / rebranded “Deception War and Murder Inc.”
What a sad tragic pathetic state we have descended to.

The blatant nonsense from the NYT, WP, et al, regarding Nord Stream reveals the utter contempt the deep state-types have for we the people.
This all comes on the heels of the breathless tales of Chinese spy balloons and UFOs from who-knows-where claptrap pushed by the same bunch. Credibility is clearly not a concern. All that matters is there is an official narrative put into place, which means that any alternative views are nutty “conspiracy theory” and can thus be summarily dismissed by the propaganda machine.
We saw this with all of the crap surrounding Covid – the “vaccines”, masks, firing those who resisted it from their jobs, social restrictions and lockdowns – where even top experts like Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya and many others were tarred, feathered and run out of town for daring to challenge the insanity.
I watched excerpts today from the House Weaponization of the Federal Government hearing and listened to the Democrats vilify the journalists who testified regarding what they had uncovered via the Twitter Files – namely, the existence of the vast “Propaganda-Industrial Complex” funded by the U.S. Government, designed to insure that only the official narrative is heard and that all opposing viewpoints are crushed, while hiding behind “Hey, they’re a private company so the First Amendment doesn’t apply” BS. These skilled verbal assassins were sickening as they tried to spin what we all can plainly see, as if it were some sort of tin-foil hat conspiracy theory.
The same applies to Chuck Schumer whining about Tucker Carlson being provided with the unedited footage of the “insurrection”, which paints a very different picture of events than the Dems carefully crafted “January 6th” malarkey.
Real liberals and real conservatives who love our country have to join in common cause to expose what is happening. These people are giving us an Orwellian nightmare as they beat their chests about us(!) being the ones who are perverting the truth.
We’re in a Twilight Zone episode, for sure.

Larry thinks Russians are having a field day recruiting US intelligence assets.
Unfortunately I don’t have any interesting info. But if I had anything that would help Russia defeat Ukrainian and Western Nazis I’d be happy to sell it. 30 silver coins is my price. And I would be proud of it.
Gog
I don’t think you are alone there on that
No surprises to hear from Larry that Russians are having a field day recruiting US intelligence assets.
Expat Brit, Mike Jones, aka iEarlGrey now lives in St Petersburg. I recall in one Jones’s YouTube videos he told how he went to St Petersburg to do work in computer gaming and then married Russian lady and they have a young kid now. I heard Jones on another video say how he is getting lots of inquiries from young Americans and Brits and others in West asking him for info about how they might migrate to Russia. Actually it would be interesting to have Larry talk with Mike Jones on his YouTube feed.
People have had enough living under the corrupt criminal regime that passes itself off as ‘the land of the free and home of the brave’ when now the exact opposite is the reality.
For anyone with a couple of operating brain cells the future is clear. Absent a nuke holocaust Russia will defeat the Nazi scum in Ukraine and NATO and will thereafter continue on to become one of the richest and best places in the world to live (as long as you can handle those freezing cold winters).
Whereas the Anglo-American bloc of nations is in terminal decline due to the rampant corruption and financial/monetary fraud that they are now so deeply immersed in.
Given this undeniable reality it is no surprise that there would have to be heaps of intelligence assets in the West who could easily be co-opted into providing valuable intel to Russia. They have been betrayed by the people and the countries they swore allegiance to defend so how could anyone possibly expect them to remain loyal to such a perverse dishonest regime?
Bidens and Clintons, along with countless other US politicians and business people, sold America out years ago and have for long time been doing rotten deals with tyrants and oligarchs in Ukraine and elsewhere. So who in their right mind would ever want to defend or fight for their degenerate agenda?
I suspect that the Russians will not be having to pay a very high a price for recruiting those intelligence assets because the good honest ones will simply be wanting to see the Russians defeat this Neocon Nazi criminal gang so hopefully there can emerge a multipolar shared-power world where nations can work together harmoniously to bring peace and prosperity to everyone all around the world.
