I should have mentioned Hillary Clinton’s egregious mishandling classified intelligence, especially Top Secret, in my previous piece on the most favored criminal treatment that David Petraeus and Sandy Berger received for their criminal acts with classified material. I have decided to re-post a piece I did in October 2020, that goes into great detail about her crimes and the FBI’s negligence in holding her accountable.
The key thing to understand about Hillary Clinton’s guilt — and I explain this during my chat with the Judge — is that there is no way to “accidentally” or “unintentionally” move intelligence from a Top Secret server to an unclassified server. The mere presence of Top Secret documents on Hillary Clinton’s computer was concrete evidence of a purposeful act. Sandy Berger and David Petraeus are novices in breaking the law compared to Queen Hillary.
So, let me take you back in time. I wrote the following in October 2020. Enjoy:
One year before Jim Comey was immersed in his plot to overthrow Donald Trump, the duly elected President of the United States, a brave Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State came forward with firsthand information of Hillary Clinton’s rampant abuse of Classified material. The man, a senior State Department diplomat who had served as the acting Ambassador (Chargé d’Affaires) in the Asia Pacific region under President Clinton, also was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
The letter from this whistleblower is stunning and I am going to present it in total. It is dated 10 January 2016. You can read it for yourself here starting at page 121. I became aware of this letter thanks to the assiduous research and writings of Charles Ortel (he wrote about this recently at the American Thinker).
The letter explains in great detail how Hillary and her cabal of sycophants used an unclassified system to disseminate Top Secret and Secret intelligence. But the Senior Diplomat did not stop there. He explained carefully and specifically who the FBI needed to interview and the questions they needed to ask. You do not need to take my word for it. You can read the letter for yourself.

And what did the sanctimonious, smug buffoon heading up the FBI do? Nothing. But this senior Foreign Service Officer was dogged in making sure the FBI had the information. He called FBI Headquarters and could not get any confirmation that his letter was accepted. Not satisfied, he walked into the FBI’s Washington Field Office. The results of this meeting were reported to three FBI Agents working on the Hillary Clinton investigation. Named in the report are Peter Strzok and Jonathan Moffa (the third name is blacked out).
Here is the report in its entirety. Please note that the State Department official delivered the information on the 27th of January 2016, but the report was not written up until four weeks later–22 February 2016. (You can see the original on the FBI website here starting at page 11.)

I do not know if John Durham has seen these documents. I am posting to make sure that he does. There is no evidence that Inspector General Horowitz examined these documents or interviewed the Foreign Service Officer. With Secretary of State Pompeo’s promise that Hillary emails will be forthcoming, I think it is worthwhile to revisit what this brave whistleblower tried to bring to the attention of the FBI, who clearly was hellbent on protecting Hillary rather than pursing justice and upholding the law. Shameful.
Thank you Larry for bringing this up again to people who weren’t aware awake at that time. I remember living in Seattle area and in LA Fitness ranting and raving to friends but only 1 a navy veteran understand.
Sorry I was referring to Hillary. The rest of the video was great.
When laws are applied selectively depending on how powerful and connected the individual is, it is tyranny. USA has stopped being a democracy for a long time and especially in the past decade, with persecution of journalists deemed to be troublesome to the government, government interference in elections, selective persecution, pliant courts and media, neglect of public welfare etc. Will the ordinary people of USA rise up against their oppressors?
When laws are applied selectively depending on how powerful and connected the individual is, is this a “rule-based order” …
Yes, it is rule-based order. Just, rules are not fair.
The rules based order is applied internationally in a way where the rules are altered as needed to suit the US foreign policy elite’s desires at the time.
This has clearly inspired them to follow the same approach with respect to the rule of law at home.
Got to hand it to an American comic artist to flag the disgusting reality by giving us “Calvinball.” https://calvinandhobbes.fandom.com/wiki/Calvinball
Goes right along with Catch-22, “We can do whatever we want that you can’t stop us from doing:” Catch-22, the best catch there is.
Interesting to me that the Army officers abusing Nately’s whore in Heller’s novel were fixated on making her say “Uncle,” and frustrated and angry that she didn’t say it with sufficient sincerity or recognition of her personal impotence against them. That seems to me a nice encapsulation of what the “powers that be” running imperial policy have as their touchstone ambition.
