CBS bosses have had second thoughts and decided they did too much journalism. The interview that was posted at CBS two days ago featuring an intrepid reporter who dared to ask the right questions about who was receiving the billions of dollars in weapons that the United States provided to Ukraine has been deleted.
Thank God for Bitchute and Rumble. Once you post some news it can live on. Here is the full report:
This report apparently had been in the works since April. How do I know? Look at the clothing (e.g., coats and sweaters) many are wearing in the portions of the video showing the reporter and his companions trying to deliver weapons to front line Ukrainian troops. It is important to note that the CBS reporter is very supportive of the Ukrainians fighting the Russians. He also interviews a former U.S. Marine who is enthusiastic about killing Russians and not concerned about U.S. weapons going astray.
But this reporter inadvertently provides further video evidence that corroborates the piece I wrote in May–Ukrainian Military Units Continue Rebelling against Their Commanders. After you watch the CBS report you will know why the Ukrainian troops in the videos I posted were rebelling against their incompetent chain of command–they were not getting the weapons they needed to fight.
One troubling question remains–what happened to the weapons siphoned off that were not delivered to the troops at the front? Who has them and who is buying them?
Since May, the situation facing Ukrainian forces in the Donbas has become more dire. The Russians claim they are making progress:
Solidar – KNAUF factory grounds, and, consequently, the eastern part of the town, is taken. Similar actions underway in Bakhmut. Explanation of the Russian tactics near both towns, as well as near Avdeyevka. News on possible reconnaissance by combat by the Russian troops towards Nikolayev – a move is taken very seriously by the Ukrainian planners who prepare for the defense of Nikolayev, anticipating a Russian attack there.
Solidar, Bakhmut and Avdeyevka are heavily fortified. The Ukrainian soldiers hunkered in trenches and bunkers have been pounded mercilessly with artillery, rockets and missiles. The Ukrainian General Staff insists it is holding the line and stopping the Russian advance:
In a briefing, the General Staff of the Ukrainian armed forces said the Russian forces tried to conduct several assaults in Donetsk against multiple settlements near Sloviansk, but the Ukrainian forces pushed them back.
“With offensive actions, the enemy tried to improve its tactical position near Verkhnokamianske, a village in Donetsk region, but was unsuccessful and retreated,” the General Staff said.
The Russians also “conducted offensive and assault actions in the districts of Bakhmut, Zaitseve, Yakovlivka and Vershina but were unsuccessful and retreated,” the General Staff added, saying that fighting continues near Kodema, Krasnohorivka, Avdiivka, Pisky and Mariinka.
The General Staff also reported that Russia is “concentrating its main efforts on preventing the advance of our troops” in the south and shelling “the entire line of contact.”
We will know by Friday who is telling the truth about which force is advancing and which is retreating. But the Russians and Ukrainians agree on one point–Russia is shelling the “entire line of contact.”
Larry,
Would you please post a link to something?
Perhaps a couple of weeks ago you included an animated map showing Russia’s expected advances into the line south of Siversk and thence into the line from Solidar-Kramatorsk south to Toretsk . . . and being the sheer genius that I am, I failed to retain the link to that post so a power outage lost the map for me.
Actually, that was a superb map (alas, accompanied by sound effects masquerading as important music), and so it would be even better if you (or its author) would update it and include in an up-coming post.
Yours is one of my daily-visit sites, and your participation in any roundtable or interview makes the event!
Thanks,
og
The original post is here on the blog. Just go to the Russia category and search. I’ll look for it.
maybe those?

The lack of training, morale, weapons and ammo and heavy incoming has been reported consistently by Americans and Canadians who went over there to fight (most coming home tail between legs) as far back as April.
I am surprised the Russians are not deploying napalm, which is good at killing well dug in enemy. Even if they are not burned, it sucks the oxygen out of their lungs. At least I haven’t seen anything that suggests napalm is part of the Russian TOE.
The Russians are using thermobaric weapons extensively
Worse than napalm.
That TOS-1A is dang frightening.
Oh. Ok. I hadn’t heard that nor seen any video and honestly didn’t even occur to me. Well, that should do the job. I truly pity the poor Ukrainians. Starting to respect them too. Tough bastards keep hanging in there, even when they shouldn’t. The Russians should convince them that whatever they’re hanging in there for, they can still have when Russia completes the mission.
Thermobaric weapons have a number of fairly instantaneous ways of killing soldiers.
1. An initial smaller explosion spreads an aerosol mix through the air, the oxygen in the air serves at the oxidant that facilitates burning in the explosion as it does in a fire. This means an oxidant chemical is not needed for the large scale explosion, thus reducing weight of the weapon so it can be filled with more explosive material.
2. The explosion creates incredibly high temperatures which burn most humans directly affected into carbonised chunks .
3. The explosion also produces a massive shock wave that tears ear drums to pieces.
4. After the explosion, then comes a vacuum in the immediate environment capable of tearing lungs out by suction.
5. If you are not killed by that, the chemicals often used in such bombs can be highly carcinogenic. (I’m not sure what the Russians use).
