If you are searching for someone who can simply and clearly describe the corrupt lawfare attack on President Trump, look no further. I give you, Robert Barnes. Barnes is a terrific, articulate and damn smart attorney. He also sports a pair of big brass ones, which means he is not afraid to take on the establishment. Barnes was directly involved in President Trump’s attempts to challenge the stolen election in Georgia. Remember, Biden allegedly won by less than 12,000 votes.
Barnes appeared today on The Duran podcast, which is hosted by Alex Christoforou and Alexander Mercouris — two intelligent Greek guys who don’t live in Greece. Barnes provides a tour de force that is must see podcast (can there be such a thing?). Especially for members of your family who insist you provide some evidence to prove there was election fraud.
Here are the key time stamps for relevant descriptions of the evidence. But the entire two hour podcast is worth your time:
30:45 — There were more grounds for Trump to contest the 2020 election than any election in American history.
31:28 — Contrary to the media meme that the U.S. courts rejected 60 law suits contesting the 2020 election, Barnes correctly notes that Trump filed only one in Georgia and this was dismissed on procedural grounds after January 6 without ever addressing the underlying facts in the case.
32:31 — The allegations of voter fraud were verified.
36:58 — More than 100,000 fraudulent, illegal ballots allowed to be counted.
38:06 — More than 100,000 mail in ballots where the signatures did not match (which renders the ballot illegal under Georgia law).
39:33 — Ballots not counted correctly according to the governing law.
Gateway Pundit has been the leading voice on the internet documenting the evidence from Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona and Georgia that points to a stolen election. The attempts by Jack Smith, the Special Prosecutor, and the George State attorney to criminalize the First Amendment in charging Trump ultimately will fail. What is unknown is the depth and scale of the damage that will be inflicted on the American Republic until this egregious attack on the Constitution is quashed.
In the meantime, enjoy Barnes with the boys of The Duran (this ain’t opinion, this is news.)
Yes! This is a very long podcast, 2.5 hrs. Thank you you for time-stamping important exchanges. Worth listening to.
The appearance has been since 2015 the uniparty deepstate has had Trump in the crosshairs. Why are they (uni-party deepstate) so terrified of him?
His orientation is in the mainstream of US policy. His execution in office has been amateurish and ineffective. He is a polarizing charecture of a politician. So why?
Trump may have stated the reason with precision: “In reality, they’re not after me. They’re after you — and I’m just in the way,” said Trump.
https://nypost.com/2019/12/21/donald-trumps-theyre-after-you-tweet-says-it-all-goodwin/
Well USA, what will you do?
The entire 2.5 hrs was an important exchange. Well worth the time.
Chug a few espressos first though, it’ll help you keep up with Barnes.
A quick observation. This long format of fleshing out a serious problem with facts and opinions is what is killing the MSM with their 7 minutes then go to commercial. Trump, went on Tucker to use that long format to explain facts and opinions so We of the People get to find out.
I bet you Tucker/Trump will have more views than the debate.
PS. I wish RB would sit down with DT.
You can subscribe to VivaBarnesLaw.com on Locals for just $7.50 a month. He provides takes on all the legal issues of today, and is well-versed in history and geopolitical events. I really enjoy it because he provides a wealth of knowledge. He’s a glass is half full kind of person, whereas I am the glass is half empty kind of person. So it gives me some hope even if I think he is a little sanguine about what might happen with the people in our govt. You get the exclusive content there but key issues he still appears on enough of other shows where you can catch him.
Very good point. I know a number of people and I notice many who are too busy to get facts and understanding. Maybe some people have trusted advisers to listen to, but it is necessary to make an investment of time in order to investigate and consider information. It seems that some doctors, for instance, are too busy to stay fully up to speed. Anyone can let the demands of their schedule insulate them from critical information. Thanks to Larry for posting the Barnes interview.
Excellent ! One of the very best !
as the honourable Senator Schumer said.”…….they have 6 ways to Sunday of getting you!”…to me, that was an admission that unelected bureaucrats run the show.
The way *they* treat Trump reminds me of Perot… on steroids.
Cannot say whether Trump started this journey as a populist, but that is what he has become, if not. That is what scares *them* about Trump, and why his statement is accurate:
“In reality, they’re not after me. They’re after you — and I’m just in the way.”
Perot opposed the *first* step toward globalization, NAFTA, characterizing jobs lost to Mexico as a “giant sucking sound” of American labor being flushed down the economic toilet.
So Trump’s comment reveals, much like *their* support for BLM, LBTQ…+, and Antifa, that the political divide we see today is not a left-right split (as *their* legacy media repeatedly assure us), but rather between deep state and government authoritarians, on the one hand, and we, the people, on the other.
This is a basic conflict which exists in every human society, and always has… A balancing act between law and order (obedience) and individual freedom and responsibility (liberty). Get the balance wrong and… history is littered with Ozymandias’.
*Their* point about Trump (and RFK) is simple: The people can have no champion.
Perot was a decent man and had an honorable desire to help his country. If you join a group that turns out to be crooked, then you must leave. Because they will force to be a crook or they’ll make you look like one.
They also threatened his family.
Indeed left right is totally misleading as i analysed in my 1988 book The Emancipated Society (on Amazon). Vertical not horizontal politics! From Authoritarian to Libertarian – with most western “democratic” parties firmly on the authoritarian end of the axis!
Did you not notice he did not start any wars and tried to end them? Plus he started giving actual fair free trade deals to Africa instead of debt and conditional aid? And he annoyed the Europeans and didn’t like NATO.
Why can you not see that he is clearly dangerous?
Did you notice he cut taxes for the very rich. He bombed Syria. Rejected peace with Iran and recognized the occupied Gollan heights as annexed territory to show submission to Israel.
Considering Trump as the best choice is the best read on reality without a crystal ball, but Trump worship is not healthy. Trump registers as a deeply flawed individual so far, however, people do change and the weight of a responsibility straightens the spine. I am hopeful, cautiously that is.
Ash, you should host the Daily Show instead of the woke pukes they got there now. You are TOO funny….
“Did you not notice he did not start any wars and tried to end them?”
Yea right, he tried hard to end war in Syria, and Ukraine, and Yemen, and Lybia. It was all over the news. I remember him saying: “let’s not fire cruise missiles into Syria becaus of false flag, and make peace instead”. I remember him saying: “let’s not steal Syrian oil”. I remember him saying: “let’s stop giving more weapons to Saudis, because they use it Yemen”. I remember him saying: “let’s not relocate Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem”. I remember him saying: “let’s stop arming Nazis in Ukraine”.
Trump was controlled by Sheldon Adelson, who made him hire John Bolton; move embassy to Jerusalem; and go after Assange, even after Assange’s work gave Trump so much credit. Wtf. But Trump had his four years, but still couldn’t get the drug makers out of Afghanistan, still had problems standing up a worthy cabinet. Now that Adelson’s dead, will he do a better job? Or be forced to continue the proxy wars against China + Russia?
Time will tell. “Meet the new boss…Same as the old boss”. Not even Arnold could beat his Blob. Tough work.
I’m hoping for Trump 2,0 The Revenge Tour.
Scorched Earth in DC.
It seems to be what the insiders are scared shitless off.
Come on Alex, you should be familiar with this kabuki theater by now. Hope from him? Nothing of the sort the common citizen expects, just smoke in our eyes.
Trump’s humanism was exploited and weaponised. A ‘weakness’ of humane people is that they tend to think and believe that others are humane like them. Trump underestimated the desperation of the deep state and allowed his inner circles to be peopled with snakes; both green mambas and black vipers. In a normal world, Trump should have a double Nobel Prizes for preventing wars and his meeting with NK Kim Jong Un was a masterstroke, totally unprecedented. Another US President was ‘dashed’ the Nobel before even doing anything, all in a bid to sell him to a doubting public over his redacted past and foggy birth certificate. Old Alfred must have wailed in his grave. I stopped having any iota of respect for the Nobel Committee from that faux pas.