Impervious arbitrary power. How to fix that?
therefore the system is not “fair” and the “Aparatnik” who wants to impose it on the world is not fair: NATO.
Neocons = Biden’s siloviki
NATO delenda est. And they can take the EU and WEF with them.
The rules-based order allows one to not only ignore UNSC resolutions that one had enthusiastically signed but actively abuse them in order to attain one’s goals.
In short, they’ve even gone BEYOND Bolton’s edict on the UN that assigned it a simple irrelevancy but maintaining its relevancy only insofar as it can be used as a tool of deception.
And it’s “international” – if you leave out 80 per cent of the frickin world…
Very interesting piece and related video. Many thanks.
FYI, General of the Armies Pershing was notorious for “disappearing” inconvenient material from the archives, according to the biographical notes in
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/542133.Haig_s_Command
But Pershing was a minor league player compared to Haig himself in the tailoring of records, apparently.
Whole companies of soldiers were childhood friends, recruited, trained and sent into battle toether. In one of my first jobs a guy, past retirement age but still working, told me that when their mates ran away, in the heat of battle, they would always come back not wanting to abandon their ‘pals’. Some of them got lost and were found tried as deserters and shot. When this happened they would shoot their officers in the next battle, until the officers were replaced by boys the same age as them then they didn’t have the heart to do it. There was an undeclared class war as a consequence that persisted till WWII.
The lads from the Kings estates in Norfolk all signed up and served together and witnessed some catastrophic stupidity by Haig, not wanting this to ever get to the Kings attention the whole company was sent on a suicide mission and were duly slaughtered, this only came out after Haigs death.
I used to trade energy futures in the 90’s from a back office a few blocks from the NYMEX trading floor, then at 4 WTC and watched the trade clearing at day’s end (how the trades tickets were entered). The interesting thing was with trading pools, where a group of investors pooled their money together (a trading club), trades made and winning and losing trades were supposed to have been distributed equally to each pool member’s account. In short, it was a poorly regulated process. When the Clinton pork belly scandal broke (whiff of a scandal anyway), I remember asking my trading partner (who btw was a straight shooter), and who also did the day end clearing “What d’ya think? How’d she make that money so fast? The pool operator allocated the winning trades to her in that pool she was in, didn’t he?” He chuckled and said “you betch’ya he did.”
Payback for political favors past or future, no doubt. That was a good start to her grifting career culminating in the Clinton Foundation. That Biden family operation pales in comparison.
The bottom line is that, had there been the will, those trades could have easily been reviewed and an explanation forthcoming but never were, to my knowledge. The governing body was not the FBI in this case but the CFTC, another agency whose chairperson is appointed by the President.
All roads lead to Rome.
My broker explained it the same way. Unfortunately, he did not offer me the same service.
And not to forget that esp. back in the Clintons’ day, Arkansas (much like Ukraine) was one of those corrupt backwater states, home to the ‘bond daddy boiler rooms’ and other like-minded schemers on the hunt for perpetual suckers.
Sometimes, you get what you thought you bargained for and get a substandard knockoff instead. More and more these days, in fact.
I rarely care about process. I plot two axis’s. Reality and how it affects me.
The media is owned by the Evil Empire. The public schools that indoctrinate your children are owned by the Evil Empire. And most importantly, have been for decades. The children are gone. (And you vote those teachers a fucking raise every time it shows up at an election by the way). The DOJ and the FBI are owned by the Evil Empire. The Courts likewise.
At 63, I have learned some fights are not winnable. While I love Larry’s incredible analysis and the incredibly knowledgeable commentators? I use this as fuel to power my destination. That destination is preparation and detachment.
I am saving money, divesting bulky assets, enjoying my last years with my dog. And preparing to take a financial portfolio and di di mau the fuck out of here. And the hardest part is nourishing my detachment. Detaching from a country I loved. That is gone. That ain’t coming back. And that is hard. Because I still care. But care and hope isn’t a plan.
