I will defer to Big Serge and Simplicius on their updates on the attack on the Kakhovka Dam and the “progress” of Ukraine’s long awaited counter offensive. No need for me to plow the ground twice since I agree with their respective takes on the situation. Here is Simplicius’ bottomline:
I said last time that the AFU strategy will be as follows:
They will increase the pressure on all these fronts in order to try to find a weak point. In a sense, it’s a larger scale continued recon-by-fire, but it seems a final preparatory one rather than the initial, much smaller speculative ‘feeler’ ones we’ve had for weeks.
But here’s the kicker. If they don’t find a weak spot and continue to be brutally rebuffed as they have been so far, the AFU plans to simply never announce this as the offensive. They will just pretend they are ‘testing’ Russia and the mythical offensive is still yet to come at some arbitrary and obscure future time.
But if they do find a weak spot, they will throw everything to punch through it and then ex post facto claim this was the major offensive all along. In short, they’re playing the dual psychological game I had already described long ago, the sort of phantom Schrodinger’s Offensive, where the plan is to characterize the actions afterwards depending on their success.
I stand by my previous assessment — Ukraine may be able to inflict a bloody nose or two on the Russians but they will pay a terrible price in men and equipment that are irreplaceable. The Ukrainian offensive is not comparable to Nazi Germany’s Operation Barbarossa, but it is worth noting that the initial dramatic successes of the Nazis during the first five months of their futile attempt to take Moscow, that offensive ran out of steam and they were pushed back. Unlike the Nazis, the Ukrainians are short of men, tanks, artillery and close air support. They do not have the ability to sustain an offensive and Russian reserves, once deployed to fill the gaps, not only will stop the Ukrainian attack but will inflict massive casualties that will extinguish the Ukrainian attempt to force the Russians to abandon the war in Ukraine.
On this point I take note of the delusional op-ed posted by two denizens of the Atlantic Council — Messrs. John E. Herbst and Daniel Fried. Herbst is the senior director of the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center and served as U.S. ambassador to Ukraine from 2003 to 2006. Fried is a distinguished fellow at the Atlantic Council, served as assistant secretary of state for European affairs and was on the National Security Council under Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. These two gents are the quintessential reps of the Washington foreign policy establishment. Here’s snippet of their op-ed in the Washington Post:
Ever since Russia first invaded and occupied parts of Ukraine in 2014, far too many Western policymakers assumed that Crimea was Russia’s real red line — the one territorial conquest it could never part with. Russia itself has spent considerable energy stressing this to Western interlocutors since then.
In reality, Crimea represents a point of maximum leverage. It is exactly where Ukraine needs to make battlefield gains to bring this war to a successful conclusion. . . .
A Ukrainian advance that put Crimea within Ukrainian artillery range would create a huge and expensive logistical problem for Russian President Vladimir Putin. His military and civilian administration in Crimea would be particularly threatened if Ukraine were also able to fully destroy, or even keep under steady fire, the bridge over the Kerch Strait connecting the peninsula directly with Russia. Such a setback would have political ramifications in Moscow, and the fissures that we currently see in the Putin regime would grow.
They cannot even tell the truth about the start of the conflict in the Donbass. Russia did not invade. While Russia provided materiel support to the militias in Donestsk and Luhansk it never deployed its military force into the fray. The Donbass militia’s fought the Ukrainian Army to a standstill and that stalemate continued until Russia launched its Special Military Operation in February 2023. Like a degenerate gambler on a losing streak they are going all in on Russia failing to defend Crimea with the vain hope that this will create such turmoil in Moscow that Putin will be ousted. Ain’t going to happen.
The real wild card is the upcoming massive NATO military exercise slated to kick off next week. There is some speculation that NATO is using this as cover to intervene in the Ukraine war and attack Russia. I do not want to believe that the United States and NATO are that crazy. However, their escalation in terms of sending tanks and other advanced weapons systems must be taken at face value and Russia must be prepared to fend off a NATO attack.
The Ukrainian counter offensive is not weakening Russia resolve. Just the opposite. It is solidifying Russia’s belief that the West is intent on attacking and trying to destroy Russia. This in turn is hardening Moscow’s stance and guarantees that Russian forces will be attacking Ukrainian and NATO assets inside Ukraine with greater intensity in the coming weeks. We are living in the most volatile, dangerous moment since the end of World War II and the West, with its intransigence, appears intent on crossing a red line. Pray for peace but prepare for an expanded war.
alea iacta est…old gambler saying….desperation grips the sucker!
Has anyone encountered the theory that the US is ordering the offensive and destruction of dams and ammonia pipelines and soon all the gas pipelines for this reason: When it’s all destroyed then their liquified gas is all Europe will get – at high prices and with proprietary construction work for the special docks and off-loading? Plus tanking the European economy even further.
Larry’s right they’re crazy. Crazy like very nasty foxes.
That!
“The West is using this as a cover because the monetary system is collapsing. They borrow year after year and have ZERO intention of ever paying off the debt. They are deliberately creating WWIII so they can all default, and shift to this one-world digital currency by the IMF which was announced on the precise day of the Economic Confidence Model confirming that is a major agenda.” M.A.
Will It All Explode by the Ides of May 2025? Martin A.
Spread the love I know some people send emails alleging I am some sort of Putin supporter. Most of my sources come from inside Ukraine. There is NO government on this earth that EVER has 100% approval of its people. There are ALWAYS two sides just as we have in the polarization of the United States. Many have been forced to flee Ukraine. Zelensky has been forcing young boys to fight on the front line and they are inexperienced and dying by the thousands. Zelensky is wiping out a generation rather than simply honor the Minsk Agreement for the Donbas are Russians who they will NEVER accept anyhow. This is simply a land grab and he is destroying his country for the Neocons and will fly off to his estate in Miami to live like a king forever after. I believe Zelensky is pure evil. He promised peace and is killing off an entire generation for his greatest European Investment of all time in rebuilding Ukraine with Blackrock – another evil private empire. His constant propaganda that Putin is evil will backfire. The Russian Presidential elections are scheduled to be held in Russia in March 2024. This will be the first round on Sunday, March 17th. If no candidate receives more than half the vote, then a second round will take place exactly three weeks later on April 7th, 2024. The winner of the election is scheduled to be inaugurated on May 7th, 2024. When we look at the computer, it has a Directional Change in 2024 and a Panic Cycle in 2025. Absolutely NOTHING that comes out as news from Ukraine, NATO, or any mainstream media is EVER going to be the truth. NATO is really a terrorist organization. They exist only for war – not peace. Ask people who live in the former Yugoslavia how they were bombing civilians and the media covered that up as well. They have built this up all about how Putin is evil and Zelensky refused to allow even the Pope to mediate for peace saying you cannot negotiate with Putin. In truth, it is Zelensky who is the Judas and has sold out his own people for a handful of silver. My fear is that Putin will step down and then we will see the hardliners take the helm. I do not see Putin there post-2024. The hardliners feel Putin has been too “soft” and had he simply invaded Ukraine instead of defending just the Donbas, then this war would have been over in 6 weeks using the same tactics the USA used on Iraq – shock and awe. This does NOT look good for the future and these damn Neocons never consider what if they are wrong! They BS themselves into thinking Russia is weak and they can destroy it once and for all and divide it up into their EuroAsia and then turn on China. If the hardliners come in, they will do whatever is necessary to defend Russia against our insane Neocons like Lindsey Graham, Victoria Nuland, John Bolton, etc, etc. The United States will lose this war just as they did in Vietnam. People like Graham care nothing about the dead civilians who always outnumber the soldiers. He relishes the idea of washing his hands in Russian blood. It was Ukraine that waged war on the Donbas calling them terrorists because they sought independence from Kiev which in itself sought independence from Russia. That was the pot calling the kettle black as they say. It was John McCain preaching war and revolution at Maidan. What if Putin came to the USA and delivered a speech on January 6th calling for the overthrow of Biden? I seriously doubt that the American press would have looked at that very kindly. But our Neocons could care less about anything. All they want is endless wars. Zelensky has done precisely the opposite of what he promised. The people wanted peace – not the destruction of their country. Zelensky is filling his pockets and as I warned from the very start, this would be the man put in place by the Neocons to begin World War III. Our lives mean nothing to the Neocons. They are absolutely evil people who cheer over the deaths of others. Communism fell. People like Lindsey Graham and John McCain never could stop their hating of Russians and Chinese. They should NEVER be allowed anywhere close to the government. Russia will defend itself and Putin has been the moderate. What comes after the next Russian election will not be moderate. Their Neocons are saying – See, I told you so. America is Evil! Thank you Lindsey Graham – there are people judging all Americans because of you.

