The 59th Munich Security Conference (MSC) convened last week. It was the coven of globalists of over four hundred high-profile and senior decision-makers. The MSC is a forum to discuss and debate current and future security challenges. One of its principal objectives is to contribute to the peaceful resolution of conflicts. Unfortunately, however, the plenary sessions had a tone of warmongering about Russia and fearmongering about climate change. There was never a discussion about using diplomacy to settle the Ukrainian conflict.
The MSC conference trailer [1:43] could double for a James Bond thriller movie.
Linked below is Nancy Pelosi’s presentation at MSC. YouTube provides foreign language closed caption. Pelosi prattled on for nearly thirty minutes while handwaving and pumping her fists about providing Ukraine with unlimited financial and military weapons support. The theme was ‘as long as it takes.’ She was sanctimonious that the U.S. sent Ukraine tens of billions of financial aid and weapons.

During one of her psychotic riffs, Pelosi supports F-16s shipped to Ukraine and immediate training for Ukrainian pilots [e.g., 3:21]. Also, she was exceedingly proud the allies grabbed Russian assets without due process. Repeats the false narrative that Russian kidnapped thousands of children [4:55]. She declares war is a value; wants an immediate defeat of Russia, and is exceptionally proud that Americans have gone to Ukraine to fight [14:45]. She wants Russia out of Crimea [17:41] and respect shown for borders [25:48] while never acknowledging that America’s border is wide-open with millions of illegal aliens pouring in, primarily young military-aged males. (Did I use her correct pronouns?)
In closing, the allegorical quote from Erich Maria Remarque’s ‘All Quiet on the Western Front’ best sums up the 2023 Munich Security Conference.
“While they continued to write and talk, we saw the wounded and dying. While they taught that duty to one’s country is the greatest thing, we already knew that death-throes are stronger.” ~ Erich Maria Remarque’s ‘All Quiet on the Western Front’
Curious – is this a tacit admission that F-35s are overly-technical, hyper-expensive pieces of garbage, unsuited to the needs of relatively quick-training and the unpredictability of combat in Ukraine?
No, I think that despite their collective stupidity, Western powers are smart enough to not trust Ukraine with its absolutely best hardware.
If F-35s were there, then the risk of Russia capturing one due to an incompetent Ukrainian pilot would be high.
All Russia would have to do is wait for a Ukrainian pilot to sell one to them.
This reasoning absolutely fascinates me…..so, on what front would the USA military be able to use their tanks. Surely, they could be captured by any and every enemy. Does it actually mean that they are the best to use only for a show? Sorry, I am being sarcastic!
Or a Ukie pilot wanting to trade one in for the applicable ducats, i.e. Rubles, Remnimbi.
There is a reason why the US and Russia jointly agreed in the ‘90s that Ukraine should not have nukes. The reasoning extends to many things.
I used to get annoyed when the “leaders” of the West talked about defending Western values and democracy in Ukraine. Then I had the epiphany that Ukraine is indeed the model of Democracy and Western Values they aim to create.
There’s an iron curtain descending over Europe, and it’s being built by the West.
She supports terrorists too:
Here she is accepting a bracelet made from bullet casings from Goncharenko, one of the players at the Odessa Trade House Massacre in 2014, where they burned non-violent anti-Maidan protesters alive.

The man above is Oleksiy Goncharevko. There are photos of him inspecting burned and beaten bodies at the Odessa Massacre.
He also enjoys hobnobbing with German leaders, and they with him:

You can see the bracelet on her right wrist.
Rims of cartridges… and they seem to have been fired …
From an assault rifle nonetheless. I thought Nancy hated assault rifles.
“I thought Nancy hated assault rifles.”
Only your assault rifle.
A few weeks ago our small town Priest (farmer’s son) courageously said during his Homliy –
‘Which of us wants to be remembered as a War Monger ?’
Worse yet, ‘which of us wants to be remembered as a war criminal’ (or one that supports or blindly ignores war crimes by those we support without question)?