Trump could be said to be an insider right from the 80s but what was he thinking when mad neocon Bolton and Rudy who tampered with and hauled ‘hot’ crime scene evidence from the smoky ruins in NY would eventually become Trump’s henchmen with powerful influence over him? The cold-blood murder of Gen. Qasem Soleimani cast a very dark shadow on Trump’s legacy. It was Rudy who finally nailed Trump with the disgraceful manner the 2020 elections petitions were handled. Could Trump be said to be a poor judge of human character? The spate of the betrayals from his White House was astonishing; the FBI, the CIA, the DOJ, the JCS, the SCOTUS, his own VP, Pence!!!
His poor scores included the handling of the plannedemic and his eventual being jabbed resonated badly with his supporters. His weak handling of the Antifa/BLM terrorism displayed unpardonable weakness. The refusal to fully declassify JFK files was suspicious and totally out of character from what the Small Town, USA expected. This fueled strong rumors that Trump is another act of controlled oppo by the swamp critters.
For all it’s worth, the last has not been told of this very remarkable man.
You have left out the whole tenor of the 24/7 coup attempts taking place. Let’s not be naive here. He was used to real estate slime…not traitors…not insubordinate underlings who were protected from firings by the merit promotion system. Appointees are one thing. Civil service is another. You go work in that environment and see if you accomplish everything you want to…,Pelosi…McConnell…Schumer…the list goes on endlessly…
This will help…outstanding interview with Glenn…not the full interview which is 2hrs 17 mins…this is a segment…

Funny how Bill Barr, now, cannot shut his mouth.
These developments directly and concretely point right at him. . . .Mr. Permanent Washington DC Criminal Himself!
And relatedly. . . .In my view, Barr actually has more explaining to do than Biden Gangster Cohort. Barr’s fat ass sat on on all this. . . .–and not just Hunter’s laptop.
In any trial, all of Barr’s communications must be revealed.
And, whomever next president might be, would they have the wisdom and purpose and courage to see all Barr’s communications made public? Does anyone seriously think even Kennedy or Trump might slay that dragon? Don’t hold your breath. . . .
Barr, the Mother of all Trojan Horses.
-30-
Bill Barr was supposed to have been “the savior of our democracy.” Like this guy John Durham. Does anybody remember the Durham Report? And now RFK, Jr. “The CIA killed my Daddy!” Boo. Hoo. Hasn’t the United States seen enough Kennedys?
RFK, Jr’s wife hung herself in the family barn. If the American People allow yet another Kenndy into high office, we will all end up hanging in the Kennedy family barn, by our heels. Or another dead Kennedy starlet. Or another Kennedy groupie drowned in a Kennedy car.
The Kennedy family barn will become the American Meat Locker.
Lies and liars everywhere. Democracy is a fiction. Nobody has one. Not one country. Democracy is something the Greeks made up. Democracy is a myth. The United States is a Constitutional Republic with some — SOME — democratic privileges which have all been revoked.
The whole idea that our government is saving the world for something that does not exist ought to be obvious to everybody by now.
“You are master of the unspoken word, slave to the spoken.” Let Bill Barr run his mouth off. Every time Bill Barr opens his mouth another 6-foot hole appears at his feet.
1000 up votes!!
Yup, you nailed it. Bill Barr, what a tool.
Bill Barr started his career at the CIA then transitioned undercover. The CIA helped him move up quickly where under Bush I he got all the Iran-Contra criminals pardoned. Under Trump, Barr quickly got a retired senior Mexican General released after arrest in Los Angeles, lest he start talking about the CIA’s drug trade. Details here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vMmeImFzYRk&t=20s
Let me connect a couple of dots for you. But before you go into meltdown do a little search.
Bill Barr’s dad was a principal of an exclusive high school, where Epstein used to teach Math. These people come from the same circle in hell.
I listened to it all: absolutely spot-on. Only way I would fault the excellent Robert Barnes is, he dismisses the Dominion Software vote-flipping and rigging. No matter the other shenanigans in Georgia, Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania etc, Dominion’s algorithm was what finally handed the election to Biden — ILLEGALLY. Look up Dr Shiva Ayyadurai’s expert panel.
Hammer and Scorecard Mathematical Analysis of Trump Biden 2020 Election Vote Counts In Four Counties — (it’s a lengthy and demanding mathematical breakdown, but it’s conclusive)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBkVzdVoWe4
I’m old enough to remember in the pre Dominion voting machines, when it was Diebold voting machines that delivered for Bush Jr., and the Democrats who led the charge to expose election irregularities. Beverly Harris of Blackbox voting exposing fraction magic vote or Greg Pallast’s decade long battle to expose election irregularities. “Nihil novum sub sole” – Ecclesiastes
Do you remember Carl Rove and the death of his IT man?
https://www.projectcensored.org/12-mysterious-death-of-mike-connell-karl-roves-election-thief/
Barnes has to dismiss “the Dominion Software vote-flipping and rigging” scandal. Lawfare will sue his ass. And anybody else’s who doesn’t believe the United States carries out free and fair elections.
Willow, Barnes was saying that about Dominion long before they started suing. I watch his show and he thought Sidney Powell’s claims were an absurd red-herring that distracted from more proven election fraud claims and hurt the case in the field of public opinion. He said the courts do respond to public opinion and it could have made it more difficult to take the GA case seriously. Not only that but the lawyers sent by the RNC were the same lawyers for RatsAsperger. The RNC controlled the election disputes. The election was stolen the old-fashioned way—by stuffing the ballot box. He covers how they did it, not just on the Duran but on other shows in great detail. Though, none of this means he thought the machines should not be looked at ever at all. He prefers paper ballots leaving a trail and that the Constitution sets aside “a Day” capital letter for the election—not days, or weeks or a month but “a Day.” I have to wonder why no one has sued any State with more than a day of voting. Kari Lake said the same thing—”a Day.” Don’t take my word for it, just look up the Elections clause. If it is to be changed then it requires an Amendment. It opens the door up to fraud if a voting period is too extended.
Actually he did not.
He stated it was a “red herring” introduced to sideline Sidney Powell and discredit her…..
He stated Dominion voting machines enabled Georgia to print extra ballots……then during the “water leak” it might have been possible to switch out ballots and substitute….
His point was – it was NOT the best argument when there were far better ones – such as 10,000 DECEASED voting – or other discrepancies in 100,000 ballots……….in short there were excellent arguments for a Re-Run during the Congressional Re-Run Election already scheduled……..
He thought the Dominion Voting Machines claims of “German Servers” and “Venezuelan Software” were not a valid basis on which to file in Court…..and he did draft Court Filings in Georgia
Smartmatic, the voting machine software used by Dominion and other voting machine companies, is owned by the infamous Lord Malloch-Brown, who, among other roles in the British imperial matrix, has served as the British controller of George Soros, serving as an officer in several Soros institutions including the Open Society and the International Crisis Group. Malloch-Brown recently re-tweeted a message from Patrick Gaspard, the President of the Open Society Foundations, which reads: “Hey Dems, you’re about to retake the Presidency from the hands of this madman. Stop walking around like zombies. Stop the flagellation about all the people who voted for the racist misogynist. Recognize the win. Own it. And do something with it.”
Red Herring, or Redcoat?
They’re Brits. They’re inbred to interfere in other nations’ business, elections, government, civil rights……you name it, they’ve interfered with it.