I definitely think NATO is using the threat of a Ukrainian counteroffensive as a feint attack to cover the NATO exercise that will be used in an attack of opportunity. However, if Russia anticipates this, then all bets are off and NATO jets would suffer too many loses. I am sure Russia’s Air Force and Putin suspect that the NATO exercise will probe their air defences and will be ready for it in Kaliningrad and Belarus. In addition to S 400s, I am sure Russia will operate SU 35s, MIG 31s bomber intercept, and various ELINT and EW platforms as well as one or two A 50 AWACS.
Maybe this thing never crosses any so-called red lines. And maybe the United States strikes Moscow next week, and then says: “We didn’t do it. NATO did it.”
I don’t know what is going to happen next. There’s still plenty of critical civilian infrastructure that needs to be blown up. The United States has crossed all the old red lines. That much is certain. And yet, here we are. Still here. “Sorry.” Still waiting for all Hell to break loose when, by all outward appearances it already has. Time to cross some new red lines, I guess.
Eventually, somebody is going to run out of critical civilian infrastructure to blow up. When the lights are out for good, when there is no food, no way to heat or cool places where people live, no water, no working system to remove the massive amount of human being waste generated by over 8-billion people. Is that, finally, when things get interesting?
Try living in your own clothes, outdoors, with no shelter from the elements, getting your food from MREs for days, weeks, months on end. Living in your own filth gets old real quick. There is a reason camping trips don’t exceed and only last for 10-days. After that you want a hot shower with lots of soap and water, some clean clothes, a hot meal, and to sleep between clean sheets in your own bed.
Right now, the United States is turning the world into a bunch of campers. Right now, no matter how much the United States stirs things up, it can always return “home.” The United States completely ignores the fact it is just one full faith and credit moment from becoming a bunch of permanent campers all by itself; that its economy is a wreck, it’s culture in shambles, its government is run by geriatrics, its infrastructure crumbling, it can’t make any claims to sovereignty.
A country that makes nothing is nothing. This is where the United States has been since the 1970s. Without purpose countries die. Wishing the death and destruction upon other countries is not the kind of purpose the United States should be aspiring to. Americans hate themselves more than enough already. By all the old red lines, the United States is a raving lunatic, going on about something called a democracy when its republic no longer exists. And how it has been saving the world for something that never existed.
Great take and double spot on! Sadly, we are quickly turning into the post 1918 Soviet Union while the rest of the world moves on to hot showers and comforts, which will only be in our memories.
Yep.
I believe Foreign minister Lavrov has stated that the US can not set Europe on fire and expect to hide behind the two oceans that have protected her all these years. Russian doesn’t need Cuba to station nuclear missiles, it’s got some of the most advanced submarines ever produced.
Agreed. And Russia can first strike across those oceans using conventional hypersonics to destroy much of the US’s nuke arsenal whether in silos in the US and their foreign bases, or on their warships and subs.
The US chose long ago to offer only sticks, not carrots. So is it any surprise the world is well prepared to resort to use better sticks in reply. The US was offered carrots by the rest of the world, but spurned them. The psychopathic puppets rule in Washington, London and Brussels, and we know the Rothschild Class pulls their strings.
And what is the US using to distract the public from the Ukraine debacle? UFOs… really, we’re back to the 1960s? So if the US has all that alien stuff, set up a display on the Mall and let the world see what ya got… BUPKIS. SETI has been operating in various forms for at least 40 years and???
“We’ll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the US public believes is false.” … William J. Casey
This quote has been fully verified as spoken to Reagan shortly after he took office.
And those subs are reportedly stationed off the East and West coasts. Comforting. Unbelievably dangerous times. Bay of Pigs may seem like child’s play, if NATO/USA/Brit do something really stupid. The NATO “exercise” is extremely dangerous. Russia will now if the jets are armed and/or armed with nukes and will be ready. One NATO missile flies to Moscow, and you can bet USA assets will be targeted in Europe, USA, the Pacific, wherever. Cannot defend against hypersonics.
Good column, Larry.
The problem I see is that the political taking over of the whole of Ukraine is going up in the Russian list of desirable outcomes. That’ll mean a huge bill for Moscow if they completely flatten down the whole of the civil infrastructure.
Probably cheaper/easier to roll up to the Polish and Romanian border and have control, rather than hoping a rump Ukraine will not be again subverted by the terrorist US/ZATO/CIA/Mossad/Rothschild Class. There are no “honest brokers” left in the West, so even if all of ZATO/EU/Britain and even the US pinky-swears they won’t just try again (and again, and again), like “ISIS” in the Middle East or taiwan “independence”, Russia and China know beyond any doubt the “West” is not agreement capable. Minsk 1,2 and Istanbul.
Russia probably will continue grind the Ukie Nazis and their mercenary hordes from the current line until the Zelensky cabal collapses, surrenders or is removed from power by the locals. It’s working, and at the lowest possible risk and cost. And if the Nuland/Blinken/Sullivan/Graham Cabal convince ZATO that expanding the Air Defender “exercise” into Ukraine is a good idea, (y’know, that R2P nonsense they pulled in Libya) the US may get a sample hypersonic dropped in the Reflecting Pool on the Mall. Maybe drop one in the Thames right next to the Parliament buildings too.
And one in the Ottawa river directly below the Canadian Parliament buildings. Trudeau, Freeland and Singh would run for cover as far away from Ottawa as they could get. And one at the front gate of the Rothschild compound in Britain.
Show the putzes that their weak attacks on Russia will have real consequences going forward. Until the Rothschild Class understands they will NOT survive the expansion of this outside Ukraine, it will continue.
All the old red lines have been crossed,
Yes indeed and when it’s expedient for Russia it will respond.
How seriously they respond will in fact depend on what happens in the next few weeks.
Currently the overhyped counteroffensive is failing and will continue to fail.
I think there are elements in the White House and NATO who are hoping and praying for an accident, a mishap, for something to go awry during the NATO war games which pushes the US and EU into direct confrontation with Russia. I think this is particularly true for the Nuland klan of neocons and of Poland and the Baltic states.
The rest of the establishment in the US and EU is clueless drifting in la-la land. I do not think there is any intention or decision as such to intervene.
You may be correct. The exercise, for that very reason, is reckless beyond imagination.
I believe NATO intend to let the Defender 23 exercise (June 12 -24) go live along with the Ukrainian offensive.
NATO has long trained to use F-18 to blind Russian radars followed by F-16 carrying nuclear weapons.
NATO may strike from Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Romania, Georgia, and from USS Aircraft Carries.
At the same time NATO may launch operations against Serbia, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and invade Taiwan, while Japan invades the Kuril Islands and Turkey invades Cyprus. Israel may also use the opportunity to bomb Syria, Lebanon, Gaza and Iran.
In case Russia is attacked by NATO forces it will retaliate against NATO Nations, especially Poland, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
The Russian U-Boat fleet will primarily go after US and UK Navy Wessel’s, including Energy infrastructure belonging to Britain, Norway, Denmark, Canada and the USA.
We have never before been so closer to WWIII.
Which movie is that (within your mind)?
I think you spend too many hours reading blogs like this …
Of course, you play with an advantage: eventually the sun will explode, and finally you will be right: “you see, I was right in the end, Armageddon is here”.
The armageddon will be because of the climate. I hope you all here suffer it too.
PS: there is no such thing as “Ukrainian offensive”. Well, there is, or there isn’t, depending of what suits your “logic” the best at each moment.
The rare two kinds of people.
Those who can handle the truth seek information and facts.
Those who can’t handle the truth, seeks refuge in propaganda.
What category does you belong to?
I would say you have it in a nutshell Larry as usual.
What also concerns me is the likelihood of a nuclear disaster revolving around the Zaporhizhia nuclear power plant after the partial destruction of the Nova Khakovka dam walls. If the Ukrainians actually destroyed the dam with Himars or shelling, then they could facilitate a nuclear disaster on the nuclear site location as they have clearly tried to do through artillery and commando boat attacks before. Climate and weather patterns tell me that the prevailing winds are from the North West in early Summer shifting to the from the North in July.
Fallout would of course affect Russian forces (even Crimea) in the areas they are stationed in, as well as act as revenge on those that voted to become Russians after the referendums were held.
Of course the Western media has by default blamed Russia for breaking the dam walls (with zero evidence at this stage) so all of this could be targeted by the same media on Russia: they could say it is coming back in their faces to suit a possible anti-Russian agenda. ‘Evil’ overcome by ‘good’, you know how the press works.
Given that the seasonal winds are still variable on a day to day basis however, there is still a chance that this could backfire if it is what is intended as a desperate Ukrainian plan. So if it is the case Zelensky would be playing Russian roulette with his own people and the the rest of Western Europe as well. It would not surprise me given the Kamikaze way he uses his troops and his own people as you have also pointed out.
I cannot prove who destroyed the dam, but I think what I say is a plausible reason as to why it may have been done from the part of the Ukrainian strategists.
“Of course the Western media has by default blamed Russia for breaking the dam walls (with zero evidence at this stage) …”
The media have reported that:
Russian forces last year destroyed the roadway over the bridge (with video of the event);
Ukrainian forces blasted holes in two of the sluice gates (also last year);
Levels in the catchment have recently been rising;
The water had risen to the level where it was rushing through the damaged gates;
Ukrainians had increased released from upstream reservoirs; and most recently
The detonation of a placed charge administered a coup de grâce to the crippled structure.
We hardly need to draw our own conclusions about the who and the why.
Thanks for you comments Leo G
And now the Ukrainians have fired three explosive drones at the nuclear power plant which were luckily intercepted by Russian forces.

Stupid is what stupid does.
There is no evidence that psychopaths are intelligent.
Sadly there is no point in praying for peace, not with the evil degenerates running the WH and Pentagon. These people work for another entity, not of this world. The greatest simpleton in history could see that attacking Russia with a proxy force would never work, the greatest simpleton could see that Russia has nukes and will use them if their security is threatened. Even if Joe Bidet was snorting Hunters stash, he could still understand that, but regardless he ploughs on, risking all our lives on this planet.
If NATO decide to intervene, they will be decimated in days. Once that happens, the missiles will fly. We’ll all burn with Joe and co.
I thought the idea of a major offensive madness since the Russians have air superiority (this is not the same as complete air superiority). Ukraine attempted to mass armor and supplies for an attack, and it got stomped right off. So they (American Generals) decided to disperse the attack to five points, which all failed. No matter, this spring offensive, now summer offensive, will become a fall offensive. Unless Russia takes advantage and rolls forth after Ukraine wasted its reserve force.
What I understood from the internet chats is that Ukraine attached the southern front, during the *night*, and here is the kicker *through fields with landmines*.
The Russians of course hit them with everything the got, from artillery and multiple launchers, to drone, helicopters and planes. Supposedly, it was an Ukrainian massacre.