‘Biden abandoned America for Ukraine’. The Russian News channel Vesti allows itself some mockery in its tone https://www.vesti.ru/article/3213928
But the producer and actor in Zelensky again defeated the president. For TV viewers, radio listeners, and personally Joe Biden, an exemplary air raid alarm was launched near the walls of the Mikhailovsky Monastery. The calculation, apparently, was that, frightened, Biden would add something else to the agreed package – weapons, money, or all together.
“President Biden, your visit is an extremely important show of support for all Ukrainians,” Zelensky said.
“You know, it’s good to be back in Kiev. I told the president: one of my employees during the flight from Washington asked me how many times I was in Kiev. I had to think. This is my eighth trip,” Biden said.
Take it for yourself
Score: 8-0, and not in their favor. That’s what residents of the East Palestine town in Ohio might say, experiencing the consequences of an environmental disaster after the crash of a train with chemicals. But the President of the United States did not reach them on the day of presidents, today in America this federal holiday is celebrated. Matt Goetz, the author of the resolution on Ukraine fatigue in Congress, is not surprised.
“When our border is in crisis, Biden goes home to Delaware to sleep. When toxic chemicals blaze in Ohio, the Biden administration says everything is fine. So I’m not surprised that on Presidential Day, Biden leaves America for Ukraine . presidential term, he is not interested in American interests. They can keep him there for themselves,” the congressman wrote.
Good morning, Vietnam
Due to the time difference, the news about the movement of Joe Biden in the Ukrainian capital in the United States was followed, rubbing their eyes. If we discard conventions and make allowances for the circumstances, then the phrase “good morning, Kiev” for the current generation of Americans is hardly very different from the phrase “good morning, Vietnam”: it’s far away, it’s dangerous there, whoever gets there is already almost a hero. That’s the calculation.
Under the cover of night, in an atmosphere of the strictest secrecy, the head of the White House did an old trick, used many times by his predecessors in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and other hot spots on the world map, which America for some reason constantly confuses with the map of the United States itself.
Zelensky was brought to Washington by American aircraft. Biden to Kiev by Ukrainian train. But the tanks have not yet turned into fighters, although in recent days Zelensky’s entourage has been trying to act through congressmen, begging for F-16s.
The United States continues to feed the idea that some particular type of weapon can change the whole alignment of the conflict.
“There is a possibility that Ukraine could emerge victorious. But of course you have to ask the question: what is victory? President Zelensky wants to drive the Russians out of Crimea, out of the east, out of the Donbass, and of course he wants to make sure so that Russia no longer poses a threat to Kiev or any other Ukrainian city,” says military analyst Cedric Layton.
Everything was decided for Zelensky
What Zelensky wants, as usual, was decided for him. The Politico edition immediately learned from several official sources that the White House demands that Kiev jump above its head, or rather, break its neck.
The White House has also told the Zelenskiy team to prepare an offensive now, while weapons and aid from Washington and Europe are flowing freely, fearing that support from European neighbors will become limited.
In general, while the Europeans have not deserted, it is necessary to be in time with the next escalation. Ukraine does not let go.
When you constantly cross both your own and other people’s red lines, it will not take long to fall into a black hole.
“The question that confronts President Biden is this: how can he combine two different tasks, which he himself declared. The first task is to help Ukrainians defend their independence, and the second task is not to start a Third World War,” the analyst asks. CNN David Sanger.
Americans vs.
The participants in this anti-war rally compared those who are pushing America towards it with the madmen . Thirteen such manifestations took place the day before in American cities. And in Washington – the largest. Anti-war posters, Soviet and Russian flags in the hands of the Americans – some kind of fantasy in modern times.
“I think this constant propaganda that makes Russia evil is complete nonsense. We are waging wars all over the world, we have 854 military bases surrounding both Russia and China, we are trying to start a new nuclear war with two nuclear powers. I am convinced that the only way to achieve peace is a clear and unconditional victory for Russia,” said one of the rally participants.