Paul Greenwood,
I was referring to the “German servers” Venezuela software” when I mentioned Powell’s claims on the machines. He did say those claims were a red-herring because they distracted from better arguments. I’m pretty sure I recalled that correctly because he has said it numerous times on different local episodes since the election.
I watch Barnes every week on Viva Frei and he sometimes changes my mind. Duran is great site for information on Europe.
Barnes was on full auto today & Mercouris not far behind. Excellent piece & a pleasant surprise that Larry referenced it just after I finished watching. Don’t want to think too much about the content because it’s beyond depressing. The country really is at a precipice, in more way than one but this is a big one.
Another nice piece today, Tucker interviewing MacGregor.
Greetings, Mr Johnson. I normally don’t play Internet or Grammar Nazi, kindly edit this post and change intelligence to intelligent in 3rd line, 2nd para.
I think George State should be Georgia State in 5th line, 2nd to last para.
Highest regards.
You’re not a Nazi. Thanks for your sharp eyes. I’m human. I make mistakes.
There is a very good blogger in the UK, Richard North, who encourages commenters to identify typos etc (politely), which he then corrects. It’s a good system.
I’ve been trying with no luck to get Alex Christoforou to stop breaking two fundamental grammar rules in one sentence that most of us master by the third grade and stop saying ‘me and you’ instead of ‘you and I’. Hearing him is like nails on a chalkboard for me. Doesn’t do Mercouris’ or his ‘proper English’ the justice they deserve. If Alex weren’t a native speaker, it’d be one thing but………
But he is not a native English speaker.
Fingers on the chalkboard, really?
Alex speaks good English and communicates well. He also, speaks fluent Greek and Russian. I myself speak 3 languages and keeping syntax straight, when conversing, escapes me especially between French and English. However, the foremost goal of any language, is getting points across in a conversation. What about you, do you speak any other language as good as Alex speaks English? I doubt it or you wouldn’t be so tortured, my poor man. Wow, all this important and timely information from Larry and Alex and we have people pointing out how tortured they are about geammar? Wow!
Thank you Larry and Scott.
I forgot to thank Alex and Alexander, Bob Barnes, Col. McGregor, Judge Napolitano, Mr. McGovern, Mr. Giraldi, Mr. Crooke and many others that help us stay well informed and enable us to spread the truth in our little circles. One can never tell how far the ripples will travel.
“Fingers on the chalkboard, really?”
Sounds real to me. People with anxiety disorders can be triggered by seemingly random things. It’s not a matter of conscious choice.
I disagree with complaints about Christoforou’s English skills, but even more with your passive-aggressive response. This is not Twitter/Facebook/whatever.
The only pronouns which people should worry about is which first person pronoun, singular or plural, should be used and in which order. I agree with your comment.
The other is the failure to use proper adverbs.
I don’t think that diagramming sentences us taught anymore. Diagramming Latin sentences sure clarified English, for me.
For the record, Alex was born in the US, the son of a diplomat. Raised in the US, Mexico, and Russia. He received his Bachelor’s from William and Mary.
Sorry…no excuses…he is just like most Americans who do not know when to use which pronouns. We are not talking about an adult ESL speaker here. He grew up speaking English.
No, Femi is definitely a Nazi. The leader of the Yoruba Nazis. Keep an eye on him. Kidding.
In modern day USA everyone is a Nazi, except the real Nazis.
Speaking of real Nazis, German magazine Welt just published a photo of Ukrainan soldier with Black Sun patch.
https://www.welt.de/kultur/plus246979744/Ukraine-Nur-eine-Art-der-Kriegsfuehrung-hat-jetzt-noch-Aussicht-auf-Erfolg.html?icid=search.product.onsitesearch

Well, isn’t that sweet. Welt probably thought it was a helmet vent. Germans erased their inconvenient history already. No doubt why they can’t recognize its rebirth in Ukraine.
@Achtung! Uvaga!
I know that displaying some symbols is illegal in Germany, and thought this was one of them. I found a list on Wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strafgesetzbuch_section_86a
I don’t see Black Sun there, but I see Russian Z and some red flags.
I’m human. I make mistakes.

You are not a Nazi.
Sieg Heils, Baby.
Which means what, that you are?
Translation: “Hail to Victory.” I am wishing “Femi” luck. To you Smokey I say KMA you tight ass. Is that enough English Language for you?
LOL. Don’t be sore. Getting your meaning’s a chore but getting your goat’s a good-hearted roar.
Peace.

The Collective West never cared about Westerners
Mine is a Daoist philosophy, but I’m addicted to his passionate videos and standing up to the western MSM propaganda.
Who did they ever care about, Russians, Africans, Chinese, the Americans, Australians. Who exactly besides the Westerners did they care about. Don’t feel so sorry for yourself it defeats your spirit. Some poor, Sub Saharan guy climbing a thornbush for a few berries left by the birds, might think you have it made in the shade; and might ask you if you can spare him your old house slippers to keep thorns from piercing his feet.
Robert Barnes said he was right in the middle of all that George stuff and they had just as much reason to indict him as anyone else. From that interview with The Duran, it is easy to see why they didn’t. Barnes has a reputation for winning cases and he would have shredded the prosecution in the event they indicted him. IMHO
Only if he’s learned to slow down and condense his jury deliveries to the essentials , because otherwise he himself’d be arrested, for zipping through a verbal school zone at 80 mph. 😉
Between he and Mercouris, I was mesmerized for 2.5 hrs.
Hatred is the cancer of the soul…
There is a huge difference between hatred and anger. The Lord Jesus said, “be angry and sin not”.
In case many, if not millions of Americans haven’t noticed, what is destroying our country and trashing our system of law and order is not some foreign, hostile nation, trying to weaken and conquer us from afar… it is the irrational, mortal, all-consuming, hatred, created in the minds of tens of millions of Americans, out of thin air, by a few strategically placed individuals, leading the narrative against ONE, innocent man.
No one can point out truthfully what DJT did to merit such degree of hate, except to go against the grain of neocons and the Deep State.
Imagine that right now our country’s foundations are literally crumbling, our socio, political and economic powerhouse is being demolished, family and friends are torn apart, not by an invading enemy, a national health epidemic or a famine, but sheer, unadulterated, senseless hatred.
And if DJT goes down on any of these bullsh*t indictments, we will commence in earnest, the bleakest period, perhaps for ever, our country has ever undergone, led by a new tyrannical system, the likes of which we have never, here-to-fore ever experienced.
Let me add that the fires in Hawaii have all the tell-tale signs of another artificial crisis, like Covid, the riots allowed to go on in the summer of 2020, the George Floyd murder by self-inflicted overdose of fentanyl, the non-insurrection insurrection, the bogus impeachments. Democrat leaders in Hawaii let it burn, while they all watched it, in order to use it as an excuse, to usher in a new era of ever more draconian measures to combat climate change, ha!
Ha, ha, ha! Can’t contain my laugh. I just posted a comment in which I suggested that the Hawaii fires was going to be used as another fabricated crisis to push the green agenda.
What do you know? Just read article on the Gateway Pundit, that Democrat activist are asking JB to use Hawaiian fires to declare a national climate crisis emergency!!!
Pantheist Neo-Paganism. It is funny how deep-down the primeval instincts come to the fore. It is so evident what Christianity did for The Western World – saving it from being consumed by Paganism and Child Sacrifice and Tree and Fire Mountain worshippers.
Human Beings are fundamentally evil if they fail to practise self-restraint or adhere to rules of conduct. First “they” broke down the system and then tried to impose their own “chaotic rules” on everyone to create their “reality”
It is an especial problem in USA which has been captured by “cliques” since inception and infused with gangster-groups imported from Europe and Asia and latterly South America who have carved out their own politico-commercial space.