And reality is that the teachers and the indoctrination have won. The elections aren’t stolen. This is what the people want. This country is proceeding down the path it wants. And that is not a path I can walk. And there are some folks on here that I oddly care about. For not knowing them, I can sense their passion and their concern. And this odd little missive is for those folks. Pick fights you can win. And plan.
You ain’t alone, bud. The past decade has taken the last wind out of my sails and I’ve been a fighting man all my life.
Those in the collective West who are endowed with a heart AND brains have a hard time right now.
I for one do not hate my country but I do hate what they have made out of it for decades if not centuries.
I agree with you that care and hope is not a plan. Care and do something (with a plan) is the only way.
Thanks for your odd little missive… Hold on.
I saw the writing on the wall in the late 90ies. I left my country of birth in 2001, vowing to never return. But along the way a daughter appeared and a marriage (and a small fortune) disappeared, and I had to reluctantly come back.
I am now planning a second escape.
Well said.
I couldn’t agree more.
And go where? There is no safe place…..
That is the question, isn’t it? First, you ask yourself what you are fleeing. I am comfortable financially. But that will not last. To pay for the war machine and the nanny state both taxes and prices have to rise. This will be aggravated by us warring on Russia and China which artificially reduces available supply of goods and products. So somewhere cheaper. I would rather be a large fish in a small pond. And cheaper is definitely doable.
Second is the legal dichotomy. I am a retired police/military/competitive shooter. I live in a state with strong gun rights. And am still capable of protecting myself. But the weaponization of DOJ and FBI means that if a white man protects himself? People forget there are criminal and civil penalties. And I seriously believe a white heterosexual man has a target painted on him now. And we tend to forget this, but the crime and incarceration rate in the US is the highest in the world. Look at pictures of the Moscow subway. Clean and safe. And I am getting older. There are frankly safer places for an elderly man to live than the US. The BLM riots and looting were not an outlier. They were a preview.
The general insanity of the US. If you read the news, and more particularly the comments, the level of vitriol is insane. I used to shoot with a bunch of Filipinos. Very much a gun culture. So, I have been studying the PI’s. They don’t talk politics. They eat dinner with their family. My country seems to be having some kind of consensual and mass psychotic breakdown. There are places in the world where this is not the case. This is really shown when you look at charts of how many prescription psychological drugs are taken. The US is clinically insane.
I had military time in South America and speak some Spanish. So, it will probably be South America or the Philippines. Both are cheaper, the crime rate (at least violent assault) is lower, and their level of societal insanity is lower.
And of course, and I know this sounds tacky. But three divorces later I am done with the American tribe of women. They are not happy, and they don’t realize it is their own doing. I have enough money where I imagine I can find someone to work up a plausible amount of affection for me. That will be a comfort in my ailing days. It’ll be a good deal for both of us.
And with getting rid of my possessions? And living out of a backpack and a laptop which is not hard for an old infantryman? The option of changing Areas of Operations is always available. Being a homeowner is nice, but I am rather a static target here.
And most importantly? I was a patriot. I fought. I believed. It pains me to watch the country go down this road. And it is not a situation I care to watch. So, I have to disentangle myself from it. I compare my country to watching a close friend with a severe addiction. You try. You have an intervention. You protect yourself so he can’t steal. But eventually you have to exile him, so you don’t have to watch the eventual conclusion of his actions. Because it’s painful.
As the E-6 in Panama that taught me a lot about knife fighting (Rule#1 Try not to), even more about life, and a little about tactics said. Running away is valid tactic.
Excellent use of obscure materials to drive discourse.
Not meaning to be a pest but I’ll say it again.
The accent on dzevushka falls on dze not on vu.
You can here it pronounced correctly on yandex translate:
https://translate.yandex.com/?source_lang=ru&target_lang=en&text=девушка
Forget google translate. They have some native English speaker slaughtering the pronunciation.
Surely you mean “dyevushka” [девушка], not “dzevushka”?
As you wish. That still would leave out the slight trill on the d though.
I’ll take somewhere in between, recognizing it’s as hard for an American as a soft th is for a Russian.
Dyevushka it is. Thank you.
Well Done Larry.
All roads do lead to Rome.
Am I correct in assuming that the responsibility of Security within any Presidential Administration falls under the authority of the Secretary of State?