Already in Kiev, Biden added another 500 million to 100 billion .
“This is a waste. There is obviously a lot of money laundering going on. I’m pretty sure the weapons are being handed over to terrorist groups. I don’t have proof of this, but I’ve seen it done multiple times. The Pentagon admits it can only track 10% of what’s being shipped.” American weapons to Ukraine,” says Vietnam veteran Steve Brons.
Steve fought in Vietnam. Many veterans of that war, returning home, then came here, to the Lincoln Memorial, to express their protest.
“I’ve been fighting American wars since the 60s. During the Vietnam War, guys like George W. Bush joined the National Guard. Because it was a safe place – they wouldn’t be called to war. And then George W. Bush comes to power and invades Iraq,” the Americans remind.
Bush ordered the bombing of Iraq in March 2003. And already in May, he was on the deck of the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln.
The 43rd President of the United States lied. The war in Iraq will last another 8 years and claim hundreds of thousands of lives. But the deed was done. The title of wartime president is like electoral steroids for any head of the White House. It gave Bush a second term.
Biden also has an election campaign on his nose and he began to act in advance. All the details of the sabotage at Nord Stream were told by journalist Seymour Hersh.
There is almost complete bipartisan unity in Congress over Ukraine. And the Democrats are completely monolithic. There were no dissenters like Tulsi Gabbard and Dennis Kucinich among them.
“Those who try to continue a destructive war will be held accountable here in the USA. I have been to Russia a dozen times, I understand the history of how the Russian people suffered during World War II at the hands of the Nazis, that more than 30 million people died “The Russians have suffered greatly and no longer need to suffer. The US needs to do everything possible to alleviate the suffering of all people, patch up the cracks that have been created, find a way for us to live together. Not through natural coexistence, but through cooperation,” Kucinich says.
But there is literally no one to convey this self-evident idea now. At the end of the rally, the participants marched. But not everyone is at home in the White House – Biden flew to Kiev.
“President Biden, your visit is an extremely important show of support for all Ukrainians,” Zelensky said.
That’s such bullshit, it turns my stomach. The western warmongers purposely picked the most russophobic Ukrainian ultra-nationalists, otherwise known as fascists, that they could find for their support and appointed them as speakers for all Ukrainians, then set them to their bloody agenda. Sooner or later, there’ll be hell to pay once this abomination of foreign warmongering is over. Mark my words.
I am convinced that these people represent evil on earth.
Concept of evil was created in order to describe people like this.
I may be misreading a certain phenomenon through my ‘toxic white male’ lens but I don’t think so.
I’ve noticed that there is a certain, very assertive tendency for some females in power (e.g. Pelosi, von der Leyen, HClinton) to enthusiastically support (let’s call it what it is:) physical wimps with well publicized female attributes like Zelensky pitted against alpha males like Putin with a passion that overrides any and all behavior on Zelensky’s part, no matter how venal it may become. I suspect this is a visceral reaction on their part and dictated more by emotion than by reason or even by any previously sacrosanct moral standards.
I suggest that this is a bona fide syndrome and should be investigated as such by the psychiatric community worldwide as this factor, among many, could very well esp. today ultimately affect life and death on this planet.
Investigated? Now. I saw removal upon recognition.
Some things are just too dangerous to allowed to run around loose.
No question that there is a syndrome, and it definitely should be studied. But you are beating around the bush dude…..these women who have been elevated to a certain apex of power and can generally dominate men, HATE men, and especially men, like Putin who are infinitely more intelligent and stable than they are.
There is a website that I ran into some time ago that releases videos occasionally and one was about just that, the danger of women in power. Think it was Spoke the Raven or something of the sort about a Crow or Raven . Wish I could find it again.
Perhaps it was Quoth the Raven
“… the danger of women in power …”
Gimme a break, man!
Seriously? Is it really necessary to psychologise privileged, self-entitled women in power through this lens? How different are privileged, self-entitled men? It is a damn system that produces, nurtures and maintains them.