“What’s the point of wasting life this way?”
Some lives matter, some don’t.
Someone explain to me please how Russian can manage to pick off with pinpoint accuracy attacking AFU units, even on the move and anyone still maintain that the AFU has any chance whatsoever to maintain any forward movement for any length of time, because I’m at a loss to understand it.

You see all those craters in a small band and equally spaced ? That make me think about a “bouncing mines” field at work …
Soviet had some : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TM-83_mine , and Russia made some newer models, smaller, with more range, accuracy and more settings for not wasting several mines on the same tank but I can’t find them on wokipedia .
The south front IS a huge mine field , from booth sides ; remember what happened with the Pacific Marine’s tanks in Vugledar ? I tend to think the banderist were going to attack elsewhere like near Donetsk or Artiomovsk flanks because of it. I also tend to forget what is now casual with banderist hierarchy ; the inability of making rational decisions from a military point of view. Hence the results shown in this video.
So far if this offensive recalls any old battle, with the fissures of the Kremlin and the delusions about Crimea expressed by the two gentlemen of the Atlantic Council, its the massacre of the Charge of the Light Brigade in Crimea! Which has already been translated into poetry and folk songs. Nothing more appropriate!
And if we think that on the western front the UK division most aligned with the new Europe is without a doubt the most insane division when compared to the US division most aligned with the old Europe or Western Europe – a division that is already looking for a exit ramp of the war some time ago – sometimes one feels like wondering if the solution to this barbarism in the middle of the 21st century would not be solved once and for all with the sinking of the perfidious Albion? After informing the respective population, of course! The perfidious Albion that was always the biggest responsible for the great wars in Europe and in particular the WWI!
And we have a war again in Europe with the objective of disconnecting Germany from Russia as the WWI. Legacy that the American Empire inherited from the British Empire. And also to some extent the result of neoliberalism in the West over the past 30 years. How is it possible in the middle of the 21st century to see so many deaths in a conflict in Europe again? Which proves well how much our civilization has gone backwards in the last 30/40 years. A war we never saw happen even at the height of the cold war. To which I would add many concerns with ZNPP! unfortunately.
The bubble of insanity in which many people live, like the two gentlemen of the Atlantic Council, means that we should not exclude any hypothesis in the escalation of terror as simple diversionary maneuvers. And yes, I also agree that, despite the fact that the new Ukrainian brigades have already come into action, we have not yet seen the peak of the AFU’s remaining strength. And not that I fear any good outcome from the AFU. Reason that worries even more. It was always after the worst defeats that the regime in Ukraine, with the help of British Russophobia, committed the greatest atrocities in this conflict. Which should never have started.
The dam is mostly a distraction. It will make no difference to the outcome. The Russians are destroying this newest UAF army piece by piece – while Blinken insists that Russia is losing. Larry speaks trugh to power, or maybe poop Blinken, poop to truth. Assange speaks truth to power, or maybe poop. Blinken? Poop to truth.
https://open.substack.com/pub/julianmacfarlane/p/is-america-the-land-of-nod?
Not changing the course of the war does not make the dam blowout just a diversionary maneuver, PR or a false flag attempt. How much talk about his failure! But why now? Because it has other goals. Like cut off the water supply to Crimea again. And militarily, facilitate access to the ZNPP and especially the crossing of the Dnieper in the south as Ukraine most wants to divide the Russian front and cut off supplies via the land bridge. Whether it works or not is another story that does not limit its initial objectives.
Minor quibble: “Russia launched its Special Military Operation in February 2023.” No. The SMO commenced in February 2022. Otherwise, spot-on analysis.
Good grief. Like you’ve never made a typo.
“Pray for peace but prepare for an expanded war”
Who can argue with Johnson’s piece? Concise, precise and realistic.
As Cromwell has been quoted as saying to his troops: “Trust in God and keep your powder dry…”
(Cromwell and Putin share some remarkable historical similarities. Both truly patriotic, thoroughly honest, compassionate, adamant in their defence of the realm ; both brought their countries from a calamitous state to a position of international respect; both were victorious in their marcial endeavours; both suffered grievous slander from their enemies, foreign and domestic [it is however a historical paradox that Putin’s opinion of Cromwell is as slanderous as his enemies’ opinion of himself – no doubt having been defined by Russian Orthodoxy and Russian monarchism… which cannot forgive the English revolutionary republican settlement])
Please to quote Putin’s slander of Cromwell with sources! I doubt that it exists at all.
It is quoted from an old interview, when he blurted out quite an insulting reference to Cromwell – which he has never used against any other leader, past or present.
Not able to recall the specific recording, but sure of its existence, which catches one’s attention, given the comment above.
Respect for Cromwell? The man who burned Catholics for fun, you’ve got to be joking.
He was a sectarian mass murderer, and what republican settlement did he bring, England restored the monarchy, the Royals are still there, him and his usurpers all gone.
I’ve never heard Putin say all other religions need to be wiped out, never mind see Putin send his troops into towns and cities seeking Catholics to kill. There’s nothing slanderous one could say about a guy who anointed himself Lord Protector.
Cromwell made Parliament sovereign
Cromwell rebuilt the Army
Cromwell rebuilt the Navy
Cromwell laid the foundations of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights
You really should recall that Roman Catholicism was the Absolutist Totalitarianism of 17th Century
Cromwell is the main reason the United States is not more like Mexico or South America…………but for Cromwell there would be no Separation of Powers or Freedom of Speech ironically……….
Parliament was out to self-perpetuate itself just as in 2018-2019 – Cromwell dismissed it………it led to Septiennial Acts
He was a Dictator, with a capital D. As you yourself point out,
there was no democracy in England, and he did’t bring any,
he dismissed a parliament,
he anointed himself as Lord Protector,
he overthrew a King he had previously sworn an oath of loyalty to,
he overthrew the head of the Church in England, his King,
he gained huge wealth through his dictatorship.
You call the Catholic Church an “absolute totalitarianism of the 17th Century”, what mangling of the English language you use. The Vatican is a tiny little state within Rome in Italy that has been there since the days of the Roman Empire. You do realise Europe has Catholic, Protestant, Muslim and Orthodox Christian nations within its geographical locale, the Catholic Church held no sway in the different religious nations. They certainly did not control the English, French, Austrians, Prussians, Poles or any other of the kingdoms in the 17th century.
The USA has a constitution, written by delegates after debates.
Cromwell issued decrees and killed you if they weren’t carried out.
More Adolf than Washington or Franklin.
I’m not sure if Cromwell is the main reason the United States is not more like Mexico and South America. America’s heritage of limited government and Republican democracy is probably more accurately traceable to the theology of John Calvin and the Protestant Reformation. It was Martin Luther who championed the clear Scriptural teaching and Biblical doctrine of Justification by Faith in Christ alone, but it was the theology of Calvin which brought to light the Biblical doctrine of Total Depravity. This truth, driven home within the minds of the English Puritans who settled America (and their offspring, who learned their grammar from the thoroughly Calvinist New England Primer) ensured the protection of individual rights and freedoms within the framework of the written U.S. Constitution. The real meaning of separation of church and state, at least within the minds of our great Founders, was that America would not be ruled by Popish dictators. (Today, Triune JEHOVAH’s Ten Commandments and moral laws STILL universally apply to governments, civil magistrates, and men.) I have always thought of Oliver Cromwell as England’s George Washington. Unfortunately, like the Israelites of Old Testament times (see 1st Samuel 8), the English people preferred a King and it’s popish prelacy over Presbyterian Republican democracy. England is suffering for that today. Anyone interested in learning about the deleterious of Popery on individuals, families and nations, should read J.A. Wylie’s The Papacy, available at Amazon. It is a fascinating, insightful study and would help anyone to understand why South American cultures and countries, so influenced as they are by Roman Catholicism, are the economic and political basket cases they are. (I personally believe that Popery is partly — no, make that largely — responsible for killing America, and there can be no question that America is now a dying nation.) Also highly recommended is Wylie’s masterful work, The History of Protestantism. ”On the Protestant side, neatness, cheerfulness, industry, education, continued aspiration after better things. On the Catholic side, dirt, disease, ignorance, squalor and misery. I have so consistently observed the like of this since I first came abroad, that I have sad misgivings that the religion of Ireland lies at the root of all its sorrows.” — Charles Dickens, describing the dramatic difference between two Swiss cantons, one Protestant, the other Roman Catholic, circa 1845.
“On the Protestant side, neatness blah blah blah. On the Catholic side, dirt blah blah blah”.
What was the difference between these groups, before Martin Luther?
Martin Luther pointed out the corruption of the Church, and lived long enough to see corruption in the churches named after him and their thousands of offshoots.
That’s the trouble with throwing stones from within glasshouses.
“and the true Christian loves the Jewish people and so desires that they will one day embrace their Messiah”…
Go to John 8:44 KJV. Deuteronomy 30:7

They, the jew, NAILED him to the CROSS!
May the Hagees and their ilk burn in HELL!
The only hope for ALL jews is to renounce the synagogue and seek Baptism in Christ.