Oliver Anthony made a country song say more than the “cliques” wanted anyone to hear
Pantheism actually shares with Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, the ancient Greeks and the Jewish Kabbah that God (Creator etc.) is a part of everything, and animates everything. It is only the minority in modern Jewry & Christianity that denies what the bulk of the world’s population believe.
Humans are not innately evil, we simply have two forces acting upon us, the higher spiritual and lower animalistic desire. We have free will to choose which way we go. Just another way of looking at things. The early Cristian Gnostics also had very different beliefs to the institutionalized church that formed later.
As to Robert Barnes, always enjoy him, very sharp, intellectual and never boring.
Pantheists confused creation with the Creator.
https://www.basicincome.com/bp/pantheismcertainlyis.htm
Abraham confused voices in his head with the Creator. His followers confused lunactic for a normal man.
Thank you for your response to Paul Greenwood. I am often saddened by the mindless spouting of narrow Christian beliefs and dogma as absolute truth with The Bible quoted as evidence. I sometimes consider responding, but narrow minded people are unlikely to hear – never mind understand – any view that does not confirm their own, so engaging seems pointless.
I applaud your coherent and intelligent reply.
All world religions that have the Absolute Good are good. Good – meaning humanist.
Plato , not religious, identified the absolute Good in the Allegory of the Cave, around 330BC. China’s Confucianism, not a religion, links the East and West, as Leibniz wrote.
The US Constitution Preamble uniquely with the General Welfare , puts Pursuit of Happiness above mere Property, which is what the crisis is all about.
I think people can identify the Good in someone even if that person abjures.
Climate Crisis. Yeah, the money grabbers and the land grabbers and the land speculators just arrived in Hawaii. And the environmentalists. Climate Crisis. More like the climate of greed and avarice.
This country was built using arson. The wildfires in the United States and Canada? Somebody is building another country. Or countries. Somebody has something you want? Burn them out.
That’s why Biden’s mouth was hanging open. “Damn! I could have stolen millions (billions) more.”
Maui is like the wealthy and elites saying: “We made so much money stealing the land from the ignorant savages and building a paradise the first time, let’s burn it all down and do it all over again!” We will make a fortune (all over again).
Things are built with live money. Once they are built it’s all dead money. Dead money and taxes. Kindling.
“All the good stuff has been taken.” I know! Let’s take it all over again!
Gentrification with a vengeance.
Maybe a NATIONAL LEADERSHIP CRISIS would be better? Here is the explanation for those with some meteorology background:
The Real Cause of the Maui Wildfire Disaster
“This blog will discuss the key reason for the Maui disaster, one not discussed by the media and others: a high amplitude atmospheric wave forced by strong winds interacting with the mountains of northwest Maui.”
“An atmosphere wave that produced powerful, dry downslope winds on the western slopes of West Maui mountains.”
https://cliffmass.blogspot.com/2023/08/the-real-cause-of-maui-wildfire-disaster.html
Absolutely brilliant Alexander Mercouris!
“What is unknown is the depth and scale of the damage that will be inflicted on the American Republic until this egregious attack on the Constitution is quashed.”
What is known is the media, judicial and establishment reaction to the Jan 6 ‘selfie insurrection’ was successful in shutting down and intimidating those who may have taken a stand now to protest what is happening.
The result is people who know better are sitting this one out.
In that sense the people perpetuating injustice have already won. The public are scared of power. Of consequences. And tired. They understand they have little space and no real voice or representation.
The supreme court is bizarre. It is so politicized it can barely apply the law and looks panicked over media and public reaction. Is there impartiality there, are there the guts to touch this? They passed ball before and I can’t see them reviewing merits in any detail just points of law.
Let’s see. But the silence on the American right is deafening.
I agree. The Court has:
Three probably solid jurists: Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch
Two squishes: Kavanaugh and Barrett
One weasel: Roberts
And three perfidious partisan hacks: Kagan, Sotomayor, Jackson
Roberts’ last-minute re-write of his Obamacare decision in 2012 showed how the Deep State had the goods on him. Was it “irregularities” with his kids’ adoptions? Or was he the John Roberts in the passenger log to Epstein Island? When he appeared in public at the time of the decision, he looked like he’d seen a ghost. You could practically seen the pee dripping down his pant leg.
Larry, glad you referred to the U.S. as an American Republic and not a “democracy” — the word trotted out nightly by the lying traitors, empty suits and mindless, dizzy women over at CNN. Whenever one hears a Washington D.C. politician trot out that word, one can be certain he is listening to a Christ-hating Marxist tyrant.
(Our great Founding Fathers HATED the idea of America ever becoming a “democracy”, and rightly so. What a democracy actually is is a vehicle whereby the covetous, ignorant masses use the election booth to vote in corrupt politicians who are willing to legalize the regulation and theft of private property — in defiance of Triune God’s 8th and 10th Commandments. In this system, the politicians all take their cut, and get rich doing so. The system is perpetuated and legitimized through the Marxist government high schools and colleges. President Trump promised to eliminate the U.S. Department of “Education” — a $50 Billion boondoggle, and if re-elected, he had better keep that promise if America is to survive.)
Here is a recent and highly relevant sermon by Brian Schwertley entitled “Education and Dominion”:

I am most grateful that you are talking the time to shine the light of truth upon the Great Election Steal of 2020.
Democracy, two wolves and one sheep discussing what’s for dinner.
A heart-rending story about the Ukrainian army
https://www.kp.ru/daily/27544/4811498/
Living corpses from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Terrible trench truth “from the other side” – why Ukrainians surrender en masse
Why Russian captivity for hundreds of Ukrainians has become a “survival name”
YOURSELF – FEAR!
Late in the evening, a Russian patrol on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region detained three Ukrainian soldiers who swam across the river to surrender and brought with them three machine guns, 12 equipped magazines for them and an RPG with three shots. The intentions of the Ukrainians were clearly signaled by a white rag tied to a stick.
– Constant artillery and mortar attacks from the left bank, we could not complete a single task from the commander, whom I saw only on the first day. And then he was always somewhere in the rear. On the third day they began to starve. Rations, as they said, are not delivered, because there is no fuel. It’s like they buy it with their own money. And our pockets are empty, – later one of them told why he decided to surrender. – I made a decision for myself at the first opportunity to surrender. Being at the extreme position along the banks of the Dnieper River during the day, I noticed a boat. At night, with two of my comrades, who also agreed with me on the whole, we swam across to the left bank. We found a white rag, tied it to a stick and swam. It was very scary, because our people could start shooting at us at any moment.
Even when crossing the river, they were afraid not of Russian soldiers, but of their own. The fact that they will start shooting at them. And they had every reason to do so. Now a video about the exchange of fire between the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine among themselves is widely dispersed on the Web. As the Ukrainians themselves comment on the situation, in the video a detachment of notorious Bandera and mercenaries tried to shoot soldiers who did not want to go on the offensive. They responded with fierce fire.
The Ukrainian soldiers have very little desire to go on the offensive. So much so that the other day, two out of three airmobile (one would like to write air-tomb) battalions, about 500 people, simply refused to go on the attack. And an increasing number of those mobilized forcibly at the first opportunity prefer to raise the white flag and hands, and surrender their weapons.
So the well-known Ukrainian anecdote: “Mom, write immediately to captivity,” turns out to be not such an anecdote after all.
At the same time, the surrendering Ukrainians clearly show three groups of reasons that contribute to their adoption of this decision. Dozens of typical stories from those who surrendered make it possible to group them quite clearly, regardless of the age of the prisoners, their professions and experience in the former civilian life. And there are more and more such stories.