A common mind can’t comprehend what’s wrong with this creature called Pelosi.
Is she mentally sick and/or on some powerful drugs, has some invested (financial) interests on the war of Ukraine, so she decided to go all in, is somebody holding her family hostage demanding a ransom, or is she a space alien landed on this rock to do only damage?
No, wonder that the Russian leadership decided that is useless to talk with this crop of ‘western’ politicians.
In any case, her place is NOT on the news, but in some controlled environment.
I tried to suggest a reason, more powerful than financial reasons. On reflection, I stand firm on the suggestion.
There is something visceral in their madness.
You are right about the ‘visceral madness’, however, most of the creatures suffering from that try to cover it/fake it somehow, not screaming it in the middle of the market square. In the comment *below*, “Rob” points out that ‘what we are witnessing now is a just demented version of her usual self’. This accounts for the lack of filter in her ‘visceral madness’.
As for the part where strong women in power like beta males, and hate alpha males, that’s since the beginning of times. Previously, they were called high priestesses, see for example ancient Egypt, Greece, so on. Now, they are called feminists (different versions/generations) having the same goals. However, this doesn’t account for Pelosi’s war rant.
cc: “Rob” :]
Possibly it’s all those things plus the fact that Pelosi is quite old and well past her prime both physically and mentally. But her personal history in the US House of Representatives shows that she has never opposed any American military adventure anywhere or voted against raising appropriations for the Department of Defense. So, what we are witnessing now is a just demented version of her usual self.
This woman is a clinical malignant narcissist, I mean LARGE, as Danny DiVito says. I suppose that they are also borderline psychopaths.
I was involved with and almost brought to suicide by a woman of her ilk, I know something about narcissism. Once I survived and recuperated, I was determined to understand what had happened to me.
They will take great pleasure in killing you and enjoy every minute watching you die. When you are down and hopeless, they will stomp you in the face.
They are pathological liars and the absolute most phony, insincere and false creatures on the planet.
They say that the earth’s population now consist of between 15 and 20% or these parasite and malicious monsters.
This cretin bitch is one of them. I am just unable to understand how it is that the people of the United States continue to vote for and believe in these scum.
Stockholm syndrome?
The lowest most detestable form of human being is one who sends others to fight and die in their stead. The MSC was full of such cowards as is the US Congress. Dante’s Inferno details nine circles of hell…it is my fervent prayer that Psycho Nancy and her ilk smoke big fat turds in all nine circles.
if mrs. pelosi had a heart attack in front of me and i had this below on my which could help her; i would not give her any of it.

How about kimchi, any benefits besides a good high from that?
have never heard of kimchi . will have to look it up.

I read that Biden wants to have ammunition production in Scranton upgraded strongly.
will this have significant effect on shipments to Ukraine soon ?
Or are these plans for the future ?
Scranton? Maybe be can appoint Michael Scott as the factory manager, and DSwight Schrute can be his assistant to the manager.
That’s his hometown, isn’t it? Wonder if he had some ‘added incentive’, as per the usual.
Factories can not appear over night, and neither can skillful workforce.
There’s a shift in the narrative recently : they are all about more war and less talk …
See, people of their kind have no reverse gear and no breaks. Only reality can overpass them.
Just hope the reality is not a volley of RS28.
Auto-reply but I just have a fun idea … Blinken threaten the Chinese with “red lines” for lethal weapons and so on …
If I was in the Chinese graces, what I’m fortunately not for the, so called, “secretary of states”, I would suggest “a peace gesture” … whit a global embargo on drones sales.
That would end the problem of “lethal support” isn’t it ?
Trying to understand the highlight of posted article being focused on Nancy? She’s old and gone. If you’re suggesting this somehow makes the buffoon’s of the neocon RNC party look better… it doesn’t. The Entire Uniparty needs to undergo psychiatric observation. I’m all for getting rid of all DNC members currently holding power… but there is ZERO evidence that that would change a thing, as evidenced already from decade to decade, party holder to party holder, the agenda never changes= Power/Money…
Who really cares which administration burns the US down to the ground? Some it appears.