June 8th is the anniversary of the sinking of the USS Liberty!
Greatest King England ever had was Edward 1.
He expelled mankind’s misfortune:- The jew.
Cromwell, as “Lord Protector” invited them back.
Warts an’ all.
Every page of Triune JEHOVAH’s pure and Holy Spirit-inspired Word (66 Books, King James Version best) was written by a Jew. Christ Himself told us that “Salvation (from Hell) is of the Jews. (John 4:22). In truth, from Genesis to Revelation, the whole Bible is Christianity. The secret of the Jews can be found in Romans chapters 9 through 11, and the true Christian loves the Jewish people and so desires that they will one day embrace their Messiah, the only Savior of fallen, sin-cursed mankind, the Lord Jesus Christ. This was something that the Calvinist Protestant Christian Cromwell felt and understood. This is why Christian men and societies think kindly of their beloved Jewish friends, though we must reject their continued, sinful, unbelief.
Repeating the venomous slanders against Cromwell the Ukrainian and foreign nazi fellow travellers concoct against Putin in our days.
The historical record defines Cromwell as a man of truth and ability and justice and compassion, regardless of the false and poisoned age-old Catholic accusations.
Or maybe Putin read some Irish history about Cromwell? Perspective is a wonderful thing and historical fact even more illustrative.
Yes, he has certainly followed Irish slander of Cromwell, although one asumes it is out of malicious counsellors and not out of his own malice.
And his Orthodoxy will lead him towards overlooking Catholic crimes and accept their slander against true Protestantism.
Revelation 17 and 18 describe with precision the woman that rides the beast – for 1500 years and a yet little while longer.
Lutherans, Calvinists, Baptists, Amish, Jehovah Witnesses, Quakers, Anglicans, Presbyterians, Mormons, Koresh or Jim Jones?
What flavour do you call true?
Your wicked innuendo equating Protestant denominations to false sects – JWs, Quakers, Mormons, Koresh, Jim Jones – betrays your ignorant malice.
True Protestantism is true Biblical faith. Apostasy from the truth is nothing new; the church of Christ was already apostatising in Paul’s and John’s time.
There is truth and there is error, and adherence to either will define man’s behaviour.
What man does with either does not affect the nature of both though.
US lacks respect for other nations. It has unfrozen WWII and joined the side it really wanted to be on back in 1941
It now wishes Germany to return to those times
It sees Nazism with Digital Control as the Oceania Zeitgeist but resents Russia for having shrugged off Communism
US is engaged in psychotic breakdown
“If we see that Germany is winning we ought to help Russia and if Russia is winning we ought to help Germany, and that way let them kill as many as possible, although I don’t want to see Hitler victorious under any circumstances.”
― Harry S. Truman (1941)
While there is some debate about the veracity of this quote, it certainly captures the Zeitgeist 80 years on.
I read the entire, nauseating WaPo ‘Opinion’ piece – essentially a call for more killing and destruction. If John E. Herbst and Daniel Fried are so fricking keen for more shooting, nothing is stopping them signing up – gofer it, boys! Show them orcs who’s boss! Better, maybe we can find a way to put their own children on the front line.
A deep problem with this whole faeces-show is that none of the Western ‘leaders’ have, to borrow from Nassim Taleb, any “skin in the game.”
John E. Herbst and Daniel Fried…………..whatever happened to WASPs in US Government ?
I simply cannot reconcile how the 17th Century Dissenters settlements on the East Coast transmogrified into the peculiarity that the United States is today
Andersen, Kurt , (2017), Fantasyland: How America Went Haywire: A 500-Year History. Random House.
Fascinating walk through various US peculiarities.
Sorry Paul,
The whole Nazi thing is nothing more than 80 years of Historical and Hollywood hype to justify the horrible war atrocities committed by the Allies against Germany. Needless to say they continued even after the war. Estimates of more than 4 million Germans were defacto murdered after the war by the evil Allies.
Clearly none of your family were KIA in that war………some of us have vastly different opinions from yours
What Allied atrocities were carried out after the war? Who does the estimating, you or maybe the Nazi books you read?
The Nazis lost, big time, so get over it.
here`s a “nazi” (your definition) book that might allow you to learn a thing or two about what the allies did to incarcerated german (not necessarily “nazi”, just german) prisoners of war after (sic) the end of hostilities.
Other Losses: An Investigation into the Mass Deaths of German Prisoners at the Hands of the French and Americans after World War II, by James Bacque.
https://www.amazon.com/Other-Losses-Investigation-Prisoners-Americans/dp/0889226652
There was no 4 million Germans killed or murdered by Allied troops after WW2. There was a mass movement of Germanic peoples from modern day Poland, Czechoslovakia, Baltic states and other territories those people had lived in for centuries, or new German territories acquired by the Nazis from conquered states. After the war, the locals of those territories where ethnic Germans lived, took revenge. That’s a fact, the estimates were around 16 million Germans were forced back to the now smaller Germany after the war. There were atrocities carried out on captured German troops, just as the Germans themselves had carried out for years all over Europe, not just their neighbours. Most of those were carried out in the immediate aftermath of the war, by individual soldiers or units, not a task set by British, French, US or Soviet commands.
The Germans were mass murderers of civilian populations in their conquered territories, they routinely killed captured US and British troops, while their treatment of Soviet troops was genocidal. Stalin wanted 500 thousand German officers to be executed rather than Nuremberg, but the Western Allies objected, and Stalin let it pass.
There was not however, a structured killing of 4 million Germans after the war fcs. Most of the German officer corp were freed within months in most cases after Nuremberg, very few top Nazis were executed, most were released by the early 1950s to get them ready to go into the new German army and NATO.
That surely does not sound like something a Nazi lover would say.
I am not sure how far you will get with that “binary”, although I understand the sentiment, “falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus” … it is a very valuable legal principle that juries may rely on in making a binary decision between guilt and innocence where they need to be certain beyond a reasonable doubt so as not to convict an innocent person. However, if you apply it to history you could make a grievous error in the other direction. (eg: The CIA says false things, therefore everything the CIA says must be false.)
I was extremely disappointed to see this as a historian:
Generalmajor a.D. Gerd Schultze-Rhonhof spricht in München über die Kriegsursachen 1939
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0JcD6AFQcA&t=2560s
If you don’t understand German, the English auto-translate feature is quite adequate.
I had naively thought, that when I was looking at “original documents”, in an official archive, that I was looking at the “truth” …and the final word on the subject. That, sadly, is not the case.
From that discovery about World War II, I don’t think you can go to “falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus” but you should have doubts. I really illustrates the precept that, “history is written by the victors”. Out of some need, when the first generation has the need to omit, distort or exaggerate the history, it leaves a twisted mess for future generations to have to sift through and sort out.
We see that going on firsthand today: imagine what the Ukraine war history would like if the Western media were allowed to write it?
Having participated here at Larry’s blog for a number of months, I have come to realize that many of us here are “truth seekers” and want to settle doubts. It is very uncomfortable to live with doubt, but in the sad world we live in, they are a fact of reality… a “bitter truth” …to come full circle.
I think the best that one can do, when opining about the past, is to state one’s confidence (0%-100%) behind certain facts and claims.
All IMHO
“falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus” ?
Unfortunately, the US/ZATO/Brits have lied so often and pervasively that the phrase for them is “falsus in omnibus, falsus in uno”.
all jews are saying, is give nazis a chance, dude
Russia seems to either have good intel and/or contingency plans for everything Ukraine comes up with. It looks a lot like Ali’s rope-a-dope strategy in a military setting. Ukraine seems to try to up the ante with NATO, and we’ll see if some nonsense happens during the military exercises.
We should remember Russia has 3-500 thousand troops equipped and at the ready along the border, and I suspect, in case they have to go toe to toe with NATO. To say they’ve been paying attention to all the nonsense is obviously an understatement. I believe they’re ready for anything and everything.
They did refurb their bomb shelters and build new ones, and upgraded their air defenses. Meanwhile we can’t even supply artillery shells fast enough, running out for Europe, and leaving not much for the supposed conflict with China.
War isn’t a far away game for Russia like it is for the US. What is not understood in the US is that if NATO goes in, the war comes to US soil and very quickly. Unlike Russia, nobody here is prepared. Russia is locked and loaded and has enough resources in place to take on everything NATO has in Europe, and would exhaust their capabilities in pretty short order in conventional terms, worse if it goes nuclear.
My feeling is that if NATO goes full on stupid, we’ll see all hell break loose all over the world as everyone with a bone to pick will smell the opportunity. It’ll look like a pack of wolves attacking a crippled moose stuck in a barbed wire fence. Iran, North Korea, and anybody else who’s borne the brunt of US policy will be out for blood. China will blockade Taiwan. It will get ugly real fast. I also suspect a lot of eastern Europe will decide BRICS, Asia and the global south are the future too.
The question for NATO is whether they want the empire to be gone right away, or try to hang on to something for a while longer. The choices are bad or worse, and bad is a good choice when the only other option is worse.
Things do seem to be potentially coming a head in Ukraine. As to NATO war games no doubt the Russians will be watching carefully and have some response prepared. I do see though the Guardian has published a story that if Ukraine in not brought into Ukraine at the upcoming meeting then some Eastern States are ready to join the fray. Obviously though that would only be with US urging, do they really want WW3?
Guardian is staffed with trust fund deadbeats
Um, no.
It’s clearly a typo…
Everything we have all been sharing about the NWO on this site is addressed in Archbishop Vigano International Movement of Russophiles speech. He does call out the whole stinking lot!
“…The recent pandemic farce – conducted with criminal methods that I have not hesitated to denounce since the beginning of 2020 – has been followed by new emergencies – including the Ukrainian crisis – deliberately provoked with the aim of destroying the social and economic fabric of nations, decimating the world population, concentrating control in the hands of an oligarchy that no one has elected and that has perpetrated a real world coup d’état, for which sooner or later it will be called to answer before the world.
The theorists of this coup have names and faces, starting with George Soros, Klaus Schwab, and Bill Gates. Those who today declare that Russia is an enemy consider Europeans, Americans, Australians and Canadians as enemies and treat them as such, persecuting and impoverishing them. But while World Economic Forum emissaries in Western governments can legislate against the good of their own citizens and hold world leaders in the palm of their hands, regime change that has been successful in other nations has stopped at Russia’s borders. On the other hand, the electoral fraud of 2020 in the United States of America was also indispensable to prevent the confirmation of President Donald Trump, just as in 2013 the deep state and the deep church managed to get Pope Benedict XVI to resign and to elect a person pleasing to the New World Order, the Jesuit Jorge Mario Bergoglio. …”