HIGH LOSSES OF THE UKRAINIANS AND THE DEALING EFFICIENCY OF THE RUSSIANS
– There were 100 of us, and less than half remained. What can be the fighting spirit or morale after that.
– In one of the battalions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Krasnolimansky direction, out of 300 servicemen, five people survived. One of the Ukrainian battalions lost 155 people in the Zaporozhye tactical direction.
– They didn’t let the head out of the dugout. The shelling began, grenades were thrown from drones, we were fired from RPGs. They said to get out, we consulted, but what to do? Got out. They took off our armor, took off our helmets and took us away.
– All attempts to gain a foothold are mixed with the ground by your artillery, and when you storm, our artillery also throws right at us, knowing full well that there are people here.
– The first company is already half gone, my platoon is gone, the third – the remnants, the battalion is gone, the losses are terrible.
– The whole crowd of 740 people came to defend Batkivshchyna in the direction, and in three weeks about 260 people remained from this crowd.
– The conductor was not from our brigade. He did not even bring us to the very place about 150 meters. On the way to the point, the two that went first were blown up. One immediately 200, and the second friend expired a little later. The connection didn’t work. Literally immediately, Russian artillery began to work on us.
– They send dozens – hundreds to clean up the planting (forest planting – approx. Aut.), And then they can’t collect any of the lads.
– I was the only one left alive from the platoon, and then only because I surrendered.
LACK OF TRAINING, SUPPLY AND COMMAND ATTITUDE
– They issued airsoft plates (in body armor) before the assault, which the AK-74 caliber 5.45 mm shoots through.
– They did not teach either tactics or automatic exercises. Nothing. Sent stupidly without exercises.
– We got in touch – there was no connection. We asked for support – no one answered. Those who were taken prisoner survived. Nobody wants to serve because that’s the attitude. I think more than half of the unit is gone.
– The level of equipment – they gave me an old machine gun, seventy-ninth, in my opinion, the year AK-74. In order to disassemble it, I had to beat them against the wall. It was rusty. I could neither remove the cover nor unscrew the muzzle. The machine guns were in very poor condition, the grenades were Soviet, the machine guns were in the same condition. They brought little food. Recently, they even took water themselves.
– Then our drone flew in and dropped a VOG (fragmentation shot from a grenade launcher – ed.) between me and your guys. I think so, mine saw that I was in captivity, but they did it on purpose so that I would not give anything to the Russians.
– I didn’t pass the medical examination, they said right away – I’m healthy. Three horns of four cartridges – that’s all the training. The level of training is very poor.
– At the position, we buy ammunition, machine guns, grenades, body armor at our own expense. The same goes for helmets.
– The military registration and enlistment office caught at the exit from the supermarket – handed the summons and said to go with them. I went. Things have already been brought by the mother to the landfill. After that, they were immediately sent to school. We shot a couple of times, nine rounds each, and hit the targets. And so, basically, they walked through the forest and allegedly trained tactical skills, but I did not receive any tactical skills.
– Fighting morale is low, because there is no competent attitude from the authorities. To the soldiers – as to consumables
– The brigade commander sent to the village of Partizanskoye in the Nikolaev region directly to the position of the Russian troops, ordering, in which case, to call fire on himself.
– Thousands are dying, and thousands of the wounded are lying around unneeded and forgotten. Hospitals do not want to accept them, in particular, in the military hospital of Mukachevo, the wounded lie in the corridor, where they are not fed, given no clothes and no medical care is provided.
– The senior of the group said that he would lead the evacuation, left, but never returned.
– We have little preparation, little was said in France and there is no special preparation here. Why send us there to study? I don’t know who the French and British fought, what can they teach?
– The commanders have an attitude as to disposable things – “now you are – you will not be, we will find new ones.” For them, we are a disposable toy. That’s what I was told on the first day I arrived – “new one-offs have arrived.”
– The majority no longer wants to go to war, we are tired of all this and the attitude of commanders towards soldiers.
HUMANITY TO PRISONERS
Do you know what ours did with those three prisoners who crossed the Dnieper in a boat when they brought the unit to the location? Fed. And even before the interrogation. Of course, it can be assumed that they did it on purpose so that they softened before interrogation, but this would be an erroneous version. To those who were forcibly mobilized, who offered no resistance, and even to those who came and surrendered themselves, our military treats them as if they were lost relatives.
– No one beat us, did not mock us in captivity, even with words, – this is a common refrain in the stories of captured Ukrainians. But there are also details.
– They bandaged my wound, sent me to the infirmary, and immediately provided medical assistance.
– The Russians shared their dry rations, cigarettes, gave tea.
– They give me medical attention. The doctor comes, looks at the wounds, treats them. Prick vitamins. To be honest, I did not expect such an attitude.
– In captivity, we were treated better than our former command.
– I did not think that we would be treated well in captivity. They shared the last one. The last meal was shared with me. And we were told something completely different – that it is better not to surrender.
And the general final refrain: “I want our people to drop their weapons and stop fighting.”
BEING AND CONSCIOUSNESS
Only in the last couple of weeks, dozens of such stories. And their uniformity only emphasizes the real, not staged character. This is not a riot of Zelensky’s fantasies or his accomplices, but the undisguised and not embellished truth of the trench.
Probably, many of the readers are now somewhat disappointed that not lofty motives, but rather pragmatic reasons became the reasons for the surrender of these and hundreds of other Ukrainians into captivity. Where, they say, is the denunciation of the venality of Zelensky and his team, where is the dissatisfaction with the fact that Ukraine was forced to serve on errands with the West? And another, another, another…
And why, if “the majority does not want to fight,” did they not stick their bayonets into the ground or turn them on Kyiv, but continue to attack? Who was in the army, for that the answer to the last question is known. There are too many things mixed up there – the need to obey commanders, punishment by Nazi volunteers in their unit, up to execution by their own, the inability to organize themselves, the fear of persecution of family members remaining in Ukraine, and much, much more.
But as for those who are dissatisfied with the lack of “high” motivation for those who surrender, for a start I can advise lovers of high matters not to even sit in the trenches under fire and not go into a couple of attacks, but at least with full gear to make a forced march in the current heat of kilometers at least ten. However, even without the heat is enough to clarify, or rather, clouding the brain.
I have enough of these, everyday and mundane motives. Yes, the morale of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is still far from being completely broken, hundreds surrender, but tens of thousands continue to fight to the death. Although the number of deserters in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is growing exponentially. In the Ukrainian General Staff, according to information from Kyiv, anxiety is growing over the increasing cases of surrender of entire units. An order was given to strengthen military discipline in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, before entering the positions, the phones of the mobilized were taken away, and any attempts to leave the positions were treated as desertion. In some parts, even cartridges are issued only before the battle, in order to reduce the number of suicides.
And let them give up now for domestic reasons. The main thing is to stop shooting. To understand that the best way to save your life is to surrender to the Russians. That captivity has turned from a noun into a survival name for Ukrainians. And the realization of what, how and why it is arranged in this world will come later. In the end, no one has canceled the thesis of Marxist-Leninist philosophy, which is far from being wrong in everything, that being determines consciousness.
So, mom, it’s better to write immediately in captivity. Make no mistake. This is the best option for the Ukrainian military.
What does Marxist-Leninist ‘philosophy’ have to do with the price of tea in Krasnodar?
@Simply Curious “What does Marxist-Leninist ‘philosophy’ have to do with the price of tea in Krasnodar?”
Marxist-Leninist philosophy values the lives of the soldiers as equal to the commanders and financiers.