Burbock & Joseph we’re quite the Munich highlights though…at least we’ll have the entire EU for company in the future ashes.
If one realizes, which biblical age just such people reach, the assumption suggests itself, that the devil obviously also has a pain threshold …
Good for Nancy Pelosi! It’s amazing that after 1 year, Ukraine is still standing and Russia is struggling to take the small city of Bakhmut. No one, and I mean NO ONE, on this blog would have predicted this situation a year ago. As I recall, just a few days after the invasion everyone on this blog was declaring victory and stating that all that needed to be done was a mop-up operation. How did that turn out? Here are the facts: 1. Russia was defeated and driven from Kiev and northern Ukraine; 2. Russia was defeated and driven from the outskirts of Kharkiv; 3. Russia was defeated and driven from Kherson; 4. Over 1 million of Russia’s best and brightest have fled the country to escape from conscription and it’s fascist government; 5. Between 100,000 to 200,000 Russian soldiers have been killed and wounded. The U.S. is spending billions of dollars, but in return, they’re destroying the Russian Army. Russia wants to portray this as a battle of Russia vs. NATO, well here’s the score: Dead & Wounded: Russia – 200,000; NATO 0! Russia is a corrupt kleptocracy and no one on this blog seems to care that it’s costing Russia thousands of dead and wounded every week. Sad!!!
Us is a corrupt kleptocracy as well unless we try convict and execute any elected official or bureacrat guilty of investing in govt contractors during their “sacrifice” of “serving” the country. Also the bureaucracy needs to be90% decimated in order to have a hope servicing the debt let alone paying it off. Every state has a mini me version of every non constitutional agency anyway.
Thanks for that. It is important to maintain a sense of humour in these difficult times.
Hey Ron we’re all entitled to our opinion(s). IMO Russia is prevailing militarily and will bring the SMO to a conclusion on its terms. If I am wrong I will be the first to admit it…will you do the same?
“Hey Ron we’re all entitled to our opinion(s).”
Nah, I don’t think so. The willfully ignorant, the functioning morons (like Ron above) that digest MSM drivel aren’t entitled to an opinion as they are non-thinkers; the thoughts that they think they have are just implanted propaganda points.
And next week they are bedazzled by the next “thing” they are told to support.
He’s a good little trained monkey. Can I have him?
Yes, I will. But it will also be self-evident if Ukraine loses. If Putin overruns all of Ukraine or gets to keep the 4 “annexed” provinces, then Russia wins and Ukraine loses. If Ukraine takes back all, or most, of those provinces then Ukraine wins and Russia loses.
Yes, Ukraine have killed between 100,000 soldiers.
…and I just had a foursome with three 25-year old supermodels.
Let’s face it. These idiots are hell-bent on driving the world over a cliff. Might as well have some morbid fun in the interim.
When I was a wee tyke and special effects were nowhere on par with anything today, I remember seeing a movie about the Seven Voyages of Sindbad and the Evil Magician who resurrected skeletons of the dead into a new standing army to fight Sindbad. That reminded me of that sorceress sex therapist with too many secrets that Zelensky appointed as ambassador to Bulgaria.
Maybe they DO have some tricks up their sleeves after all.
http://images6.fanpop.com/image/photos/39700000/Harryhausen-skeletons-animated-gif-stop-motion-animation-39710206-450-258.gif
Yikes, scary wunderwaffe stuff. Zelensky commanding his 4th army. I think maybe Russia should give up right now.
Oh dear.
I don’t know how you found yourself here, but you do realise that this is a place where the grown ups hang out, don’t you?
What’s that saying again? Oh yeah I remember – ‘better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and to remove all doubt.’
“Facts” that you just pulled out of your arse.. love to see how they’ll age btw… you’ll realize that the Ukrainian “intel” people have been lying to you from the get go bubba…
Wow, what can I say…. you’ve posted this for fun just to see if you can get the readership all worked up – but unsuccessful so far !!!