“Expanded war”. Sadly, I think you mister Johnson are thought very well. Also for “All in gamblers”. The worst is the bet those gamblers are made. They are putting that all in the role of China, and India maybe, to play theirs card with the Bear. In this role the Bear it will forced to ‘accept’ a DMZ from Saint Petersburg to the south, Intermarium project, to save the future of the World. I hope the close next war, enlarged, could’t not affect the nuke’s entanglement.
Please, mister Prowall, could you translate your seemingly enlightened comment from “Unwinese” (google it) to the Queen’s English?
I am a natural spelling and grammar cop but I always stop to think, perhaps English is someone’s second, third or fourth language so who am I. in relative language ignorance, to criticize? Just speaking for myself of course.
I think spelling and grammar are not the problem in the post above. It’s the impenetrable intellectual fog.
the text makes perfect sense, provided you make the effort to think it through.
I’m sorry. But internet isn’t ‘a free-speech for All’.
Hi Y’all. Larry is spot-on, as usual.
May God grant us the joy of meeting again on the other side of the Valley of Death.
I’m not optimistic that NATO won’t press the button. To quote Capn Joseph Hazelwood as he cycled the Exxon Valdez throttle between Full Ahead and Full Astern, ripping the bottom out of his boat, “ Helluva of an end to a career!”
this time next week we could very well be staring into the nuclear abyss
President Vladimir Putin, 7 July 2022: ‘we haven’t even started in earnest yet.’
Hint – Russia still hasn’t started.
Medvedev has told us what’s coming – once what remains of Ukraine’s battered force is destroyed, Russia goes on the offensive.
There’s 500,000 + Russian soldiers deployed to the north, east and south of Ukraine, armed to the teeth, waiting for the green light to move.
The Russian air force has barely been used. And let’s not forget their naval and space assets.
Once the Russians do move, I predict the entire NATO charade falls apart very quickly. The west will learn what warfare truly means in 2023, how far ahead the Russians are, and how weak thexWrst truly is.
The true consequences of a generation of western arrogance and laziness, will be laid bare.
These western idiots should forget what they do know about Russia’s superior military capabilities. They should be more worried about what they don’t know.
Which is a lot.
From the start, these arrogant Western fools have ignored or laughed at Putin’s words. They’re going to learn what Putin means soon, and regret their hubris.
We don’t know what is going on. And since, as we are told “history is written by the victors,” we never will know “the truth.”
Seems like everybody in a position of some authority or power has taken crazy pills. World economies, governments, societies, cultures, practically everything, are in flux. Somebody has enough time on their hands (and free fake printed money), to create realities and chaos practically at will.
Best to sit back, tend to one’s own affairs, and let this mess play out.
World was always a shitshow, like it is now. Victors wrote history so it seems like they knew what they were doing. Nowdays we just have more ability to see “sausages being made”.
Voters lost control of politicians in late 1970s
Col. Macgregor address the issue of America’s role in saving the great humanitarian Joseph Stalin in WW2. It is abundantly clear, that if the US hadn’t supplied massive, food, fuel, and equipment to the Soviets and if the US and Britain weren’t engaged in massive terror bombing of German cities, plus the British blockade of equipment, food and resources to German, Barbarossa would hBe turned our much different. And after all our inhumanity, Churchill quips, “Looks like we stuck the wrong pig.”
https://www.youtube.com/live/MkZXBMKaHAo?feature=share
Russia is not the Soviet Union. Russia deserves our respect and friendship. The Soviet Union didn’t!
Barbarossa started in June 41, the US entered the war in Dec 4, while Britain was not engaged in terror bombing Germany in 1941. The Germans weren’t near Moscow by the time the US came in, the Russians had pushed them back all by themselves. US LendLease, it was a loan paid back by the Soviets, not given away. There was no British blockade of resources to Germany, Standard Oil supplied Venezuelan oil through French ports for the Germans all the way to Feb 1945. Britain or the US didn’t touch those oil deliveries.
Where are you getting your data from, Azov?
Churchill never said that.
You really should look up how often Churchill BEFORE he ever became PM was in regular consultations with Ivan Maisky, the Soviet Ambassador in London ……….
MacGregor overstates the case…….and quite how Britain blockaded Germany I do not understand…….Germany did a far more effective job against Britain with U-Boats.
USSR had huge manufacturing capacity……..the T34 was named “T” for Tank and “34” for the year it was first designed…………..
Read up on the GULAG system and see from memoirs – try 7000 Days in Siberia by Karlo Štajner about his 20 years in the GULAG and what he recalls of Rearmament Surge after 1934 in USSR
Whatever was sent on Murmansk Convoys or through Iran was to KEEP USSR from making a separate deal with Germany. Without USSR the West was finished……..Hitler already had French agriculture and Renault trucks plus GM trucks plus Ford trucks plus Skoda – the largest armaments works in Europe……….with Soviet resources and oil he would be able to force Britain to surrender its Navy
That was after all how Churchill threatened FDR – Germany + Italy + Japan + French + British Navies would sweep US from the oceans
Let’s not overstate the importance of LendLease for the Soviets.
The total quantity of LL amounted to 7% of Soviet wartime production.
So, important, useful, but it didn’t really get going until 1942, by which time the Soviets had almost stabilized the situation, and certainly denied the Nazis any prospect of victory.
Likely the most useful were the US trucks provided. Their supply meant Soviet production could concentrate on tanks and afv’s.
LL was helpful, but without it, the Soviets would have taken Berlin no later than late August-October 1945.
For Colonel Mcgregor without the lend lease the red army would never go beyond Minsk.
Macgregor has coin-toss accuracy. He stands out because being wrong half the time still makes him much better than wrong-all-the-time generals.
Fistly, Mgregor’s hatred of FDR is insane. The President who takes the US from the crash of 29 to the greatest power in the world. And the American Empire is not the creation of FDR, who hated Empires. And second, McGregor’s WWII reading is a scandal most likely due to hatred for Stalin. After 40 million dead, McGregor thinks Moscow still owes Washington money. What is false! Moscow just paid off its war debt in 2006. And the UK only a couple of years ago. Like are scandalous US tanks in Iraq with Rommel posters. A constructed Nazi myth that explains well the misreading of WWII by the US establishment after FDR! Through the eyes of Nazi Germany. Hitler should have been stopped in the 1930s before the full and illegal arming of Nazi Germany under the Treaty of Versailles. As Moscow begged London many times. Unfortunately with the aristocracy more interested in seeing Hitler destroy Moscow! Like the elites today. Hitler whose one of the big mistakes was Baku oil. But Mgregor also thinks that the USSR had no oil. The fact that he’s right in the current war, most likely because of the passion he feels for Putin, does not make McGregor a political genius or a brilliant historian. The last American hero on the battlefield, I think. With the usual Hollywood hype!
As Ray McGovern also said on the last judge show, Americans with much more historical knowledge than Mcgregor have an entirely different reading of WWII. Of course lend lease are important, helped and was a good measure! For the world and not just for Moscow! Magregor never speaks of the ores that Moscow sent in exchange for the allies or in the Pacific aid to the US. Or that when D-day arrived, Hitler had already transferred 50% of the troops from the western front to the eastern front. To think that the D-day front won the war or saved the day or Moscow, give me a break. Moscow saved London and Paris more than once during WWII! After the betrayal of the shameful Munich Accords in ’38! For some reason, Churchill spent WWII crawling to Moscow for help! After the shameful Munich Accords in ’38! And the iron curtain soon. And who crushed Hitler was the Red Army on the eastern front.
Good point about the debt being paid off Paulo by both Britain and the USSR, LendLease was a great relief to the Soviets, but not free and vital as some make out. Germany were not saddled with war reparations by the US, and the WW1 German debt was also cancelled. Look at Russian armament production rates today, 1600 T90M a year, no shortage of artillery or shells, rockets, hyper and supersonic AT, SAM, PGMs production today. War materials production is not a problem for Russia.
The only ones that does not deserve respect are Nazi apologist like yourself.
If you asked any WW-II vet if he would have stepped off the boat on D-day knowing what Europe of our days has turned into – I think they and I would agree.
Break out those German dictionaries gentlemen.