I suspect 30 pieces of silver would not be necessary. Anyone who really believes in the values which advance freedom, humanity and the human spirit and who opposes greed, lies, and servitude is cheering Russia on.
Recently Brits sentenced a Russian spy. In his flat they have found a life-size cuddly toy of a Rottweiler wearing a Russian military hat, a large Russian Federation Flag, various Russian books, a Soviet military hat on top of a bookshelf, and a toy Lada car. A search of his locker at work resulted in a cartoon of Vladimir Putin, and a dictionary of Russian obscenities. No silver coins, though.
The judge said Smith was “paid by Russia for [his] treachery” but there was no evidence the payment amounted to “life-changing sums of money”.

The CIA failed in the following:
1. Failed to predict the Iranian Revolution.
2. Failed to predict the collapse of the USSR.
3. Failed to predict 911
4. Failed to predict Russia’s strength today.
Now, those are the failures alone.
Then we have the crimes against countries not a threat to us nor are capable of hurting us except through asymmetrical warfare or as we like to call it international terrorism.
Is the CIA an indispensable asset or a truly rotten apple with a depraved culture that needs to be scrubbed for something more with real intelligence, free from the Dullus Brothers’ legacy of corporate facism?
O 9/11 foi trabalho interno. Estavam envolvidos.
“Failed to predict 911” LOL they helped plan it FFS.
Well that’s what they claimed. I did LOL too. Two planes struck, 3 buildings fell.

You have to wonder about Russia’s actual strength.
Their red lines crossed repeatedly and they never respond.
Is the Russian Army for real.or hype? Too many credible people think hype for that to be completely discounted.
Let’s see. The longer this goes on the weaker Russia looks and the more incapable of responding to the West it appears.
On what basis are you opining on? The US, perpetual liars and emperor with no clothes that they are, admits that they failed in 404 and are looking for an off-ramp towards China.
Any non-doomers and non-trolls with more than a brain cell could see this, without wondering.
My view is based on the fact that Russia is clearly not able to enforce or exact any punishment on the West for red lines crossed.
There are also increasingly successful drone attacks in Russia and Bakhmut could be read two ways.
One, the Ukrainians are dying in high numbers but they are holding the only serious offensive unit, Wagner down in position. The second line of defense has had ages to strengthen and is massively reinforcer with British, US, Israeli and pretty much every special force in the West. I know this as I have friends in there and more going.
Two, while Surovikin was in complete charge the Russians were making good progress and sensible positions were taken. They looked to be getting a serious offensive combined arms going. Since he was demoted or moved sideways it’s just not the same army. In fact other than reconnaissance the Russian Army is strangely quiet.
Three, all this time has allowed a maaaaasive Western force to mobilise in Ukraine and on it’s borders. To now take those positions now will be a huge ask.
Four, despite all the berating of the US air force, they are an incredible asset. The Russian air force has made little impact and scared off by ground defenses. The tanks to be sent to Ukraine are not useless and will be able to form 6 batallions of armoured vehicles. These are not as easy to stop as people seem to think. Lets see if Russia does pick them off.
Five, the Chechens and Cossacks have suddenly gone cold or quiet since Surovikin lost overall command. These are some of the best Russian units.
Six, Russia has a population problem. 150mn odd less than that, versus 1bn of the combined West. They will not be able to match the manpower of the West the discrepancy in numbers is too large
Where does that leave them. With a very ugly choise. Small commitment forward with occasional larger warnings to back off, buying time for alternative geopolitical and economic alignment and accepting that they may need to try to use thermobaric and nuclear though the West IS capable of potentially taking out Russia’s nuclear capability.
Has Russia timed and paved this right? Sometimes. But increasingly there is no there there. Maybe there will be but I would be interested to see where they go from here.
You’re so clueless I’m speechless.
Surovikin was never “demoted”. He is and always was under Gerasimov’s command. His task was to bomb the crap out of Ukraine while the defenses were built. An air force commander doesn’t command a vast ground operation.