One can argue as to whether the Soviet Union managed to actually practice that philosophy, but it was an ideal that underpinned it, and still informs the ideals of many former USSR citizens. Just as the idea of “free market” capitalism, rugged individualism, and exceptionalism inform the ideals of many Americans.
Moving piece. Thanks.
I used to think Ukraine “supporters” were well-meaning idiots. Now I’m not so sure.
MSM imbibers have been given a totally warped view of what they are cheering for, but it is not difficult to do a little research and discover the reality. At that point, you have to be deeply sinister to continue cheering.
The only people I’ve cheered for during this entire fiasco from 2014 on has been for the Donbassers, since their rights were clearly torn from them in a purposeful banderite bloodletting. If there ever was an R2P operation deserving of the name, Donbass was it. If there ever was a travesty of simple human norms, Ukraine and its enablers were it.
For anyone puzzled by the seemingly random numbers that occasionally pop-up in such descriptions: like 100, 200, 300, etc, they are code words / slang from the Soviet era:
100 = ammunition
200 = dead / killed
300 = wounded
Cargo 200
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cargo_200_(code_name)
FYI
Might as well add: countdown = 300, 30, 3 (fire on 3)
Not to be confused with 333. 🙂
Or Nuland’s call sign, 666.
Благодарим вас за исправление машинного перевода. I started to slowly work thru the machine translation, and then discovered you already did!
The politicization of the justice, without punishment to the responsible, is the disgrace of this century. This happen not only in US, but is becoming the rule in several said “democratic countries”.
This open the doors for dictators and all kind of adventures to impose magic solutions, destroying the economy and societies.
Why is it that Alex looks frightened and Alexander can’t stop nodding? Could it be that they find Barnes as difficult to follow as I do?
I have seen a lot of very convincing evidence on BOTH SIDES of this argument.
Christoforou is an IT guy. Mercouris was a practising Barrister. Barnes is an Attorney. It seems wise for an IT guy to be silent when listening to lawyers discussing Case Law, Precdent and Constitutions. In some circles it is considered wise to be silent when you have little to contribute.
Mercouris was very interesting as was Barnes. There was nothing at all “difficult to follow” if you understand constitutional law or court procedures………that is the key. If you do not understand Senior Courts or Jurisprudence then it is time to submit to the wisdom and knowledge of those that do.
Barnes’ main issue is that Biden is a Lawyer and is busy overthrowing the US Constitution………….the consequences of which may well destroy the United States as a nation state……..
He is clear that Putin’s elections were ALL “cleaner” than those in USA and Russia had International Observers which US never has – and that US elections have always been highly suspect.
What anyone who is NOT a lawyer should be asking is simply how can the Executive use the Judiciary to prevent a political rival from standing in a contested election ?
What anyone who is not a lawyer should be asking is how it is possible to IMPEACH someone TWICE and then try to use the Court System to effectively IMPEACH a third time after two acquittals in Congress.
Americans may not follow the lawyers but they might ask why their Constitution is now meaningless garbage and their country a laughing stock around the world.
Remember that time when Russia had cameras installed over every tallying desk and had it streamed nonstop? If we were to demand that, (assuming paper ballots will still be legal) can you imagine the pushback it’d get?
I do not think anyone is laughing, people see a Constitution under threat and look over their own shoulders.
The US Constitution is not “garbage”!
It was expected from Day 1 to be under attack and indeed it is!
At least 1 US President served in jail.
At least 5 Presidents were assassinated or “died suddenly”.
Trump should have released ALL JFK files as per law – instead he balked and said “If you had seen the files you too would have refused”. He should have pardoned Assange, Ed. Snowden.
Justice’ long arc bends, even boomerangs!
@Paul Greenwood “He is clear that Putin’s elections were ALL “cleaner” than those in USA and Russia had International Observers which US never has – and that US elections have always been highly suspect.”
Elections in our so called ‘democracies’ are suspect no matter what country they are held in, because we are only allowed to vote for people who are chosen by ‘elites’.
Imagine if your president, and other government people were chosen from a larger pool? What if, instead of “the party” deciding who would be allowed to run, all candidates were able to run….suppose the presidential elections in 2016 had been between Clinton, Sanders, Trump, Bush, assorted other Republican hopefuls (whose names I do not remember now), as well as Green and Libertarian candidates.
I am Canadian, and it is very sad to me that there will probably be no candidates worth voting for in the next election. I From talking to American friends, it seems that many are just as dismayed by the possible choice being either Trump (or a Trump -light) or Biden. One then casts a vote for a candidate who has no possible chance of winning or does not bother voting at all.
How can that be called democracy?
You missed the point. Alex and Alexander are masters at this business and they always look very confident EXCEPT when interviewing Robert Barnes. Why is this? Do they feel they aren’t being given the opportunity to evaluate everything he says? He speaks very fast and crams enormous amounts of information into a very small space. I expect this is what makes him so successful. I’d be terrified. What concerns me is that the facts surrounding the (possibly) stolen election are not being dissected as they should be.
His is professional in imposing authority. Mercouris probably have some inferiority complex (because of difference in success level of their careers). Christoforou is not legal professional, and does not want to get into legal debates.
I think Barnes is full of BS, just like all the lawyers, but what do I know.
I find listening to Barnes a good alternative to popping some speed. (at least how I remember the sensation from eons ago) 😉
I too sometimes found Barnes hard to follow. Here is what I did. I moved the timer doohickey on the youtube player thingy back a few minutes and listened again. I recommend highly this sophisticated technique that can be learned after much practice.
Not sure what the “legally valid” Biden argument is. Something about blasphemy to claim US elections are not the fairest of the fair and purest of the pure with hell and damnation for any who utter such blasphemy, metted out by the our dear leader, the ultimate theocrat.
Well, thanks for teaching us a thingy or two 😉
Anybody heard from Gonzalo Lira?
Trump will be convicted. It does not matter if he is guilty or not. The US is not a nation of rule and law. And the fun part? It never has been. They just don’t hide it anymore. Cheers.
“Trump will be convicted”
On what indictment ? Do tell, it is fascinating that you are convinced in the aggregate but cannot specify on what charge he would be declared “convicted”.
I listened to Barnes and understand his logic as a lawyer, and although he shares the disdain for US judicial systems most Europeans have, he saw serious procedural problems which should concern you.
It may become a criminal offence for you, Curt, to approach your Congressman or Senator on any issue…………
It might be an imprisonable offence for you to declare anything that is contrary to the official view of the government………and you will be like a weather vane spinning as you learn your pronouns and the latest catechism from Woke Hill
So it is not actually Trump on trial………it is those people who beat their chests and declared they lived in the “Land of the Free” and declared if only the Germans had enjoyed a 2nd amendment they could have fought off the SS just as you are going to fight off National Guard and Paramilitaries from ATF and CIA when they decide you are an “Unbeliever” and “Disinformatist” and hold views prejudicial to the functioning of the New Society
Trump is 77 years old – you are probably a bit younger………he is telling you on Thursday, it is your fight
Nope it’s not Paul. I fought for this country. Got a bullet and a VA disability. I get 1200 tax free a month, free health care, and 6 Viagra. For murdering innocent people.
This country has always been a made by Hollywood fantasy concerning our freedom and goodness and “rightness” The current debacle is just an argument over who the next Overlords will be that rape the country and the world. And those Overlords are actually just the tools of the select few that run this country. That always have.
And over 50% of the country want Biden. If it wasn’t for the Electoral college, it wouldn’t be close. And every generation of the young want the Mommy slave state even more.
I’m out. I’ll let others die for their fantasies de jour. I’ll watch the fires from a beach overseas.
