Elon Musk’s Space X Dragon capsule docked four astronauts to the International Space Station last week. Space X fills the void since it is an impotent NASA that can no longer launch rockets and satellites. The mission of the National Space Council, chaired by the vacuous Vice President Kamala Harris, is to provide licensing regulations for space companies for launching rockets and satellites to maintain U.S. competitiveness in space.
Just days before the launch, the Biden/Harris Administration’s DOJ launched a lawsuit against Space X for alleged hiring discrimination against refugees and asylum seekers. The Biden Administration believes that illegal aliens with 2nd-grade education could contribute to scientific discovery and space exploration. This is a disgraceful effort to revoke Space X’s licensing and is an example of the epic systemic incompetency that blights America.

This one is just an instance of broader American incompetency of open borders, ineptitude in the judicial system, forever wars, runaway money-printing, and the left-behind educational system, to name a few.

Since the Biden/Harris Administration has taken office, over seven million illegal aliens have entered America. The immigration population is estimated at over 45 million. It is doubtful that those countries could ever produce astrophysicists or aerospace engineers that could be employed by Space X. All IQ tests can be coached. The more pattern recognition you do, the better you become at it. The more verbal and mental reasoning you do, the better you become. I’ve experienced it time and again as an employer.

Intelligence is highly variable in and among populations but the trends are established and clear. Scandinavians, Jews, Han, Japanese and Koreans top the IQ assessments. But these numbers do not reflect the high variability within intelligence itself. There are different ways to be smart and I am NOT talking about emotional intelligence which is something different but gets trotted out to explain away low IQs. Europeans are innovators. They innovated their way to shape the world we live in as it is. We can call that good or we can call it bad but there is no doubt who did it.
Note simply that high IQ is a product of temperate climates. The people we refer to as Jews are Khazarians from temperate central Asia. Temperate conditions were the driver of the mutation to higher intelligence but each local group developed differently. Richard Feynman never tested above 123 or so (depending on the source) and is one of the top physicists of the last century. Clearly there is more at play here than we really know about but there is no investigation on account of kowtowing to the perceived stigma of the butthurt.
Further, men and women are roughly equal in intelligence (even though that intelligence also manifests in different ways, of course). However, women cluster at the mean and men diverge wildly, having far more highly intelligent individuals as well as far more less intelligent individuals. This is why there are more men in positions requiring higher IQs. That and the evil patriarchy.
Chinese and Japanese have to learn at least 10,000 Kanji, before high school, in order to be literate. Both, plus the Koreans, have to take merit-based tests, similar to what our SATs used to be, in order to get into elite universities, which determine their path for life. Hence middle-class Moms paying for cram schools. Jewish folk also put a major emphasis on reading and thinking. American Christians used to study the Old and New Testaments, establishing a common culture, but when was the last time your kids read from the Gospels or Proverbs?
So I argue that much of intelligence comes down to a culture that treasures and enjoys hard studying, and not simply genetics.

IQ tests have substantial language and cultural elements. Testing recent immigrants from alien cultures whose native languages were not English will obviously produce skewed results. I attended a Catholic college in the Caribbean with the highest percentage of white students in the country. Speaking charitably, with very few exceptions, they did not display elite intelligence.
There are IQ tests that are sequences of shapes(and arrangements of shape) and the goal is to pick the next shape in the sequence from 3 or 4 options. As long as the directions are presented in the native language, language should not affect the outcome.
Language might not affect the outcome, but culture certainly will.

If the culture has little or no avenues for children to learn how to do “shape rotation” visually, then the kiddie being examined is on the back foot when the test appears.

At the age of 7 – in the early 1970s – our family migrated from New Zealand and I ended up in a government school in Tennant Creek in the middle of Australia.
About 25% of the kids in my class were ‘proper’ Aboriginals from the local reserves. Their parents got a small subsidy for every week that they went to school, so they went to school.
I was in school with these kids from age 7 until age 11, and they were whip-smart. They could feed and water themselves in conditions that would kill a grown white man.
Their academic performance was terrible, because they had absolutely no interest in what was being taught; classes were just gaps between recess, lunchtime and hometime.
Every one of the Aboriginal boys intended to work as a jackaroo on one of the gigantic cattle stations dotted around the Northern Territory – so they needed to be a good tracker, and know how to handle a horse and how to muster several hundred head of cattle.
They didn’t need to be able to read, write or ‘do sums’.
A jackaroo’s wages was more than the school subsidy, so there were almost no Aboriginal boys in the local high school. It was not for want of IQ that they failed primary school: they just had no use for it.
One other thing…
People can be taught to improve their performance on the ‘progressive matrix’ type of test: I taught my nephew how to do them. My nephew was 22 at the time and had literally never encountered such an exercise; he found them absolutely bewildering.
He first saw them on a practice test as part of the preparation for an entry exam for the police force.
He had no idea how to go about it – the “worked examples” stumped him, even though they showed him the answers. I spent about half an hour showing him how they worked, and we did about 150 such problems together, and I dug up another 500 problems for him to do on his own.
When he actually did the police test he aced that part of the test.
He didn’t get accepted into the police force – they wanted him to get more work experience.
Anyhow… Raven’s Progressive Matrices is not just not culture-neutral, it’s not even a test of g.

