As you saw in the video, the FBI was inept, at best, in exploiting the Hunter Biden hard drive. And this is indirectly damning of Bill Barr’s incompetence in this matter I am sad to say. A Special Counsel is warranted when the son of a man, who is perceived at present as the next President, is embroiled in serious allegations of tax fraud and violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act and possible bribery by a foreign power.

The FBI’s lack of technical acumen unfortunately comes as no surprise. In a previous life, I worked the hostage situation in Colombia from 2003-2008. Through so-called journalists, we obtained a 3+ hour VHS tape of the hostages in August 2003 in exchange for a interview with a high ranking U.S. official to obtain the tape. It was important to get the tape, since it was the first proof of life we had since their aircraft had crashed on 13 February 2003. I receipted for the tape, and took it to the FBI to get it duped. I was disappointed to learn we had to play the entire tape over and over again to make the necessary copies. It turned into a long night.