And the reason Ukraine has lost so many fewer casualties is because Russians are stupid, weak and a bunch of losers. Putin is terrified and humiliated by superior western weapons. It’s just a matter of time before they roll over and retreat at which time the US will carve Russia into multiple small corrupt countries we can exploit and push around like Ukraine by bribing their puppet government officials.
This will all go according to plan because we are a free democratic society that values personal liberties, governed and taxed by enlightened officials subject to checks and balances, accountable to hard-working, creative citizens, elected in honest elections monitored by a free and vigilant press that respects personal liberties.
Meanwhile our compassionate and wise leadership will show the way to a fair society with minimal corruption, wise immigration and border policies, drug abuse at historically low levels and tax policy that rewards hard work, initiative, and creative entrepreneurial production and growth, all without government subsidies that reward corrupt cronyism, parasitic sycophancy, or the scourge of corporatism.
What could go wrong with this strategy? It worked so well in Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq.

100 years ago American artist Robert Minor – notice the Russian in the background. Exactly today!
“On the International Slave Plantation . Who is that you are all going to whip , Mr. Legree?”
See the 3 Empires? Artists see stuff that no academic does!
I think they saw it clearly 100 years ago, and realized that the guy in the back is crucial. Excellent cartoon for those that can’t understand why The West hates Russians and support Nazis. It also explains why “the communism” became bogeyman.
I don’t think I could handle it I know election was stolen and deep state, trillionaire corps and Davos crowd will do everything they can to get rid a populist candidates of either party.. I like living and don’t need my blood pressure raised. I want to be like that dog where everything is burning around him and doesnt give a f**K. Any tips?
Can a ‘single big-man’ change the deep rooted course of the american system ?
NO
Changes do not and can not came from a ‘single big-man’ (not that even so much different from the other big-ones at the end).
Changes came only from the heart and will of people.
But american people likes their main-policies-of-life-style at the expense of the others, and likes their self-invented ‘exceptionalism’, and loves wars (only if fought in/on other countries).
They like it above all.
America will NOT change. It can not change.
Biden or Trump or whoeverelse: will not change a thing.
American citizens do NOT even think of changing themselves nor their habits, nor upgrade their culture. So what’s for in hoping?
They’re happy feeded and happy to be feeded with viseceral russian/socialist/foreign hates and hundreds of others phobias.
And that’s all for them. They feel great and enough with that.
They selfishly live by the “with us or against us” rule, even in the simpliest things (as healthcare, educations, salaries, and the likes)
Power is Money and MONEY buys (and sells) souls.
This will highly probably lead the world to the nuclear holocaust.
But in the end let’s be honest with’em:
who do really cares of a nuclear ending, if up until the last seconds before the destruction, can happily fill his pockets, mouth, stomach and brains with his favorite food ‘of egoistic dreams’ ?
Remenber, to make a situation chamge, any situation even the smaller and personal one:
will, brains and sacrifices are ALWAYS needed.
Perks and traits those, that they, unfortunatelly, do lack at all.
(as they have openly proved to the whole world since at least that November 22 of the 1963)
American citizens are doomed, and doomed exactly as they silently happily asked to be doomed.
They asked for it; they got it.
Useless now playing the childish ‘crying wolf’ card.
There’s no hope for them nor for the world for any change in the forced nuclear holocaust path.
The only freedom left to us all is just the one of betting on “when”:
day, month and year.
The nuclear clock is running, and running pretty fast.
So: learn what respect is, and be friendly and open-minded and open-hearted with anyone (and how to say “No, Sir”, at least sometimes).
It will not buys back your soul…
but it may, at least, slow down the clock a bit.
A scathing critique of U.S. intelligence agencies 🔥
Ex-US intelligence official: I’m not pro-Russian, but Russia wins outright
Anthony Shaffer is a former U.S. Army Reserve lieutenant colonel who became known for his views on faulty intelligence prior to the Sept. 11 attacks, as well as for the censorship of his book “Operation Dark Heart.” He stresses that he is not at all pro-Russian, but arrives at a damning verdict for the West, and the U.S. government in particular, regarding the conflict with Russia.

The delegation intends to discuss prospects for cooperation in the fight against international terrorism.

Sweden´s pm Kristersson misleading the people about Nato-approval from Turkey. A ratification is not really in sight. U.S has not promised to sell F-16s to Turkey, and the US, support the Kurd´s YPG, in Syria, to fight ISIS, (the terrorist group US, shaped against Syria), (you remember when the West called ISIS ” moderate rebels”ha-ha), with 156 million USD, and exercises with US.army) a nice relation, with Ankara. This from an experienced commentator, JG in the DN.(lib.)
Its the same with the Ukraine war, now the military pundits, show doubts if the Ukrainians counteroffensive will result in anything at all, but how come such intentional misleading, now they must prepare for a slow defeat, behind the F-16 & Gripen smoke bombs, to hide their bad evaluations, we paid them for. Because they are soaked in anti-Russia
mindsets, thats not good for a nation, to be dependent on, sorry but nothing else is possible, folks, for you…
Ask instead old commies about Russia, free of charge, to have a correct opinion, (but the commies must pay with exclusion for telling the truth) we trust Russia, the “working-class of the world”, they tell you what they going to do, and then they do it, no secrets is needed.

At Last a Perfect Soldier! by Robert Minor. July 1916.
Hey y’all. Don’t understand why some of you find Mr. Barnes difficult to follow- his logic is clear, simple, direct. He backs his assertions with case law precedent. He’s easy to understand. Look, I’m not a lawyer, I’m an engineer. Can’t be that tough. Maybe y’all need to re-read the Constitution and the Federalist Papers. Just Sayin…
I wish this was on another channel. I can’t stand mr. squishy pants and his dogs, and his cell phone notifications noises in the background
It’s just the limey accent that’s annoying you.
Notice how close it is to a New Yoak accent. Must be where the new yoaka’s got it from, those damned royalists.
Postscript:
Andrei Martyanovs has repeatedly demonstrated in his blog that the Russians have been preparing very long term, strategically and tactically for this confrontation with US-NATO and the G7.
The U.S.-West has walked on red-hot shards over which Russia had pulled a camouflage cap for a long time.
Only gradually Russia is pulling away this camouflage net.
The enlightenment of the West is a professional embarrassment.
An object lesson in the history of how intelligence agencies function in decline.
Putin have been talking about it all this time, but no one listened. I remeber The West laughing about Putin’s “cartoon weapons”.

The “Transition Integrity Project” notes, a Soros-network-linked collective, who in 2020 gamed out their strategy for preventing a Trump second term, the contest [ultimately] would become “a street fight – and not a legal battle.”
Imagine the Soros gaming now!
The ironic thing is is that Biden has done more to set back Soro’s “Open Society” initiative than Trump ever dreamed of:
“Russia and the Rest against the West” ~ Fiona Hill, John Bolton’s 2nd.

Were “Open Societies” the real objective? It looks more like they just wanted to ignite a conflict:
Soros Foundation Cuts EU Funding as Nationalist Groups Surge
“The retooling has left its European staff demotivated, with many worrying that the decision could be catastrophic for civil society in Europe…”
“It’s sort of strange that at this point when this civil society that OSF supported has finally materialized, it would defect from this battle when faced with groups funded by nationalist and far-right forces,”

Then feast off the chaos and destruction produced afterward?
Soros Foundation funding came from NED and State Department………he was only ever a front for the Taxpayer Subversion Fund
Soros is an Imperial operative, son an’ all.
Any western agency with ‘integrity’ in its name, I immediately know it’s trying to pull a fast one.
I guess I know why supreme court does nothing.

*** “Barnes is a terrific, articulate and damn smart attorney.” ***
If I’m shopping for a lawyer, I’d surely be looking for that type rather than a lousy, ineloquent, and damned stupid one.