Although this is a horrible weapon, it is very effective in situations where there is trench warfare, bunkers, and fortified positions, and even caves. These bombs also make soldiers terrified when then know it is being deployed.
The ‘Mother of all Bombs’ that was dropped in Afghanistan when Trump was in office weighed 10,000 kg = 10 metric tons. It was a fuel-air bomb which functions in the same manner. These large bombs are also euphemistically named ‘Daisy Cutters.”
Of course the ones the Russians are using are much, much, smaller than that, since they are exploded over trench lines, but they are very effective in killing those in the trenches and bunkers. They can only be fired from around 300 meters away.
I’ve seen numerous videos on Telegram of the Russians dropping leaflets suggesting that the Ukrainians surrender (detailing how to do so) rather than die from the relentless shelling. This is all part of the Russian plan to try and save as many of these folks as possible since many of them are of Russian heritage.
Eric,
“Tough bastards keep hanging in there, even when they shouldn’t.”
I also feel great pity for the “volunteers” but it may not be toughness that keeps them hanging in. They’re between a rock and a hard place: one in from and one behind. There have been a number of reports some Ukrainian troops of facing machine-gun fire from their own side when they attempt a retreat from the shelling.
At the end of all this there needs to be a reckoning for the crimes the Ukrainian government and its thugs have been committing against their own people. Not only since February this year but as far back as the early ’90’s. Jaques Baud has a pretty succinct timeline for this 30 year period here: https://www.thepostil.com/author/jacques-baud/
The Ukrainian soldiers who chose life over sure death can and have been shot by Ukrainian Nazis for “abandoning” their positions. They are between a “rock and a hard place.”
But the Ruskies ..
Ran out off ammo
Ran out of supplies
Ran out of tanks
Ran out of moral
Ukraine: Game Changers R Us
( the joke: copy right Larry)
The Russian slow grind is to maximise the pain, destruction, and combat horror in destroying the New Nazis.
The extras in the slow the grind of death is because it lowers the military recruiting numbers in the USA., collapses the EU and destroys NATO. Is this a secret judo move? Whatever it is, the Russians have precise plans and reasons for doing everything.
Meanwhile a Russian clean cut educated Captain is somewhere preparing the plans for a massive Red Square victory parade.LOL
So …. let’s all pivot too Asia and “Get Some Chinese.” The mid terms are closing in, as America is closing down……… “It doesn’t have to be that way!”
good morning from Germany. Many thanks Larry for your many very interesting contributions. As I can see here, the American media are no better than in Germany. I was recently in Poland. When I turned on the TV, I thought I had American programs in Polish. It is unbelievable how many programs in the world have been adapted to the Anglo-American level. How about diversity? OK, that’s a different topic.
Now for the CBS post. I was able to read about that yesterday (German time). Well, well, nobody knows where a big part of the weapons at Kyiv actually arrived. Unbelievable. When I served in the military over 40 years ago, not only was every weapon assigned to the soldier and properly registered. The ammunition used was also counted, balanced, registered and checked in writing. Only the barcodes on the cartridges were missing. Best engraved with a laser. Then you might have had more time for the shooting practice. If a cartridge was missing, one, then all hell broke out. heavy sweating Relief for everyone if it was a counting or spelling mistake. And today? Germany is giving away heavy weapons and the government doesn’t give a shit what happens to those weapons. But when it comes to squeezing every penny out of citizens’ hard-earned cash, the German state can set an armada of stoic zombie tax officials into some kind of movement (the word movement doesn’t seem appropriate to me when it comes to officials ;). ), who shows a fundamental and stubborn loyalty to principles, especially against weaker ones. As with you, very few of us are well informed. Cause: most consume news and information. Trying to do it yourself or questioning it rarely happens here. And those who do will be banished, privately and publicly. If you don’t follow the mainstream, you’re out. And so even German judges had to endure house searches in the early morning because they dared to pass a judgment (in one case it was about wearing a mask at school) that did not correspond to the view of the government. In the meantime, even the German constitutional court is in line with the government. And our government is more warmongering than it has been since 1933-45. Incomprehensible. Germany, including the whole EU, are absolutely the dachshund of the Deep State. But Germany plays the role of the US dachshund with fervor. How unfortunately too often Germans tend to overdo things, although the nonsense of it is already recognizable. Nevertheless, they keep going out of principle and can often only be slowed down by external shocks. And a few years ago, stupid me, I thought we had learned some lessons. Not at all. The lack of education in Germany has reached the highest levels of government.
It’s a German post with “friendly” translation with google. :O)
Carl, you’re absolutely right. I’m also from and in Germany and at least since the beginning of the Corona-hoax the country went totally nuts.
And when you’re openly saying “We went totally nuts!” you’re banned and regarded as an idiot, Covidiot (covid-idiot) or Putinfreund (friend of Putin).
Hey Carl,
I’m also German. My five Pence: Keep spreading Doubt. Do not stop talking to people who trust you. If the subject arises, question the official narrative whenever you see fit. It’s just like with the C… About 20% of people are deeply fooled and hypnotized by the official narrative. Maybe 60% are subject to shift to and fro. But about 20% just can’t be fooled and hypnotized because those buggers keep thinking, judging and making up their minds for themselves.