When it comes to politicians, there are no good guys, and malign intent is the reasonable assumption, well proven over time. Yes, they may be stupid too, not very bright or otherwise constrained in rational, critical thought. As to the immigrants, I think there may be more to the story.
IQ tests are culturally biased and also biased in terms of knowledge. People with higher education in the cultural ecosystem tend to score higher in tests within the system. Someone of a different culture, no knowledge of the language or any reasonable education for their age cohort will do poorly. That doesn’t mean their IQ is low, it just means their measured IQ is low. However, replacement is obvious the goal. Not sure that the practice will play out in line with the theory that they are easier to control than “we” are. If they tended that way, they would have stayed put and accepted their fates in their home countries. I haven’t read anywhere that people came to America to live under tyranny. There may be a flaw in the thesis there.

Recently, “Collective Whites” added 1.9 Milllion Persons – mostly through Births. Hispanic Births numbered around 850K. Adjust almost a ⅓ of”Whites” as “Hispanic-White Mixed Persons”, we get roughly 1.5 Million Hispanic and Hispanic-White Mixed Births to roughly 1.2 Million Euro-Caucasian Births.
There were reportedly 2.7 Million Illegal Migrants (mostly Hispanic) who entered America last year.
Add in Legal Migrants (Green Card / Citizenship), roughly 4.2~3 Million Hispanics were added to America’s Population in 2022.

He retired during my years at Annapolis – just missed refueling from a Tanker he used to Sail On during my Gulf Deployments.
I did a Year at the USNA Prep School first since I didn’t have 20/20 Vision. Had then “Major” (Retired GEN and SecDef) Mattis as our Battalion Officer and a Hanoi Hilton Veteran (CAPT Stratton) as our Commanding Officer.
IIRC, even went to High School on the Naval Base with several Descendants/Relatives of GEN Smedley Butler.
I got out during the Clinton Downsizing Run. The Cold War was over; and My Father was diagnosed with Cancer and Dementia.
VA MDs gave him 2years; but I was able to get him into a VA Alzheimer’s Ward, move my Mother nearby (fortunately the VA was near where I worked Post-Navy), and we managed to care for him to live for 7 years instead.

When Trump made his June 2015 campaign announcement sparking of “bringing drugs and bringing crime; they’re rapists” I thought he had no chance to be elected. But I thought he did the country a service by making illegal migration and issue. But instead, no Republican candidates made it an issue and the Democrats went the other direction. The Democratic elites even went the final step in their euphemisms for illegal migrants. They went from illegal aliens (the legal term) to illegal immigrants to undocumented immigrants. But then Trump got them to drop “undocumented” and just call them immigrants. So it became impossible to know if someone was talking about legal immigrants or illegal migrants. And then by 2020 Joe Biden was urging them to come to the border where he knew they would benefit from “catch and release”.
So here we are, stuck with an illegal policy that degrades our schools, hurts American workers, destroys neighborhoods for Americans. But it does help the rich tamp down wages and save them money.
I find it astounding that Americans “cannot” comprehend the devastating effects of an uncontrolled invasion of our country by foreign people, just like they cannot understand what harm can possibly befall our legal system, by allowing Soros-financed DAs not enforcing the laws in the books.

Let me respectfully disagree about calling this phenomena incompetence, idiocracy, and such. Actually, it’s a simple matter of natural selection. People, who rise to the top, are very intelligent, smart, and competent at rising to the top. And, that’s the only thing they are competent at.
Us, humans, were designed as a social beings by kazillions of years of evolution. “Social”, in this particular case, means “herds consisting of 100 to 200 members at most”. Now, any kind of industrial, let alone high tech society needs millions of people, cooperating with each other. Tough.