How stupid can you really be?
Yes I do speak German a bit, and English is my second language. I am one of the Slavic untermensch they were trying to exterminate. If they had won, I would not have been born, or would have been born a slave. My ancestors had no choice of being a WWII vets or not. “Non-stupid” people like you are the reason this world is shit.
Larry’s sense and sensibility indeed has creamed off what I personally feel is the best in commentators both in professional and none professionals around.
Imagine the positive effect on the Western world, had we, Leaders of comparable calibre as he.
Our host concludes “Pray for peace but prepare for an expanded war”
The article is one of the most alarming I have seen from Mr. Johnson. I hope it is not as prescient as it might be.
The comments to date are of a more insightful nature than usual as well. Thankyou.
At this moment, my main fear is what are there any secondary options for the upcoming NATO exercises. There could be none of course, but a desperate enemy is what a desperate enemy duz.
Maybe the eventual outcome will be that a new iron curtain descends “across the continent”, that could end up kicking the economic can down the road.
It could also mean a declaration of economic conflict against all forces east of that wall. Before we get to a situation anything like what I am fearing, many events have to happen in the right order of course.
Mission creep is not on my wish list. But if wise heads don’t step up to the plate calling for an immediate ceasefire and peace negotiations, then mission and creep will end up like “peas ‘n carrots”…_
Well the warnings are evident of Electricity Rationing in Germany before winter 2023…….Baerbock is in Colombia trying to get more coal……….

“the Atlantic Council”
As allegedly was the case of Mr. Cnut who apparently tried to counsel the North sea to recede, to be suitably engaged in developing contexts, it is a wise preparation for the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center to counsel “the Atlantic”.
Knut was actually trying to make the point that despite being a king he had no control over natural forces.
“Knut was actually trying to make the point …”
Like most “history” and “your choice of significances”, it was/is subjected to linear framing and contingent interpretation thereby limiting “strategic facility” by conditioning content and tempo of response.
Hence the introductory framing within MirrorGazers says 8 June 2023 at 05:08
“As allegedly”, since neither certainty nor omniscience exists, despite some believing that they do and offering “counsel” predicated thereupon – a regular practice of “The United States of America”.
Perhaps consideration of Mr. Freidman’s observations that :
We should thank our lucky stars
That we are not as smart
As we like to think we are
may prove to be a more productive use of extensive effort and time?
Thank you for your co-operation.
Correct.
Correct (Mr. Biswapriya Purkayastha)
Larry, an unfortunate typo in the 3rd last paragraph”Russia launched its Special Military Operation in February 2023” .
Regular readers will know that you meant 2022 but it might lead a newby to think you loose with other facts as well.
I think that the link to Big Serge is incorrect . The 2 links direct to Simplicius
I think you’re right we are not facing a Barbarossa we’re facing a Bagration.
We are facing Operation BAERBOCKAROSSA.
If decision makers in DC are crazy enough to believe NATO can win a conventional war with Russia, could they not also be crazy enough to believe America can defeat Russia with a nuclear first strike?
There must be some “thinkers” in Washington who realize NATO has already lost an industrial war with Russia. Yet look at how those wonder weapons performed in Japan 1945!
Is the Russian(Putin) strategy of avoiding escalation to avoid a potential nuclear confrontation the right approach? If the crazies in DC are capable of launching a nuclear attack then each day they remain in power that possibility exists, regardless of what Russia does.
Maybe a better strategy would be for Russia to hit NATO now with a preemptive strike and hope the psychological blow will be so devastating that western society will collapse into chaos. That might be the only way to decapitate the current western leadership.
Also remember, the goal of the WEF is to Build Back Better – which means dismantling western society. Plus the WEF control every useful idiot, I mean politician, in the West. If its goal is to trigger a shooting war with Russia in order to blame Putin for the collapse(so they can continue to run western society) then they’d get what they want if Russia took out NATO. No need to go nuclear.
My goodness, how could such a society create such insanity? At least Germans had an excuse in 1933. Yet Nazi craziness is nothing compared to the lunatics we have today!
At least Germans had an excuse in 1933.
I would love to hear what it might be !
There was nothing aberrant about Hitler’s policies – they were German mainstream and certainly little different from those in 1914 in the Schlieffen Plan or in Ludendorff’s role as Erster Generalquartiermeister controlling the German economy after 1916 – Planwirtschaft.
Even Rule under Art 48 had started under Bruening in 1930……….
Some say the choice in 1932 was between Army coup and Communist takeover
My point is: German society had been broken since 1918. They were not living in the ‘land of plenty” like westerners have enjoyed.
Hungary and Poland were starving – ask Herbert Hoover
Britain had mass-unemployment after 1920 and grinding poverty
The Nazis never gained higher than 35% in elections, and were the 3rd strongest party when Adolf was asked to be Chancellor. Then the Reichstag fire, new security laws for new threats, and then he’s full blown dictator by enabling laws allowing him to assume full authority.
In the run up to the 1929 economic crash in Germany, sex changes were available, Berlin was the centre of what is known today as the LGBTQs lifestyle, the scene would be easily recognisable to people of todays world. After the crash, those lifestyles became one of the first targets of the SA, then on to enemies of the state and internal traitors, then renewed militarism and service to the state.
Many countries in Europe today have 2nd and 3rd most popular parties running coalitions and being made Prime Minister. No one gets the leaders and policies they vote for, parties offering real change or common sense thinking, can be defeated by multi party coalitions, people so disparate it beggars belief how they could agree to sit alongside one another, but will back what’s usually the previous government who were turfed out for getting things so wrong. George Soros and his ilk seems to have a way with placating those disparate positions.
They say history never repeats, but rhymes. They said things like that back in the day when gay meant happy, and your daughters girlfriends played with their Barbie dolls, not your daughter.

“all jews are saying”
“the very thing the Jews should know a lot about”
You and many others conflate Zionists with “the Jews” and their respective divergent notions of the utilities of “persecution” in facilitating/precluding settler colonialism from inception, thereby obfucating the divergences of Zionists and “the Jews”, and the commonalities shared by the coercive social relations of “The United States of America” and “Israel”.
Thank you for your illustration that “We the people hold these truths to be self-evident” not restricted to “strategic beliefs/methods” of “The United States of America” as illustrated on Independence Square to the left of Kreshatik on the way to Podil during February 2014, and the ponderings of some Zionists whether repercussions can be restricted to opportunities of encouraging immigration.
I’d like to add another NATO “exercise” in the mix if you please ^^

Sweden takes a front position against Russia, they have trained
four (4) ukraine companies in using the light infantry vehicle nr 90,”stridsfordon” and this force with 50 pcs vehicles is already delivered to Ukraine. The “SF90” is especially constructed to be used against the Russian army, it must be about 200 soldiers, trained in secrecy, in Sweden. 90’s task is to protect and support tanks, in close quarters..
But Sweden is’nt yet approved to
Nato, of Erdogan, so this is a risky
venture, as if the military taken control of the government, high above the people. Keep an eye, for this force, how they will be used and where. In place, since 14 days,
as maybe even the Bofors Archer
artilleri gun. The Swedish committ-ment seems comprehensive as usual, supporting of the U. S. wars
“best in the class syndrome” , punching even the poor Afghans, during 15 years, in order to receive

