The following video cartoon is a canary in the mineshaft. While the West is scrambling to blame Ukraine for the failed counter offensive, some in the Ukraine are pushing back against that narrative by correctly noting that the pledge of Washington and NATO to give them the weapons systems needed to beat back the Russian offensive is nothing more than lip service. I’m providing two versions — youtube and Rumble (just in case youtube tries to quash the video).

With no success on the battlefield Ukraine is opting for the drone hail Mary — i.e., attacking a couple of Russian ships with maritime drones. These attacks are pin pricks with no strategic significance in terms of diminishing Russia’s military power. However, these attacks are likely to inspire the Russian General Staff to look at attacks on NATO ISR operating over the Black Sea because of the role played by Western aerial surveillance in providing Ukraine with intelligence needed to attack those two Russian vessels. In addition, these attacks are likely to stiffen Russia’s resolve to impose a de facto embargo on Ukrainian ports in the coming weeks.
I wonder when the London bookies will start offering betting opportunities predicting Zelensky’s fall from power or the Ukrainian military’s withdrawal from the battlefield? That is another marker that is a better predictor of the course of the war in Ukraine than any of the nonsense being published by British intelligence or the Institute for the Study of War.

Take a look at what some of videos of the Ukrainian POWs on Simplicius’ Bitchute channel. Having seen about 2 dozen now, it seems to me the training is completely bogus. The training areas charge NATO a ton of money and provide the barest minimum of training possible: first aid off of Youtube videos, two days of shooting practice with a few rounds of ammo, and psychologists that come in to explain why they are going to war and why they should hate Russia. The whole training thing appears to be mostly a grift for war profiteers, if you ask me.
I’ve tried searching on BitChute to find those videos and nothing comes up.
I saw one on his substack but there’s no way to embed it to share it where you want. It’s limited on my iMac.

So, the Post simultaneously posts confessions of a Hunter hooker describing how he was so easily ‘led around by the nose and his wallet emptied’, but doesn’t explain why the Post itself ‘leads its public around by the nose and empties its wallets’ over Ukraine.
Now read the comments. Not a one of them caught the deception. Go figure.

The cartoon is the Ukrainian government’s attempt at CYA (cover your ass). Ukraine is attempting to manufacture an excuse for losing the counteroffensive (and the war) by blaming the West for not
providing weapons early enough.
The reality is that Ukrainians needed to be trained to use Western weapons before they arrived. The real problem was they’re not having enough solders trained to use Western tanks and ACPs to launch an offensive.

The “naval war” between the US Navy and the PLAN would most likely resemble the WW1 “naval war” between the British Grant Fleet and the German High Seas Fleet i.e. the latter stayed in port and the former couldn’t enter the Baltic Sea to do anything about it.
In this case the PLA Navy will stay in port and the US Navy will be unable to enter the South China Sea to do anything about it.
As for cutting off trade, sure, the US Navy will close the Malacca Strait, only to realize that there is a world of difference between a strait being the *only* way of getting somewhere and a strait being the *cheapest* way of getting to where you want to go.

As is already known, NATO is simply a tool for maintaining the Anglo-American occupation of Germany. It was never really meant to fight and win a war against the Soviet Union, much less anybody else. It’s more political, than military, anyway. Always was. That’s why France felt confident enough to leave it in 1966, before rejoining the command structure in 2009. By which point, NATO had already become an instrument of the Anglo-American occupation of Western Europe as a whole, not just of Germany. The West European countries may, or may not recognize it, but they’re occupied, too.
At any rate, the Russians are not gonna let the Ukrainians starve. But NATO will collapse, and probably the EU, too. Especially after a couple of rough winters, and the failure of U.S. power in the world at large.

Why? The goal of these attacks is to provoke severe response, and escalate conflict to another level, and involve NATO even more. Russians know that, and intentionaly make their responses less severe. You don’t escalate when the enemy wants you to, but when you find it advantageous.
Niger announced that ECOWAS has completed its intervention plans and that two West African countries have begun the pre-deployment of their troops across the borders. So, the lackeys of the West begin to move. Probably Senegal and Côte D’ivoire. They are pretty reliable lackeys.
Wagner is allegedly in the capitol of Niger which is Niamey. It is also rumored that Algeria closed its airspace to French air traffic.

If I had to guess the Empire wins this one. Niger like all African countries lives on Western aid and graft. The money train gets cut off, and the coup gets couped. Algeria is a little bit of a wild card, but I cannot see them going to a full-bore war committal.
If I was the coup, I would fade the minute Western intervention hit. And then with Wagner start an insurgency that halted the uranium production. Maybe deploy some of those captured Stingers by all major airports. Make France get embroiled in an ugly and long guerilla war. Wagner could pull that off with a little local help.

Personally, I don’t think NATO’s veneer and facade of a reputation is worth the life of a single Russian or Ukrainian soldier.