Giving a platform to people like Bob a retired CPA with pretenses to be a scientist is akin to idiocy, the same one that gave us Biden, Kamala Harris, Pence. I could go on. His statements is an example just rabid racism. There are plenty of dumb people in Europe even northern Europe, look at fools running it today. His statements show more ignorance than enlightenment and i question why a person like Larry Johnson would accept such an outrageous post. When Bobby makes a statement about Latin American countries not producing great scientists he is ignoring history. Only since the 1400s has Europe produced the constant flow of great mathematicians and scientists but that was not because of superior European stock, just a confluence of ideas that found a good soil in Europe at that time especially in countries where the catholic church was not dominating. A brief review of the countries with most nobel prize awards shows the US leading by a wide margin. Does that mean that Russia does not have intelligent people since they only produced 33 prizes? Or does it mean that the US is full of super intelligent people? I have travelled across most states of the US and i can tell you that you find some real dumb mfers out there, just like everywhere else. Don’t bring CPAs as experts on intelligence.

I suspect you are talking about the U.S. and not America. Your examples are only valid for the USA and maybe Canada.

Western Europe, and by extension the United States, have always been characterized by organized egoism. This goes back to Cicero, for whom there was only one goal: to protect the wealth of the rich against the population. For this purpose the Roman state construct was founded, which we still see today. A representative republic, which does not allow democracy and in which only those have something to say, who do not have to live from their work, but have their slaves for it. Even if today the facade has been changed a bit, the core still remains.
You complain about the stupidity and incompetence of the US government? Why? In German we say, “jeder Topf hat seinen Deckel”. en: Every pot has its lid.
I guess the stupidity of the U.S. government reflects the stupidity of the U.S. citizens.
Normally, I never speak of an entire population because it is always highly diverse. But, because you use this general form, I do too.

For idiocracy to survive it requires sufficient prosperity to distribute gimmedats. That prosperity, already a debt-fuelled illusion, will collapse. The gimmedats will vanish, and along with them not only most of the migrants but huge swaths of idiocracy career arcs.

When you bin meritocracy – actually you must in order – to set up ideocracy which is established and enforced through conformism which is secured through nepotism and cronyism which lead to mediocracy which leads to idiocracy which leads to implosion.
Whenever an article like this mentions IQ, I start to check out. I live in an area where high IQs and advanced degrees are in a abundance and yet the societal dysfunction is apparent for all to see. These folks don’t have a lick of sense.

Dan Bishop, who isn’t alone by the way, serves as the perfect example of the modern angry conservative. He rails against the growing stupidity, corruption, and degradation he sees around him, but can only do so using a warped, illogical, and inconsistent worldview that is impervious to logical material analysis. He has to lash out at some vague “neo-marxist” conspiracy to control and corrupt our society, but how can we reconcile this with the fact that our society is controlled by massive capitalist corporations?
Let’s face it folks, the problems in our culture and society right now are the direct consequences of centuries of capitalism and imperialism. Our system now rewards failure and incompetency, because the idiots at the helm of our capitalist society choose to reward themselves, and so that is what we receive.
Regarding immigrants, I find it pointless to argue about this if we are unable to address the wider issues of what is driving immigration in the first place. Build a wall! Let them in! Deport them! Assimilate them!

Decades of American imperialist foreign and economic policy has degraded economic prospects in S. America. Crime there is a direct result of CIA programs designed to facilitate drug smuggling into the US to provide funding for nefarious US foreign adventures. Poverty is because the US has used it’s leverage in the IMF and World Bank to extract resources from these countries while flooding their markets with American agricultural and industrial goods, strangling their own industries.
President Harry S. Truman stated that the most important person in the country for a successful society was the teacher in our schools. Unfortunately, this is not held as wise by the present system. The right keeps under funding public education in preference to the private school business sector. This is an anachronistic blast from the past that only supported the low tech societies of the 1800s (only the aristocracy needed an education) and the public school system, for example, eventually supported in Britain was initiated to support the Industrial revolution. Now public education is a victim (of fraudulent Wokeism) and attacked from all sides. The inevitable result of this is a decline of a technocracy as pointed out by the author as to what happens when the population becomes too dumbed down to be able to support its institutions and economy.
The results in the US is decline in all sectors including the military.
This is revealed also by the author in his discussion of the educational level and I.Q of the Latino influx into the United States during the Biden reign.

I live and work in Mexico and can attest to your conclusions on the aforementioned indigenous race of Mexico. It’s not that they are not educated (to at least 6th grade level) it’s the cultural and genetic overshadowing surrounding attitudes toward employment that is a problem. Also, I have experienced first hand (I am a contractor) their deeply ingrained belief that if someone has more than they do they are entitled to that persons assets. This belief absolutely encompasses their interactions with people of their same race and family. It is a foundation of their culture.
Misogyny is RAMPANT.Another almost insurmountable issue.
My employees here in the USA of this race have become, on the surface, more “employable” with experience of living in this country but still hold what I call a “you owe me attitude” which is frustrating and adverse to what I believe what made this country profitable and strong.