From Reader 8.37 to Reader : Due to Simplicius blog, one of the SF90 vehicles been hit, (photo) around the Zaporiszhia that makes, 49. Simplicius went on: – ” This is widely considered by many to be the world’s best infantry fighting vehicle, and was one of the most elite and advanced pieces of kit sent to Ukraine.” Unknown units, must be one of those trained in Sweden, 4 companies, must then be if Swedish infantry company, 200 men x 4 = about 800 Ukrainians , in secret locations, a huge operation, how did they arrive, and for two weeks returned to Ukraine, it is a mega-operation, for the Swedish military, what they confirmed. The SF90 maybe ends up behind the Russian lines, and now been taken apart in a Moscow, workshop.
Probably true, this will be a field-test of that infantry vehicle, what the Swedes have much interest to have knowledge about, if to make this to an exporting succéss. It is special reinforced in the front parts, to withstand Russian fire, and carry a 40mm automatic gun, which could bear on choppers, 4 km:s away, there is even a special version for directing fire, but without cannon. But of course the Ukrainians can fuck up this exportdrive, why not ?
The Swedes used to pick up the Soviet’s military hardware in the Baltic states, 1990s using the ferry line , Tallink, what maybe caused the m/s Estonias disaster 28/9 1994, a “intelligence” lorry cargo was confirmed that week before, with electronic gears, (just after 10 years, a custom officer whistleblower) and a female witness, who saw a motorcade of military lorries, boarding the ferry in Tallin, she could save herself, but 851 passengers drowned as rats, what of about 500 Swedes. Maybe the military is in for a new disaster, no one trust them, and is responsible. Most of the films from the wreck, is still classified, and most all those victims are still on the vessel, very unusual not to deliver the deceased persons,as we are still in WW2, then that was common, and the gov-ernment began even to fill up the wreck, with pebbles, as a cemetery in the high sea, but why ?
They do as the like.
>>The real wild card is the upcoming massive NATO military exercise slated to kick off next >> week.
>> There is some speculation that NATO is using this as cover to intervene in the Ukraine war >> and attack Russia. I do not want to believe that the United States and NATO are that
>> crazy.
I think that the Russians think the opposite (that NATO/US may be that crazy). They have 100s of thousands of uncommitted troops and I think the reason why they are not committed is because of the possibility of this wild NATO intervention. Or alternatively, “NATO countries acting unilaterally” (Poland etc.).
Yes they are that crazy. They believe their own lies which makes them psychopaths. Recently some reporter asked Icky Vicky during an interview if this war was in any way her doing, but she defaulted into her natural psychosis and said it was all Putin’s fault and it could all stop tomorrow if he pulled back to where he started or some such. And after she spent so much time igniting the carnage, even her post college days were in Odessa, which is why she speaks Russian, she is absolutely obsessed with Russia and bloodlust. There is no statecraft in that creepy town. They are all violent morons.
The US will shamble along, and keep Ukraine on life support. I’m sure they’ve made overtures to Russia, all rejected. The euros will eventually pull back, similar to Afghanistan. The US alone will have to keep throwing money away, and some day will sign an agreement, with all watching.
Assuming the US doesn’t go off the rails and trigger armageddon.
Russia, Russia, Russia! Just more United SNAKES Corp, D[e]C[eit], Turd-pond Sludger’s projection cuz, I continue to maintain that “what the USA once was, Russia is becoming: independent, prosperous, debt-free and Christian”. This drafted ‘Nam VFW sez: GO VLAD! Take down all the Nazis/creepy Khazars, labs, child abusers/traffickers, remaining military capability and the OBiden & Co honey-pot!
There is a third (IMO) likely course – Russia leaves an area of the front lightly defended and then pulls back to draw Ukraine into throwing everything into a developing cauldron. I do not see NATO pulling back to 1999 lines unless, it too, is defeated in battle, so the maskirovka needs to draw NATO in, and if not now, when?
I suspect the wishful (delusional) thinking of a frozen conflict is to avoid this denouement that has an uncomfortably high chance of transitioning to nuclear (and the US abandoning wars it loses – again and again and again).
Larry’s key point. “The upcoming NATO exercises”.
I am usually pretty sanguine about life. I prepare. I monitor. But my hackles are up. I have a prepared bolt hole. A friend and his family live in rural Oklahoma. On a massive property. They have a huge cave system that the government has put steel doors on to protect the bat population. It goes down quite a ways and has a natural water spring feed.
And they have an immense amount of home canned food and MRE’s. I have a standing invite.
Why you ask? They are deeply religious. Calm, wonderful, and peaceful folk. I finally asked them why they wanted me. After an uncomfortable pause, they said. “We know you and your history. You’ll do things we cannot”. Well, the patriarch was correct of course. I will.
I have my short and long term Go bag full. I already have some arms and ammo staged there. But I have another 5 ammo cans ready to load in the car. I am making sure the car is full, and I have three gas cans topped off. Amazon has been bringing my Malinois food on an accelerated schedule, and baby girl has three extra sacks of food to take. Thank God at 63 I take zero prescription meds. The car has a Deputy sheriff tag on it. And I have my old uniform to get thru any police interdiction lines.
I did a practice run a few days ago. I can be loaded and on the road in 15 minutes. All the items going are in the hall closet by the front door. I’ll probably map a non-freeway exit out of town in a day or two. Never get confined in a concrete rat trap.
If these fools do not blow up the world next week? I’ll have some gas to burn without going to the station, and Stella’s food subscription will be cancelled for a bit.
Idiots playing games that will destroy us all. My government.

From someone who’s never been in a military exercise, just asking…
In large NATO military exercises of the past, is the equipment fully loaded to the hilt with real ammunition? It’s my understanding that a week of exercises might only include spotty days where live fire is used to maybe hit decoy targets.
Using a military exercise to probe Russia, to me, is something like pointing an unloaded pistol at a cop. Suicide by cop they call it.
remember 9/11? that was an “exercise”, too. the thing is, if the plan is for the “air defender 23” to go live, it will.
I understand that the Chinese are planning to attack Hawaii. Apparently they have correctly determined that the US is not that concerned about Hawaii, or any major naval bases that may be located there. It’s the perfect place for China to attack without the United States caring. After all, when has the United States ever worried about Hawaii being attacked, Much less have done anything about it?
“Redefine Crazy” –
OK. Challenge accepted.
For the ancient text nerds here.
Off the top of my head random thoughts with no texts open – so take it with a grain of salt
I’m probably wrong on this but it seems to me the West could be pushing this insanity so hard to bring about “the little horn” thats going to take out 3 other small ones (Daniel IIRC, probably 11 or 7 or so).
If so –
The deep thinkers in the west (yes, leaving myself wide open here lol) have probably deduced the most direct route to that outcome is through some of the nonsense, perversion and insanity they are promoting these days. Including needing the Ukraine for whatever reasons, most likely an easier invasion of Russia from the South when the false bringer of peace arrives and comes to power.
And since the actual outcome desired by the Western Nations is a one world government, directly in-line with what the ancient texts say, then perhaps my “off the deep end” hypothesis stands with a little more rigor than one would normally encounter with such tinfoil tophat thoughts ay?
I was expecting these military shenanigans further south, Azerbaijan/Armenia area. (drawing Turkey and Iran and Russia into larger headbutts) For that is where I believe the coming Assyrian will be from. Yet perhaps the wicked ones need the Ukraine for the war plans long since laid out by those dark ones populating the gates of hell.
Challenge Completed –
Crazy – Successfully Redefined!
As an indications of coming attractions, Medvedev just said that the main Russian objective is the removal of the Nazi regime in Kiev. That certainly implies that Russia will occupy all of Ukraine, at least temporarily, for the duration of the cleansing operation. How much Russia would annex later is not stated.
If Russia does not occupy the Borderlands formerly called “Ukraine = Borderlands” – Who will ?
So far, so good. The Russians evidently believe the main thrust of the counter will be in the south, with Artyomovsk, Kupyansk and raids into Belgorod as major distractions. It looks like Russia on the whole benefited militarily from the breach of Kakhovka, as it shortens its defensive line and allows additional troops to be deployed in Zaporozhye. The main Ukr thrust is expected in the direction of Tokmak, the main transportation hub on the Crimean land bridge. I would not be surprised if Gerasimov and Surovikin decided to allow a large Ukr bulge to penetrate and then cut off their retreat, capturing several UA brigades in a cauldron.
Ruthenia Etc.
Who is to say the Chinese special envoy to Europe is not actually discussing in secret potential transfer to Hungary, Romania, Poland [& Belarus/Polesia matter] historical lands that Lenin annexed to . . . .
Putin, Feb 21 2022 https://tass.com/politics/1407587
“The modern Ukraine was entirely and completely created by Russia, or rather, the Bolshevik, Communist Russia. . . .This process started almost immediately after the 1917 Revolution; Lenin and his associates did it in a way, very brutal towards Russia itself — by separating, alienating parts of Russia’s own historic territories. . . nobody asked millions of people about anything.” Putin said.
“Then, before and after the Great Patriotic War, Stalin acquired some territory that previously belonged to Poland, Romania and Hungary, and handed them over to Ukraine. . . . In 1945, Khruschev took Crimea away from Russia for some reason and also granted it to Ukraine. . . .This was how the territory of the modern Ukraine was created.”
Or. . . special envoy discussing along lines of [published fortnight after Putin’s Feb. 2022 statements] this?:

This report says following on Transnistria [Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic]:
[[[Transnistria: North of Odessa region
The Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, as the heir to the Moldavian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (MASSR), in the event of the defragmentation of Ukraine, can also claim control over part of the territories that were once part of the MASSR – the north of the Odessa region with the cities of Podolsk (Kotovsk), Balta, Ananiev. The multi-ethnic nature of these territories and historical ties are more in line with the state tradition of the PMR than with the chauvinistic ideology of “Ukraine”.
Possible changes on the map of control over various regions of present-day Ukraine will depend on how the Russian military operation proceeds and on the reaction of the West and neighboring countries. Temporary control or territorial changes in favor of Russia, Belarus and the PMR would be a desirable option, restoring both historical justice and isolating the territories from the potentially nationalistic Ukrainian project.
NATO countries can also take advantage of the situation and take control of part of the now Ukrainian territories, justifying this by protecting their compatriots (Hungary and Romania) or “Ukraine” itself (Poland). In the extreme case, such an advancement of NATO is fraught with a military clash between the bloc and Russia.
The military control of Russia (and, theoretically, Belarus) is the only one in the event of the collapse of Ukraine that will help save the territorial unity (albeit within changed borders) of the regions that now make up this state.

In recent Dmitry Orlov essay, titled “Zelensky, Russian Hero”, Orlov said in part that Kiev region also. . . .
[[Zelensky has wrecked the Ukraine, but has achieved many great things… for Russia. Here are his main achievements in no particular order: . . . .By relentlessly shelling the civilians in the now Russian Donetsk and Lugansk regions, then, in the spring of 2022, threatening them with a genocidal assault, he provided Russia with an ironclad reason to start the Special Military Operation: to save civilian lives. By so doing, he helped to expand Russian territory by four very valuable provinces (Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson) and set the stage for the eventual addition of, among others, Nikolaev, Odessa, Kharkov, and Kiev regions.]]