I wonder, how many times each day, during her time as SoS, did she communicate with other members of the Obama Administration (including POTUS himself) using hrc@hrc.com or whatever her domain email address was?
I also understand all of her official email was “autofowarded” as a rule through her us.gov email server account to her private email server.
Any Govt Official – seeing any evidence of this in their daily electronic communications with her is also guilty – by not report it – right up the chain of command.
Perhaps that’s why they swerved the issue.
Because…just like the Biden issues…it has the potential to bring the entire democratic house of cards tumbling down.
Per Terram
The ghastly Klington creature!
Would the proxy war in Ukraine have started earlier if Hilary had won in 2016?
I believe so. And it also explains why my country – the UK – was at the epicentre of the Russia hoax. Trump’s election threw a giant spanner in the works of the Anglo/American regime change plan.
Fortunately for the neocons, they managed to get rid of Trump and put a sleazy neocon geriatric in his place, and here we are, with The Mother of all Neocon Clusterf*cks!
“Would Hillary have pushed harder in Ukraine to get Russia to respond?”
IMO, Perhaps a few years into term 2; however, Ukraine armed forces were heavily attrited in 2014, many years were needed for NATO to rebuild and retrain (and pour concrete). Additionally, the biolabs in Ukraine were only being established.
OTH, Russia would have been far less prepared for the economic war as alternates to SWIFT were only beginning to be developed.
Trumps election did throw a spanner in a lot of things and I never forgave him for not locking her up – she and the Bill should have been investigated into bankruptcy and jail. Then Trump started a self-immolation train by surrounding himself with swap creatures of the worst ilk. If Trump had any sense, he would have brought in business leaders (Not from DC).
And then there was the head of Exxon (a very smart man, Mr. Tillerson) in private saying he was a f-ing moron at his heart.
I disagree with you about Tillerson, no he was not a smart man. I worked at ExxonMobil, looked out for himself. Many of the decisions that he made as CEO/Chairman affected ExxonMobil negatively. Perfect example of the Peter Principle.
Trump did manage to bring in MacGregor but offset it with the knuckleheads Bolton & Pompeo. Maybe his instincts were OK but he never really did enough homework to know the lay of the land, esp. about Ukraine or Syria. Probably believed at least half the hogswallop he was being fed by deep state & Israel. He said one time out of the blue I remember ‘but it seems the Crimeans really would rather be a part of Russia.’ Crafty in business but naive to a fault in politics, esp. geopolitics.
She was ready to initiate a no-fly zone in Syria after the Russians had already entered the fray. The confrontation would have started there, not Ukraine. With Israel’s home team advantage, it might have gone nuclear much faster than any potential with Ukraine. America dodged a major bullet keeping her out of office.
the one thing this war in ukraine has done is to expose the hypocrisy and double standard of northwestern countries. When it is convenient they will lock down society in the name of freedom and install draconian censorship rules that i used to see in my youth under Salazar in Portugal. The only news was what was filtered by the government. If you wanted to hear any news about the opposition you would have to listen clandestinely on the radio, Radio Moscow for any alternative view. We have reached that level now.
There is no government. It has been practically all privatized. It’s a government of spooks with a top heavy bureaucracy sucking billions of dollars out of the economy.
Gangsters have moved into and have taken over governments. That should be obvious by now with the FBI being used as a political secret police used against enemies. What’s your price?
It is open warfare on political enemies. Who gets paid what and where does the money flow? Everyone in the system is on the books now and is open for extortion, blackmail and if need be murder with impunity.
A state of lawlessness. If Biden is removed as well as Harris, the real concern is with Hillary Clinton somehow be moved in as vice president?
Napolitano made a completely false claim:
Donbas Devushka wasn’t the one that uploaded it Discord chat server, the leaker uploaded to private Discord bragging to his buddies, one of those people uploaded it to 4chan (public forum) months later, and someone that has seen that sent it do one of the admins on Donbas Devushka Telegram channel admin. When DD saw that she deleted the post.
Well, Napolitano does stumble a bit with facts every so often. He’s not really as tuned in to major links in the chain of events of this fiasco as some are. It’s a shame but like they say, nobody’s perfect. It takes a lot of work to sort through so much bullshit out there.