For all intents and purposes, this is a crucial minority.
Best wishes
Bagradian
Now Amnesty International published are report criticizing ukraninian army, for example for installing army positions in hospitals.
Reaction in mainstrem media: ” no . this is wrong, This can not be”.
I also agree with you, while being german, I feel the same as you do. Your example with the the Dachshund is a nice one.
Have you heard of the speech, our dear mrs Baerbock gave at New School, New York on august the second this year. Here is the link: https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/de/newsroom/baerbock-den-transatlantischen-moment-nutzen/2545656
She is talking about the difficult times and that the transatlantic relations should use the momentum to establish a partnership in leading (the world, off course).
Citation:
My translation: „In 1989, the US-President George Bush made Germany the famous offer of a „partnership in leadership“, so a joint partnership in leading (she means the world).
…
But today, in a new era of the world, basic changes have happened. We see clearly: Now the moment has arrived in which we have to create it: A joint leading partnership. Not only we as germans and as americans – as we thought 30 years ago. But as europeans and americans. And it is upon my country within the European Union, to significantly forward this,“
As I heard this speech I thougt:
Germans (our green party) are obviously dreaming of leading or ruling the world. Not that the last attempts were not hybris, arrogance, megalomania and in the end catastrophic. Lesson learned? Nope!
She seems to believe, that the american political establishment would be willing and able to share in leading the world. As if the US party system were as stable and continuing, that it would be guaranteed, that political viewpoints did not change in the US and the wind would allways blow out of the same direction. How naive is that?
And she must really be believing the US-officials. I don’t know, but this looks to me as if she is being fooled and not clever enought to look behind the scheme.
Thinking logically and weighing on every sense of right and wrong within me, it tells me that the USA will never share their claim of world leadership. Not with anyone, not without a fight and surely not freely.
And: How many leaders in the world have been fooled by the same trick in the past? Anyone of them an equal partner of the US? If someone knows one, please tell me!
For where I am wrong, please, tell me.
I told the gov’t that I was trying to save them a few dollars by sending my taxes directly to Ukraine 😉 If they’re lucky, they should receive about 30% of it – just like the weapons we send.
Hello Larry, When I seen the 30% I was intrigued and also with the timing, I noticed the heavy clothing and my theory began to develop that this is a play to put the idea out that weapons are not being destroyed and or captured with the accompanying loss of life, but rather few bad apples are selling them, which would always be true but not to the extent the war is being lost because of it. It’s easier to say, we have found and ended the corruption and will continue to fight, rather than we are losing badly.
CNN need to delete this too

None of the commenters believe the spoken lies included in the report, and the evidence of long queues of civilians travelling to Kherson is clear.
“I’m taking my Mother and daughter to Kherson so we can bring back my GrandMother”, honest is what the drivers say!
They did right. I think its around 20%
There is a german expression:
” was nicht sein darf, dass nicht sein kann”.
means: what is not allowed to be, it cannot be.
Mainstream does not want it to be, that only 30 % of the weapons arrive at the front,
so it can not be.
It’s reported that only 30% of Western weapons make it the front. So where is the 70%? Is it convenient that suddenly, 2 days later, 45,000 tons, 90 million pounds of Western weapons are destroyed? There’s the missing 70%. The large print giveth and the small print taketh away. Can anyone turn 45,000 tons of military hardware into dollars? $83 billions of equipment left in Afghanistan. How much did that weigh? Guys it’s all money laundering. It’s the transfer of our tax dollars into the hands of a greedy few.
“Hey Volodymir,! I see you’re wearing a new Rolex Presidential. By the way, how’s that HIMAR working out for you? The one I gave you last week?” Didn’t you hear? It was obliterated by Russia. Not a trace left.
The question I have had for some time now is who in the hell is organizing and maintaining this total propaganda war.
Maybe it is stupid question as there are obvious actors on this war: cia mockingbird=total control of the media, the cretins in state dept , maybe pentagon.
But ukraine lobby program working on the “profiles in courage” (sic) in congress are extremely active and well funded. I have noted reports from some who I respect that this propaganda war is the largest, the most massive in history. What or who is driving this insanity and who is funding it?
The shadow govt, i.e. the deep state, or more accurately the fourth branch of govt=intell/doj obviously have a role. But is sure as hell not the american sheeple/taxpayers. And it sure as hell not buyem and his entourage but his handlers or there: rice, jarrett, obumer, klain are the actors.

How much will the war in Ukraine end up being a cause for the disappointment the GOP may experience in November.
Since the war started, the election in my mind has become framed as a vote for “war” or “more war”.
Am I the only Republican voter that is disgusted by the likes of Lindsay Graham, Mitch and other Republicans pushing for more war ?
Very clever of the democrats and proves once again that the GOP is the “Stupid Party”
One must understand the circular grift. The Ukrainian millionaires sell weapons to shady international arms dealers, whose contacts with former CIA criminals allow them to be sold back to LockMart and Raytheon ect, who then sell them to the US government, who provide them free to Ukraine, who then…