Thousands upon thousand of Chechens fight a bloody war every day in the north. An there are as many “cossacks” as there are spartans and somalis in the Sparta and Somali battalions. It’s a name and they’re LPR troops. They fight every day too.
Before you reply, please read every article here:
https://simplicius76.substack.com/
I am.familiar with Night vision now Simplicus but he has a pro Russian analysis that’s been very wrong at times and while he understands Russia well and makes great points he doesn’t understand Western military capability that well.
Take air. Russia early days, great moves taking out airfields abd ground radar but never got air superiority and air supremacy has no really been applied.
Lots of people here mocking US air capacity are clueless. Have you ever seen some of these planes take off? You can’t even follow them with your eye they are do fast. Russia does not have a better air force than the US or a better Navy than the US. It’s planes are mainly designed to fly lower cover to advances which puts them at risk of ground defenses. US planes are designed to hop up at incredible speed and they can release missiles so fast and accurately they are basically like sir artillery. And they are out of reach of most air defenses.
On air defenses Russia has better ones and interested to see how S400 advances work and it’s still got the benefit of a doubt on being a land power. However they are struggling with drone detection and there they have the same weakness as many.
So US – better Navy and military capacity. And by the way Poseidon leaves a signature West can track. US has Russia surrounded using it’s Navy, bases and allies. Russia has a much harder time getting to US mainland.
Russia has hypersonics which are more advanced (but suited to stationary targets more than moving ones) and ability to produce artillery and it is this ability to produce artillery and have good logistics that makes Russia a land power.
Russia can’t really touch the US. Americans are on the ground in Russia killing Russians right now and every weapon that can be safely tested is right in there.
This is not a great position for Russia. It’s playing defence to NATO countries who quite frankly haven’t had a hair on their head touched while Russia has over 25,000 dead bodies. Advance will get harder and harder. Donbass shelling still going on.
This Ash is another ignorant, deluded fool or a troll. He packs more drivel in to his post than his mate newdill.
“the US air force, they are an incredible asset”
LOL, against small countries with little to no anti-air assets.
“Six, Russia has a population problem. 150mn odd less than that, versus 1bn of the combined West. They will not be able to match the manpower of the West the discrepancy in numbers is too large”
Is that 1billion ready to die for Zionist dreams? Is there an industrial base to pump out weapons and equipment in at least equal amounts to Russia and it’s allies? Do they have currently have the weapons and equipment levels needed?
(No, to each question is the answer)
You need to stop listening to your NAZI supporting war criminal mercenary “friends”. BTW I do hope your “friends” become minced worm food. Let me know where they are buried and I’ll shit on their graves.
🤣🤣
You are repeating the same drivels and talking points as NAFO NPCs and voenkors – Surovikin got demoted, Wagner got the spotlight as only gainer, combined Western might etc. Not sure what is the objective of these ‘insights’, the regulars here don’t believe it and neither does anyone with the critical thinking to dig 1 layer beyond the craps spewed by MSM. You should do that too since none of these conforms to reality, beyond West’s own echo chambers and crisises of their own makings. Hey, better being distracted from your own living hells by repeating ad nauseum Russia bad, Putin evil, Ukraine democratic and more lies to afford food and heating next winter.
Ukraine is a lost cause so whoever among your friends are heading there, be a humane soul and kindly advise them about what they are dying for, unless they enjoy cheap brothels in Lvov or green screened circus staging like Nance and Vasquez, then by all means!
I trust you are discussing in good faith with different viewpoints and are open to differences. Easy comparison – look at grocery shelves in a random UK/US city and tell me which side is winning?
UK grocery issues are nothing to do with war, it’s due to severe drought in Africa which meant supplies fell short and they need to try to source elsewhere.
Yes Surovikin did get demoted from overall command to shifted back to his old position. But yeah, keep believing Russia has made no mistakes if it makes you feel better. Do you think nothing has changed in chain of command eh?