I’d never heard of this Barnes fellow, and a quick search found he gets involved in really difficult cases. Alex Jones was one such, and another –
*** Constitutional Lawyer Robert Barnes Defends Andrew Tate – “This is a purely political prosecution!” ***
I couldn’t be a juror in a trial of Andrew Tate.
https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-features/andrew-tate-empire-real-story-1234696706/
For a trial to be a fair one, even people accused of a public ax-murderer need lawyers to ensure they don’t get railroaded. However, sometimes those Big Name Defendents are going to be found guilty of the charges against them – the evidence against them will be overwhelming.
The Fat Orange Guy is going to get a trial in Georgia. Likely it’ll be televised. The State will either have a good case with lots of convincing evidence, or it won’t. Within a year from now we’re likely to know what a jury decides.
One more thing:
*** 38:06 — More than 100,000 mail in ballots where the signatures did not match (which renders the ballot illegal under Georgia law). ***
This may be Georgia Law, but if I lived there I could not vote by means of a mailed ballot. My handwriting is totally crap these days because I Never Write! The only time I sign my name with any regularity is when I fill out some checks to pay bills. None of the scrawled signatures on those checks even remotely resemble each other.
It’s time to start using fingerprints as an ID for important things like voting.
Barnes says Trump does not hire good attorneys. Barnes escaped being added to the indictment as one of the attorneys because he left, after prepping 90% of the case. He left when what he called “the shit show” showed up of Powell and Giuliani. Rudy knows nothing about election cases, never handled one before. They eventually got rid of Powell too. He thinks she was set up to go with her Kraken route by filling her head with nonsense.
It is time to abolish Postal Ballots
Representation of the People Act 2000 was how Blair made post ballots available on demand and turnout increased enormously, especially in cemeteries……..his party stayed in power for 10 years…….
2021 election in Germany was heavily postal and the weird coalition that 77% Germans polled want rid of, was able to form a government of student politicians seeking to made irreversible change in society – by raising energy prices and trying to force de-industrialisation as an agenda
Postal Ballots are the basis of Fraud.
Irreversible change ? like NATO bombing NordStream?
I always believed that the failure to match ballot signatures to the signature cards on file invalidated tens of thousands of last minute mail in ballots, and also that the courts always dismissed the suits on procedural grounds, whether it was re; standing or something else, even though in so many of the suits there was sufficient evidence alleged to allow for a full blown case.
I also believed that William Barr who was most beholden to, and allied with the Bush family and Deep State, notwithstanding his authorization of the Durham investigation (which, albeit turned out to be ‘half pregnant’) and his attempt to do justice in the Flynn case, was more interested in seeing Trump lose, not only because of Trump’s anti-Republican establishment stances, but also because he saw managerial chaos in the Trump Administration.
My own sense is that, to a greater extent than prior Presidents, Trump (with his ‘odious’ Secretary of State Pompeo and odious National Security Advisor Bolton, sold out to Netanyahu and the most extremist of the Zionists, and also was beholden to the Rothschild interests because of their bailout of one of his bankruptcies years earlier. (Recall that he appointed their US representative Wilbur Ross as his US Secretary of Commerce.). He also made other truly horrendous appointments, such as Mike Pompeo and John Bolton, but only one outstanding one – the brilliant, supremely experienced and incredibly honest Douglas MacGregor. And I suppose it must be conceded that he did not start wars like his predecessors even though his foreign policy otherwise followed in the footsteps of Bush and Obama.
IMHO he won the election but we would have still been saddled with a son of a bitch disaster, though Biden has turned out to be worse and more corrupt.
You somehow forgot Trump’s appointee DIA chief Gen. Flynn, the first Russiagate target .
Now we know McCain handed the MI6 Christopher Steele Orbis Russiagate fake “Dossier” to DoJ.
In other Words – McCain was a British asset – should have registered as a Foreign Asset.
McCain – the guy at Ukraine Maidan when they flew the Confederacy Flag in full view.
Makes the Cookie Nuland look like mere extras-
Once this episode in America’s history has finally drawn to a close, Biden will become known in a next generation’s history books as the Boss Tweed of our time, but without the managerial talent. His corruption and Ukraine’s are to be locked together in history forever. Make no mistake, he’ll be a dedicated subheading called ‘The Coup Heard Round the World’ in the chapter dedicated to ‘The Neoconservative Movement’s Attempt at Molding the American Experience’, to put it kindly.

At Last a Perfect Soldier! by Robert Minor. July 1916.
Been there, done that ….
Having watched Alex Christoforou for a year around the beginning of the SMO, I recall that he briefly mentioned that he was born and raised in the US. This seems to be corroborated by information in a Net Worth Analysis article that he was born and raised in the US and “attended the College of William and Mary from 1990 to 1994 to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Economics.” This information is confirmed on his LinkedIn profile “Bachelor’s Degree in economics from the College of William and Mary and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.” His elementary grammatical error simply evidences the decline of US education at all levels that began in the ’60’s with the unionization of the teaching profession. His LinkedIn profile includes seventeen skills – none of which relate to geopolitical analysis. Rather, they demonstrate that his experience is in entrepreneurship including business planning, management, strategy, social media marketing start-ups, web technologies, online advertising.
All I know is that my belief’s always been that everyone in grammar school is taught two very simple rules. 1) you always put the other person first and 2) if in doubt, remove the other person from the sentence and see if your choice, I or me, he or him, works.
She and I went to the movies/She went to the movies/I went to the movies. (congratulations, you have been accepted into the educated classes)
Me and her went to the movies/Me went to the movies/Her went to the movies. (sorry, you just shoved yourself into the lower-middle class at best, no matter how big your bank account is).
I didn’t make society’s rules, it’s just the way it is – sort of like neck tattoos.
That said, one of the brightest guys I know, a first class tradesman and good friend, makes the same kind of mistakes from time to time (that his wife’s always correcting). So good grammar as an arbiter of character or intelligence doesn’t really work at all. After all, I’m sure Hunter Biden’s grammar is flawless, when he’s hooking a mark anyway.
Barnes on The Duran is ALWAYS great!
Elections in the US? We (malaysia) know what it means to have electricity go off at counting time, extra boxes of ballots ‘found’ etc. But legally letting a majority to mail-in goes against the very idea of the secrecy of votes.
Normally, you can tell your spouse, boss, landlord, local warlord anything but in the privacy of the voting booth do as you wish.
Anyway I am biased to this Andrew Anglin guy who does not expect fair elections anymore. No country comes back to proper election systems unless there are huge protests, many a police beatings and broken bones.
I liked Trump although I realised the difference is Clinton wanted to go for the throat (Russia) while Trump thought it safer to go after the resources of Iran.
He did assassinate Soleimani but at least knew to back off once it was clear Iran was backed by Russia & China. Imagine Clinton or Nuland in that situation.
Still, I wouldn’t want him to him. Not good for us in the RoW. The die has been cast and I prefer it to fall where it may (and destroy the pervert empire) without lovable Trump being at helm.
Robert Barnes is a colorful lawyer who I enjoy listening to. His Horatio Alger story is inspiring. Poor boy from the south gets into Yale Law School on his merit, not his pedigree and becomes one of the best defense attorney’s in the nation. But he was wrong when he stated that the media claimed that Trump filed 60 lawsuits contesting the election , but in fact Trump filed only one, in Georgia (31:14 of The Duran interview)
The media never claimed that Trump alone filed 60 lawsuits. They claimed that Trump and OTHERS filed these lawsuits. In addition to Georgia, Trump filed lawsuits contesting the election in Pennsylvania, Michigan, New Mexico, and Wisconsin.