What will be annexed will depend on whats left…if I were a betting man, I guess i would place my bet on NATO going for it all….the strategy will probably be to strike through the south, weakened by the floods and go to their spoken prize, Crimea, and the naval base.
If I were Russia, I would sink immediately every surface vessel of worth belonging to NATO or the US in the area, hyper hit the SAS base in England, the NATO headquarters, and every air base the planes used in the exercises…..that would be just for starters, and if NATO moves or hits one inch inside Russia proper….then the big air base in Germany, the biggest naval base in England and Brussels would be next on my menu…..that’s just an outsider looking in, with no skin in the game, like so often quoted…..one way or another, if NATO goes for it, have enough food, water, liquor for at least a few days…..surround yourself with as many loved ones as you can, and your dogs…..and hope the actual button isn’t pushed….if it is, it’ll be quick, and then all you’ll really need is the liquor and as many hugs as possible…..good luck to all of us…..
“We are living in the most volatile, dangerous moment since the end of World War II and the West, with its intransigence, appears intent on crossing a red line.”
Which is what I’ve posted repeatedly.
There is NO ONE in the west who is saying anything that is remotely realistic or even hints of pursuing peace on any terms that don’t involve Russia’s total capitulation. The neocon wet dream of toppling Putin and carving up Russia hasn’t changed. If anything it has intensified. They cannot admit to themselves that they’re wrong without their twisted psyches being ripped apart.
Are they crazy enough to go all the way? Of course they are. They are as insane as any cult you can think of. I’ve said several times that they are no different than Jonestown, Waco or Heaven’s Gate. They all drink from the same punchbowl. It’s a mentality that is incapable of being penetrated by reality. Whatever they pronounce is reality. They cannot fathom that what they believe just isn’t going to happen.
When the nukes start to fly, no one will be left to hold them to account. All that we’ve toiled to build will be turned into a giant ash heap because of the hubris and monumental greed of these mass murdering psychopaths.
We are clearly in the grip of madness. If the embracing of men pronouncing themselves to be women and the promotion of “gender affirming care” that mutilates our own children isn’t a giant flashing neon sign, I don’t know what is.
God help us all.
The two Atlantic council guys are brilliant tacticians/strategists: if Ukraine offensive put Crimea under artillery attack (Ukraine has excess ammunition & artillery & air superiority) Putin would be in trouble. For these guys one better: if Ukraine offensive moved to outskirts of Moscow and shelled Moscow 🤔🫡
“While Russian provided materiel support to the militias in Donestsk and Luhansk it never deployed it. military force into the fray. The Donbass militia’s fought the Ukrainian Army to a standstill and that stalemate continued until Russia launched its Special Military Operation in February 2023.”
You might want to clean this up. I believe you meant to say “its military force.” (Others have pointed out the mistaken year.)
There is several non-military “assets” Russia can trigger before war with NATO. E.g. true about 911. Or direct life threatening ,adressed personally to main world psychopaths.
Dear Sir,
Larry,
In multiple comments and different ‘media’ we show great knowledge of History and especially about the 30’s, 40’s, and battles won or lost.
Comparisons are useless, unnecessary.
This is not the Peloponnesian wars and, much less – Dien Bien Phu nor Tokyo, nor Dresden… nor Barbarossa nor ‘Barbableu’….
This is something else. Other armaments. Other irritants, Other Epoch :
Ai, electronic guides, satellites, disorientation for orientation, for disorientation, deprogramming missiles already in flight, miniature atomic bombs without radioactive contamination… and on and on…
What we know so far is that Schrödinger’s Cat box remains closed, no one in NATO has any interest in opening it.
Everyone reports that the cat did not die, although they feel a smell
of rotting corpse through the box.
To give an example:
Last Sunday half a million Polish citizens
came out to protest against the current Government of Poland, not a word was mentioned about that or any war.
Tragically, the war conflict is coming between NATO and Russia and has no solution. We have moved slowly inside !
Then, Are we going to be completely destroyed ?
Only “Gradually, then suddenly.” because change happens the same way.
They don’t need to open the cat box ! Don’t ask them anymore !!
We know pertinently that the kitty already died…
Ben Hodges’ latest musings in the daily telegraph:
If the Ukrainians can isolate Crimea, I would guess that to begin with the Kerch bridges will be left standing, though they could probably be struck by UK-supplied Storm Shadow missiles or other weapons in that scenario: and indeed Ukraine has managed to strike those bridges once already. Leaving the bridges up would give the Russian occupiers an avenue of retreat, which they would hopefully make use of.
“That said, at some point those bridges are coming down. The Ukrainians’ strategic objective is to regain Crimea, and if they can do that by a Russian withdrawal without firing a shot, so much the better. But if they have to kill or capture every Russian on the peninsula, they will.”
Virtually every PERSON on the Crimean peninsula is a Russian. That’d be the better part of two million people they’d have to “kill or capture”. Ben Hodges is a POS – a shame and embarrassment to all Americans.
Excellent article as ever Mr Johnson.
Apologies for posting multiple links on your site, but I thought they may be of interest to your readers.
This one is a good one. Summing up everything we have known since last year, but I post regardless.

Herbst has a BS in foreign service and a law degree. Fried is a liberal arts major. They have no clue what they are talking about.
Russia has done a partial mobilization. People who already have military training or former military. They haven’t done a full mobilization or gone to a war economy in order to maintain as strong an economy as possible to maintain this stance for decades if needed. They are prepared for a long haul. Indefinitely if needed.
Off the subject of the Crimea, but who wouldn’t see something like this happening:

Yeah holding military exercises in the vicinity of an active war. Where one party is your proxy in the most violent war since II. No escalation possibility there. Same time as Brics meeting too. Starting to feel like my feeble self made up prayers to God need to get turned up a notch.
A little worried we might mistake the smell of desperation to the vibrations the AI running the USA war machine gives off. They think they are God and if they can’t win everybody dies deal? All that kinky weird sex, power, money, just ain’t enough, they Have to rule the whole world, cuz.
From Slavyangrad telegram channel…
https://t.me/Slavyangrad/49791
Tankodrom TG channel reports:
🗣 BAE Systems admits that Britain can no longer produce large caliber barrels. Britain may have to use stored Challenger 2 tanks and AS90 SPAs as “donors” to find replacement barrels. But even these vehicles are already very scarce.
The Challenger 2 MBT is equipped with 120 mm L30 gun made by ROF Nottingham which was decommissioned several years ago. Apparently they built another shopping mall or office center as usual in the UK.
It would seem that the UK is now unable to make barrels for heavy guns altogether…
This means no barrels for tanks, artillery, and naval war ships….
Exactly, how will the UK wage war???
Does the same problem afflict the USA?? rest of NATO??
INDY
Yout take on Rasmussen´s warmongerism?
The man has stated that if Ukraine is not offered NATo accession at Vilnius summit, a “coalition of the willing” formed by Poland and the Baltics to put “boots on the ground” should follow…It seems he has already taken conversations on this with Pols and Baltics….Well, it seems that it is the populations of these countries what is in line to be sacrified by the proffiteers, like Rasmussen, Borrell, Sunak, von der Leyen, Biden, and the like….
According to Alex Christoforou he has been adviser to Poroshenko and is currently adviser to the current Kiev nazi regime in charge, thus profitting from this war as if there was no tomorrow…How does he would want it to end?
Of course, this man does not act on his name, but, on whose?
The US will LOSE another war in the line of many lost wars!
Former U.S. Army Commander Says There is No Way NATO Can Defeat Russia in Europe
Ben Hodges, a former commander of US Army Europe, stated in an interview with the Washington Post that he does not believe NATO can defeat Russia in Europe.
Hodges believes that NATO would be too weak, slow and feckless to be able to stop Russia from invading Europe if they chose to do so.
“Being faster than the Russians to get to a critical place is the only metric that matters for effective deterrence, and we still can’t do that,” Hodges said. “Military mobility is still a problem. It is better than it was five years ago, but that’s not the metric that matters.”
Hodges said that even if the troops were completely prepared, NATO would be unable to get the heavy equipment in place needed for troops to repel Russian forces. Europe lacks the infrastructure, such as tunnels and bridges, for armored vehicles to be transported fast enough by NATO for Europe to adequately stand up against theoretical Russian aggression.
I dont understand the incredible stupidity of these Atlanticist , as if they are driven by demons and evil spirits , pushing the world toward sodom and gomorrah life style and pushing for war with nuclear superpowers ..
maybe this is fate and karma for decades of american imperialism ? there wont be a step down as the prideful and arrogant leaders of US will never back down. The end result will be dire for the US citizens.
Low intellect Ben Hodges is stuck in ancient history. Why would Russia need to invade Western Europe ? It never has in its history unless first invaded from the West
Does he prefer China where the US Army would be irrelevant and it would be a US Navy problem ?
Russia could destroy NATO fuel pipelines electricity supplies. Telecoms and bases with stand off missiles without leaving Ukraine
Unfortunately, the rift between segments of Ru. society, the rich, and the security organs is/are(the issues are too numerous to list) for real – and I am not at all sure how much pressure can the construct hold. A makeshift reference to patriotism after all these years of – whatever this thing we call our country is…vague.
Of course, this is also true for ZOG and it’s substructures. Hopefully more so – but that is the sort of desperation, that makes one truly dangerous…
Time will tell.
“Russia did not invade. While Russia provided materiel support to the militias in Donestsk and Luhansk it never deployed its military force into the fray.”
Phillip Karber, in his 2018 lecture on “The Russian Way of War,” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CMby_WPjk4 has maps and descriptions of the “Russian invasion” in 2014. Karber is a gung-ho pro-Ukrainian, but Simplicius recommended this lecture for its analysis of U.S. lack of capabilities. Larry, what do you make of his description of the “Russian invasion”?
You forgot one thing the Ukro Nazis forgot to mention when they will say that they where just testing the battle ground for a passage:
Nobody will drive their best tanks for testing…..
As they did it, its the full scale offensive all along….
