Blast From the Past. The Unexplained Missile Fired Off the California Coast.

8 February 2023 by Bob Bishop 16 Comments

Unexplained contrail off the southern coast of California

The vertical contrail of what appears to be a missile streaking into the southern California sunset was captured on a video by a Los Angeles news helicopter. Unfortunately, it was quickly forgotten after being dismissed by the military-industrial complex. The missile was fired in 2010 during the reign of the Obama Administration.

Planned missile tests off the California coast due occur. Still, any test requires notification so that mariners and pilots are warned that an air space corridor is closed. No such warning appeared. The Pentagon acknowledged no scheduled or inadvertent missile launches off the California coast.

“Nobody within the Department of Defense has been able to explain what this contrail is, where it came from,” the Pentagon spokesman Colonel Dave Lapan said.

The Federal Aviation Authority said its radar didn’t detect it. NORAD said it didn’t monitor any missile activity. Nearby Vandenberg Air Force Base had no planned missile launches. The government media complex quickly dismissed it away as a jet contrail. In other words, a coordinated, plausible denial. Who are you going to trust, the government or your lying eyes?

One of the military complex’s most important jobs is air surveillance; they failed much like the Chinese high-altitude balloons.  It’s a pattern of failures (i.e., open borders) and disinformation.

I understand that Americans are patriots, some of them. However what were the patriotic people of 1930s Germany called?
Is it acceptable that the criminal American administration continues to treat the world this way?
At some point we will be enemies and what will you all do then? Be a patriot and fight for your country against it’s invented enemies?
I shake my head a lot as the months roll by.

What we need is one or more modern day “Major General Smedley Darlington Butler” in th United States of America.
His role in stopping the US coup is seldom mentioned and few i meet know about it at all.

The slogan of the US government should be ‘We deny unless proven otherwise’. The amount of deception and criminality is appalling. Check out Seymour Hersh’s article on exactly how the US destroyed Nordstream: https://seymourhersh.substack.com/p/how-america-took-out-the-nord-stream

The only “accident” in American history that was investigated by the FBI, instead of the NTSB.
      That must be meaningful, eh?

    What time of day?
What air traffic would have been in the area?
Which USN ship was in the area?

    I suspect a fat finger f%%k up.

Ship tracking an airliner for practice, launched SAM by mistake. Destructed missile before interception. No harm done, but it would not do to admit error, nothing to see here, move along.

Early 80’s, Kuwait Army SAM site near Ahmadi Tank Farm, directly under the approach to Kuwait airport, routinely tracked airliners for practice. One fine day, oops! Fat fingered a launch! Fortunately, the officer in charge destructed it in time!

Remember that Malaysia Airlines plane that vanished? Nothing will ever convince me that it was not shot down by mistake by a USN ship over the South China Sea, and the “journey over the Indian Ocean” as well as the “wreckage” found in Madagascar wasn’t misdirection.

That’s why the plane has never been found to this day. They’ve been looking in the wrong ocean entirely.

They did not FAIL. “They” knew it was there. They did not tell you. Do you have a above top secret clearance? Are you supposed to be read in during/before anything is known? Get real dude. Obviously, if you knew, you would run your mouth. This type of thinking is why secrecy and privacy exist. Have a nice day.

I appreciate this post Larry, and think lines right up with Nordstream, the Lebanon port “tactical nuke” display and myriads of other “instances” past and future. I think the Russians have made it clear if they plan another Lebanon port “explosion” on any Russian facility or Ukraine “nuke”facility, well they say it won’t go “without response “. Anyways back to this post, back in early 70s, when I was a young adult, dating a Naval enlisted stationed in San Diego, he said they had gone on a retrieval mission as one of their own missiles landed in San Diego beach by “mistake”… suppose a mistake is possible…

Clearly a Russian submarine Missile launch just to show the Americans that Russia can do & USA can’t stop them. Hence the Hush Hush response…naaahhh. That’s not a Missile contrail.

Maybe it was the Russians… the Russians do many bad things, dontchaknow.

Seriously, a hitherto undetected Russian Boomer popping off a surprise launch just off the coast of CONUS would be a nice way of saying “F*** Around & Find Out,” but our NeoClowns aren’t necessarily able to read between the lines.

About Larry C. Johnson

I am a bona fide Son of American Revolutionaries. At least 24 of my ancestors, men and women, fought to free the American Colonies from British rule. Some died for the cause of liberty. Though two and a half centuries have passed since my great grandfathers and grandmothers took up arms, the principles they fought for remain valid and relevant to the 21st Century. This blog is dedicated to the pursuit of truth without regard to partisan advantage. I welcome like minded patriots.