Unfortunately, there are some half truths in your text. However, the Russian casualties is a whopper. You say:
1. Russia has incurred 100-200K casualties inc KIA. – based on what I have read from many sources this is not true SO FAR. BUT, I suspect that this war will go on longer than many have imagined and Russian casualties will number 100s of thousands KIA/wounded by the end of hostilities with NATO/Ukraine – if we can avoid a nuclear confrontation.
I know next to nothing about military affairs. But Its dawning on me that the USA/NATO have armed, trained and financed the Ukraine military way beyond the capabilities possible by Ukraine on its own. Its cost America over 100 billion to date ! I suspect that the USA/NATO (Neocons) will successfully re-arm a 3rd Ukranian army designed to prolong hostilities with Russia well into 2024.
This will give USA/NATO time to re-arm and to boost aramaments production ready for the next proxy war with willing participation from Poland/Baltics and possibly Romania ( The Polish/Baltic ruling elite seemed to be rabidly anti-Russian) . I suspect that Russia will be forced to consider extending military activities to counter new military threats from these countries – this will extend the conflict and tie-up/drain Russian resources and human capital in an extended war which will inevitably damage Russia.
so, may take as per the RAND document is that the USA/EU are committed to a long campaign of military attrition – they know full well that Russia will prevail in Ukraine but they have follow-up/re-matches ready using Poland, the Baltics and possible Romainia. This conflict could last years if the USA/EU can manage to contain the conflict to the eastern fringes of Europe.
I suspect the the neocons “love” for Russia is also applicalble to Poland and the rest of Eastern europe – so no loss if those countries are utterly wrecked.
Just my theory.
I do pray for peace – I have young Sons of military age and do not want to see them caught up in this.
IMO. The only way to limit this conforntaion between the USA/NATO/EU and Russia is for Russia to completely wreck the Ukraine, to capture and put its corrupt civil and military leadership on trial. The EU – especially Poland and the Baltics governments need to fear the consequences of a military confrontation with Russia. At the moment, they seem to be quite confident squaring up to Russia standing behind their big bully of an ally: the USA.
Ofcourse this entails lots of death and destruction which I do not want.
The collective West + the Neocons need to learn to respect Russia, unfortunately this will only be possible through lived experience. Paul Craig Roberts has been consitently stating since the ealy stages of the Russuan SMO that the lack of shock and awe tatics by the Russians has enboldened the USA/NATO and enabled the USA to place the conflict on an escalations ladder that the USA controls.
The chicken shit falls from the top down. The only way to stop the USA/NATO/EU is for Russia and China to nuke Washington, DC. You start at the top.
Wow, wow their cowboy ! Seems you have been living in bubble. Practically and intellectually. Ukraine is getting the living shit kicked out of them cowboy. Russian is not taking anywhere near the number of casualties that you are mistakenly quoting here. Russia can’t take Bakmut ? Russia is grinding Bakmut to dust and taking their time about it. You see they have studied and mastered a philosophy outlined in a classical text called Sun Tzu.
Something that the western mind seems incapable of understanding. Russia is not into the hype and bullshit of Shock and Awe and destroying the chess board and then claiming victory, Obama style, as President so eloquently revealed some time ago.
The Russian are critical thinkers before they commit themselves to operations, taking into account the myriad possibilities that can present themselves so as to be prepared. Something that the occupied western mind with stupidities is sorely lacking in our modern woke lexicon.
Everything that you have said here from 1 to five is complete delusion and a printout from the ubiquitous western mainstream and government supplied propaganda.
I suggest that you keep on with this make-believe bullshit that you are vomiting out because you are too far gone to be rescued. Not by me at least.
“It’s amazing that 1 year later Ukraine is still standing and Russia is struggling to capture the small town of Bakhmut.”
Doctor — Did the patient perspire before death?
– Sweated.
Doctor – That’s good.