All true, although you actually made a slight error yourself. It’s Donbass Devushka. Donbas with one s is a transliteration from Ukrainian. That’s why you see western media always spell it Donbas. You can usually tell where someone stands on Donbass by the way they spell it. ‘oops, I outed myself I guess’.
Donbass Devushka @PeImeniPusha
Russian: Донбасс
Ukrainian: Донбас
Don’t get me wrong. I just wonder. I just observe. I don’t want anybody to kill to state it clearly.
The typical cowboy story is: There are bad guys, a good cowboy comes and the matter will be fixed with his Colt.
Today, the cowboy comes and …. puts something on twitter.
I just wonder how 100 Million armed Americans still keep quiet when I hear about these scandals. And how the world would have been like without Kennedy being shot.
Even small Mafia Bosses sooner or later started internal vendettas. But in the USA, all is quiet. Well is it really that bad or are Americans all paper tigers?
Judge Napolitano is a sly one. Every now and then he pokes his head forward into the camera’s lens and turns his head right for emphasis.
Cough, cough!
‘We the people’ won’t do anything until we ‘experience’ empty bank accounts and bare Walmart shelves and forced to beg for bugs and FedPay. Until then we will gripe and embrace the suck. One thing I’m painfully aware of though is if and when this goes static it will go very badly for the trannissaries and blantifa shock troops with illusions of taking out a cowboy kulak army numbering in tens of millions. We know what happened to the White Russians and the’Trust the Plan’ bullshit psyop that destroyed the Patriots of Russia. My only question is how much of the military actually believes in there oaths to the Constitution. We know civilian government is mostly compromised but if the military is as well this could be quite a fandago! This is what keeps the deep state up at night plotting the next plandemic and FF mass shooting gun grab.
No glitches in the video interview this time, flowed smoothly.
Larry,
I have watched the career of Hillary from the time of her co-Presidency with Billy to her stint as Sec of State to the present and have been amazed and disgusted by her treatment by the media, the Demonrat party and by the gullible voters. She can do no wrong, cannot be questioned and is adored by the masses no matter what is said by or about her. I have never understood this but recently was struck by the idea that perhaps she is an operative of the US Intelligence services – the visible tip of the NWO spear, if you will. Do you think is plausible
bOxOrOx
She just plays well to her audience, who seek more empowerment on multiple fronts and are seduced into ecstatic frenzies when promised them by women who began their political careers as flag-waving Goldwater cowgirls.
Crossing a chameleon and a snake is the stuff Frankensteins are made of. Keep GM organisms out of our political life.
This ruling elite would do well to study the French Revolution and its bloody aftermath. It will come. People will not forgive. Many will suffer because of who their parents were or lineage ascribe to. Sooner or later it all comes to roost.
@Queen of the Grift:
Take a good customer to the track for lunch and some horse racing. Tell the customer reading the past performances “I have a hunch about this race. Let me bet it for you.”
Go back and put $50 on every horse in the first race. Put a ticket in each of 8 different pockets. After the race, produce the winning ticket. Tell the customer to cash it and play with house money to start. Customer is happy and impressed.
Tyson Foods did the same with Hillary’s commodity trades. They couldn’t just put money in her purse, it would leave a trail. So they deposited winning trades in her account over time, until her ‘balance’ reached the desired amount.
Questions about this came up later. There was breaking news on a Friday in Spring that Nixon was about to die. Hillary quickly called for a press conference to ‘once and for all, finally’ refute the commodity-trading kerfuffle.
Few MSM flunkies could ask the right questions anyway. Who showed up for Hillary’s impromptu Q&A? Reporters were elsewhere planning for the death notice. A few MSM interns showed up at the Hillary charade. They were too undereducated to ask any real questions, and from then on Hillary could dismiss any interrogation by saying “I already went over this.”
That is professional grifting.
Absolutely, you called it. Forgot all about Tyson. They didn’t call him Slick Willie for nothing, but I’ll still bet she was the grease on their axle.
I’ll bet they even managed to take a hefty cut from those ‘Bush legs’ sent over to RU in the early 90’s. True humanitarians, those two.