Dear Ash, if NAFO bubble of copiums gives you money, joy or something then keep getting high on that supply though beware of overdose when reality hits. Russia did f-up tactically no doubt and course-corrected themselves, whereby collective West with proxy armies/medias/NGOs doubled down on long-term strategic FUBARs. We can wait until US heli takes off from yet another embassy – Saigon 3.0 or Kabul 2.0 for Kiev heh.
I used to think West went crazy with woke green agendas but retained basic normalcy and sanity prior to 2022. Then came all the clown worlds from US and vassals, and commenters like you who cling on narratives and fictions and reject non-conforming facts. Yes, normal living conditions for citizens absolutely reflect a nation’s state. Many Russians are already in “tattered” war economy and their livelihoods aren’t as affected as the golden billion in “supporting ukraine but not at war” countries . Wonder why?
Russia is weak. Now is the proper time to invade!
Fighting wars is all about opinions of credible people and not appearing weak.
Sun Tzu
The German Journalist Thomas Röper has an interesting theory why the once so secret Nord Stream investigation is suddenly no more secret and made up so goofily with this pro Ukrainian “patriots” story. According to him this was done intentionally in order to discredit Kiev. This would serve the west as a pretext in order to break up with Kiev (“So sorry Se, but we do not cooperate with terrorists that bomb us”) and pull out of the Ukraine in near future as is urgently suggested by the RAND-corporation.

What I find amazing is that Tucker and Judge Napolitano still have shows on Fox. Most of Fox is crap and part of the controlled opposition.
Clearly one of us is wrong. Either the West/US/UK know something I don’t, or they are disconnected from reality. (I’m sure they know a great deal I don’t. I’m also confident they are disconnected from reality.)
Off topic, but I recently read a report of an American naval ship carrying a quantity of military gear putting into a Greek port. If true, where are they headed. At first I thought Romania, but now I read Georgia has blown up again. Any ideas?
The crew of the yacht Andromeda consisted of five men and one woman:
Biden, Blinken, Austin, Sullivan, Burns + Nuland.

That boat is not big enough to carry the daily allowance of Nuland cookies.
Dear Larry,
I appreciate your opinion very much and watched you on the judge. Unfortunately it’s not completely true what you said about (Tec) diving. I am a Suisse diver where the water hardly reaches 22°c ( about 70F) on the surface. Colder if deeper. Without dry suit and 2 separate regulators no one dives. 40 meters (120feet) limit counts for sport (PADI) divers but not for technical divers. Both is hobby diving but the second doesn’t know a real depth limit. Have a look at license Organisations like TDI (https://www.tdisdi.com/). 80 Meter dives (260ft) is easy going. I have dived more than double the depth. Many wrecks (Scapaflow) lie between 100-200m and temperatures of about 4°C (40°F).
Helium in the air mixture is key (Trimix) for lower parts, Nitrox (>38m) and pure oxygen (6m) needed for „higher“ depth.
Baltic Sea has another huge advantage: hardly any current. We moved in Lake of Zürich a VW Golf wreck around (about 1 ton). Just for fun. It’s absolutely no problem to lift it with air pillows and moving is made by soft pushes (fins). That part of the Nordstream story could be true for hobby divers.
What’s wrong?
– How did they get the c4 IN the water from the boat?
– Where did they put the crane (lifting explosive in water) on that tiny nutshell of a boat called Andromeda?
– How did they refill the tanks with appropriate gases? It takes a lot (of space/equipment) to refill Trimix and pure oxygen. Each divers has to take with equipment of about 100-150kg excluded explosives. Even with rebreathers it’s not much less equipment.
– Where did they store the whole equipment on the boat?
I exclude every question about the explosives in particular how pressure sensitive (transport from 1 bar to 9bar) it is, how they got them etc. But with all my thousands of diving hours experience, the story makes no sense due to most related sports of diving: weight lifting. (Tec) Diving is a war of equipment.
At least we know none of the cia guys and the NYT or Zeit „journalists“ are divers. Neither tec nor sports divers.
These are just my 2 ct about diving. The rest you are way more qualified than me.
Yours sincerely.