It’s amazing you can’t read a current map and see the slow strangulation Wagner is inflicting on Artyomovsk – Maximize enemy casualties and minimize Russian casualties.
I find it amazing the armed forces of the RF continue find missiles and other munitions, after exhausting its supply in April, May, June, July………….
Keep drinking the Kool-Aide
Easy on the koolaid, kid.
Last year she trespasses into Taiwan, & now this public disgrace.
She should’ve stayed home and gotten hammered.

Jesus Christ the day this guy has a stroke, hopefully fatal, will be a day of celebration….Soros, not Bishop!
Dear Mr. Johnson,
actually it was the 59th MSC…
The Empire of Lies knows that a price of Ukraine (Kiev) falling, is NATO fracturing/collapsing.
Losing Ukraine (Kiev), once a fully owned militarized American platform on Russia’s border, is in itself is a total disaster for DC’s neocon scum.
Losing NATO would be an unmitigated disaster, that essentially removes the key anchor of US power in Western Europe.
The problem for these weak leaders is that Ukraine has proven #1 that Russia does not need the West and #2 short of nukes and/or Chinese support, there’s very little that the US can do to significantly harm Russia.
Accepting these 2 iron clad realities entails accepting defeat, and also accountability. It also opens a door to a more constructive way forward, for the West.
Unfortunately, these hubristic leaders have too much personally invested (financially, ego, ideology) in the neocon utopia, to accept reality.
They’ll keep doubling down.
I think both Moscow and Beijing understand this. They will have red lines but I doubt either will resort to nukes. Just my opinion, but I think the plan is to use a slow, controlled explosion to blow up the neocon project, leaving the fates of Biden, Pelosi and other key elite scum to be decided by the populations in the West.
It is astonishing how the psychopath US corporation executive Lindsey Graham cannot be removed from his position as a senator from South Carolina.
Graham should just move his office to Ukraine to Kiev and open up a sales office for Boeing, Raytheon, General Dynamics, Northrup Grumman and Raytheon.
Here’s the GOP’s pick for U.S. president:
Hey Ron, like what you have done in many areas on Florida, my hats off to you.
And on this one, it’s sure to at least partically pave the yellow brick road to the White House, they are going to love you for this.
But that still ain’t gonna make it so…..NATO is going down and most probably before you are adorned with the golden crown.
By the way I have heard rumors about your behavior at Guantanamo. I can only wish in my heart that it was not true.
But I am, unfortunately, a realist and I think it most likely to be factual.
There’s a reason why he hides his comments on foreign policy.
Always knew it.
I knew he was too good to be true. We’re screwed, short of storming the Bastille, in which we’re still screwed…..maybe our children would have a chance though?
Its senile old Anericans thinking its 1962 again.. and that all their lives are still ahead of them…. whereas all they are doing in bequeathing 1962 politics to their great grandchildren. Time to get the geriatrics out of US politics. They are delusional and dangerous and have no stake in the future of the planet or its inhabitants.
Seriously doubt that was “Nancy Pelosi”. The real Nancy is an 82 year old alcoholic who is literally brain dead at this point. She is barely able to string a coherent sentence together. Pure garbage.
Where is Vodka 1 planning to base the F -16s?
Poland? Romania? Bulgaria?
More useless talkings from our western ‘partners.’ As they used to say in the USSR “they like to think big thoughts.”
I say go for it.
Send Ukraine ALL of our F-16’s and F-35’s. Onto Victory! Or we lose everything we send to them.
I like it. Gambler’s ruin don’t got me booin’
The Munich tone was strident and panicked. They know the gig is up. They have no more weapons to send. They survived winter by shutting their factories down. Their economies are failing, and their budget deficits are growing. It is not just a grind in the Donbas. Europe is being ground between the US and Russia into dust. The Ukrainian people are the major losers in this debacle. But right behind them? Europe and the UK. Their energy costs will never go back to the cheap level they had. Their economies cannot compete with higher energy costs. And the US while it is “winning”? Now has another set of welfare clients in Europe to support.