Back in the heyday, it wasn’t true unless it was trending on Twitter.
It’s amazing what’s been politically weaponized in social media. Twitter, Facebook, Wikipedia….. for starters. And not just in English.
Not fully in-topic, but relevant news.
Trump has been talking up his imaginary international geopolitical skills again. But despite his bluster, and the political hurdles he might face in the meantime, if he were to actually be elected in Nov 2024, I have contemplated just what type of ideas, plans, conversations he might have outside of Washington that could feasibly bring an instant end to the SMO as he promises to do.
If we presume his self-aggrandised business negotiating skills might prevail, he would approach the “two phone calls I would make” with both inducements and pressures upon the players — Putin and Zelensky. Of course, anything he might say or do contravenes EVERY OTHER deep state desire to see the war continue for the deluded dreams of tying Russia up in a conflict to deplete its will, its military, its finances, and create “regime change”. So he’d need good commitment and personal protection.
1. He could tell Zelensky that the tap is forthwith being turned off; that he has to cede Crimea and the 4 Donbass Oblasts. QED. He would tell Zelensky no NATO but yes to the EU with lots of help to rebuild. He could tell Zelensky to hold fresh elections and to abide by them. Trump would have to insist on future military neutraluty for Ukraine or Putin will just keep fighting.
2. But for the life of me, I can’t think of a single stick he can pressure or threaten Putin with. RF is presently crushing the US hands down, so there is nothing other than carrots he can offer Putin to cease fire and stop a deeper march westwards — such as lifting sanctions.
Of course, all these fancies would raise massive international condemnation (yet maybe a Nobel Peace Prize, lol) but domestically, who’d care? … as he’d just be making good his election promise.
Like many, I suspect Trump WANTS to pull America’s head in, internationally. He wants to rebuild US industry to protect economically against a rising China and entities like BRICS. I’d say he’d prefer an ally with Putin than an enemy. And, “who cares about Ukraine” (or Europe) is his attitude.
So, I think that would be his 24 Hour Peace Plan — Throw Kiev under the bus, restore trade normality with Russia, and get on with the domestic job of competing better with China and of allieviating the enforced multipolarity this war has unleashed upon the dollar and the MIC. He’d be seen as a hero at home but a pariah elsewhere. So whats new?!?!
Not exactly on topic, but still news.

You know, it’s a tough bill to fill and getting tougher by the day. I’d say that horse has left the barn. This multipolarity, BRICS, SCO, de-dollarization, SWIFT analogs business is turning out to be more on a roll than I think Russia or China ever dreamed of.
Their incentive is to not give an inch any more.
Agree. The rest of the world had enough a long time ago. It was always about the means to do it, never the desire to. No one wants to be controlled by another and subject to their whims, interests and leaders
CN to offer $10b to Taliban for the lithium

..say. … the US paved Kandahar route 1…to the base of the mountains that hold the largest “free mineral” raw lithium deposits in the world. Say the current mineral rights … are held .. 49% … by J P Morgan…. New York City.
The US projects power with destruction… the China man…he projects power by economic development.
Who do you want in your country?
As an economist who understands nothing about intel, it only confuses me as in simple consultants who carry out financial audits and access the secrets of companies, it’s completely impossible to remove any information from a PC, be it transferring files, printing or through a simple pen since neither there are usb ports and in a SCIF, where the biggest secrets in the world are shared, a kid manages to print the briefing of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of USA for his friends! Hard to even believe! I just hope he doesn’t manage to order the counter-offensive in Ukraine! 😅
During the Clinton administration I was assigned as local security on the presidential detail. I worked with numerous Secret Service agents. I had a very close look from that perspective. Some of the agents on that assignment expressed a deep visceral hatred for Hillary. When I mentioned this to some associates they didn’t believe it! The American public for the most part are unwilling to even consider the truth. Therein lies most of the power of the deep state. 220 million American sheep lined up for the Covid vaccine without even questioning its efficacy. They proved to the deep state how gullible and easily they can be controlled with lies, fear and hysteria. This same strategy is being used to control the narrative about this Ukraine war. They will never admit to their lack of critical thinking even to themselves.