I wouldn’t be so sure that the gig is up. Poland and the Baltics seem ready to have a go.
This could go on for years. I suspect America has way more stockpiles of armaments than they are admitting to.
Look at European stockmarkets, Eur/USD, GBP/USD – they are not plummeting in value, there is a long way to go before European economies are damaged.
Russia needs to decisively defeat Ukraine and to inflict enough damage on the country to instill fear into the EU/USA. In order to conclude a substaantial security agreement with the USA/NATO, Russia needs to earn their respect and fear. Its coming but there is a ways to go.
Remember, the leadership class in these countries (inc Russia) are psychopaths it will take a lot of death and destruction before they admit defeat and agree to new biniding security treaties with Russia.
Yep. Have to agree. I do not think the US is that short of ammo; i.e. there are large stores that the US knows it might need and won’t donate. The war will go on until the hypersonics and nukes start flying – or there’s some new version of 1776. The Russians can have all of the big offensives and scary [to sane minds] defense packs with China they want. All of that will create only minor wobbles in the trajectory of this giant flying shit sandwich.
Eric Newhill, my read, sadly, is that there is no immediate likelihood of a new 1776. Americans are too timid, too complacent and too glued to their phone and tablet screens to do the needful. We’re victims of our own thoughtless prosperity. We utterly lack a revolutionary mindset. Worse yet, this is even more true of young Americans than it is of boomers like me.
Mind you, I think that could change – but only in the face of some domestic catastrophe that dramatically impacts our lifestyle. A currency collapse, followed by hyperinflation, for example … especially if second- and third-order effects included widespread grid mishaps and rolling blackouts.
It’s possible the Kremlin has some asymmetric aces up its sleeve that might yield the same effects. Remember the short-lived East Coast gasoline distribution upheaval of spring 2021? It followed NATO’s first, aborted Ukraine build-up and a US-backed coup plot in Belarus by mere weeks. It was attributed to ‘private sector’ Russian hackers. But I figured it was probably a Kremlin shot across our bows.
Russia needs to decisively defeat Ukraine and inflict enough damage on the country to instill fear in the EU/US. To conclude a substantial security agreement with the US/NATO, Russia needs to earn their respect and fear
I think that Russia does not need any of this (damage, fear, agreement, respect).
But it was such a heartfelt moment when Zelensky gave Pelosi a sweet peck on the cheek.
Reminded me a bit of Thaqi the Snake’s little special somethings with Madhatter Albright.
After 20 years, Thaqi was finally indicted for war crimes and sits in the Hague. Will it take justice 20 years to catch up with Zelensky and the rest of that bunch too?
PRISTINA (Reuters) – Former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, a wartime hero turned politician, was arrested and transferred to the detention center of the Kosovo Tribunal in The Hague, the Netherlands, on Thursday to face charges of war crimes.
the average NorthAmerican believes that they perfectly safe.
Look at the photo where Zelensky reaches out to kiss Pelosi. In my opinion, on the faces surrounding this scene, an expression of confusion, confusion froze. And these are people who are accustomed to hypocrisy as their second skin. Nevertheless…
The irony is that we find ourselves “here” because certain idiots didn’t heed another certain someone back in 2007 at the very same venue. Those whom the gods would destroy…
Berlin February 1945, DC February 2023 : the mindset among criminal ruling “elites” is similar : they will prevail because they’re the master race.
And another similarity is… The Russians are COMING and they’re pretty pissed! 😉
I don’t think the closet communists in the US will ever forgive the Russians for ending the Soviet Union and becoming a capitalist democracy. And as for the fighting, the battle line is over 800 miles long. The Russians have short supply lines and rail links so they can easily move reinforcements and re-supply munitions, food etc. I suspect they’ll stay put until the supply of fresh meat stops. Not sure what they’ll do next. I think they like Odessa. Probably leave Odessa and a bit of land around it because it will still be full of Ukies although some Ukrainian women are very easy on the eye. (Sort of direct opposite of Mrs P.)
